My father had one NRE/FCNR account ( USD amount) with Patna, NRI branch.
After my father passed away (2007) when requested to transfer into my new account, SBI manager instructed to arrange for the succession certificate from Patna Court.
We had received the succession certificate in Feb 10th, 2017.

Upon receiving the succession certificate on Feb 10th, 2017 Mr. Dinesh Kumar, Manager(NRI Division) and Chief Manager ( Raghwendra Kumar) at SBI located at West Gandhi Maidan, Patna 800001 started giving instructions one at a time for the required procedure.
Bank said that they will verify the authenticity of the submitted succession certificate.
Mr. Dinesh Kumar does not know all the rules for opening FCNR account. The process had been lingered up to Feb 21st, 2017. I had been harassed for every step. I didn't get the USD amount yet. Both officials and mangers are so incompetent that they put me in a vicious circle.

    I forgot my id and password and tried resetting it only to find there is no option to do it online.
    Why are you not providing the option to reset password online like other banks?
    I went to the Vazira naka branch and after waiting for 1 hour in queue for such a small thing i had to fill a form and then got a new kit which was told will get activated two days from the day of application.
    What kind of bank takes two days to reset password? This is not at all value for money service to its customers by such a large bank.
    After three days, if i try using the password in the kit, it says invalid password.
    Now i need to go again for resetting it, in such a modern technical world. it is taking me 5-7 days to just reset password. Pathetic service!!
    And thisis not first time, its the third of fourth time this is happeningto me.
    Please look into it and kindly do the needful.

    MY dear sir plz transfer CIF NO my home branch sbi Tierra ( 02180).
    INR 155/- has been charged from my Savings Account on 14/2/17 as an Debit ATM Annual Fee. But the ATM Card for which the Annual Fee was Debited is a really old ATM that has not been in use for many years and been blocked for the same reason. So if the ATM card itself is not been used at all then why the Annual Fee Charge??!!!

      No action taken on request to close the FD and transfer the maturity amount to Sb account. The FD is matured and request is submitted to close and reimburse it in Feb 2016. No action has been taken by Morar branch for 1 year despite follow up by SBI Vikhroli Mumbai branch. There have been multiple follow ups by us and the Vikhroli branch (our home branch now) but no action taken by SBI Morar 04661 Branch.

        I faced a problem while making payment to passport seva kendra ahmedabad, for my passport

        i made online payment from kotak bank on 09/02/2017 5:22 pm, while transaction i found the massage payment is failed and amount is deducted from my kotak account, i made inquiry in my bank and found that payment is at passport sbi account,

          I have submitted the cheque number 785620 (Issues by jalwayuvihar, greater noida)

          Mistakenly, the account number provided is wrong. Can you please return it back or update jalwayuvihar to cancel the same.
          Because, society ask me to return old cheque so they can cancel the same.

          I have followed up many times but no one responding positively. Please suggest how to proceed. I can not visit branch at greater noida because currently i am in pune.

          My friend visit there many time but you people are just ignoring.

                I have holding two different type of saving account in SBI but both saving account have a unique CIF Number. One of account was salary and another one joint account with my spouse. Tomorrow automatically amount of Rs. 115/- debit from my account by giving massage of this deduction was 'Debit ATM Annual Fee[protected]' with transaction No. [protected]. I hope the there is no ATM Annual Fees was claimed by any Govt or Private Bank for cash less transaction. It was one of cause for use of cash transaction. So I hope clarification of this type of debit of ATM Annual Fees was withdrawal by All Bank of India. If my problem was not solved please informed by mail or call. Mob - [protected]

Every call persons try to credit my debited amount to my account therefore, every one want to know my ATM Card Number etc. If the under mentioned number are attended by your staff therefore, strict instruction will be pass for security enhancement if fraud caller take necessary action against those mobile number, .

                    I opened a saving account in SBI on 29 October, 2016. After few days later i got letter in my house for getting passbook. I have submitted that letter in my home branch on 8 November, 2016 . They told me come back tomorrow and get your passbook. Due to announcement of demonetisation on 8 November, 2016 at 8 pm, people rush for money.
                    That's why i went to bank in month of December, 2016, they told me that due to demonetisation, they will unable give passbook now because of work load and asked me to come back few weeks later.
                    On 8 february 2017, i went to my home branch to get passbook, then they told me that they are unable to find my letter which was given by me earlier and they have no idea whether their passbook is printed or not.
                    Now they asked me to fill the letter along with an application for getting passbook and i will charge rs 150 approx for getting the letter by post to my house and then i am able to get passbook.
                    This is not good as i know that first passbook is free than why i have to pay charge. This is not my fault if bank lost the letter which already i gave them.
                    Hope you understand and i don't want to pay any charges which is not required.

                      My ATM cum Debit card PIN I applied long back as my card number got Erresed.so now I re- applied and been transferred to New branch for my convince .previous I was of langurhouse branch now they said me to check on langurhouse branch for my Atm pin but there I go but no proper response I got. plz now, that I am unable to operate my SBI debit card from any ATM machine.

                      I have already contacted to Branch for the same but there response is not good.

                        Today morning i got a message from DZ-SCISMS THAT MY ACCOUNT XXXXXXXXXXX has a debit of Rs 115.Same thing happened to me last month also with a deduction of Rs 200.What the hell is going on.Is there any specific reason why are you deducting money without any reason.Is this the way to entertain your customer.Not good.We trusted you for your previous records.Specify me the reason.

                          Duetodemonitisation sessiona bigcrowd around sbi, yemmianur ineedtoopen zero bank account, iapproached b. Correspondent mr. Sihamani, vide code:shr40000 he charged rs.200 for the account. I tried to getatmpin through sms twice, i failed. Then i have tried to bc, no reply even over phone. Heavailable only on sundays, but this sunday not respond.

                            Today i got a message"DZ-SCISMS:Your A/C xxxxxxxx600 has a debit by %A0transfer of Rs 172on 19/2/2017." I dont know previously in the month of december 2016 same thing happended.I want to know why the deduction happening al the time.
                            I have trust in State Bank of India but if this unethical things start to happen what shall we do .We must be careful always.The Bank authority should be careful dealing with the customers details otherwise we will lose trust from the banks.
                            I would like to draw the attention of the SBI authority to be more careful so that no such things happen near future.

                              09feb17by mistake I transferred 36000rupess by net banking in a wrong account no. Which is in bank of Baroda. I don't know the receiver who is he. Customer care is also not receiving my call. I'm in trouble.due wrong transition of many. Now what should I do. No one is helping me neither brach nor customer care. My account is in branch air force station, jalahalli east. Brach code is -008042, ifsc code -SBIN008042, MICR code[protected].my brach is not cooperating with me. They saying we can't do anything in this matter.
                              The next holder bank is bank of Baroda.
                              So in which way I can get my money. And against which I can file a cash so please solve my problem.
                              I'm trying this matter from last five days. I had gone so many times to my branch also.

                                My account number is 11 digits but my dad entered 10 digits but transaction successfully and they gave a receipt also my dad deposits money in a. p. grameena vikas bank, penubally branch & transfer the money in sbi account so ifsc code is same both the banks only. soo my dad deposits 10k money in another account soo please doo the needful sir. my dad only deposits wrong we have bill receipt also.

I Have Lots of time visited in Branch but The Branch manger not given the application form, .. they are advice giving to me to submit online..There are lots of Application form in the branch but they are not giving us..                                       I applied for simplysave credit card
                                      With application number[protected]. But I got verification call from Hyderabad saying that I am eligible for platinum credit card. I said I don't want that card. But no response the call was disconnected. Later I got verification call from Delhi. When I asked about the information about the card which appled, they said we don't have that information.
                                      I recieved a message saying that application is processed for platinum credit card. I don't want that card.

                                      I applied for simplysave card. Please resolve this and stop sending that card. And send me simplysave card.
                                      State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
