Hi,

Date of incident is 29-Aug-2018

I am trying to make the payment for BPSC-2019 (65th Combined Competition Examination), the government website (http://onlinebpsc.bihar.gov.in/) provides your link for online payment (https://www.onlinesbi.com/prelogin/icollecthome.htm?corpID=756305) but every time i try to enter the details like Payment Category and Registration Number and press Submit. It gives me error "Please verify the data entered and try again."

I verified from my end and all the information is correct.
Please repair your site. There will be many candidates trying to fill the details now so it's a huge problem.

    Refund process but not credited
    Refund was done by Amazon on 8 July. It take 3-5 working days to credited bank account.the refund of 699 was not credited to bank account. I requested to the bank to please credited the refund of amazon in bank by the online app phonepay. As early as possible. Refund process by Amazon but not credited to bank

      I made a payment of Rs 1165 to amazon on 23/06/2019 by using sbi debit card to book a watch. But amazon deliverd it to wrong address, so I complained about it to amazon. So, they confirmed to me to refund my all money i.e. Rs 1165. They initiated the refund on 30/05/2019 as I received an email from amazon. Now, amazon is saying that refund has been send to bank. Amazon also shared me the Refund Reference Number[protected] for the refund transaction. So, I contacted to bank's customer service using this refund reference number but customer service is saying, they cann't give any information by this reference number and can only check if the money is credited into your account or not. Same behaviour by branch also.
      Don't know what to do.

        I have made a transaction on iq option trading company amount 130 dollers on dated 10.07.2019, as they reverse back the amount sucessfully to my

        130 dollers is a big amount, i am really dissappointed, help me with the concern !

          Dear sir

          A refund of 5399 rupees abd txn id is[protected] and auth code 0300 was successfully processed on 09 July 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my SBI account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

          I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

          I have confirmed with 2gud.com and they have successfully processed the refund

          kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to 2gud.com payment processor to locate the refund.

            I would like to inform that on 18/04/2019 i have done shopping in kushaiguda d-mart wherein the bill amount was rs. 799.50 /- the d-mart person swiped but at that time of the transaction was declined 1 time but the amount was debited twice from my card.

              I have received call for free credit card in dehradun state bank of india,
              They came and then have taken my sign, saying that card will be delivered
              Within a week in first week of jun-19, til date i have not received credit card
              But i am geting messages that rs. 586.69 is out stading against me and
              Pay by 25th july-19. They mentioned card no as xxxxxxxxxx7131.
              Kindly resolve this and for now i am not intrested any card from sbi, and cancel
              My application which is with sbi card office dehradun

                Through net banking it's showing success in status. But it didn't reached in colleges bank account. So i had to pay again. I waited more than 15 days but i didn't get the refund of my previous payment yet.

                Called customer care but they said they will call back but they didn't.

                  My name is prashant p patil and i do have home loan with sbi - naupada thane branch. I had applied for home loan top up at sbi naupada branch thane since mar'19 and yet not approved branch while quoting various reason like file got lost, certain manager/employee on holiday sponsored by sbi for europe, certain employee is on leave for two weeks, and many more reasons which i don't want to quote. I had been to sbi branch plenty of time in reference to processing my top up loan but still its in process. I have submitted certain documents thrice due to sbi delayed process, and to process further they require latest documents of light bills, salary slips, and so on...
                  I am completely frustrated due to this lethargic system of sbi and being nationalised bank we are force to stick to it. But these employee take undue advantage of being a government bank. I do feel sorry for the government systems and being victim of it.
                  Still failed to understand how other private banks do process same thing in faster way and why government banks do process with their so called experience employees. Still there is plenty off scams in the name of sbi and similar government banks?

                    My sbi a/c no.-[protected]. (Ifsc code‎: ‎sbin0000122). From my account rs.295/=has been debited 6 times from 20/7/19 to 21/7/19 within 24 hours saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really don't have any clue what company is this. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. The deduction continued till the amount reach below rs.295/=. Now i am afraid to deposit money in this account if amount reaches more than rs.295/- again it will be debited saying transferred to investment intermedi.
                    Please do the needful to refund the deducted amount rs.295x6=1770/= as early as possible so that normal activities can be continued with this account.

                      I have saving Ac at SBI Dasara Chowk branch Kolhapur. on updating my pass book entries to my surprise it was observed that on 15th July Rs 200/- are debited from my account with entry as SBIGEN PAI. On enquiry with branch it was informed that SBI Rankala branch has done the transaction. I approached SBI Rankala branch and submitted application on 20th July for reverting back. So far the amount is not remitted back.
                      I have never applied for any personal accident insurance policy from SBI general insurance company. How any other branch with whom I do not have any dealing, can do the unauthorized transactions from my saving account without my consent.
                      I was trying to complaint with SBI bank but is not getting registered insteadI have been directed to contact on some Toll free numbers. neither SBI bank nor SBI life company is owning the act. now I have been directed to contact SBI general insurance company. I am feeling harassed with such unethical act from SBI. How come some SBI branch can access my personal sving account and debit the amount without my permission and consent. request to take up with SBI for grievance redressal.

                        I have ordered acer aspire 3 which i had to cancel on the same day for some reasons. The refund was initiated on the same day as told by flipkart officials

                        They said that the refund has been done by sellers stating that:
                        "below are the details to confirm that the refund has been successful:

                        Refund reference number:[protected]
                        Payment reference no:390858
                        Bank transaction id: 173440
                        Auth code: 712060
                        Refund date and time:15 jul 19 06:30:10pm
                        Payment mode: debitcard

                        And ask me to contact my bank, the amount is still not reflected in my account, i have contacted multiple times to flipkart, they gave me every
                        Time the arn number and ask me to contact customer services
                        To trace the amount, but my sbi bank says myself should contact flipkart as they do not find those reference number or arn valid to trace from bank branch. Please help me out of this, do the needful to credit the refund to my account.

                          Sir i have a credit card of sbi bank...i have 80, 000 debt as i am student just passed out from college need some time to arrange some funds...the company offered me settlement on 40, 000rs i agreed upon it...i requested them this time month last is going it will be difficult for me to pay even 20, 000 but they forced me to pay...i told them ok i will arrange it from my friends if possible...but i couldnt then next day they called and threatened me and contacted my relatives..and told about my debt i requested them kindly give me 2 more days then they used very abusive language...next day they called me and i was doing payment from online but it got failed thrice...and i shared the screenshot as well but they denied and started abusing and called my mother again and gave threat that i will kill your son...three persons were there called from one number only name was pradeep, rohit, shekhar..[protected]...kindly take strict action sir, , i am very much afraid from them

                            Dear sir/madam I tried to withdrawal an amount of Rs.20000/- from sbi atm at siddipet on 22nd july, 2019. But amount was not came through the machine and amount was debited from my account, afterwards I went to branch on 24th july, 2019 and i given a written request to Branch Manger when I was enquired about it and he is( branch manger) replied me it will take 7 working days.but I was shocked to hear this words but I want my money to b get as early as possible and I am suffering a lot with this type of service.

                              I'm receiving calls from these numbers phone numbers "[protected] and "[protected]" regarding the credit card, and asked to pay a lumpsum amount 3.04 laks, and I don't understand how this much amount came as balance in the account.

                              If I need to make payment, since I don't remember using this card, I want understand what are the transactions made on this card and on which date, a detailed summary of the statement.

                              The person who called me doesn't have any statement details of 2006, and saying bank will not hold that old details, and if bank in not having those details how the bank has way to reach me after 13 years regarding this,

                              I checked my emails till 2004 I have not received any single Monthly statement from SBI.

                              Request not call any my know people, friends or family. SBI can reach me directly via this email.

                                During Online booking of my tickets my Credit card was blokced and I have tryed the customent care for Unblocking

                                The Auto Answering system is not responding for the Unblocking of my card and says the facility is not available

                                Why SBI Cards have not activated the same, This has killed my 1 month time in trying for the same

                                And as a Public Sector Entity SBI Cards my be probed and he has to unblock the Credit Card

                                This is a Complinet and has to be taken care

                                  A refund of 518 rupees was successfully processed on 02 july, 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                                    I am extremely unhappy with the kind of facilities provided by State bank of India as am unable to login into my Sbi account through netbanking and even using their Sbi bhim app. I have earlier reported the same issue again and again in the near by branch but they didnt give me a satisfactory solution.

                                      didnt use the card, received a pos decline message

                                      I recorded a POS decline message and decline charges was deducted from account even though I didn’t use my card. Attaching message details with this complaint.
                                      “Dear customer, your transaction at POS 99999999 has been declined due to insufficient fund in your account.”
                                      “Dear customer, your transaction at POS 32274170 has been declined due to insufficient fund in your account.”

                                      I availed sbi credit card no. [protected] through their agent camped in the club of vizag steel, visakhapatnam. At that time, it was told to me that the card is life time free and no renewal fee is applicable for the employees of vizag steel plant.

                                      However, to my surprise, at the end of one year renewal fee was charged to my account. Immediately, i called the customer care and informed the same. When they insisted me on paying the renewal charge, i informed them not to renew the card, as i was not interested. Thereafter, i stopped making any transaction with the above credit card. It is worth mentioning here that at the time of charging renewal fee also, no due was balance for payment from my side.

                                      Thereafter, every month with interest, one statement is being sent to me for paying the outstanding due thereby affecting my crisil rating. Now i am being asked to pay rs. 4611.14 as renewal fee with interest.

                                      While, i am not interested for renewal of the card, how bank can insist me for doing the same. It is very unethical business practice of sbi credit card division.

                                      It is my sincere request to look into the matter for giving me justice by waiving out the amount charged against the renewal fee including interest thereon, i. I., rs. 4611.14 so that crisil rating will remain unaffected.

                                      SBI credit card division immediately responded and resolved the complaint by withdrawing their claimed amount
                                      State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      On 18july 2019 I recharge 35 rupees on my vodaphone mobile [protected]. But recharge not done. My ref no. CABJ/FR/21310901.
