Complaint marked as Resolved SBI Did not reach me on this,
I had to run between SBI Bank Avadi and SBI Credit Cards, Kandanchavadi Branches to get this resolved.
Waited for hours time to meet SBI Credit Card Operations Manager.
Explained the problem (He mentioned it would be resolved in 7 days)
They again took 2 months time for this.
I got fed up and went to Credit Card Office at Kandanchavadi.
There was new Operations Manager, who resolved in a day.
I appreciated the effort, but still the time the previous manager and his solution dragged me was unexplainable pain.
SBI, try to assign job to the right person. I am not a happy customer. Prefer to stay away from SBI in future, as this is my experience
State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
With out my permission every time in my account debited 295 rupees for the Investment Intermedi. Deducted 3 times.
So, please refund my money.
And block investiment intermedi.
Or
Provide a proper solution.
