i apply for netbanking at my SBI nagda branch and got a net banking kit from branch , but during login the error message as "invalid usrename / password " displayed . and i am not able to login for the first time with the username and password given by bank to me please help.

Communication failure

Sir,
I am having savings account with net banking facility. But when i visit the online sbi website it always comes as communication failure contact operators service. Mine is Aircel mobile internet connection in which i send and receive all my communications correclty. Unfortunately, only the onlinesbi line
link couldnot be linked. Kindly look into this.

loss of ez-pay card

sir,
i'm a final year student, in some circumstances i lossed my ez-pay card.In order to get a new card what steps i have to take.I'm from vijayawada in Andhrapradesh. Is my problam will be solved in local SBI banks,please give me suggestion.

Funds transferred by SWIFT not credited

I have a Savings Bank Account with SBI, IITM Branch, Chennai 600 036.
A sum of Canadian $ 2040.79 was sent to this account by SWIFT from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, on 10 September 2009. The details are given below. The amount has not been credited to my account till this moment - full three months after the transfer was made. The accountant who checked told me that the amount has not been received by the branch.

SBI credit card - never responses and creates problem for other- From Credit Burreau should give me the clearance as this is the fault of SBI

I was using one SBI credit card 3.5 years back when i was at Indore . Later i shifted to Ahmedabad . Called for address change but never happened and also i never got any statement . Once i called up at Customer care to close the account and with some lady i talked and as per her instruction i teared the card .
But now after 3 year i came to know that i have a due of 18 k., called up customer care and to clear the dispute i agreed...

Due to SBI carelessness I had missed the dead line for payment of 2nd Installment to Jaypee Kosmos which is due on 14th of Dec 2009.

I made a Fixed deposit of Rs 300000 in Kolkata in April for 6 months and which gets matured in Oct 2009. In Aug 2009 I got a transfer to Delhi and I transferred my Kolkata account to Yamuna Vihar Delhi and also the Deposit Account got transferred here.

Online I am able to see it under my Yamuna Vihar Account. After Oct it got matured and automatically renewed till April 2010.
