WRONG CHARGES

DEAR SIR
I HAD SEND COMPLAINT AGAINST SBI CREADIT ON 25/3/08 REGARDING STATEMENT NOT RECD.

AFTER 4 - 5 MONTHS I RECD. CALL FROM SBI CREDIT CARD THAT THEY HAVE REVESED ALL THE CHARGES AND NOW OUTSTANDING IS ZERO.

BUT ON 5TH NOV 08 I RECD A SMS AS FOLLOWS "YOUR STATEMENT DT 02NOV-08 HAS BEEN DISPATCHED. TOTAL O/S OF RS. 267.58NOR MIN AMT OF RS. 220.16 IS PAYABLE BY 22-NOV-08- SBI CARD" AND TILL...

cancellation of card

I had called call center to cancel my Credit card.They said "YES IT WILL BE DONE IMMEDIEATLY " for my request and did not acknowledge me.Now Bank people are calling me and asking me to pay the fine....

dishonour charges

I am Employee of State bank of Inida Fatehgunj, vadodara branch I have droped cheque no.318924 dated 07/10/08 for Rs -3, 0000/- in my branch"s drop box but till to day it is note presented in my branch. SBI CARD HAS CHARGED ME RS 300 /- As cheque dishonour fee on 15/10/08 as per statement. Please refund me as I have already paid Rs 4, 000/-

debited money from the account for failed transaction and not credit it back

Hello,

My father have SBI account at Mumbai Worli branch (branch code:3428).
On 26/06/2008 I tried to debit 10, 000 Rs. from SBI ATM at Pimpri Town, Pune (near SBI Branch:5923). That transaction failed and I got the receipt from ATM machine regarding transaction failure but the amount was deducted from the account. Double Entry for Rs. 1000.00 on 23.06.2008

I have a savings account with SBI, Lalbaug branch, account number [protected].my ATM card number is[protected]. I had made a withdrawal from Lalbaug ATM of an amount of 1000 Rs. on 22/06/2008, but my account has been debited twice with the amount of 1000 Rs on 23/6/2008.the transaction number is 4496 and the time of withdrawal was 21:30.

I am facing problems and I hope you will understand them and rectify the mistake...

always throws invalid password and user name

hi
i applied for internet banking account. i got id and password on same day from bank. they said that account wll be activated within 2 days but still i am waiting for it.
whenever i try to login on onlinesbi.com it says invalid username and password. i ask about to my bank they said "thr is problem on site" . then why it not specify on web site......

Correction to be made in Category on the app. form

Sir,
Correction is to be made in the category on the app. form. My category is General. But while applying online it has been saved as SC.I have paid Rs. 250/-. Journal No.[protected]
My application no. is 5578234. Password is 494q98Ne.So, instead of the wrong category SC make the correction to GENERAL. I have also mailed to [protected]@ibps.in 3 to 4 times requesting them to make the correction. But in Vain. I am getting back a reply...

CHARGING IN EXCESS

I TOOK A LOAN OF RS.36000/- & THE EMI WAS FIXED AT RS.1230/ MONTH. BUT THEY ARE CHARGING AT WILL. I ACCEPTED THE CRAD JUST BECAUSE I WAS TOLD “IT WAS A FREE FOR LIFE CARD”, SUDDENLY THEY HAVE STARTED CHARGING CARD FEE OF RS.1000/ANNUM. transaction rights not given

Dear Sir,
I got mine online sbi account in good health, and i am able to see mine account statements but, i dont have the transaction rights which is big problem in mine online payment.

sbi clerk recruitment online application form

SBI onLine Apply Error

Even I Itried to conact SBI help line mail id. They said, we need to keep trying from website only.
They havnt given any clear information. Any one knows Let me know.

not able to login with the username and password provided by the bank

i have been provided with a username and password to access the online banking at the branch- Jhunjhunu. But i am not able to login even for the first time. Kindly help me..and do let me know if you need any further details...

wrong balance and lien amount shown

I see Rs. -8908.16 in my balance and Rs. 11000/= in as lien amount. Whereas i should have Rs. 62/= as balance and Rs. 2000/= as lien. Now this is what SBI can best do????...

wrong info give on balance transfer

I got call from sbi credit card division for balance transfer which i intially told no as i had already availed and there is not requirment as i had sufficient amt to pay for my other icici credit card.
But exe told it is totaly free even they will not charge processing fee and the offer is limited. i do not have to pay any thing for 90days. And the same was confirmed by an other Exe who called me for confirmation.

the sbicard people are mentally torturing me for the amt of loan which i have not taken every detail is there in the case id given in the subject. in brief they send me one dd for rs. 47000/- without asking for and without any approval i returned the same on the same day i. e. 2.6.2007 and the same was not deposited by me in the bank , although they have reversed the dd amount but still they are charging interest and other charges...

credit card service

Sir,

I have a credit card of an SBI bank and i reside in Faridabad. I had to submit my bill of the credit card for the month of Septmenber'07. As there is no drop box available in Faridabad I could not drop my cheque. I called your customer care too many times but I am not able to understand why your customer care executives do not take the calls seriously. They have not given me any solution and due to this I had to drop...

penalised the customer for sbi card

date: 6.10.2007

i have sbi card since may 07 and regret to
inform that sbi services are not good and
fed up with collecting charges heavily
on the customers. after paying all the dues,
they are sending statements so much amount
is still outstanding.

because of the above reason, i withdraw/cancel
my card and send it to sbi card division.

as i am very poor...

deactivate mobile registration

Recently i visit my sbi atm counter and i register few services.
just like mobile registration.now i can access this service. actually i am a vodafone subscriber. when i register my mobile no. in sbi atm then i got 2 sms through sbi atm in my mobile phone like(rc<sbi>amount>pin) for send u can use 140 toll free no. and ur recharge well be succfully. now i want to deactivate this service. but i i dont know what is the procedure...
