Hello Team,

My mom and me having joint account in SBI, account number : [protected] (IFSC: SBIN0002124), suddenly on 18th December my mom informed me that 5000 Rs has been debited and that is not done by any one o[censored]s.

I further checked statement and found that in narration nothing is mentioned other than Debit.

First of all, We hope that you will help us resolve this issue. We have been facing this problem since June 2019 and now Ms. Pushpa Soni from SBI Cards Nodal Desk has manipulated the matter and not even helping us out.
