    Like others i too used sbi anywhere app's mvisa facility to pay and manually entered the data (Mvisa merchant id[protected] using qr code.in this process the money got deducted but transaction failed with a popubox like your money will be refunded This transaction of was tried by me on 12th aug 2016 to Mvisa merchant id[protected] Total rs 2643/- deducted from my bank account. Please return the money asap Even my bank branch manager is not responding properly its been almost 3months still i didn't got the money back my bank account number is [protected] ifsc code SBIN0017042 Please note that transaction reference number is not shown in account statement due to which i can not file proper complaint with sbi customer care.
    State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Branch manager DGM will not know any thing abt this . Don't visit bank at all.
    In your Passbook you will find branch email id keep them also in loop and send email to Chairman & Visa team.

    If you have not received refund back pls write a strong email to Chairman. Secretary to Chairman will reply. Email : [protected]@sbi.co.in
    & aslo keep
    dgmit.[protected]@sbi.co.in
    & the most important people Visa Team : mVisa will be addressed by them. Email

    Visa Team: fss1.[protected]@sbi.co.in .

    Pls ask for compensation as per RBI rule. Even I have faced this & and got my money back after writing e-mail.
    Pls do it. I know the pain of losing money. SBI giving stupid Service.

    I am replying you only because you are asking also facing same MVISA failed transaction.

      I have sb account in sbi, recently i have noticed while debit card purchases, a sms is coming for the billed amount but balance amount in my sb account is not shown in sms. If i go & check for balance enquiry in sbi atm, without paper printing, my free transaction is getting cut.

      Kindly make arrangements to show balance amount is sms.

        I have taken a home loan from SBI RACPC FARIDABAD Branch.
        Now since last two months I am requesting them to provide provisional income tax certificate but there is no response from bank. Several time I send the request on mail, multiple times I called them but didn't get any response. Due to the reason I could not provide IT CERTIFICATE to my company and hence unnecessary tax was deducted from my salary.

          enterprises that is in state bank of india rania bazar sirsa (16833).
          I deposited cash of amount 49900 in sbi adb branch sirsa machine number
          02432621 dated 17.02.2017 time 19:16:51 and the transation got unsuccessful
          by server down and the bank facilty of sbi adb branch dabwali road sirsa
          says that we are not responsible for it says by head cashier of the branch
          he dont receive application also
          And he says dont desposit your money here go to other branch
          sir
          I requested you that make this transaction correct fast
          the head cashier says that we open machine once in a weak
          and the Branch manager is not in bank inqiuary that all
          plz inquairy for all tranaction fast

                I k.vimal rai running an savings account in sbi and I am using sbi freedom for fund transfers. But suddenly one day it dint worked. Then I contacted branch immediately and they said me that some software updates are in progress, later advised me to uninstall it and download new one again. I waited for days and did the same. Still it's not working. And today I called sbi toll free regarding this issue and executive who came to assist me was talking like an most best lazy fellow in this world. Really i am struggling lot without this app .

                  This is Rechithra. I have recently was trying to do a BT transfer of my existing home loan. I have contacted the agent Murugan from Chennai and he had sent another agent and his name is Logesh to collect my documents. I have submitted my property documents and told him I do not have copy of the same and asked him to send a copy to my mail id to avoid made him to visit my home multiple times. He agreed it and taken my documents for verification. But through my relative I have got a good offer from another bank. I asked Logesh to hold the home loan processing. I need the documents back and asked him to return the documents. I followed up with Logesh and Murugan for two days, but they are not sending it.

                  How I am feeling now is they are not sending it as I should not go to another bank as I do not have the copy of it.

                  I need my documents back. Requesting your help take necessary action. They are not even thinking that I may be their customer in future.

                    Dear sir

                    A refund of 7999/- rupees was successfully processed on 27 Jan 2017 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my SBI account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                    I have called the state bank of India customer service and also emailed the state bank of India main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                    I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund and refund reference number is 522120.

                    kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                      I have paid Vodafone bill through Paytm for Rs. 336. By Paytm it's not been paid and now amount of RS.336 not yet credited by SBI as refund. Now provide me that refund of RS.350 in my account of Sbi. It's too long period passed but till refund I have not got. Try to solve as early as possible this for this refund. If this amount not credited to my account transfer it in Paytm wallet

                        I have got a new debit card but unable to generate PIN from the IVR, Website, SMS, bank offfcials are not helping...It says that that my card is blocked i dont know how ??
                        The SBI Teghoria ( Kolkata ) bank reps are not at all customer friendly and they have a disgusting attitude and never helps any customers.
                        They forget that its their job to help their customers but they never tend to do it.

                        tried calling custom er care for almost 100 times in the last 2 days but either they disconnect the line or the the customer care is engaged.

                        what kind of horrible service is this??

                          I try to open a new savings account from State Bank of India at Arakkonam Town branch, IFSC CODE: 17922. First day i went to State Bank of India of Arakkonam Town Branch on that day some bank employee told to me come next day and then i went next day to open new account on that day same bank employee told to me meet a Arakkonam Town Branch Manager. And then I met that bank manager he told to me come on 13/02/2017. And, then i went that day also that same bank empolyee told to me come wednesday on that itself i regreted for that applying new account opening. finally, I gave my ID proof with application form that bank same empolyee told to me come next week to buy my account passbook. please tell me? how many times I should walk to open new account. Really, I REGRETED from they are service. I really unsatisfied from this State Bank of India at Arakkonam Town Branch

                            I Sahajpal singh khera Ray was applying for passport through online mode and initiated a payment of 1512.75 using a axis bank debit card the amount got deducted from my bank account but the payment status in the passport application portal was pending. I checked again next day the status shows failed. Its been 7 days payment has not been refunded to the bank account.Kindly look into the issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

                                I Soumya Ranjan Ray was applying for passport through online mode and initiated a payment of 1512.75 using a icici bank debit card the amount got deducted from my bank account but the payment status in the passport application portal was pending. I checked again next day the status shows failed. Its been 7 days payment has not been refunded to the bank account.Kindly look into the issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

                                  Managrer is Mr.Alpesh Shah was not able to explain about weather closing the ppt account or continue...As my daughter is living in U.S.A. and I told him also..as a Father I have a power of attorney too..for everything of her to operate in India..but Manager refused to except that..after all he told us to send the relevant papers to my Daughter in USA...and He sent..but sent wrong form..and instead of apology he told us that I have to do job with so many people during the day and so mistakes could be happen...But what about our time ?? So much time has passed during this and wasted time...such Managers must be degraded and punished...

                                    An application submitted at Branch Manager, Memari ADB(Branch Code 3920) for transfer my salary account no [protected] from Galsi ADB (Branch Code 5704) to SBI ADB Memari Branch due to transfer ground at least 3 month ago, Br. Manager, SBI Memari-ADB send a mail towards Galsi ADB not only that original application send through register post in due time, then after I pesonnal visit three time with another application for transfer my salary account, but work not completed till date, the undersigned faced hard difficulties, so look into the matter, so that dispose my accrued problem.

                                      i Pandurang Mahadeo Teradale having an a/c in the State Bank of India, Kavathe Mahankal Distt.- Sangli Maharashtra Branch IFS Code - SBIN0011645. Account No.- [protected] when i tried to withdraw rs 2000 from my a/c [protected] on 12th February 2017 around 17:17 pm from the Axis Bank ATM, Maruti Sevanagar, Banaswadi, Bangalore at the time ATM machine Prossasing so that i could not received any money from the ATM.
                                      but when i checked the balance from the other ATM after an hour the balance was deducted from my a/c.

                                      Sir i serving in Indian Army now posted in Bangalore, hence, I will not go to the my home Branch may i requested to you early action please. My Contact No and registered Mob No is [protected].

                                      I added 500rs on my paytm wallet using netbanking, the transaction was succesfull but i didnt get any money in my wallet, when i complained to paytm about this and sent a screenshot of my passbook which showed a deduction of rs500, they said they havent recieved any money.
                                      please help.

                                        Myself Mr. Prabhat Kumar Chattopadhyay, is a regular customer of SBI NIMTA BELGHORIA branch. I requested several times in this SBI branch for a new passbook, as my previous passbook was finished, but they ignore my request and till now they have not given me a new passbook. I am not in net banking facility so passbook for updating is necessary to me. Branch manager also not talk with me peacefully. Please do immediate step for getting a new passbook.
