1. I tried to withdrawn of rs 5000 but could not it but at the same time accounts shows it had withdrawn of rs 40000 on 22.3.17 by 7.02 in the evening.
2. I had written complaint inform to my sbi which is at doranda in ranchi
(A copy has kept with me)
3. I did lodge a fir in local police station (A copy with me)
4. No guard had been deputed in the atm
5. No information from bank as well as police station till date.

    Dear sir,
    I applied cheque book on 29/05/2017. The officers said that you will receive cheque book after one week at the time time of submitting my request in the bank.. It seems to be nearly one month completed but still now i am not received my cheque book. And also they debited amount rs.80 from my account for cheque book requesting service. I need cheque book as soon as possible.

      Yesterday from 11:45 at night i tried to pay fees of a college through my sbi fbb style up credit card but transaction failed again and again as many time as 8 time almost..
      Everytime it shows transaction failed..
      But one time my money debited from my credit card i. E rs.-6385/-
      But already i did that payment throgh my debit card..
      So please refund it to my account/ credit card

        This is to regarding that today SBI excecutive came to my fiance's home and threatened her for her credit card dues, where I already informer sbi via mail that since her father expired she is going through depression and she lost her job as well, but today is guy named parwez alam ([protected]) has threatened her by saying " i ll see how you ll not make payment, next time i ll come with 4-5 people to your home" . Is SBI going to deal with customers this way. When this guy left me she called me and saying she ll commit suicide. I called that guy and explained him a problem, instead o[censored]nderstanding he said we ll come again and again and ll do the same, if you have problem than make payment. Is this the way bank executives will threaten customers ?

          My name is himanshu gandhi. I am getting the calls from sbi credit card no. ([protected], [protected]). Sir they are using the abusive language with me and also giving the threat not only that they are calling to my office staff and giving the same threat and using the abusive language. I have recorded the same calls in that they are using abusive language.

          This should be fixed ASAP

          Fact is they are saying last transactions details.

            Sir/ Madam
            I purchased goods from a store on 20 June 2017 using my debit card, and am surprised to find that there has been two deductions for the same transaction. The store provided me the details of the transactions where it showed that there was only one time successful transaction from my account for the said items. I have complained about it to SBI and received the complaint no [protected]. But I still haven't received any update on this matter.
            Kindly look into the matter at the earliest.

              I would like to inform that on 18/12/16 i attempted an online payment to clear trip. I got a msg that 5058 rs had been deducted from my account (Transection id[protected], but clear trip told me they didnot receive the money and asked me to communicate with respective bank. I lodged a complain over phone to sbi toll free customer care in the name of chandana devi. Customer care executives told me that my issue would be solved within 45 days but till now i dint get my money refunded. Kindly refund my money or i will take legal action.

                Against my ATM Gold Card [protected] issued on 08/12 valid till 08/17 a new Platinum Card bearing no [protected] attempted to activate through ATM ID S 10 I[protected] on 18/06/17 the transction number 8758 was promptly acknowledged stating that OTP will be received by SMS on my registered mobile no [protected] which has not yet been received inspite of talking to toll free no[protected] advising to SMS the last 4 digits of the card and last 4 digits of the account no to 567676 on 19/6/17 sending a

I do hold Residential saving bank Account bearing No. [protected] for which the new ATM card need to be used holding for want of OTP as explained in me correspondences and efforts.The Mobile number registered with the home branch is :[protected], Hope

                    I am a senior citizen having an account with SBI-Khardah(1899) branch for last 30 years.
                    On 21.6.17 I submitted four forms to do NEFT/RTGS from Narkeldanga Branch, kolkata to other banks located at kolkata.
                    When I approached counter, the official directed me to the relationship manager for permission. When I approached the relationship manager-on the duty-he straightaway denied to do on the ground that you have to transfer money from your home branch only.
                    Presently in the age of CBS-I could not understand how a bank official can refuse at his own choice.
                    I request you to inform me the right reason of denial to do the job. If official is at fault-he may p.l be instructed to rectify.
                    Awaiting your right answer and guidance.

                      On 17th June 2017, received net banking kit from branch ID: 11817, however when tried logging in it said Invalid login ID and Password, filed a complaint vide ticket no. [protected] the complaint was resolved asking to try logging however when tried the problem persist. Tried complaining again not able to file complaint for the same reason as it was already resolved at least on SBI's end was asked to visit home branch. When went there was asked to try again after 12 hours, however all in vain still the status remains same INVALID USERNAME AND PASSWORD.

                        On june 15th 2017aoliwhen i visited my sbi home branch (Technopark branch), the chief manager forced me to take sbi life insurance policy of rs. 20 lakhs. I had paid the first premiumof rs two lakhs twenty thousand two hundred sixty three rupees on that same day itself and i was asked to sign in various docs. They told me that everything is transparent and you will only have benefits by taking this policy.
                        Returning back home i read the docs carefully and found that the policy is the worst one and the guaranteed amount is very less than the amount mentioned by the manager. Next day itself i went to the bank and informed them to cancel the policy and to refund the amount to my main account. Even after 10 days the amount is not refunded to my account. That sbi chief manager and their team is trying to cheat me. Please someone help me to get my money back.

                          I bought a cell phone from amazon. Con was having fake imei number so i contact the company they told the phone doesn't belong to them so am a returned that a d refund amount of 2000 to my bank account and provide me a reference number. And i contact branch when the amount in my account they told to contact customer care they can't be able to find that reference number

                            I have apply for irctc sbi credit card. I got a call from [protected] (Gurgaon) and they have asked my detail for approval. After 3 hour i got another call from [protected] (Pune) and asking my details like address, pan card, birth date.
                            I don't know that [protected] number is of sbi or not.

                            Please check this number is of sbi? If not then somehow information is leaking and may be misused.

                              I have a trading a/c krjt079 with sbi cap sec.. I have tried to lien the fund but the message "e broking registration is not available. Please contact branch" appeared every time. I want a smooth operation while making lien or fund transfer to my trading account. As an india best bank s b i should lunch a easy procedure of fund transfer. As i cannot transfer/ lien at the point of need i have face a huge loss. Pl solve the matter immediately.

                                Iam praveen mehta account holder in state bank of india branch rampur bushar, shimla (Himachal pradesh, yesterday i. E 0n 22l06/2017. I filled the form for internet banking and new mobile number registration and one form for the changing of my signature. None of my work has been done. They told me that your mobile number will be registered within one hour.. Dear sir i have to visit
                                The branch frm 60 km that take around 3 hours to reach and there are limited buses. It is waisting of time to visist again and again to the same person for same work. I donot know why the peoples are not taking their job seriously.
                                Because of such peoples village peoples have to face lots of problems.

                                So its my humble request to you to investigate my problem

                                  My name is m sunil choyal and i had given cheque to eknath rao of ₹27, 750/-... They didn't debit the amount but they hold my amount ₹27, 750/- without any reason and i got message this :- :-

                                  And showing my a/c amount is zero (0) and amount is there ₹28101/-...
                                  And problem still not solved.. Worst service by sbi service branch (Sbin0020577) abids hyderabad.

                                    Myself sunil kumar mishra, have an account [protected] in sbi bank parmar katra mughalsarai. I have used my atm card for the cash withdrawl by dcb bank atm in ladosarai new delhi on 07march 2017. I withdraw the amount of 16, 000.00 but the balance deducted from my account is 26, 000.00, it means the transaction of 10, 000.00 is not according me. So i have made a complaint to sbi on 26march 2017 and ticket no is [protected]. After some days they send the document of the investigation but the document is in another format, that can not be easily understood. I have tried several time to get the solution but no one ready to do this. My home branch manager has also shown a little bit interest in this matter, and easily accept the solution of dcb bank.
                                    Sir i want to request to you please try to solve the matter and give the satisfactory response because every source has said that u have to forget this money and close the matter, the probability to get back the deducted balance is very low. This is not fare sir i have the membership of your bank and you are saying that nothing can be done without trying even a single attempt. But i have a hope to rbi that it will give me the hope. Thank u sir.

                                      On 26th May, I tried to withdraw 10000 Rs. from my SBI account [protected] from a Canara Bank ATM (2168W001) at 7:09 pm near VijayNagar, Ghaziabad, but due to power failure the money was not dispensed and the amount was deducted from the account as I received a message with Txn#[protected].
                                      I lodged a complaint to SBI Mobile services with token no [protected], but nothing is being done. I also contacted the main SBI branch where my account is, but to no avail. I also gave one of the staff members a written complaint, but it has been too long to do anything. They actually don't care about my condition.Please help me, as I don't earn as much as the bank staff.

                                      My problem has been resolved but not by the issuing bank, it was resolved after I wrote complaint against the bank to Banking Obdusman, telling every detail and giving proof of my written complaint to issuing bank. But one can only write to banking obdusman if he/she is not satisfied with bank's answers or after 30 days of written complaint. Apart from my money to be refunded, penalty cash was also given by the issuing bank to me, which is 100 rs. per day after one week of the incident.                                       They have closed my complaint saying that your transaction was successful, and for that they have not given me any proof. I know I was there for about half an hour to wait for the electricity to come, and then I know that nobody got that amount. I want the camera recordings or ATM CCTV footage, but they are not providing me the same. They are not giving me the END of the DAY Report also. How can they say that the transaction was successful? I want to complaint against the SBI branch and the Canara Bank who maintains that Canara ATM.
