I have a savings bank account no. [protected] in state bank of india, hanumanganj, allahabad.
The last transaction i have done through atm was on 26.01.2017. After that my account has been blocked. I am unable to do any transaction either through atm or cheque. Or withdrawal form.
On contacting the branch manager of sbi hanumanganj, he informed me due to some technical fault my account is blocked. He asked me o contact toll free atm complaint. That has also been approached but they informed that nothing is wrong with atm, they asked me to contact the branch manager again as the bank only can sort out the problem. The branch manager is not taking any interest in the matter as a result of which i am suffering.
I have a personal loan from hdfc bank since last 3 -1/2 years and i have been regularly paying emi of rs. 7110/- on 7th of every month through this sbi account but this is the first time in the last 42 months, due to bank's fault, (Account blocked - for no fault of mine) my emi due on 07.02.2017, could not be paid, although balance already exists in my account, for which hdfc bank is charging heavy interest.
I am running hither and thither with no fruitful results.
I seek your kind intervention in the matter so that same is resolved on priority. The interest being asked by hdfc bank should be borne by sbi.

State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
When I started asking him details like where are you calling from, which bank, which branch, destination.
He told he is a manager, and calling from SBI Bangalore.
The moment I asked him "which branch" again, he uttered something in Hindi and disconnected the call.
