Hi, My Name is Pramod Kumar Sharma, I live in Mathura. On 14th April 2015 around 3-4 PM i got the messages in my phone. I shocked when i read the transaction messages of apprx. 50000 rs. Below are the transaction messages : 1. 622xx6865/ pos bribhoo vas bribhoo vas txn#[protected]rs 2. 622xx6865/pos www mobikwik co at www mobikwik com txn#[protected] rs 3. 622xx6865/pos bribhoo vas at bribhoo vas txn#[protected] rs 4. 622xx6865/pos www mobikwik co at www mobikwik com txn#[protected] rs 5. 622xx6865/pos brkbhoo vas at bribhoo vas txn#[protected]rs 6. 622xx6865/pos www mobikwik co at mobikwik com txn#[protected] rs 7. 622xx6865/pos www mobikwik co at www mobikwik com txn#[protected] rs 8. 622xx6865/pos[protected] at pay tm txn#[protected] rs 9. 62xx6865/pos bribhoo vas at bribhoo vas txn#[protected]rs After that i immediately block my ATM Debit Card. Please do something. Block my transactions before vendor claim their money from bank.     I Gupeshwar Prasad having Home Loan A/C No.[protected] got Home Loan from Kakori Branch of SBI Lucknow amounting of Rs.19, 50000/- and interest is being deducted @ 10.35% as per SMS received from SBI whenever interest rate should be deducted @ 10.10% as I have to pay interest @0.25% in excess of base rate i.e @ 09.85% at present as per documents given to me. It means SBI is deducting @0.25% interest excess from me.Hence you are requested to check my deducted amount from Dec.2011 to nullify the excess amount already deducted from me, if any. If you are not able to rectify the broblem, which is nothing but your software problem or data feeding problem or auto deduction system, kindly inform me as soon as possible so that I may switch over my loan to another bank to check my further loss.

      Dear Sir, I would like to complain against Fraud transactions that have taken place in my bank account(Account no. [protected] amounting a total of Rs 49499. There are 13 transitions took place from my account on 3 website i.e. www mobikwik com, paytmu.com and paytm.com. on 10. April.2015 I have already spoken to a phone banking executive on 15.April.2015. I was not sent a single message on my phone informing me of these fraudulent transactions by your bank. Does the bank not have any responsibility to inform me via message that transactions are taking place in my account? I would like to know the best way to proceed further to get back this money in my account. I would request you to find out the IP Adddress and location through which these transactions took place so that I can contact the police and can help find out the person behind this.

Sir unfortunately i have lost my mobile at MG Road, Gurgaon on 25/03/2015 at 8:35 pm and i have file the FIR.           I Placed Request For Re-Issue Of a Credit Card On 21st March Which Was Delivered After 16 Days Instead Of Delivering Within 5 Days As Per SBI's Promise. But The Card Was Received After Getting Permanently Blocked. Further I Requested For Re-Issue Of another Credit Card 28th March Was Is Not Delivered Yet (17 Days Have Been Passed). Instead Of Placing Complaint For Delay Of Card One Of SBI Card Executives Blocked My Card And Requested Re-Issue For The 3rd Card. My 3rd Credit Card Was Re-Issued on 15th April 2015, and still I have to wait for 15-20 days or may be more. I AM NOW FED UP WITH SBI CARD SERVICE OF RE-ISSUING & BLOCKING CARDS WITHOUT TIMELY DELIVERING THE SAME.           I WANT TO PLACE COMPLAINT AGAINST SBI CARD DEPARTMENT & ITS COURIER SERVICE FOR THEIR LAZY SERVICES; AND FURTHER LOOKING TO RECEIVE MY 3RD & FINAL CARD AS SOON AS POSSIBLE WITHOUT BLOCKING THE SAME.

            My Name is SRINIVASARAO RONGALA. having account in SBI yeleswaram branch in East godavari district, Andhra pradesh. Andhra Predesh Goverment Issued Farmer Loan Waiver Scheame and for that i have given all details required by goverment to the bank. and Bank guys entered the details. But the problem is they enter my Account number with some other persons Name. due to that i am no eligible for the loan waiver scheme. I went Hyderabad secretariat to ask But they are telling It is mistake done by bank and i came to bank and didn't get the reply from bank at all . they are behaving so ruide on me . I am loosing alomost 62000 ruppees only because of Mistake done by Bank persons. How should i get my loan to be eligible for raithu runa mafi.                       Sir, Ref: My SB A/c [protected] at your Sanjeeva Reddy Nagar Branch, Hyderabad I visited your branch yesterday (13th April 2015) at 10:45 AM, to discuss with your Manager for initiating Study loan for my son who got admission and I20 for pursuing MS at one of the reputed universities in USA. Your Manager was in the hall way, and asked me why I came there. I told him that I wanted to discuss with him regarding study loan for my son who got admission and I20 for pursuing MS at one of the reputed universities in USA. Not inviting to sit and discuss atleast ( I am 52 years old), he said in rather harsh manner to come at 3 PM as there is no adequate staff. I said I can understand the situation and just asked for the check list atleast for initiating loan requirements. He said all the staff are busy (he seems to be free standing in hall way). With his harsh tone I got hurt, and said If I could look to other branch for loan, he said you are free to do so. I am an SB A/c holder with your branch with balance in SB account close to Rs 70, 000 and 2 FDs with the same branch for about 22 Lakhs. I told him about my account Balance and FDs and said I have not come for begging, in a mild tone. However his attitude continued to be rude, this was exhibited in front of other staff at the Cash counter too. Is this the way a customer is treated in your Bank? Is your Bank and their Managers not customer friendly? Are your Manager's not trained to be courteous with customers who visit them, with respect. Please take care of such misbehaved Branch Manager at S.R.Nagar, Hyderabad, and train him well to speak to customers with manners. With sad face, I had to go to your Balkampet Branch where I met your relationship Manager who was ready to help. Thanks & Regards Ramamurthy GVS [protected]

                        THIS IS TO REGISTER A THEFT AND FRAUDULANT WITHDRAWAL OF AN AMOUNT OF 19168 WHILE THE ATM CARD WAS WITH THE ACCOUNT HOLDER ON 14TH APRIL 2015 I HAVE SPOKEN WITH THE REPRESENTATIVES SUBRATA AND SURAJ KUMAR AND THEY HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO HELP ME WITH WHERE THE TRANSACTION TOOK PLACE AND INSTEAD TOLD ME TO WAIT FOR 48 HOURS FOR ANY FURTHER ASSISTANCE.                           My password field doesn't come when the visa gateway page opens instead I have been getting the OTP for some days. This is not secure at all and now I don;t even get the OTP anymore. How am I supposed to make my online payments then? It is very irritating and I am facing great diificulties..please do solve my problem as soon as possible.

                                Hi I have deposited Rs 3000/- in CDM machine in Maninagar SBI branch on 01st April 2015 around between 2000hrs to 2030hrs and my money was stuck at Machine and I have complained at Branch on 02nd April 2015 Morning at Machine connected branch, Still my complained has not solved by SBI team, they told your money was not deposited and we can find your deposit record at machine, Now what i do i don't get any receipt from the machine.. Kindly help me in this regards Natrajan.!!

                                  Hi, My name is Gavendra Pandey from Delhi, My credit card no. is [protected]. On 13 Apr 15 i recieved 04 messages from SBI card, of which 03 messages were to validate my card by APL*APPLE ONLINE STORE, AT& T QD GLF, AT&T K004 9966 ESTOR and said my card was successfully validated. The fourth message was of Transaction o[censored]SD 113.95 made on my SBI card by AT&T K004 9966 ESTOR after that my card has been blocked automatically due to some suspicious activity. When I went and checked my Sbi card online account, there was a transaction made on 04/03/2015 by AT&T K004 9966 ESTOR BETHLEHEM US and Rs 7394.95 Dr. Were debited from my SBI credit card account. Please let me know how can Sbi validate my Sbi credit card without my permission and allow to make transaction online without any OTP. Kindly do the need full. I here by declare that the above information is true as per my knowledge and I want my money back into my Credit card immediately. Also i have complained it in SBI CREDIT CARD Customer Care.                                     I have opened an account in Sewli Branch, Barrackpore, Kolkata- 700121 in Jan 2013. I have received two ATM cards, One With VISA and another With RUPAY. I have got one pin no. and activated one ATM card but still i am waiting for the 2nd PIN Number. I enquired about PIN in SBI Sewli Branch. They replied that PIN number is not yet received from there head office. Now the month is April. I dont know how many time i have to go the bank to get my 2nd PIN number.                                         on dated 11.04.15, i submitted money deposit form with my account number [protected] but due to clerical mistake money posted in other account and my account not credited.on checking my balance, today morning i contacted manager of the branch.he told me to come to bank at 5 pm at this time i am busy then only i can see the problem.in evening when i again came to branch, he told to wait.i waited for an hour.when i again asked he told to come to next day.i asked why today problem can't be solved while i am waiting.then he told if you have problem transfer ur account to another bank/branch.now you can do anything whatever you want.if you are in problem you will come to my office 10 times or 20 times.he says you can complain wherever you want.such a misbehaviour is unacceptable.action must be taken.all other customers are also suffering. bank details is as follows: IFSC:SBIN0012753 MICR:[protected] my email ID:[protected]@gmail.com mobile:[protected]
