My name is shiv kumar and my account number is [protected] m/s vinay
enterprises that is in state bank of india rania bazar sirsa (16833).
I deposited cash of amount 49900 in sbi adb branch sirsa machine number
02432621 dated 17.02.2017 time 19:16:51 and the transation got unsuccessful
by server down and the bank facilty of sbi adb branch dabwali road sirsa
says that we are not responsible for it says by head cashier of the branch
he dont receive application also
And he says dont desposit your money here go to other branch
sir
I requested you that make this transaction correct fast
the head cashier says that we open machine once in a weak
and the Branch manager is not in bank inqiuary that all
plz inquairy for all tranaction fast

In your Passbook you will find branch email id keep them also in loop and send email to Chairman & Visa team.
If you have not received refund back pls write a strong email to Chairman. Secretary to Chairman will reply. Email : [protected]@sbi.co.in

Pls ask for compensation as per RBI rule. Even I have faced this & and got my money back after writing e-mail.
Pls do it. I know the pain of losing money. SBI giving stupid Service.
