Hi Team,
I have a Sbi account and would like to update my DOB as when I am trying to activate through Yono, it errors out and says incorrect credentials.
Could you please assist with this.

    I never requested for cheque stop. But 3rd May 2022 SBI deduct Rs 590/- two times for cheque stop charges. My savings account [protected]. I never requested for cheque stop. Pls do needful as early as possible.

      Dear SBI customer, your transaction at POS 89051797 has been declined due to insufficient fund in your account.

      - This is the particular message I received at around 11.45 pm, 03/05/2022. I haven't made any transaction during this time period then why am I recieving this?

        I had ordered nike shoes from Amazon and I returned that due to some reason on 25/02/2022 and Amazon had initiated the refund of ₹ 9114 but still ihave not received the amount in my bank account

          I cancelled a product from amazon on February 21 and the amazon was issued the refund to my account, but the money is not credited or added to my account. I contact our sbi branch for many times, they said they don't k ow about it
          But the amazon is telling that they send the money, its the bank's fault.
          SBI is not crediting my money to my account
          Please help me out of this
          Amazon also provided a reference id that the proof of that they sened the money.
          I contact the bank with that but the bank manager said they don't know about this
          The total amount for the product is 13, 693.
          Please help me to get that money back to my account

            Today, I paid INR 7089 toward SBI CARD.Amount has been deducted from ICICI account but pending at the end of SBI Card. Kindly check and update on this ASAP.

              I have booked a train ticket on April-15 on confirmticket app.It was cancelled by me on April - 17.confirmticket initiated refund and it was expected to come on April - 26. After 26 not received any amount, I contacted confirmticket customer care. They gave me the reference id ARN[[protected] and they said contact your bank customer care. Sbi customer care said approach your home branch. I visited home branch also but no one response me. Refund amount still not credited. This is urgent please help me as soon as possible

                Since last 2 months sbi deducted money from my account in the name of O.S deposit. i don't know anything about it and after cutting money they cant even send a msg about it. they don't even inform me. in the attached file there is two time they cut 4500rs from my account. they started it since last 2 months before that it didn't happen. i want to know why?

                        On 1st April I made payment to Muthoot Fincorp which gone failed
                        But till now SBI Not refunded my money
                        Every time they are replying on email we will solve query in 45 days, it's already 30 days done...
                        I am fad up now
                        It's a huge amount I was making this against gold loan, now because of them my money got stuck and I am paying double interest to Muthoot.
                        Worst service I am facing .
                        I wish I could not use SBI net banking

                          PDF form download for opening saving's bank account is not functioning as expected as of 30/04/2022. I've been trying to download my form since a few hours.

                          Kindly fix this issue as many users can be impacted.

                            Hi,
                            Me and my parents are getting threatening calls from agents and they are using abusive languages. My parents are currently out of india and they are calling him on what’s app number more than 20-30 times per day. He is a heart and neuro/ Ortho patent. Agent has misbehave with him and now his health is in serious condition. This is happening last 10 days onwards and moreover we explained the agent what the process we are doing with bank to clear dues. And in line with same this month three deposits were made in regards to dues. I have sent a detailed email to bank regarding my situation and condition along with settlement email, awaiting their response. Trying to connect on calls but unable to get it touch and emails are blocked.

                            Recovery agents are making calls to so many other people in my area those who don’t have any relation with this also getting calls.

                            Moreover my concern is if my father health will be disturbed or get any serious problem it will be purely fault of bank and it’s agents. I expect the bank will take necessary action and provide solution on this before we go to the next level.

                              While depositing rupees : 10000 cash to my account using cdm cardless transaction. After while slot closed and says error "transaction timeout".
                              Please contact branch manager for clarifications

                                I have sent mail to sbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in for activating my internet banking, which got disabled without any prior notice.
                                Even I visited my nearby branch, since I am unavaialable @home branch location. they made me to wait for an hour( lady sitting in that counter was not present there, came after 1 hour) and insisting me to visit home branch ..
                                Is SBI management living in 21st century??????????? Other private banks will allow this through customercare hotline number itself.
                                SBI customer care told, they cannot do anything for internetbankig.
                                For a small problem, SBI want us to visit the branch(most of people in bangalore are out of town in their native due to covid) and wait their for hours.

                                        Praveen kumar from SBI MG road Bengaluru had been calling my wife relentlessly and asking her for some payment but my wife has never had an account or a credit card with SBI .When i ask him for the details of the transaction or anything else related to the card he says that the card is registered on someone else name and address and a different phone number, but that card owner is not answering the calls so he wants us to connect the call to the card owner and he keeps calling 20-30 times continuously and is very rude and using very vulgar language towards my wife and myself.

                                        I have asked him for his employee ID number so that i can file and official complaint but he refuses to provide any other information and keeps calling and without any context he keeps saying us to make the payment or connect the call to the card owner.

                                        How are we supposed to connect the call to someone else . We have no connection with SBI, so why are we being harassed and I would like to know how he has got our phone number and under which policy is he asking us to make payment of someone else account?
