I had received a sbi credit card as soon as call from sbi that officers told about credit card advantages simply he had cut of rs.1999 for more service i am not understand after that sbi credit card showing1999 credited from credit card that transaction from gurgoan in delhi? Why such things happening without my knowledge it may be from sbi or otherwise some fraud persons doing such things

Submitted death claim application to sbm/sbi, 8th cross, wilson garden, bangalore.
Chief manager received the application along with the original death certificate, passbook& fd aling with xerox of mentioned supporting documents. She decline to give acknowledgment for the same. This is the 5th time, we are visiting the bank. Is shortage of staff, our mistake?
She has informed us that she will checked the documents...

Sbi konkan bhavan (6240) is charging me rent of safe deposit locker no 221 which does not belong to me. I never took any locker in this bank. After getting phone on rent i went to branch and met branch manager who asked lady clerk to bring agreement of locker 221. I had made an erroneous transaction from sbi mobile banking to an icici bank account. Here are the details of the wrong transaction:

When i visited first time they give me saving account opening form and tell me to bring some documents. After that when i visited second time they tell me to bring my husband's i'd as my correspondence address is not same as my aid proof. Even after sending mail to "sbi.[protected]@sbi.com", no response from the banker. And also the contact number provided in the bank passbook does not exist at all. This is the worst operating branch i have ever seen.

I have a sbi account in pbb chandrashekharpur branch, orissa. And a visa debit card along with that account.
Unable to do any transaction via sbi debit card or via net banking, the otp comes 5-6 hours later. Called customer care [protected]. They said they wont register complaint since i receive the otp, if otp was not received, they would have lodged a complaint!...

I am vikas balasaheb mahajan. From martha, dist - jalna, maharashtra.
Yesterday i visited in sbi mantha branch for depositing 80 10₹ coins. Ie 800₹. But bank not accepting these coins by saying some nonsense reasons that rbi is directly not connected to our branch. & main branch are not accepting coins from us. Please see in the matter and help peoples facing such problems....
