I ordered two products from nykaa with same order ID --NYK[protected]
but for some reason I canceled that on the same date that is 9th of my 2022.in nykaa it is mentioned that the refund is already initiated and should reach to your bank by 14th May But it did not reach yet and today is 17th May.
My reference number for those two products are[protected],[protected]
And the amount for first one is 251.26 and the other is 219.74
The total refund is showing 470.99
My registration phone no is [protected]
Please check and take necessary action

        Since 2019 I have used net banking.but now I log in to sbi net banking it shows invalid user name either I entered the correct username what is the solution for this

            I booked a IRCTC train ticket on 10 May, due fully wait listed my ticket got auto cancelled and it says the money will refunded by 3 - 4 days. Today I received a notification in phonepe that money is refunded and send to my SBI card, but money is not credited. When I connect with their support, they said it is already send to bank and they need to process.why it is getting late to credit my money to my account as phonepe is already sent a money

                  I've ordered product from Amazon on 18 April 2022. Due to some defect I've filed refund on 21 April 2022. The refund got stuck and the process for it was initiated again on 30 April 2022 and got reference number on 9 April 2022. It was mentioned that the refund will be credited to your bank account within 3-5 business days but I haven't got my refund yet. The price of the product is 480 rupees. I request you to consider my complaint and help me in getting my refund as soon as possible.

                    I have ordered a CELLBELL chair from AMAZON on 27 March 2022 with order id[protected] and costs rupees 3, 699 and I pay this amount from my SBI Debit card because of quality issue I have return this chair but after returning not get refund in my account so I contact to seller and Amazon also and they told me that they have send the refund at 16 April 2022 and told me to contact your respected bank. Bank Employee told me that there are no any pending amount showing in your account so u contact to your third party app regarding this issue. So one more time i contacted with Amazon and this time they send me Refund Reference Number# ONUS20220412 and send me in written that "Refund is been initiated from our side please call to your bank for this if it is not reflecting into your bank account." so i contacted to bank and they just said me that if we got any pending request then we should approve its around 1 month I do not get any amount in my bank. What should I do?
                    I appel to you that plz get Attension in this case and help me out.

                      On 30.04.22 a transaction of Rs 5000 was performed through Phone pay to my SBI Account.
                      In statement transaction is appearing successful but Amount have not been credited to Saving bank account, On enquiry from Phone pay support its advised that Bank have confirmed successful receipt of amount.
                      AMOUNT IS NOT CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT.

                          Espected Sir / Madam,

                          Myself Kuntal Dey having SBI Credit Card not able to pay my dues due to unemployment for last 2 years. I acknowledged my liabilities & have no bad intention that I will not pay.

                          But last few days SBI Card recovery agents calling each & every time & threatening & humiliating me. They are sending goons to my parents & family to humiliate them. My father having serious heart issue. They are misbehaving with my spouse also.

                          Request you to please help me to overcome this problem & please give a peace to my parent & family.

                            I had unauthorized transaction from bank end itself. My money got deducted Rupees 1000 for SWOS transaction on 13 May 2022.
                            Money got deducted for 2 times which doesn't make sense as in the previous date also i checked my transaction details after transaction of 1000 rupees on 8th may 2022 i saw money deduction from my previous amount which is ok. But now on 13th may 2022 i just checked my account on yono app and found 1000 rupees deduction for SWOS.

                            The customer care executive told if 2 times money got deducted due to this technical issue i should get my money back.
                            Now i just want my hard earned money back. Rupees 1000 is not a small amount .
                            Kindly resolve my money. And i am complaining this before completion of 1 day so that you people couldn't make excuse of 1 day exceeds we can't take complain.

                              SBI CSP, Ummathur, Karnataka-571316 is charging Rs.70 for Rs.10000 withdrawal through AEPS. They are telling that it is Bank charges for transaction through AEPS, I know Bank don't charge for that. This amount is going to the pockets of staff working there, it is burden for uneducated persons who are doing transactions without knowing about extra charges in this critical situation. It is against RBI's financial inclusion intiative. So, kindly take actions to avoid these kind of inconvenience for customers.

                                Myself Ravi kant, returned some product (MI SMART BAND 5) and the Amazon has initiated the amount of 2399 INR on 4th-7th May but I'VE NOT RECEIVED IT YET and I ve been provided with Refund Reference Number { #[protected] for Rs. 2399.00 } from amazon and the Home branch is not helping me anyway, kindly help me get my hard earned money.

                                  I have no any loan. my bajaj finserv loan closed in august 2018. But sbi charged mandate fail charges Rs. 295 & debit in my sbi account. This is fake so please refund my amount

                                      I felt bad about SBI I'm fully unstatified abut SBI.Because I applied my ATM Card on 12th April and it's issued on 14th April. But till now it's May 12th my ATM card even not dispatched and not received any type of msg like speed post number.i felt very frustrated about this. Nearly it's take 7-10 days to dispatch a card but now it's nearly 1 month passed but it even not dispatched when it will deliver. I contacted SBI customer service they told me that they gave complain and it will be solve in 10days but it won't solved again I contacted but telling the same reason.Finally I visited my home branch but they also not solved. I felt very irritate with SBI. So kindly I requesting you to solve my problem .
                                      It's too urgent to me. #pleaseee..!

                                        We have received call on our office landline asking for one of our staff member. He identified himself as calling from SBI Cards Silver Utopia Building, Andheri Chakala, Mumbai . As we have policy that unwanted calls or unofficial calls are not diverted to employees - the call has been given to me as Department Head. The call was received. When we asked for identify of employee he said his name is Vijay and shared his office address but did not share contact number.
                                        He identified himself as calling from SBI credit card division and said that our employees credit card dues are pending. We told him that it is his personal problem and If it is personal he can get in touch with her on her personal number or in her residence and no calls will be transferred to employee.

                                        We requested that person Vijay to not to call office landline. However, he threatened that he will call continuously and has been doing so for the last 3 days.

                                        The SBI recovery collection agent have spoiled our work for last 3 days and it is totally not acceptable. There is no guarantee that he will not call again and again and threaten us.

                                        This is totally cross violation of privacy by calling any one and threatening who are not at all linked with your cards / loans etc and the SBI should compensate for our mental torture and loss of business hours.

                                        Can any one help us how we can take action against such unsolicited harassment calls from SBI collection recovery agents?
