Most respectfully, I, the undersigned wish to state the following for your kind consideration and favourable action, please.
2. On dated 18.12.09 at about 0845 hours, I tried to withdraw through the ATM of Andhra Bank, Bharat Nagar Branch. When I tried to withdraw a sum of Rs. 20,000/- from my SBI Account No. [protected], I have received Rs. 10,000/- in the first instance and on another process for drawing a sum of Rs.10,000/- again, an error in the code was displayed. Later, I tried a lot but invain. But the amount of Rs.20,000/- was mentioned as drawn erroneously. The same has been intimated to the concerned official of both Andhra Bank & SBI on the same day itself.
3. I am having my account at SBI, SVU Branch, Tirupati and tried to withdraw the amount through your ATM. The actual amount drawn by me is Rs.10,000/- only. The another amount of Rs.10,000/- as mentioned “drawn” has not received through the ATM. In this regard, I have a made a complaint at SBI, Tirupati, (SV University branch) and the complaint details are as under :-

In spite of several requests, the amount has not been credited with my Account till date due to which I am facing much problems. In view of above, it is requested that the amount of Rs.10,000/- shown as ‘drawn’ erroneously, may please be credited to my account at the earliest so that I can draw the amount.
