Dear Sir,

Myself RAVI YADAV holding savings account in SBI Nagole branch, Hyderabad. I have been working in Sahibganj, Jharkhand over a period of one year. Recently on dated 11.05.2018, around 5pm, I have visited Sahibganj ATM(infront of police station) to withdraw an amount of Rs 4000.00. Howwever during my transaction, I received an sms stating the debit of Rs 4000 from my account. However I did not receive any amount of Rs 4000 nor any reciept from the atm and it showed a message on screen stating that the transaction is timed out.

There is no complain box with the ATM security guard which I insisted him but of no use to him. As I am working away from my home branch, it is difficult for me to complain at the home branch.

Please do the needful in this regard and resolve to credit back my amount of Rs 4000 to my account.

    Today around 11.30 a.m.I went to SBI Bsavanagudi, Bengaluru to withdraw rs.10000/from my SB account.There was a small queue of 4or 5 at the counter when an official came announcing loudly that only those paying fees can remain and those wanting to withdraw cash should go with him.But what transpired was very humiliating to a pensioner like me.He insisted at the top of his voice that such a small amount cannot be withdrawn by cheque and ordered me to apply for ATM card immediately and when I told him that at this age it was difficult for me to learn the process o[censored]sing ATM he vociferously announced that I should learn.In fact I told him about how I had a bitter experience when I tried using the card years ago, so now I am scared to use it he said that I should learn it or send my children to operate or even use paytm etc.He budged when I asked him if I was not allowed to withdraw my own money.Later on I got the money.
    I want answers to these questions:
    If the bank has decided not to allow cheques why was I not informed through sms alerts.
    Shouldn't senior citizens be treated with more dignity or don't we have the right to live life just because of some drastic reforms in the banking system
    We depend on our pension which is given by the government for the service rendered and would want to lead independent lives, so if we do not know internet banking or are unable to use ATM card can't we make use of our money.
    Please keep in mind that many o[censored]s have served society sincerely and have not cheated any bank.

        I have ordered an item through paytm and paid through my sbi debit card. Then i cancelled the order. Paytm initiated the refund at 25th april, 2018. I have contacted paytm and they have given me the refund reference number which is[protected]. Amount has not been credited in my account yet. I have contacted bank twice but they refused to register the complaint. Kindly look into the matter. My account number is [protected].             Respected sir i am facing a lt of problem is sbi buddy wallet, mujhe sbi wallet use karne me bahot pareshani ho rahi hai jab main apne [protected] number se login kar raha hu to otp maang raha hai jo main provide nahi kar sakta kyunki mere paas ab wo number nhi hai aur wo number band ho gaya hai to ab main na hi log in kar pa raha hu naahi paise nikal pa raha hu fir maine ek dusre number [protected] se account account banaya aur 2000 rs daale fir jab wo paise maine bank me transfer kiye to paise to cut gaye par paise account me nahi pahunche kul milkar mere 4000 fas gaye ab main kya karu samajh nahi paa raha, sbi customer care wale bhi complaint ka solution nahi kar rahe hai!

              My account [protected] and my name is dali sahu. I was not properly informed before increasing minimum balance in sbi account by email or phone. Sbi has deducted money from account for not maintaining minimum balance. I was not informed by sbi about minimum balance is going to increase. The money deducted by sbi on my account is called as stealing.

                Subject: - business development loan of rs. 8lac, fraud with death customer family.
                Sir,
                Kindly inform to you that i simple singh w/o sunil kumar singh take a loan of rs. 8lac for business development in favor of s p enterprises proprietor sunil kumar singh in 2012.
                First i fixed deposited 3 lac rs. To take loan, my husband gave every emi on the time last till 2016; in 2016 my husband had expired due to lever fail.
                This loan was against to develop the business or to fill goods in shop proprietor s. K. Singh.
                I think that i did cleared around 6lac last 2016, after death of my husband i did inform to bank for necessary action and submitted application with death certificate, and bank staff assure to close the interest.
                After death of my husband bank did many time harassing to clear the loan amount and finally i gave money from my lic policy. I gave 4lac after death of my husband in two times first 1lac and after 3lac in same month.
                This is running then again became one strange thing that is my husband sbi bank atm again renewed and send it to customer which is already death. My husband death was 23/10/2016 and after 1 & half years this strange become, that old atm expired and new atm came to the customer. This is issued after expired of first atm to continue banking without any information of death customer, bank did not mention to head office about death customer nor mention in banking process.
                This is totally cheating and harassing situation against the liable customer, bank did many time harassing to take money as soon as possible without inform upper level management of customer death.
                It is clear visible to think about cheating to take money from the death customer family, which is medium class family or poor.
                Bank is doing no-show process and customer family suffers of harassing by bank.
                If bank does own work in the time then the customer and his family not became harassed & cheating from bank customer and families nor informed to the head office because here is looking more money and a plan of cheating from client.
                I think that if anyone will handle this case, it found that according to process it should be paid around 2lac from death customer family but here bank take total 4lac rs. Of my lic policy.
                After one & half year sbi atm did continue and post to the client after death of customer, it’s looking totally fraud.
                My account no: - [protected], product of loan:- mc-ccsb credit card (Sbf) finance in name m/s s p enterprises, 15th mile, gs road, byrnihat, ribhoi from state bank of india sme burnihat branch, burnihat, dist:- ribhoi, meghalaya 793101, ifsc - sbin0002035, micr[protected].
                This is totally fraud and cheating with death customer and his families, so i request you that please take in charge of this case and provide a best relief to death customer and his families.
                The money of lic policy was needed to my family condition and 2 child growth but, here after harassing by bank officers i did pay totally 4 lac to the bank but bank have not any mercy from death customer and his family.
                I am sending every document for supporting and verify to this loan account, and request you that please do needful action against bank and managers for this type of cheating and harassing.
                • bank did not inform to head office for customers death,
                • never remove interest.
                • not mention to head office for customer death and filially issued atm after one & half years.
                • bank took 4 lac after death of customer from customer families with cheating and harassing.
                Again i request you that please check this loan file because i think that here is some problem on our loan file and bank is cheating with customer family.
                Please check all details in this file which is mentioned by the state bank of india for the customer business development loan.
                I will be very thankful to you if you can give a better relief to death customer family.

                Please refund my extra money which is taken by State Bank and issue NOC to close loan.

                I did fixed deposit 3Lac taken Loan 8Lac, EMI paid 2012 to 2016, again gave 4Lac from my LIC Policy and not understand about my fixed deposit & Interest. Please check and verify & refund my extra money.

                  I had raised the first complaint with consumer complaints forum on the march 22nd 2018, providing a detailed report.
                  On the 22nd the response from sbi credit cards was a feeble attempt at trying to contact me with no intention of clarifying my queries,
                  I responded on the 23rd may by updating the complaint forum seeking clarification to my queries raised.
                  Ii now find that onmay 3rd sbi has expartite marked the complaint as resolved without any clarifications provided to me and are ci=ontinuing to send inflated bills with added penalties

                  I now wish to raise a consumer complaint against sbi cards for collusion/ conspiracy in a abetting a fraudulent transaction by passing insider information to a hoax company jimmy walls enterprises, refusing to acknowledge a dispute in spite of innumerable security lapses from their end, marking the complaint made by me with the consumer forum as having been resolved expartite on 3rd of may 2018, without responding to the queries raised by me while simultaneously harassing me and causing mental trauma to me by sending repeated card statement with added penalties.
                  To enlighten you further, the jimmywalls/ sbi scam has got 6 victims, wherein the modus operandi continues to be the same and only sbi cards are targeted. (Courtesy google and indian consumer complaints forum). I am certain the numbers will be higher if they had been reported.
                  Please refer to the latest credit card statement where the original disputed amount 8001 has inflated with added penalties to 16820 and still escalating, despite the fact that the case is disputed.
                  I would request you to kindly help me with getting this matter resolved amicably.
                  I would like sbi credit card to maintain a sympathetic stance with me and forego the disputed amount and initiate a more stringent action against the wrongdoers rather than further victimizing the victims.

He asked otp which i got to my phone number for updation of my debit card. So i told otp to him. Actually i am not check that sms otp or not after that i realise it's fake call.                       Kindly help me to recover my money back from invstment intermedi, because many times rs 295/-has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really do not have any clue what company is this. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible & totally fraud. Debiting such amount we can not effort from our hard working & labor.                           मैं विवेक जैन, मेरी दुकान स्टेट बैंक के बाजू मैं है 11/5/18 को शाम 5 बजे मैं बैंक पैसे जमा करने गया वह जा कर पता हुआ बैंक के दरवाजे 5 मिनिट पहले ही बंद हो गए है मैं पीछे के दरवाजे से बैंक के अंदर गया वह जब मैं लेनदेन की खिड़की मैं गया तो बन्द का बोर्ड लगा था मुझसे पहले एक व्यक्ति ओर वह पर खड़ा था जो जिसकी दुकान बैंक के ठीक सामने है जब हम लोगो ने केबिन पर बैठे कर्मचारी से पैसे जमा करने को कहा तो उसने बोला बैंक बन्द हो चुकी है ज्यादा काम कर भी लेगे तो भी पैसे उतने ही मिलना है तुम लोग वापस जाओ मेरा टाइम खराब मत करो,
                          महोदय जी हम छोटे से व्यापारी है बैंक में रोज थोड़ा बहुत लेनदेन करते है सरकार बोलती है बैंक से लेनदेन करो पर बैंक जाओ तो हमारे ही पैसो से वेतन पाने वाले आपके बैंक कर्मचारी हमारे साथ दुर्व्यहार करते है

                            I mohamed yazir (Id:[protected] have account on iob patemanagaram branch (3708)-tuticorin dist., on 21st february 18, i withdraw rs 10, 000/- from sbi - srivaikuntam branch atm but its double entered i. E. Rs 10, 000/- twice and total amount of rs 20, 000/- is deducted from my account, till date no response from sbi even my iob branch manager too complained about it to sbi-srivaikuntam branch, no response from both banks. I request for refund of extra deducted amount.

                              My credit card amout outstanding was 64000 but i call sbi on 1 may to settle the amount. On 4th may i got there mail with settle amount of 42000 which i paid. Still in there website its showing 22000 outstanding and they are not providing clearance letter. When called thier cuatomer care they said your settlement request cancelled. How can they say this while i already paid settlement amount after recieving there settlement letter

I talked with my service provider but they have no history about the failed recharge. This is the second time I am facing the sAME ISSUE. Being a nationally reputated bank like SBI, these guys are also picking money illegally from their customers. I'm uploading picture you can see one successful recharge one is not. This time no more trust on SBI.

                                  My account has debit by transfer of 5000 rs on dated 19.04.2018. after that three complaint has been lodged ( 2 nos. by my self and 1 by bank) (ticket no. enclosed). but all complaint were closed after saying that transaction was done on 14.04.2018 which was not debited in your account on that day. after that i lodged complaint on www.PGportal.com (Consumer complaint forum) but complaint were closed after saying the same thing. (copy of bank enclosed).

                                  but i am sure that transaction were not done by myself with my ATM. if bank says transaction is correct than please provide the ATM location/place and its ID from where i done that transaction and also please provide cctv footage of the same.

                                    Subject: Charge dispute "Refund never processed"

                                    Dear sir

                                    A refund of 3290 rupees was successfully processed on 23 April 2018 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my SBI account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                                    I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                                    I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                                    kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                                      I have a balance of around 33000 and from that 5000 was kept as lien amount it was second time facing such problems . please process my request and add my amount back to my account. on 2 may 2018 and i have seen this cutting of money in the name of lien account. i have raised this problem informant of the bank but there was no response at all. I hope this was the right place to share my load. Thanks...
