    Hi, I am fed up with this SBI Housing Loan people. When we ask for Provisional Certificate for the Housing Loan at the start of IT declaration year(i.e - April to march), they give some numbers for both interest and principle amount going to be paid in the following year. And when the need of Final Housing Loan Certificate needs to be given, that time again the numbers will be different for both interest and principle. What the problem with these problem. They don't have proper facility or what. Atleast give some proper thing online, that we can do our own, not beg you people.

        Dear Sir/Ma'am My name is Shubhangini Bajpai and my a/c no. is [protected], branch lakhanpur kanpur. my complaint is regarding leaking my a/c statement by SBI employee with unknown person without my permission. The SBI employess is of Haldwani TP nagar branch and i"m very sure about this. I Did call so many times to customer care but nobody is helping me out, infact that person blocked my ATM on 11 April 2015 by wrong way with the help of that SBI employee. Its my request to you pls help me out because i"m facing lots of mental & economical problems due to this. I visited to the branch at FUN cinema on Sunday 12 April 2015. please take immediate action on that employee and on that person who did this. I hope you can understand my worst situation at now.I'm sending this mail with lots of hope pls help me out. my contact no is [protected]. Everybody is asking me roam form here to there but nobody is helping me to resolve my issue. Its a kind of Cyber Crime which the SBI Empolyee did. pls take quick action. I had a conversation with SBI Manager of Lakhanpur Kanpur. He said very easily that send your application and i'll unlock your ATM. But do you think only this is the resolution??? A person did illegal thing and nobody is responsible for this????? and end of the day I'm suffering...I'm fed upfrom your services because there is no response... pls resolve the issue as soon as possible.                 Rs.1930/- and Rs.2332/- have been deducted from my STRS a/c with Chandbarh and Udyachal branches respectively during FY-2009-10 but the same was not properly credited /not credited to my PAN due to this Income Tax Deptt.Due to this. They have raised a demand of Rs.4370/- for AY-2010-11 .They have recovered the amt from my refund for A Y-2013-14.I have sent copies of TDS certificates issued by branches, form-26SA, copy of demand letter received from I T Deptt.I have requested the branch to refund the TDS with intt @12% to my SB a/c [protected].But till date I have neither received acknowledgement nor any reply.Complaints were sent by speed post on 13/3/2015 and copies were endorsed to DGM.SBI, Administrative Office, Bhopal.I reques you to please look into the matter failing which I shall be forced to lodge the complaint with Banking Ombudsman.                         I Gupeshwar Prasad having Home Loan A/C No.[protected] got Home Loan from Kakori Branch of SBI Lucknow amounting of Rs.19, 50000/- and interest is being deducted @ 10.35% as per SMS received from SBI whenever interest rate should be deducted @ 10.10% as I have to pay interest @0.25% in excess of base rate i.e @ 09.85% at present as per documents given to me. It means SBI is deducting @0.25% interest excess from me.Hence you are requested to check my deducted amount from Dec.2011 to nullify the excess amount already deducted from me, if any. If you are not able to rectify the broblem, which is nothing but your software problem or data feeding problem or auto deduction system, kindly inform me as soon as possible so that I may switch over my loan to another bank to check my further loss.

                          Dear Sir, I would like to complain against Fraud transactions that have taken place in my bank account(Account no. [protected] amounting a total of Rs 49499. There are 13 transitions took place from my account on 3 website i.e. www mobikwik com, paytmu.com and paytm.com. on 10. April.2015 I have already spoken to a phone banking executive on 15.April.2015. I was not sent a single message on my phone informing me of these fraudulent transactions by your bank. Does the bank not have any responsibility to inform me via message that transactions are taking place in my account? I would like to know the best way to proceed further to get back this money in my account. I would request you to find out the IP Adddress and location through which these transactions took place so that I can contact the police and can help find out the person behind this.

                              I Placed Request For Re-Issue Of a Credit Card On 21st March Which Was Delivered After 16 Days Instead Of Delivering Within 5 Days As Per SBI's Promise. But The Card Was Received After Getting Permanently Blocked. Further I Requested For Re-Issue Of another Credit Card 28th March Was Is Not Delivered Yet (17 Days Have Been Passed). Instead Of Placing Complaint For Delay Of Card One Of SBI Card Executives Blocked My Card And Requested Re-Issue For The 3rd Card. My 3rd Credit Card Was Re-Issued on 15th April 2015, and still I have to wait for 15-20 days or may be more. I AM NOW FED UP WITH SBI CARD SERVICE OF RE-ISSUING & BLOCKING CARDS WITHOUT TIMELY DELIVERING THE SAME.                                 My Name is SRINIVASARAO RONGALA. having account in SBI yeleswaram branch in East godavari district, Andhra pradesh. Andhra Predesh Goverment Issued Farmer Loan Waiver Scheame and for that i have given all details required by goverment to the bank. and Bank guys entered the details. But the problem is they enter my Account number with some other persons Name. due to that i am no eligible for the loan waiver scheme. I went Hyderabad secretariat to ask But they are telling It is mistake done by bank and i came to bank and didn't get the reply from bank at all . they are behaving so ruide on me . I am loosing alomost 62000 ruppees only because of Mistake done by Bank persons. How should i get my loan to be eligible for raithu runa mafi. There are 13 transitions took place from my account on 2 website i.e. www mobikwik com and paytm.com on 10.april.2015. I was not sent a single message on my phone informing me of these fraudulent transactions by your bank. Does the bank not have any responsibility to inform me via message that transactions are taking place in my account? Even they didn't inform me by phone. I have already spoken to a phone banking executive on 11.April.2015, but he refused to block my complaint. Bank response is very poor and just they provide the details of withdrawals and blame customer of leaking the password etc. I would like to know the best way to proceed further to get back this money in my account. my account no. is [protected] puja rawat [protected]
