Sir, I we are Mahamaya bit & Anupam bit joint a/c holder of your bank, sure kalna branch, a/c no- [protected].Sir i have blocked my atm card on 27 may, 13 calling [protected], and then cancelled by written application to branch maneger.but still i was charged rs-112 for atm on date 10.2.14 & 26.2.15.why i was charged after cancelling my atm service? Now your customar care officer misbehave and says my ticket no [protected] was false.what type of joke is [protected] ?chaque call from [protected] to your complain helpline on 18.4.15 on aprox 9.30pm. Thank you PLEASE REFUND MY BALANCE AND CANCEL MY ATM SERVICE.

        Team, I got a call on 13/april/2015 from LL/Mobile no. +91-[protected] from Mr. Shyam, representative of Gateway(I think its a fake organization) to return that money which I spent on CVBuzz online.He told me that all the money will be refund within 24 hours from the date of calling, but for that I've to pay Rs. 4800 as service tax and after that, procedure will complete for refund.So I deposited Rs. 4800 to that guy's account having account name: Tarun Kumar, account no. [protected], IFSC code: BKID0006038, BRANCH: Friends colony, Delhi.After submission of that amount of 4800, he told me to send all the orderIDs of CVBuzz amount so I mailed him on email ID: [protected]@gmail.com, then he told that one order ID is not matching with that order ID so I've to pay That order IDs amount of Rs. 5500 so I deposited that amount too in the above mentioned bank account.So, totally I paid him Rs. 10300 but still I didnot get my money back.Im trapped now.Now, no one is receiving call in that number, receiving but not replying. Request you to kindly help me to get my money back asap. As I'm in trouble now.

          I am Rajkumar Somani, resident of RANCHI, Jharkhand and a A/c hollder of SBI, Doranda, Ranchi branch. With sorrow I want to say that I have applied for recharging of "Foreign Travel Card" at SBI Doranda Ranchi Branch, dated 10/04/2014, but my FT card is not recharged.I have contact to SBI Chief Manager and General Manager both but they have not give me satisfactory answers.             IAM SHAIK BADULLA. I HAVE ATM CARD WITH NUMBER [protected]. I HAVE WITHDRAW MONEY FROM ATM RS-15000/- ON[protected]. AT THAT TIME I DID NOT GET MONEY FROM MACHINE BUT I GOT A SMS TO MY MOBILE AS YOU HAVE WITHDRAW 15000. ATM ID IS S10F[protected] WHERE I WAS WITHDRAW MONEY. TXN NUMBER IS 2568. SO PLEASE KINDLY RESOLVE MY PROBLEM AND REFUND THAT AMOUNT TO MY ACCOUNT. THANKING YOU SIR.

                I am a SBI Maxgain home loan account holder with account no. [protected]. I am being asked to pay additional 0.56% of Loan amount as extra charge to avail reduced loan rate of 9.9% as against existing 10.1%. Since my loan rate is floating, I shouldn't be charged any extra amount for such reductions due to base rate cut. The new rate benefits are only applicable to new borrowers as they say. This is dual standard policy as when the rates were being hiked we were no where compensated. This is against consumer rights and hence request you to kindly look into this unethical business practices and take this to RBI and Finance Ministry, so that these wrong doings can be prohibited.

                  Hello, Last year 2014 Jan i had deactivated my TATA Credit Card. Post that also they are charging me the GST Late payment fee on the annual renewal charges. And more over they have blocked my CIBIL rating. And they have the worst customer service i have ever seen. If you call you toll free number or IVR number you cannot talk to the representative directly. There is no means you can talk to the representative directly. I want to contact the customer care and get my tata credit card account closed asap.

I am stationed at Nagpur and not having any account in SBI, neither I am having Debit card issued by SBI, The latest SMS received on[protected] read as follows: Rs.2000 withdrawn from A/c xxxx1092 on 170415 at ATM TFFW0290.Txn#[protected], Avl bal Rs, 19808.82.                       Team, I received a call from Mr. Shyam called from number: +91-[protected] on 13/april/2015 regarding the refund of Job offer offered by CVBuzz Online that to get the refund I've to submit service tax for the amount paid to the portal, so as in hurry I submitted that amount of Rs. 4800 as ST and the mails sent for the orders for CVBuzz online.He told me that my whole amount will be refunded with 24 Hours but till date I didn't received any amount for that I paid 5500 rs. too.Amount to be sent in Account holder name: Tarun Kumar, Account number: [protected] Bank Name: Bank of India Location: Delhi IFSC: BKID0006038 He has fraudulently earned money from me. Please help me to get my money back.

                        my pension sb account no [protected]. My pension is always credited on 1st every month.But in april2015 it was credited on 7th. same day my cheque of rs 10000 returned reason insufficent balance.And they charged Rs 253 returning charges.I enquried from pension dept., Iwas told pension was sent much before 7th april. Surprising on 7th account is credited with pension and same day cheque is returned and charging Rs 253 being returning charges.My reputation is hurt. Nobody give proper reply in bank .

                          On 4th April, 2015, I ordered a cake to be delivered to Mr.Binoy Cyriac, IIT, Guwahati, Assam
                          The order was not carried out since they did not receive payment
                          I did the transaction through internet banking with SBI
                          An amount of Rs. 1075 was debited from my account with SBI, being the price of the item ordered.
                          The amount was credited to INB Pvt.Ltd No.[protected]
                          The amount is not seen credited back to my account, till date
                          Please ensure that my grievance is redressed

                          In my complaint filed just now, I forgot to mention the name of the company. - It is TAJ FLORIST.
                          The payment gateway is INB Pvt.Ltd.
                          The date of transaction is 4th April2015 for an amount of Rs 1075, debited from my SBI account
                          On tracking, TAJ FLORIST reports that payment has not been received.
                          The amount of Rs.1075 has not yet been credited back
                          Please redress my grievance

                            I am holding SBI credit card and I have been a very good customer to them till now. I had registered a complaint with the customer care which has not been resolved till now. The customer complain number is[protected]. Let me explain you the exact issue for which I had registered the complain: I bought one mobile from Flipkart on 24th January 2015 worth Rs 9, 999 on EMI using above mentioned credit card. Later on due to some issue I had cancelled the purchase. But when I looked at my credit card statement I was charged Rs 9, 999 in full (Rs 9, 999 debited twice and credit once) and also EMI of Rs 3, 412 on 16th February 2015 and 16th March 2015 for the same transaction which actually did not happen. When I called customer care, they confirmed of the mistakes explained above and told by end of March 2015 money will be credited to my account. I again called beginning of April 2015 and I was assured that my account will be credited with above mis-charge by now. Till now I have not been given credit. Today I tried calling customer care multiple times of it says waiting time of 45 minutes due to some system up gradation. After this I had even sent email to Nodal and Head of customer care but no response was provide in 3-4 working days. I had sent an email to CEO desk and they told it has been resolved. This was a false claim. The Thread for CEO emails was Interaction Id:1-[protected]. It is a typical government bank attitude. Please help

                                Hi, I am fed up with this SBI Housing Loan people. When we ask for Provisional Certificate for the Housing Loan at the start of IT declaration year(i.e - April to march), they give some numbers for both interest and principle amount going to be paid in the following year. And when the need of Final Housing Loan Certificate needs to be given, that time again the numbers will be different for both interest and principle. What the problem with these problem. They don't have proper facility or what. Atleast give some proper thing online, that we can do our own, not beg you people.

                                    Dear Sir/Ma'am My name is Shubhangini Bajpai and my a/c no. is [protected], branch lakhanpur kanpur. my complaint is regarding leaking my a/c statement by SBI employee with unknown person without my permission. The SBI employess is of Haldwani TP nagar branch and i"m very sure about this. I Did call so many times to customer care but nobody is helping me out, infact that person blocked my ATM on 11 April 2015 by wrong way with the help of that SBI employee. Its my request to you pls help me out because i"m facing lots of mental & economical problems due to this. I visited to the branch at FUN cinema on Sunday 12 April 2015. please take immediate action on that employee and on that person who did this. I hope you can understand my worst situation at now.I'm sending this mail with lots of hope pls help me out. my contact no is [protected]. Everybody is asking me roam form here to there but nobody is helping me to resolve my issue. Its a kind of Cyber Crime which the SBI Empolyee did. pls take quick action. I had a conversation with SBI Manager of Lakhanpur Kanpur. He said very easily that send your application and i'll unlock your ATM. But do you think only this is the resolution??? A person did illegal thing and nobody is responsible for this????? and end of the day I'm suffering...I'm fed upfrom your services because there is no response... pls resolve the issue as soon as possible.                                         RESPECTED SIR I AM CUSTMER OF SBI FROM LAST ONE MONTH I AM FACING PROBLEM TO DO MY TRNSACTION THROUGH SBI MAESTRO CARD I WAS REGISTERED MY MOB NO WITH MY BANK AND I AM GETTING MASSAGES REGARDING MY TRANSACTION BUT I AM NOT GETTING OTP NO AND I HAD MADE MANY TIME COMPLAIN WITH CUTMER CARE WHICH ARE(OS[protected], OS[protected], OS[protected], OS[protected], AND CS[protected] BUT I DID NOT GOT MY COMPLAIN RESOLVED IN PLACE OF SOLUTION I AM MISGUIDED BY BANK .THEY HAVE ASKED ME EVERY TIME THE DETAIL AND ENSURED ME TO RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM.I HAD WRITTEN TO CUSTMERCARA, MET WITH BANK PERSONNEL BUT THE BANK PERSONNEL EVERY TIME MISGUIDED AND NOT PRVIDING SOLUTION OF THE PROBLEM I AM WRITING TO YOU WITH HOPE THAT MY PROBLEM WILL BE SOLVED BY BANK .
