Respected Madam/Sir,

This is to inform you that till date NO RELIEF has been provided to my father, who is an octogenarian.

Mr. Soumitra Dasgupta from Grievance Redressal Cell, CMO, GoWB on April 29, 2022 informed me through his SMS (mobile number [protected]) that:

“As informed by State Bank of India, the name of the deceased in the PPO is Geeta Sarkar and that in the death certificate is Geeta Som. Hence, either of the documents must be rectified for further processing of the application. Thereafter, a copy of the amended PPO/Death certificate and Family Pensioner Application should be submitted to SBI Kasba Br for onward submission to CPPC for processing. Accordingly you may take appropriate action at your end.”

This cannot be an excuse that since my mother's death certificate displays Geeta Som and her PPO is displaying Geeta Sarkar, the family pension cannot be regularized. We live in Bharat (India) and here it is the customary that after a girl is married, her surname gets changed according to her husband's surname, which is clearly displaying in the PPO along with the Life Certificate Declaration submitted by my mother during her lifetime and her status of her marriage along with my father 's and mother's photograph attached in the PPO along with my mother's signature attested on it.

Unfortunately, due to the lackadaisical approach and nonchalant attitude of the concerned authority, it seems to me that it has fallen on deaf ears and NO ACTION has been initiated till date just to harass and deny my octogenarian father from his entitlement (to get family pension long overdue) with a nefarious intention.

However, please note that at this age 82 he was made to approach several times to the concerned bank authorities, even during COVID pandemic period commuting all the way from Patuli to Kasba, but to no avail. He has complied with all formalities and protocols requirements as and when asked by the bank's Pension Cell/Manager at the twilight/fag end of his life standing one-legged at the counter with a hope that this time it will be regularized.

Therefore, I would request you if you could get his family pension regularized with your means.

Appalling that still now NO action has been initiated to resolve the issue. This clearly proves their NEGLIGENCE and DEFICIENCY in rendering adequate services.

Getting NO positive response to a genuine case of DENIAL of family pension at no fault of a super citizen who is struggling for two square meal a day... please help him ASAP

      I am old Customer of SBI Bank
      I applied for cashback credit card but Application not processing n diclined automatically. I requested n complaint by email n Twitter but no one giving proper response and i have excellent credit score history. I wand sbi cashback credit card. But still no updates. Kindly look into this matter and provide cashback credit card. Thanks

              I applied for SBI BPCL credit card on January 22, 2023 & got a confirmation message saying that my credit card has application has been processed. On January 23rd I got another message that an executive will be at my location for KYC & was done with it by 7PM on the same day. The very next day i.e. I got a call from SBI executive saying that I can opt for SBI Octane card instead of basic so I said & the executive asked me to confirm the address which I did & was instructed that the card will be delivered to the same address & was also informed that an executive will be at my location on January 25th for BGV, the executive did call & I guided him to my location via call since I was outside, I did ask me if I had to be home but, he said no need he will take the necessary information from my parents. After his visit I did call him again if he got all the necessary information & he replied yes but, now when I checked my application status it says it cannot be processed & has been rejected with giving me any reason, I haven't received a single call or email or message about the rejection.
              On January 24th I got 2 calls from SBI executives saying that my card will be delivered but, now there's no call back or message or email about my application.

              I received another call from SBI executive yesterday & they informed that backend team had entered incorrect address, as a result I was asked to reapply which I did & field did visit my place yesterday to complete eKYC & was done, I did receive new application number & when I try to check status of it I keep getting the below error:

                  I was using simply click credit card till June of 2022 and after cancellation of simply click upgraded to Elite card on the same month. Now after six months in the month of January 2023, SBI people charged me the annual fee of Rs. 5000. SBI were supposed to claim the annual fee after one year. When I approached Customer care team, they said it’s SBI’s policy. At the time of application, their representative said the annual charges will be applicable after one year only and cheated me in 6 months. Also I will have to spent 10Lakhs within six months to get the benefit of annual fee wave off. Mearly cheating the public.

                      SBI Executive gave me false Commitment for Credit Card limit twice on call, they told me that I will get minimum 3-5lac as credit limit but actually I got 64000 only, I have 1 card already with good limit. now they sent me cc statement for annual fees, but I already informed them to cancel my card & i haven't used card yet also haven't changed Pin for it.
                      Pls help me to cancel this card & i don't want to pay anything to them as I haven't used card.one more thing i just called to customer care. They blame to me. she is saying it's your fault ...

                          I ordered two products from amazon and canceled it then amazon has already refunded but it is not reflecting in my account.
                          amount of Rs 1199 and Rs 259 and the refund transaction Id are IdfwrCRGvkAvYI6snZdyWpOnlR1 for the amount of Rs 1199 and Id3h054IVAzFWM8ONeaxb0OnlR1 for the amount of Rs 259.
                          these amount has been refunded from amazon side on 11 January 2023 but still it did not reached my account please look into this complain SBI.

                                I have given all the detail's and required documents for my loan amount withdrawal, still i didn't recieve my loan amount and i can't able to pay my fee amount. So i need to raise a complaint against the company.
                                Because of their delay in their work i need to suffer a lot So send my ammout to my account within 19/01/2023 @10:00am.As soon as possible.

                                      Hi SBI team, can you tell me, which bank's Loan I had defaulted or missed payments.
                                      I have a very good credit history of 7years. since the start until today not a single payment is missed. whenever I apply for the SBI credit card or Car loan you guys declines my application.

                                        CIBIL Replies that there is "No Change - Please get in touch with SBICARD and XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX9141 for the required correction".

                                        Here SBI Card shield itself by not providing their Customer Care Email ID for Individual Card holders on the Other Side CIBIL always serves its one-sided mission of favouring only the Bankers & not the Consumers.
                                        If Banker raises a dispute immediately CICBIL flag it against the consumer without any data backup.

                                        Whereas if the consumer (Self) provides the evidence of payment remittance to SBI Card they roll some days stating under processing & a few days later of their escalation mechanism they will be eager to close the call stating with the standard statement as " No Change - Please get in touch with SBICARD and XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX9141 for the required correction.

                                        The highlight here is SBI Card cares only the corporate cardholders with email IDs to address their issues. Even this partiality is there for customer care IVRS Toll Numbers too

                                        All the consumer universe should appreciate the Purpose of CIBIL Forum & their unity and their soft corner towards all bankers

                                        What a consortium approach of CIBIL & Banker SBI Card. Do not know whether RBI Monitors such individual customer's pain points & challenges in getting the solution
