I had submitted application and tried to pay online via upi but after successful payment, passsport payment status is showing as failed, and redfund due date is already exceeded but I didn't get any refund.
I tried to call SBI phone number mentioned in pasport portal, but no one is picking up the call, neither getting any response from email Customercare.[protected]@sbi.co.in

I have resubmitted a new application and paid again and it is done and and recieved passport aswell, so I no longer needed the failed application, just initiate the refund Thanks.
