    Dear sir i am anuj kumar. I had bought a refrigerator from flipkart and returned the same. They initiated my refund on sep 1 and told me that it should be reflected by 8 sep. But won't received any refund yet. I had already shared my passbook as they asked me to share. They issued me a reference no:-nft[protected]gn00005 and nft:[protected]gn00006. I request you to please check this transaction from sbi and help me get my refund.

      मेरे पास एटीएम कार्ड नहीं है इसलिए मैं दिसंबर 2018 से
      Atm सुविधा का उपयोग नहीं कर रहा हूं। फिर भी 147.50 atm amc charge क्यों काटा जा रहा है। जबकि एटीएम सुविधा बंद करने के लिए मैंने आवेदन पत्र रीवा सिटी ब्रांच में दो बार दे चुका हूं। एक बार पिछले साल में और एक बार जब दुबारा चार्ज काटा गया था।
      लेकिन फिर दूसरी बार 147.50 atm amc क्यों काटा गया है?
      इसलिए आपसे निवेदन है कि 147.50 atm amc चार्ज हो काटा गया है रिफंड करवाने की कृपा करें।

        Dear team,

        I have an sbi account with the sbi branch in gandhinagar, sector 10b, sector 10, gandhinagar, gujarat 382010.

        Name - hiral baldevbhai vaghela

        I have requested for new debit card via internet banking on 1st-aug -2020 after requested no debit card issued on my home address or even after the branch visit.

        Whenever i tried to reach out to customer care they are just providing me excuses that in 15 days you will receive the card even while visiting the branch they just providing information that card status showing issued but till today no card was received, even they are not helping me out for this or even not providing the proper information so i can get the debit card.

        I also raise a second request on 27th-aug -2020 after not receiving any debit card and proper response, still, no card issue when i tried to reach customer care the same they just proving excuses and multiple numbers to call on this number to get the card status or yono sbi helping number to raise a new request, how much time i need to raise a request for a single debit card.

        No one is providing me the proper information just saying they are a technical problem please call on this that and so on.

        There is only one question with you that you are capable or able to provide me the debit card or not?
        If yes please look into this matter and provide me the debit card.
        If not so i can remove or delete my sbi account because of this type of customer service.

        1 month passed but still, i'm fighting for my debit card, and no proper help or response received from your side. Now i'm frustrated and fed-up with sbi services.

        Please find the attached screenshot while applying for a debit card 3rd time via internet banking.

        I also registered a complaint with rbi against the same issue, please find the complaint number for your reference.

            Hi Team,

            I need ur urgent help. I am a credit card holder of sbi. I have a card with 30000 limit. I have taken monatarium due to financial crisis durinh COVID-19. I am due to pay bill in September. I used the card for 30000 and i am elligible to pay bill as i used the card. The sbi made by bill to 39000 INR. Now i asked the representative to waive the charge as 9000 intrest would be very difficult to pay. I am ready to pay 30000 to them and i am not denying. The customer service abused me daily they are harrasing me daily. Being a girl i can not be abused by a boy for payment. They are using dirty language with me daily on call. They are saying me that go and beg in front of people for money and make the payment. They even said to put the money in ur ass then. How bad is to listen such kind of words from boys. I request to help me immediately as i am being afraid of boys . If they are abusing me they can do anything with me. I am being mollestated by sbi team.

              I have raised 2 complinats Case 25174748 and case 24310740, but no response from your side. This is the way sbi function totaly dispointed with one of best nationalized bank interms of service

                Dear sir,
                I have been using sbi credit card for about one year. Recently, rs. 6182/- and rs. 1943/- was debitted from my sbi savibgs bank account twice. The above amounts pertain to may 2020 n june 2020 card stm. I had already lodged a complain through online ans also personally at sbi saheed nagar branch in july 2020 but my extra paid amount is yet to be refunded.

                    I had given a cheque of sbi to my home loan bank (Non sbi).
                    At first the cheque is cleared and the amount is debited from my account and after some time i got a message stating the cheque is dishonoured and it charged 177.00 and later another message from sbi stating your account is credited with cas corr pr chq reversal of withdrawl by cheque.
                    I dont understand what is all this for.
                    I had enough funds in my account.
                    I visted sbi home branch they are saying go ask to whom you had given cheque we dont have any information.
                    I visted my home loan bank asking the amount is initially debited and credited to your account and after some time it got reversal. They are saying we have not done that.
                    I dont have proper answer for the above from sbi who charged me against dishounered cheque which is not acceptable to me.
                    Request sbi to do the needful

                      I was made a transaction from my sbi account via bhim upi on dated 09 july 2020 for rs.2760 to mis kalika bharadwaj but amount has been debited from my account but not credited in beneficiary account i have given complaint to customer care of bhim upi, my bank's home branch and rbi lokpal but state bank of india telling lye every where because bhim upi application is till showing transaction is pending but sbi updating everywhere that amount credited in beneficiary account

                        My name is rohan pattankar and i had ordered amazonbasics shower caddy with adjustable arms - white of rs.799 in amazon on 28th june 2020 and after 30th june 2020 i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 30th june 2020 on which refund initiated).
                        Amazon initiated the amount to my upi but i still haven't recieved the money. Amazon sent this reference number #[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but state bank of india didn't respond properly. So

                          We have created the basic current account with rs.10000 and found the entire amount is taken as changes for minimum balance requirement (Dec 2018 to mar 2020) account became zero. Have to now top up the account. Moreover, charges were taken during the covid period as well. (July 2020-aug 2020)

                          Hence, requesting you to please correct the minimum balance charges.

                                  Dear sir,
                                  On24/08/2020 i saw an unauthorised debit from my nre account no.[protected] with sbi broadway branch, ernakulam. Cochin, kerala for an amount of rs.1911.02 and the description shows "debit[protected]dt 11/02/[protected]vc0439593".
                                  As soon as i noticed the wrong debit i have send an email from my registered email id with the bank to the manager, broadway branch, ernakulam, on 24/08/2020. Unfortunately inspite of being an urgent matter, i didn't get any response till today. Repeated reminders send to the branch manager is not helping.
                                  Please do something urgent.

                                      I have order the items on amazon site by using my sbi debit card. Due to cancellation of order the amazon had successfully processed refund with given and also given the refund refund reference. But already 5 days completed but my refund is not come through bank. I also try to contact to sbi customer care with provided reference number but they are not going to help me. Even they are not cooperating with my problems. The delay of refund is from bank side.

                                        On[protected] nisarga cyclone took place in kelshi in that cyclone our manufacturing unit durga food products, kelshi suffered a huge loss almost all stock, building, machineary, packing marerial got damaged but we didnt get the incurance claim coverage due to negligance of bank. State bank of india dapoli branch did not renewed our insurance policy despite of having a cash credit account in the bank. We are paying policy premium from the year 2006. The last renewed policy by the bank was from 18/05/2018 to17/05/2019. We visited the bank several times but no responce from thier side.
