Respected Sir/Ma'm,

Today the 20th Feb 2017 at 9.30 am and 9.36 am I got calls from one person who introduced himself as a bank official and asked my ATM card and AADHAR D card number where he said my bank account would be freeze within 3 months as they are not link with my account. Hence, to avoid this, I was told to provide the above details to him. I was shocked that he seems very articulate and good at conning me to give him such details. However, after he failed to convince he resort to using abusive language and hang up the phone. This is the number from which he called me [protected]. Through this, I want the bank to alert all of its innocent customers not to fall prey in such scammers. Old and illiterate people can be easily be convince given that they are technically sound and have articulate skills to convince the helpless people.

I have been getting this message for the whole day... I changed my system also the browser... same message... what is the problems

    Dear sir
    I have got my sbi account from ranchi sbi, then i gave a mobile number but now i have changed my old mobile number and now i am having a new number. I need to change my mobile number as i am stuck with the high security password problem. Please advice how to change.

      My name is p.Satyanarayana rtd rly employe.My retirement settlement money was transfered to state bank of india/ bhaskararaoper/ vijayawada. But on the same day i received msg from sbi that hold for inr 4, 00, 000.00 created in your account
      *****10507 on17/02/17. Immedietely i went to branch and met branch manager he said that some rly officer told him to hold the amount from my account without any reason or any written evidence (document). So iam asking what powers he has to do like that without proper written evidence moreover i have not taken any loan from sbi. So i humbly request you to take necessary action and do justice to me on releasing my amount .

        सर मेरा नाम जसमेल सिंह मठारू और इसी नाम का डॉक्यूमेंट जमा करके मैंने अपना अकाउंट आपके बैंक में ओपन कराया था पर मेरी जब पासबुक बनकर आई तो उसमें सिर्फ जसमेल सिंह लिखा था उसमें मेरा सरनेम नहीं लिखा था और मेरा जब भी चेक मुझे मिलता उसमें जसमेल सिंह मठारू होता और मैं जमा करता था और वह चेक क्लियर हो जाता था पर अभी मैंने दो चेक जमा किए वह दोनों चेक मेरे वापस आ गए मैंने बैंक में ही जाकर पूछा तो कर्मचारी का कहना था आपका सरनेम नहीं लिखा है आपकी पासबुक में तो मेरी उसमें क्या गलती है मैंने पूरे डॉक्यूमेंट दिए जिसमें मेरा पूरा नाम जसमेल सिंह मथारू लिखा हुआ था और डॉक्यूमेंट आपके पास है चेक भी कर सकते हैं उन्हें मैंने समझाया और वह मानने को तैयार नहीं हुए और मेरी दोनों चेक रिटर्न कर दिया मैंने उन से निवेदन भी किया कि मेरे डॉक्यूमेंट दोबारा से जमा कर लीजिए और मेरा चेक क्लियर कीजिए तो आप के कर्मचारी जो दास जी हैं वह सुनने को तैयार नहीं हुए और उन्होंने कहा चेक सुधरवा के लाओ जिसमे खाली जसमेल सिंह लिखा होना चाहिए जब मेरे पेनकार्ड में जसमेल सिंह मठारू लिखा है तो खाली जसमेल सिंह का चेक कैसे बनेगा सर आपसे विनती है कि अपने कर्मचारियों को परिस्थितियों को समझते हुए समस्याओं का निराकरण करने का तरीका बताएं नाकि ग्राहक से बदसलूकी करके काउंटर से भगाएं आपकी जो ब्रांच फाफाडीह मैं है उसमें जो चेक क्लियर करते हैं दास सर उन्हें थोड़ा ग्राहकों से बात करने की तमीज सिखाएं क्योंकि बैंक ग्राहकों से चलता है ग्राहक किसी एक बैंक से नहीं ग्राहक तो यह बैंक नहीं दूसरे बैंक में जाकर अपना खाता खुला कर अपना काम कर सकते हैं

          This official behaved arrogantly and rudely. The branch issued toke numbers and when I was at the counter when my no came, they asked me to join the mismanaged queue. Waited an hour extra because of this. Want appropriate action.
          There are old people and women in queue who first wait for their token number after that they have to join the line and again wait for their number to come, if we cannot implement "digital india" practically at least accordingly banks should not increase the inconvenience.

              Currently started to working in govt sector so applied for new bank account in SBI sheikhpura branch on 8th feb 2017.
              Since 15 days I have visited so many times in bank's branch to get my welcome kit but still no response from them. No body is giving response its really embarrassing.
              I am really amazed how these sbi people are working without any responsibilities.
              Please look into my issue.

                I was make a transaction amount of ₹200 on 09.02.17 But it was not successful.and balance also deducted.so I call to SBI care and representative Said my balance will be refund in 7 days.but until I'm not receive My balance.
                Hindi-maine mere SBI debit card se ₹200 transfer Kiya tha Paytm wallet pe but mera transaction unsuccessful Raha or mera balance bhi deduct hogaya. To Maine SBI representative se baat ki or woh bola ki 7 days under refund milega Lekin mahine ho Gaye refund nahi mil paya

                  Dear sir, I issued a cheque of ₹30000/= to icici bank, which was misterpreted by sbi bank cheque clearing department.they thought it to be ₹50000/= and got dishonoured for insufficient fund.I did clearly mentioned ₹30000/= in letter and in word in respective space in cheque and even requisition slip was filled properly but they made such mistake and charges were deducted from my account for dishonoured cheque.

                      I Vrushali Shshikant Pawar was applying for passport through online mode and initiated a payment of 1512.75 using a Bank Of Maharashtra debit card the amount got deducted from my bank account but the payment status in the passport application portal was failed. The payment has not been refunded to the bank account. Kindly look into the issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

                        I am Naveen Kumar Gupta. I have an account in SBI. From last December an unnecessary deduction of Rs. 5.75 is taking place form my account whenever I am using it for online purchase or recharging paytm or Ola wallet.
                        Till now 5-6 times the money has been deducted from my account and whenever I am raising a complain in SBI I just got a message after 4-5 days that your problem is resolved but no one is giving me the exact reason for deduction.

                        SBI has deducted 115 INR without any notice. The amount is reflected in my balance but not mentioned in the mini statement. I haven't made request for any services, so what's the motive behind this deduction?

                          My father had one NRE/FCNR account ( USD amount) with Patna, NRI branch.
                          After my father passed away (2007) when requested to transfer into my new account, SBI manager instructed to arrange for the succession certificate from Patna Court.
                          We had received the succession certificate in Feb 10th, 2017.

                          Upon receiving the succession certificate on Feb 10th, 2017 Mr. Dinesh Kumar, Manager(NRI Division) and Chief Manager ( Raghwendra Kumar) at SBI located at West Gandhi Maidan, Patna 800001 started giving instructions one at a time for the required procedure.
                          Bank said that they will verify the authenticity of the submitted succession certificate.
                          Mr. Dinesh Kumar does not know all the rules for opening FCNR account. The process had been lingered up to Feb 21st, 2017. I had been harassed for every step. I didn't get the USD amount yet. Both officials and mangers are so incompetent that they put me in a vicious circle.

                            I forgot my id and password and tried resetting it only to find there is no option to do it online.
                            Why are you not providing the option to reset password online like other banks?
                            I went to the Vazira naka branch and after waiting for 1 hour in queue for such a small thing i had to fill a form and then got a new kit which was told will get activated two days from the day of application.
                            What kind of bank takes two days to reset password? This is not at all value for money service to its customers by such a large bank.
                            After three days, if i try using the password in the kit, it says invalid password.
                            Now i need to go again for resetting it, in such a modern technical world. it is taking me 5-7 days to just reset password. Pathetic service!!
                            And thisis not first time, its the third of fourth time this is happeningto me.
                            Please look into it and kindly do the needful.

                              No action taken on request to close the FD and transfer the maturity amount to Sb account. The FD is matured and request is submitted to close and reimburse it in Feb 2016. No action has been taken by Morar branch for 1 year despite follow up by SBI Vikhroli Mumbai branch. There have been multiple follow ups by us and the Vikhroli branch (our home branch now) but no action taken by SBI Morar 04661 Branch.

                                  Hello team,

                                  I have submitted the cheque number 785620 (Issues by jalwayuvihar, greater noida)

                                  Mistakenly, the account number provided is wrong. Can you please return it back or update jalwayuvihar to cancel the same.
                                  Because, society ask me to return old cheque so they can cancel the same.

                                  I have followed up many times but no one responding positively. Please suggest how to proceed. I can not visit branch at greater noida because currently i am in pune.

                                  My friend visit there many time but you people are just ignoring.

                                    Have opened a new account No [protected] at the SBI, Nadiad, MPUH branch of Gujarat. I am yet to get my new ATM Debit card to be sent at my home address.                                       I have placed an order but due to some reasons i cancelled it and till yet not got the refund amount and the company is saying that they had refunded but it is not yet credited.
                                      the reference number they provided is[protected]. please resolve my complaint as soon as possible. the refund of rupeed 508 should be credited in my bank account as soon as possible please.
