I had unauthorized transaction from bank end itself. My money got deducted Rupees 1000 for SWOS transaction on 13 May 2022.
Money got deducted for 2 times which doesn't make sense as in the previous date also i checked my transaction details after transaction of 1000 rupees on 8th may 2022 i saw money deduction from my previous amount which is ok. But now on 13th may 2022 i just checked my account on yono app and found 1000 rupees deduction for SWOS.

The customer care executive told if 2 times money got deducted due to this technical issue i should get my money back.
Now i just want my hard earned money back. Rupees 1000 is not a small amount .
Kindly resolve my money. And i am complaining this before completion of 1 day so that you people couldn't make excuse of 1 day exceeds we can't take complain.

    SBI CSP, Ummathur, Karnataka-571316 is charging Rs.70 for Rs.10000 withdrawal through AEPS. They are telling that it is Bank charges for transaction through AEPS, I know Bank don't charge for that. This amount is going to the pockets of staff working there, it is burden for uneducated persons who are doing transactions without knowing about extra charges in this critical situation. It is against RBI's financial inclusion intiative. So, kindly take actions to avoid these kind of inconvenience for customers.

      Hello Sir/Ma'am
      Myself Ravi kant, returned some product (MI SMART BAND 5) and the Amazon has initiated the amount of 2399 INR on 4th-7th May but I'VE NOT RECEIVED IT YET and I ve been provided with Refund Reference Number { #[protected] for Rs. 2399.00 } from amazon and the Home branch is not helping me anyway, kindly help me get my hard earned money.

        I have no any loan. my bajaj finserv loan closed in august 2018. But sbi charged mandate fail charges Rs. 295 & debit in my sbi account. This is fake so please refund my amount

          I have ordered an vastramania women cotton kurta dupatta and pant set baby blue on 21 April and I it was delivered on 29 April to me and then I have returned it on 3 may and it was pickuped by delivery agent on 4 may

            Hello...!
            I felt bad about SBI I'm fully unstatified abut SBI.Because I applied my ATM Card on 12th April and it's issued on 14th April. But till now it's May 12th my ATM card even not dispatched and not received any type of msg like speed post number.i felt very frustrated about this. Nearly it's take 7-10 days to dispatch a card but now it's nearly 1 month passed but it even not dispatched when it will deliver. I contacted SBI customer service they told me that they gave complain and it will be solve in 10days but it won't solved again I contacted but telling the same reason.Finally I visited my home branch but they also not solved. I felt very irritate with SBI. So kindly I requesting you to solve my problem .
            It's too urgent to me. #pleaseee..!

              We have received call on our office landline asking for one of our staff member. He identified himself as calling from SBI Cards Silver Utopia Building, Andheri Chakala, Mumbai . As we have policy that unwanted calls or unofficial calls are not diverted to employees - the call has been given to me as Department Head. The call was received. When we asked for identify of employee he said his name is Vijay and shared his office address but did not share contact number.
              He identified himself as calling from SBI credit card division and said that our employees credit card dues are pending. We told him that it is his personal problem and If it is personal he can get in touch with her on her personal number or in her residence and no calls will be transferred to employee.

              We requested that person Vijay to not to call office landline. However, he threatened that he will call continuously and has been doing so for the last 3 days.

              The SBI recovery collection agent have spoiled our work for last 3 days and it is totally not acceptable. There is no guarantee that he will not call again and again and threaten us.

              This is totally cross violation of privacy by calling any one and threatening who are not at all linked with your cards / loans etc and the SBI should compensate for our mental torture and loss of business hours.

              Can any one help us how we can take action against such unsolicited harassment calls from SBI collection recovery agents?

                  I ordered a product on 1st May 2022 but after that I cancelled my order so in few hours i got a message in their transaction that they have send me my refund money in my bank but still i don't get my refund and they have also send me refund reference number which have[protected]. I showed this to my Bank's Manager but they didn't check. So please help me out of this because my home branch are not helping me in any kind of way.

                              This is to inform you that I had opened a Multi option deposit account (A/c No[protected] of Rs 65000.on 01/01/2022 through online . And on 03/01/2022 due to some urgency I withdrew Rs 10000 from that account, but I found that Rs 3099 has been deducted as tax which I don't understand the reason.
                              So Please look into the matter so that it should be refundable at the earliest .

                                I opened an saving account in SBI bank in the last week of March but hasn't received my ATM card till date. I visited my branch in last week of April. They checked and told me that the card is not yet dispatched. so they suggested to discontinue the first one and request for new one and again the same issue is coming in the new one.

                                  I got SBI credit Card from a person who was selling SBI Credit Card. Only because he told me there will be no maintenance or yearly charges and no charges for withdrawal. Once I got the card from SBI credit card, they started applying yearly charges and withdrawal charges. I asked them many times to close my account and requested to not put. SBI customer care is not taking any action on this. they are putting lot of interest on me. This is affected my CIBIL score. Because of that I am not getting loan from banks.I request here to please help.

                                    Hello,
                                    I've taken home loan from SBI in 2020 and I had opted for interest only EMI until the possession of home is done.
                                    But from the start of 2022, SBI has started to deduct two EMIs.
                                    The first EMI for interest is deducting on first of each month, and second EMI that is newly started is getting on 8th of each month.
                                    I already tried raising complain with SBI but no luck at all.

                                    The amount for these two EMIs is almost all of my salary and this is creating financial issues for me.

                                    Also this happened without any prior notice from SBI.

                                    Please help me stop this one EMI. Also I would like the refund of all EMIs which were deducted twice.

                                    I have uploaded a photo of account statement where two EMIs deducted each months can be observed.

                                      Money debited but cash did not come out of the ATM

                                      My ticket number is 7194251. On May 8, 2022 I tried to withdraw money from an SBI ATM using my SBI Debit card. I tried to withdraw Rs 15000 but the ATM screen showed a message of invalid request. Then I used the YonoCash for Rs 14000 withdrawal and when I tried, the ATM showed an insufficient funds screen. I opened the YONOSBI app to verify and I has Rs 15000 of balance. I tried another time using YonoCash of Rs 14000 and it again showed...

                                      I have ordered the Pistaa's Women's Cotton Kurta RS=820/- for which order ID[protected]) on 28th march and received the product on 2nd April and i requested for return on 4th April and they pickup the product on 5th April and following return Id(DGX2xrnfRRMA) and after that they intitiated refund on april 9th so that it would take 3 to 5 business days and still i didn't recieved my refund yet and reference ID(#[protected]
