This is prashant satam and i was holding sbi credit card.in year 2007 fraud transaction happened on my sbi card. I have made a payment for my Credit Card dues on 16/07/2019 with ref no : QSBI[protected] and the status is successful. However the payment is not credited to my card. Moreover transaction is done from a SBI SB Account. It's strange to see SBI self accounts taking time to reflect payments. Would you kindly resolve it asap.
