The bank manager of the bank is very polite, hard worker and helpful minded person.

The staff work in the branch are just opposite to their bank manager. There are many customers in that branch but their problems and grievances are not being sorted out by their staff. The way they respond to the public is not appreciated. Only one single window counter is always opened, even though plenty of rushes being present. All the four counter remains ideal with their staff sitting over in the counter.

People come various places taking permission from office and some times on leave also but their problems are not solved in smooth manner. For making a inquiry also we should take the token from the machine and wait for hours together.

Even for a small work also we should go to the bank three to four times. There in the bank, the house keeper/casual employees speak to the customers in harsh manner which is not appreciated. Depositing our hard earning money in their bank and in-turn receiving harassment from their staff is not good.

Kindly look into the matter for smooth functioning and attend the customer in a polite way.

        Credit rs.18, 796 on 26.02.2019. I had withdrawn rs.18, 300 because the atm shows insufficient balance and atm machine shows rs.496 as balance. Only the next day statement shows some charges but what the heck is 407.33 rs charged for. Atm or sms charges. What does it mean? State blade of india.

          Dear sir,
          On 1st may 2018 an unauthorized transaction done by my debit card from foreign country. That transaction not done by me and not received any sms.

          I done many complaints ([protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected]) through online solution was transaction successful. After that i try many times to register complaint online and through customer care but technical error coming by site.
          Telephonic ([protected]) not able to connect branch. I register a complaint for that. Again try to call but same issue. I asked at branch end they told me bsnl number is not working.

            Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. After completion of bajaj consumer loan 2875₹. Charges were taken per month 1200₹ (295₹*3 to 4 5 times). Pl check and return from invest imtermedi.

                  SBI now became a begger bank.. Not at all supporting people only money motive I have issues with upi transactions but that ### fellows not allowed me to transfer via upi ... And they have very poor customer service .no one will taking care of our issues only deductions of money and un necessary charges applied worst bank ever call me on [protected]

                    I am Sri P Srinivas user of SBI A/c, SBI Debit Card. My account had been debited fraudulently 64 times with message "By Debit Card OTHPG xxxxxx GOOGLE *Bigo g.co/helpp". Each time it deducted Rs. 97/- and the total amount deducted is Rs. 6208/- on date 21/02/2019. I had not used debit card for any purpose(withdrawl, online shopping etc...) on that day. Neither any message nor OTP received on my registered mobile. I have lodged complain at the SBI, Main Road, Nabarangpur. Enclosing A/c Statement and copy of complain as photos.
                    Please help me to get back my money.

                      I have tried an online transaction in amazon website by using my net banking user id and on 08th august 2019, it was failed but amount deducted from sbi a/c which is yet not refund to me.

                      They same day i was retry with hdfc bank debit card and got that product from amazon.

                      I have given complaint to sbi many times for this transaction, but they always saying amount settled to amazon and which is confirmed with them.

                      But amazon is saying as they have not received my payment and nobody conducted from bank for the same.

                      Amazon confirmed the same with email to me and the asking charge dispute from bank.

                      I have visited my sbi branch for many times and called more than 100 times to sbi customer care. They saying as they are having only limited access to them they cant do further. Please help me to get my amount

                              I rudranarayan sahoo booked two tatkal tickets through irctc app on 20/02/2019. The transaction failed and amount of 770.98 got deducted from my sbi debit card. It shows amount not received from bank. My sbi ac no is [protected]. The amount is still not refunded to me after even 8 days. Transaction id is [protected]. Sbi is not helping me adequately. Please help.

                                I asked and filled form for auto debit facality as my existing account is in sbi bank against sbi credit card, which was not done by my bank, and now i had to made the payment as they have ruined my 'cibil score".

                                I came to know such thing when yesterday i went to bank for personal loan.
                                Ref no for paying: psbi[protected] (For ready refrence).

                                Kindly rectify my cibil score by doing needful so that the undersigned can avail loan facility against my social needs.

                                  Dear sir

                                  A refund of 969 rupees was not processed from either side of amazon or sbi to my account.
                                  The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is[protected].
                                  This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                                  I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                                  I have confirmed with amazon and asked me to raise charge dispute as amount got struck in gateway

                                  Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                                      I have called the state bank of india customer service and also the state bank of india branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action has been taken yet.

                                      I confirmed with amazon and they had successfully processed the refund.
