Hello,
I am ganesh desai having joint account in sbi - saswad branch (Phone no:[protected]. My wife's debit card got expired so i requested for new card with application in saswad branch. But sbi couriered me card with my name. I specifically mentioned my wife's name in the area where it is mentioned "how you want your name to be printed on card?' area and asked her to sign the form as well. When i asked about this in the saswad branch they agreed that it was their fault they will give me new one without charge with my wife's name. But today i found that they deducted 230 rs for re-issuing of the card. I also never submitted any written application for re-issuing the card on my wife, s name.
Here i am expecting the deducted re-issuing fees back in my account.
Request to help me on this.

Auto sweep amounts not showing in the internet banking. It was showing upto June 2016. But after that not showing.
I tried to do the amount due for this month but I'm unable to do the due amount in this month

    My name is arindam deb. Myself is now posted as additional general manager at tsecl, tripura. All of the bank accounts of our family members i. E. Mine, my spouse's and my mother's are at this bazar branch, dharmanagar (Branch code-015806). My mother is a pensioner having account no [protected].
    As atm facility is available, we seldom had to visit the branch for any sorts of banking activities. Now to submit the return of income tax of my mother, either one yearly statement of the account was required or the pass book should have been updated. So, for that purpose i personally managed some time from my office and gone to the said branch today and asked the branch manager for the same. But the branch manager rudely told me that i] such statements are not given to the savings bank account holders and ii] pass-book cannot be updated due to shortage of staff and machine disorder. I then with proper submission told him that this branch has earlier given such statements to savings account holders on necessity and if demanded and also politely asked him when i can get my mother's passbook up-dated at the earliest. He continued to answer me with his rude attitude that 'come next week'.
    My age is now 58 and have seen many branch managers of yours. But never experienced such impatient, ill behaved, in-capable (To handle customers,) and un-trained bm before. After being very badly dealt by your bm, i spoke to some other customers over phone of our level about that branch. They also expressed the same view. This branch is a new one and hopefully you will certainly look into the issue and do the needful.

      I have saving account in sbi which is also a paramilitary account my home branch deduct 57.50rs from my account and when i asked the reason they tell me that it is due to the reason that i withdrawal money more than 15 times they add both the atm as well as bank transiction whowever the right rule is that atm and bank withdrawl are deal seprately but they mix up both transiction. I also complain in sbi but no revert. And i also maintain balance so that charges regarding low balance doesnt deduct

After 23 day I don't get my card yet.now response from your side.my contact num is [protected].on 27 June I inquiry in branch for this then I found my address in not proper update by the bank employee sue to this reason my atm card is not received my address infact I submitted my documents in 4th June for address change.it totally unresponsive towards their work.

My mother's is a pensioner's savings account. Whose account no is [protected]. Due to atm facility available we seldom had to visit branch. Now for submitting income-tax return either the savings book is to be up-dated or one yearly statement of that account is required. So curtailing my office time today i reched the branch and approched the b. M. For the same. But i was surprised rather shocked the way he behaved. Very rudely he busted that "no statement is given to savings account and we cannot update the savings account as the machine is out of order and also staff shortage"
              Then i asked him submissively that "i have managed to come here with some problems, if he can give me a time for the same and also pointed that he is a sbi branch manager he should know that statements can be given to savings account holders on demand/necessity. Than again he very rudely answered me that"come next week". I am 58 years old and i have never met such impatient, rude, a person with such lack of training to handle any customer and incompetent branch manager before. It is my request to look into the matter as early possible.

                Respected sir
                I am using sbi credit card no [protected]and my name is vaibhav. From last four years. As per latest statement my reward points is 8888.

                Now redemption gift list i saw their is one gift wild craft bag redemption point required 8000 reward points. I try to redeem for three times from sbi card application and even from browser also but i can't redeem.
                Regarding this i called i. Customer care four time they people transfer my call one department to another but not done redeem process.

                Please help

                  Hi team,

                  Me and my wife opened jan dhan saving account in sbi branch gohana and my wife provided that account no in lic for money back. Now situation is that lic said we have deposit the amount in account provided by you, but we didnt received amount in our account. We visited the sbi branch to check but they said this account is closed permanently and suggested to submit the application for account closure. How can they close account without any intimation even bank staff is also not supportive. I am very irritated with this branch staff. They always talking shouting like they are doing work jabarjasti. I request you kindly resolve my query and ask bank staff to cooperate with customer. I also have an account in icici and hdfc bank they always support the customer and talk very politely. I would request you kindly resolved my query asap.

                        I got a call from a person calming that he is from sbi credit card department. He then said that they want to give me cash back card of sbi and gifts based on my association with sbi credit card. They started asking me credit card details. I of course did not provide the details initially but later they some how managed to get the details and spent the amount 7798.00 at "subh exports".

                        The number the call was made from was.

                          I've availed a car loan from State Bank of India and I promptly paid all my instalments on time. I've issued standing instructions to bank on their standard form to automatically deduct the monthly instalment on 15th of every month. My monthly salary is linked to this bank account and regularly on 30th of every month my salary (equal to or more than 20 times the instalment amount) was credited to this bank account. The least balance in my account during the period of repayment was more than 60 times the amount of instalment. Hence there's no way the payments are delayed on my part. Apparently, the bank had some problem with their software and probably one payment wasn't deducted by the bank on time. And that too it was due to the fault of bank and had nothing to do with me. Still 12 late payments are shown here and I have been labelled as a defaulter.

                          I take strong objection to this faulty reporting where my image and online reputation are spoiled by SBI for no fault of mine.

                          Please arrange to rectify this immediately & arrange to advise CIBIL, experian & all other similar credit rating agencies in India & elsewhere in the world within 7 days. Else I am going to sue state bank of india and the reporting agencies in the appropriate court of law claim compensation of not less than Rs. 30 lakh.

                              As per conversion, i have applied for sbi card in july 2017.
                              So i can apply for sbi card only after six months. The number

                              Was my reference number for my current application.
                              Now i am attaching the screenshot of mail i have
                              Have written to you in may 2016 and screenshot
                              I have attached with the last mail. Please go through
                              The both screenshot in detail specially the reference
                              Number mentioned in them. Both reference number
                              Are same. How can the reference numbers of application
                              Done in may 2016 and july 2017 are same? Ideally it
                              Shouldn't. Your system is referring application of my
                              Last year and not letting me fill application even after
                              Six months, then one year and it will repeat for
                              One & half year. Being a software developer i can
                              Point it is some bug in your system. The bug is if
                              Someone applies for sbi card once and it gets
                              Declined, then that guy won't be able to apply
                              For sbi card ever.

                                This fraud activity has done by one of the vendor, to whom sbi credit card team has given sponsorship to make call to different people requesting to avail credit card.

                                Reason:when one the team member of sbi credit card team called me and requested to avail credit card, that time i had requested them to block my existing card.
                                After that same guy had followed up with me to how to block the card through ivr number system (Which was fake i was not aware).

                                I think some of the credit card team members are involved in this fraud activity because they know all details of the customers and the process that from where the data can get breach out that's why the fraud guy's are able to to do transactions with minimal information.

                                This is the reason this fraud activity has happened only with sbi credit card holders.

                                I have some other bank credit card also but i had never fraud call from those bank's related to this concern except sbi and unfortunately i am also a victim of this fraud activity.

                                Ps: requesting management team to please take some strict measures to prohibit such activity.

                                  Sir there were 2 transactions in my sbi a/c no [protected] name-chandan kumar behera i received sms on dated 31/05/2017 (23:52hrs) & 01/06/2017 (01:05hrs) of rs 40, 000 & 19, 500 via atm withdrawal which was not done by me.                                   I received credit card unnathi on13/6/2017, i then register the card and generated a pin by sbicard.com when i tried to use the card the reply was card is blocked due to security reasons, what is the reason and how could i resolve it
                                  My Name is DEEPAK BAHADUR I Have SBI Credit Platinum Card & No [protected] so My Old Mobile No.[protected] to change my new No [protected].Sir I have no card details last 3 years so very problems face that time.And my card limit is very short becouse i won't my card is change
                                  Employees are irresponsible, doesn't cooperate with customers at all...busy with their own personal phn calls and lunch, busy with their own gossips...specially in konnagar branch.I hv to come here almost everyday just because they r not feel like doing their work on time

                                    Rsp. Sir, we r many time contact ur bank SBI Kartarpur, Jalandhar for net banking, but not responding ur officials. We r working with govt. sector, Civil Hosp, Kartarpur, we r trying in ur bank for last two months, but they not solved our problems .

                                      Hello sir and madam,

                                      I am really surprised because non of team (Gm. [protected]@sbi.co.in, chairman. [protected]@sbi.co.in, [protected]@rbi.org.in and [protected]@sbi.co.in) has not even acknowledged or replayed.
                                      This seems like non ethical and criminals activities are supported by india's number 1 bank.

                                      I am not sure that these id's really exits or for window dressing.

                                      Please guide me whom i should approach for my rights and rti answer.

                                        Dear Sir, I transferred Rs. 5000 on 18/6/2017 by NEFT from my acc no [protected] to my son's acc no. [protected] . No UTR No. is generated nor money is credited to beneficiary. I did second transaction of Rs 2000 to the same account on 21/06/17 . UTR No. SBIN[protected] is generated but the amount is not credited to the beneficiary. In both the cases amount has been debited from my account but not credited to the the beneficiary . Kindly resolve the problem at your end and credit the amount to the beneficiary of both the transactions. Regards Anil Shiwankar
