My credit card amout outstanding was 64000 but i call sbi on 1 may to settle the amount. On 4th may i got there mail with settle amount of 42000 which i paid. Still in there website its showing 22000 outstanding and they are not providing clearance letter. When called thier cuatomer care they said your settlement request cancelled. How can they say this while i already paid settlement amount after recieving there settlement letter

    atm card issue for minor account

    I applied for ATM Card twice and waited for more than six months but did not received anything till now.I am under 18. I inquired for ATM Cards for minor in internet and SBI Customer care, they said that ATM Cards are available for under 18 but when I had a talk with the bank authority the denied of the fact.The branch is Lakhipur in Uttar Dinajpur with code 00009728....

    I booked a complaint on sbi with a ticket number [protected] and its resolved without being solved. I talked with my service provider but they have no history about the failed recharge. This is the second time I am facing the sAME ISSUE. Being a nationally reputated bank like SBI, these guys are also picking money illegally from their customers. I'm uploading picture you can see one successful recharge one is not. This time no more trust on SBI.

      My account has debit by transfer of 5000 rs on dated 19.04.2018. after that three complaint has been lodged ( 2 nos. by my self and 1 by bank) (ticket no. enclosed). but all complaint were closed after saying that transaction was done on 14.04.2018 which was not debited in your account on that day. after that i lodged complaint on www.PGportal.com (Consumer complaint forum) but complaint were closed after saying the same thing. (copy of bank enclosed).

      but i am sure that transaction were not done by myself with my ATM. if bank says transaction is correct than please provide the ATM location/place and its ID from where i done that transaction and also please provide cctv footage of the same.

      Note: A Similar case was done at Jodhpur on dated 10.05.2018 with different SBI Branch. (print of copy Enclosed for your Ready reference)

      The Transaction was not done by myself please help to resolve.

        Subject: Charge dispute "Refund never processed"

        Dear sir

        A refund of 3290 rupees was successfully processed on 23 April 2018 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my SBI account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

        I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

        I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

        kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

          I have a balance of around 33000 and from that 5000 was kept as lien amount it was second time facing such problems . please process my request and add my amount back to my account. on 2 may 2018 and i have seen this cutting of money in the name of lien account. i have raised this problem informant of the bank but there was no response at all. I hope this was the right place to share my load. Thanks...

            My saving account no. Is [protected] (Sbi-dudhichua ifsc code sbin0014959). On 04.05.2018 an amount of rs. 12, 401.00 was deducted from my aforesaid account (Transfer to [protected] investment intermediar inb sbilife. Sir please, intimate us the policy number or insurance certificate number etc. Against which the rs. 12, 401.00 deducted from my saving account. I could not found the policy number etc. Please help, and arrange providing the details of policy/insurance, against which the amount debited from my account. An early reply is solicited.

              Reference - non-operative saving account no.[protected] (Please refer below screen shot)

              I have referred saving account at your birladham kharach branch (Branch code 15057) since last more than 15 years, due to some unavoidable circumstances i was unable to operate the account and i am a senior citizen.

              I was already submitted my aadhar card in branch and request to accept form 60 in place of pan but branch is demanding pan for operation the account.

              I have fd approx rs.2 lacs and in saving account i have approx. Rs.75000 and required money for my social liability fulfilment immediately.

              I request you to please instruct to branch for accepting the form 60 and activate my saving account immediately and help me.

                On 10 may 2018, rs.17000 is deducted automatically with providing their sms on my mobile and their corresponding reference no. " sweep to [protected] from above mentioned a/c.
                I humble request to you sir, take a immediate action to return on my a/c as soon as possible on this regard.

                  Pls let me know n help us to understand what should i do, i have two account with you (Sbi bank) one in delhi and other account in village patti (Uttar pradesh) and i hv a delhi address on my aadhar card and the problem is that when i visited to my hometown branch (Uttar pradesh) for to link a aadhar no n to do banking, they are telling that they can't update my aadhar no with account because the address on aadhar card is different so they also refused me to do the banking like withdraw the some amount from the bank they are telling to first change the address then they can update or link my aadhar no with my account and after that do all banking

                  So my question is that if the same kind of behaviour delhi sbi bank do with me than what should i do with the account, so it comes one option either i closed delhi account or keep hometown account or keep delhi account n close hometown account.

                  So pls help me what should i do n how to handle this situation

                  i am a SBI ACCOUNT holder and,
                  i have a SBI account and balance was 120000 but 20days before it is showing balance is 0.00 and lien Amt is 500000, how it came. i am really shocked,

                  please explain me how can be solve it.

                  I have recharged my mobile number but at last it's displayed a message "session expired" no confirmation or failure message shown, and amount deducted when I checked my transaction detail through online sbi.
                  Please provide me solution for the same, my transaction ID is : IGADLSCNH5
                  Today I was gone in sbi bank chandkheda branch where the security guard is unpleasant behaviour and threating to do on me and talk with arrogance and that Destroy our rights so please do something better that scenario not happend again which anyone..

                    One month back iam opening an account in andhrapradesh eluru madepalli branch in the name of my daughter. But passbook is not issued un till we didn't receive passbook. Every time u people's told come tomorrow, or daytomorrow, server is not working like that silly reasons are telling. We r not able to roming. Today 10/05/2018 also they r not prepare passbook. U r bank service is worost

                      Website: UPI Payment from SBI via Tez App

                      I have booked tickets thru irctc on 30th april twice for amount of inr 3870, both time transaction failed and ticket not booked, however amount deducted from by sbi account in tez app. I was getting the same in irctc login under failed transaction on the same day. But till now the payment is not refunded by sbi until now. My upi transactions are[protected] &[protected] for inr 3870 each. I raised dispute at tez app after 3 days nothing has happen after more than week, when contacted them they told that i have to ask sbi to chargeback merchant. When contacted sbi they informed to write a mail on support. [protected]@sbi.co.in response of which yet awaited.

                      in most cases it was taking around 7-14 working days to get updated back to account once check that with transcation id at irctc to sbi, u can use sbi samadhan app to raise such requests online

                        Request you to get my money back from investment intermedi, as in rs.2000 has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi on 10.05.2018! I have no idea about this. It's totally fraud. I never invested any kind of amount on such fake companies.

                        Kindly do the needful regarding this matter asap.

                          Revised pension ppo has been issued by office of pcda vide corr ppo mf in the month of jan 2018 as per the clarification asked by sbm. The same was sent to cpcc by whats app followed by a letter with copy of ppo on. There after a reminder letter was sent on. An online complaint was sent in sbi grievance cell on apr 10 vide ticket no [protected] for whiich the reply came promptly to contact the branch manager as it was due to unavoidable reason. When contacted the branch they say they have no information about it. And they said that that my letter dt 26 feb has been forwarded to the cpcc on 28 feb 2018.
                          I had sent a mail once again to the cms of sbi to the same mail from which the reply came on 11 apr on 16 apr 2018 which has not been replied by sbi till date.
                          Today again i had approached the branch manager (Sbi, mandimohalla branch, mysore) who said again to approach cpcc and given the concerned persons number [protected] whcih does not get response.

                            I transfered inr 700 in my sbi account on may 3rd 2018. Thought it showed credited to my account but balance was zero! They deducted the money and even transaction for deduction wasn't showing in my account statement. I called they but refused to take the complaint online or over phone! Please help me i am student not a working official. My lien amount though showing balance of 1690

                              My sb account was transferred from exhibition road (3475) to khagaul branch (4576) patna recently, i have to inform that my account was not linked with my aadhar. Prior to this, i closed my another sb account with khagaul branch which was already linked with my aadhar.
                              At present i would like to link my newly transferred account at khagaul branch with my aadhar number and i have applied for this on 03/03/2018 but they are unable to link.
                              In this connection, i have submitted a complaint vide ticket number: [protected] for updation of address as given in aadhar with my aadhar number so that i can apply for new cheque book, but without any consent and resolution. My complaint has been closed with a message "your complaint [protected] has been attended to and closed after resolution".
                              Kindly arrange to help them in linking of my sb account with my aadhar.

                                    My account is with sbi kankanady branch, mangalore which actually is in valencia.
                                    Yesterday i had gone there personally to meet the accountant. As soon as she saw me, she ran away asking me to wait though i told her that i just wanted to have a word with her. Later on i came to know that she was participating in the repair of the atm machine which would take ages. I left the place & tried to call the bank later with all the numbers available with me.. Today also i tried.
                                    The numbers given are :
                                    [protected] numbers) out of which only[protected] works which keeps on ringing which nobody picks up. I think it is the number of the manager whose room is vacant for the past several months. There is a pro i guess. The toll free number starting with 1800-... Does not work.
                                    I tried the number 2449453 given in the passbook as directed by the staff once. Most of the phones do not exist or are out of order or are not picked up.
                                    In this modern digital age, you can't even talk to anyone through phone or in person because the phones do not work & they pretend to be busy vips. Customers seem to be the last priority. Now i'm going to go personally to meet the accountant if she is in a sweet mood to listen to a word of mine. Wish me luck.
                                    Are we supposed to go & meet the vips every time we have a mundane job or verification to be done? Are we living in a stone age in this digital era? "pathetic" to say the least.
