    Hello,
    I Soumya Ranjan Ray was applying for passport through online mode and initiated a payment of 1512.75 using a icici bank debit card the amount got deducted from my bank account but the payment status in the passport application portal was pending. I checked again next day the status shows failed. Its been 7 days payment has not been refunded to the bank account.Kindly look into the issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

      State Bank of India.St.Xavier's Branch, Opp.memnagar Fire Station...
      Managrer is Mr.Alpesh Shah was not able to explain about weather closing the ppt account or continue...As my daughter is living in U.S.A. and I told him also..as a Father I have a power of attorney too..for everything of her to operate in India..but Manager refused to except that..after all he told us to send the relevant papers to my Daughter in USA...and He sent..but sent wrong form..and instead of apology he told us that I have to do job with so many people during the day and so mistakes could be happen...But what about our time ?? So much time has passed during this and wasted time...such Managers must be degraded and punished...

        An application submitted at Branch Manager, Memari ADB(Branch Code 3920) for transfer my salary account no [protected] from Galsi ADB (Branch Code 5704) to SBI ADB Memari Branch due to transfer ground at least 3 month ago, Br. Manager, SBI Memari-ADB send a mail towards Galsi ADB not only that original application send through register post in due time, then after I pesonnal visit three time with another application for transfer my salary account, but work not completed till date, the undersigned faced hard difficulties, so look into the matter, so that dispose my accrued problem.

          i Pandurang Mahadeo Teradale having an a/c in the State Bank of India, Kavathe Mahankal Distt.- Sangli Maharashtra Branch IFS Code - SBIN0011645. Account No.- [protected] when i tried to withdraw rs 2000 from my a/c [protected] on 12th February 2017 around 17:17 pm from the Axis Bank ATM, Maruti Sevanagar, Banaswadi, Bangalore at the time ATM machine Prossasing so that i could not received any money from the ATM.
          but when i checked the balance from the other ATM after an hour the balance was deducted from my a/c.

          Sir i serving in Indian Army now posted in Bangalore, hence, I will not go to the my home Branch may i requested to you early action please. My Contact No and registered Mob No is [protected].
          State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          I added 500rs on my paytm wallet using netbanking, the transaction was succesfull but i didnt get any money in my wallet, when i complained to paytm about this and sent a screenshot of my passbook which showed a deduction of rs500, they said they havent recieved any money.
          please help.

            Myself Mr. Prabhat Kumar Chattopadhyay, is a regular customer of SBI NIMTA BELGHORIA branch. My a/c no is [protected] of SBI Nimta branch Kol-700049 (IFSC code SBIN0011541). I requested several times in this SBI branch for a new passbook, as my previous passbook was finished, but they ignore my request and till now they have not given me a new passbook. I am not in net banking facility so passbook for updating is necessary to me. Branch manager also not talk with me peacefully. Please do immediate step for getting a new passbook.

                My ward studing in engineering colleage, taken a education loan for studies due my poor financial condition. Loan is sanctioned but every semestor the alloted amount is less then the collage fees, bank officials making delay on releasing sanctioned amount cheque..

                This time in fourth semestor rs5000/- is less then colleage fees, and ramya madam said i have give 5000/- to her ;this will include in the sanctioned cheque.

                But i unable to give this amount at a time (Due my poor financial condition) but college management ready to give relaxation that is i can this amount rs 5000/- in three installment but bank official 'ramya madam' didnt allowing me

                  I have paid my Passport Fees through ICICI Bank Credit Card on 16th Jan 2017. The transaction was failed. Please find attached screen shot for the reference. ICICI bank has deducted the amount and showing in my credicard statement. As instructed, SBI has to return to ICICI bank within 7days of the failed transaction. It has not happened as of now.

                  The passport Seva Kendra is advising to send email to SBI customer care. I sent sofar 3 emails. No reply from SBI. Passport seva kendra has given phone number[protected] . i tried this number around 500 times sofar. It is either busy or nobody is lifting the phone, just ringing. whom to blame now? Is sbi is having such bad process and infrastructure in its core banking? Mr. Modi is asking everyone to for digital transaction. Even people with highest computer literacy are struggling to get back our paid amount. what will happen to illiterate people?when i spoke to customer service at passport kendra, they are telling it is SBI issue and they have to resolve. Towhom i need to contact now to get back my amount. very bad experience and don't know about SBI & Passport office taking a joy ride on their customers in India.

                  Please reverse and refund the money asap.

                        I am pay the my HDFC Bank Credit Card Payment through SBI (My Account No - [protected]) Net Banking on 03/02/2017 but this payment not credit till date on my HDFC Bank Credit Card account.                           In my online banking account at account summary I've noticed my last 10 transaction details. In those details the first one is for insufficient balance transaction but the second transaction detail of bookmyshow.com MUMBAI, I'd not made that transaction in my previous days . And also I'd not been to MUMBAI since my childhood till now. Hence, how it is possible that i'd made that payment its a wrong transaction detail and i request you to refund my money to my account of the transaction which I'd not been made from the last transaction date before it.

                                I am a customer of State bank of India vide A/c no. [protected]. I have been charged Rs. 287.50 as ESC/ACH Return Charges on 30.1.2017. The amount of ECS was Rs. 1021/- towards payment of a LIC policy in respect of me. Despite sufficient balance was available on the date, the ECS was denied by the SBI and I have been charged Rs. 287.50/- as penalty by the bank with the abovesaid reason and Rs.125/- by LIC. For this, I contacted the branch but the reply of the bank personnel was amazing as they told " this is true that SBI has charged wrongly and this is happened with more other customers also and it is a technical problem and we are not in position to solve this and the bank cannot return the penalty amount.

                                      I was operating a dsp account in sbi since 2010 under which my salary credited

                                      I was applied for xpress credit loan on above account for rupees 4, 50, 000/- in 2015 and sanction accordingly.

                                      Sir, emi paid through my salary account monthly basis on 12 of each month

                                      Rate of interest is 14.75% per annum. However, as per memorandum between sbi and. Indian army on feb 2015 the rate of interest for army personal being ful cheque off mode payee should be 13% per annum.

                                      In view of the above, you are requested to rewiev my account no [protected] under which loan has sanctioned.

                                      Besides the above, sir sbi has charged late payment of emi for five months which is incorrect as i am already paid all emi on due date as recorded on my account

                                      Sir may i request you to for your personal intervention on the issue and refund the excess amount charged from me

                                        Your Bank has debited my Debit card ATM Annual fee two times ie, Rs. 115/ and Rs.115/- on dated 16.02.2017 from my Account.While I have single ATM card only.What is actually the need of this reduction? Even though reduction is done then what is the need of it twice??? It make the customer feel bad on this reputed bank.
