when i tried to withdraw rs 6000 from my a/c [protected] on 18th January 2017 around 17:17 pm from the BOB Atm Hanumat Dham, Shahjahanpur at the time atm machine Prossasing so that i could not recievd any money nor any reciept from the atm .
but when i checked the balance from the other atm after an hour the balance was deducted from my a/c.

sir i have already given the complain to the sbi Rausar Kothi Distt.-Shahjahanpur . but till now no any reply come not the money .

so iam requesting you to take necessary action

    1. I am father of Mr. Nikant Singh having an Account No – [protected]. I placed a Cheque in my son’s A/C of Rs 7712/- dated 5/1/2017. The Cheque is from Kotak Mahindra Bank, Noida, Sec-18, Dist. Gautam Budh Nagar and paid for clearance by SBI on 10/1/2017, but it was not cleared up to 14/2/2017 at 11.00 AM.
    2. On 24 Jan 2017 I meet to Mr. Dangi Asst. Manager regarding noncredit of that Cheque, he told it will take 15 to 20 days and it will be credit in one or two days.
    3. Again on 31/1/2017 I meet Mr. Dangi to write a reminder to credit my Cheque, he refuse to do and use unparliamentarily language and he was ready to fight with me a 35 years old customer of SBI Bhiwani, because Bank will give you interest. .
    4. On 7th Feb 2017 I again go to Bank Mr. Dangi was on leave or absent from his seat, a another person Mr. Verma meet me and he says this case
    Mr. Dangi will solve his Mob No is [protected], please contact him. He is only a person who can solve this problem.
    5. On 14th Feb 2017 I again go to Bank and meet to Mr. Dangi by saying good morning sir, at 1100 hrs. My Cheque of Rs 7712/- yet not credit on my A/C because 35 days have been past. He misbehaves and uses abusing language by say you can go and give my complaint to Chief Manager in between I take phonic pic of him and report to Chief Manager on 14th Feb 2017, then he credit my money in my A/C within 30 minute, he refuse me by saying “JA TUJHE JHAN REPORT KARNI HAI KARO MAIN NAHI KARUNGA” “DEKHTA HUN TUM KYA KAROGE”.
    6. Then after 1 ½ hrs. I came with Chief Branch Manager. He stand up from his chair and ready to fight with me by saying “Aap meri report jaroor karna”.
    7. You are requested to take disciplinary action against Mr. Dangi who is misbehaving with nonsense talk with all the customer of SBI or he may be posted in Southern side of India or in Haryana in District Mewat rural area because “Since a long time a stone can be heavy at a particular place”. Hoping for the soon reply with suitable action which you taken.

      However, an SMS from my HDFC Bank on my mobile [protected] states amount Rs 1512.75 (inclusive of service charge) debited from my account, on Feb 9, 2017 at 19:34:15 in SBIPG at PASSPORT_SEVA_MOPS_OBD using my HDFC debit card ending in 3822. Statement from my HDFC savings bank account shows[protected] against the debit entry on Feb 9, 2017.

      Since status shows FAILED, I have to make payment again. Request please reverse above payment.

        I would like to know that y my Rs 174, Rs 15 and 100 has been deducted from my account on[protected] . I have received a sms telling that Rs 174 Rs 15 and 100 has been debit from your account on[protected],[protected] and 18-dec-2016.

        Screen shot is been attach in the mail kindly respond the mail as soon as possible and want to know the correct reason y it got deducted.What is going on with the account y they are cutting ma account balance again n again if like this happen i have to change the bank

            With due request I beg to say that I have drawn Rs.2000/-on 20.12.16 from ATM but auto drawn twice at a time, my account debited Rs.4000/- .
            As per RBI rules there was Rs.2000/- drawn at a time from one ATM card.
            I have complained many time but no action.
            So kindly do something for this complain & credited Rs.2000/- in my account no.[protected].

              Sir, I submitted application form for aiims 2017 with Reg. No. [protected] on 15/2/2017 and payment of fees of Rs. 1000-/- using online sbi net banking on 15/2/2017 at 18:41 withTransaction Reference No.[protected], but no cofirmation page have yet been generated by AIIMS with a plea that payment not completed . On attempt for re-payment SBI shows a message as "A payment has already been made for the same reference number. Your request cannot be processed." Please check it and resolve the matter early as matter examination urgent and oblige. Thanking you Harsha, Kamayyathopu, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh Mob.[protected]

                I had a home loan a. c with sbi civil lines roorkeesince 2012, after this i had extend my loan for rs 5, 00000 in the month of 18/07/16. bank send me a message debit adujestment of rs 8, 418.
                After this message i itself go to bank and given a application in writing that i had a housing laon a. c [protected]and house already insured by the state bank of roorkee civil lines and i am paying 1400 rs per month for that insurance, which a large amout.
                Bu bank withdrawl rs 8.418rs against sbi general insurance

                This is the case of fraud and cheating. refund my money of rs 8, 418 rupees.

                    Dear Sir / Madam.

                    My wife SMt Amina Khatoon, Mohalla-Maqbool nagar has applied for opening new account in SBI Dakshin Darwaza branch (Branch Code[protected], Basti.
                    Accordingly, she visited the bank regularly for more than 23 days and every day bank officials had given new date to visit giving excuse that they are very busy.
                    And finally a peon there has suggested us to apply for online registration for opening the new account and visit the bank with a print pot of the form.
                    We applied online registration form for new SBI account against TCRN : AC7 3642077, TARN : AA99157418 and visited the bank again with all supporting documents.
                    This time SBI officials said that Rs 500/- yearly will be required against Health Insurance. Since I am a government employee, working in BHEL, Jhansi (staff no[protected] our company provides all type of medical facilities to our family free of cost therefore there this health insurance scheme is useless for us.
                    When my wife refused to take this health scheme, bank officials said that they will not open the account without this.
                    Please suggest whether such scheme is mandatory for government employees like us who has no such need to join such scheme. And help us to open our account in SBI.

                        Dear Sir / Mam,

                        Today 16th Feb 2017, 9.34 AM i received a call from Mobile no. [protected]. The person was mentioning himself as Branch Manager of SBI and mentioned that my SBI account is suspended and my ATM Card will not work.

                        I asked him why should i trust you that you are from SBI. Then he disconnected the call. This is atrocious as SBI customers contact numbers should not be shared to anybody as per Banks policy. But then we are troubled like this by fraudsters.

                        Kindly look into this and reply back.

                        I have received a call from same mobile number, [protected], this morning, 18-Feb-2017. Person on the other end started conversion asking if I have received any message for my SBI account being suspended.
                        When I started asking him details like where are you calling from, which bank, which branch, destination.
                        He told he is a manager, and calling from SBI Bangalore.
                        The moment I asked him "which branch" again, he uttered something in Hindi and disconnected the call.

                            I have a savings bank account no. [protected] in state bank of india, hanumanganj, allahabad.

                            The last transaction i have done through atm was on 26.01.2017. After that my account has been blocked. I am unable to do any transaction either through atm or cheque. Or withdrawal form.

                            On contacting the branch manager of sbi hanumanganj, he informed me due to some technical fault my account is blocked. He asked me o contact toll free atm complaint. That has also been approached but they informed that nothing is wrong with atm, they asked me to contact the branch manager again as the bank only can sort out the problem. The branch manager is not taking any interest in the matter as a result of which i am suffering.

                            I have a personal loan from hdfc bank since last 3 -1/2 years and i have been regularly paying emi of rs. 7110/- on 7th of every month through this sbi account but this is the first time in the last 42 months, due to bank's fault, (Account blocked - for no fault of mine) my emi due on 07.02.2017, could not be paid, although balance already exists in my account, for which hdfc bank is charging heavy interest.

                            I am running hither and thither with no fruitful results.

                            I seek your kind intervention in the matter so that same is resolved on priority. The interest being asked by hdfc bank should be borne by sbi.

                              Customer of sbi cif no. [protected]. Atm card xxxx xxxx xxxx 8941 blocked by my request as it is not functioning. System doesn't permit to issue new one. Trying to issue through net banking is gives repeated remark that already issued. Tried to contact with help desk, call centre, tool free no. Time and again no solution found. It is just waste of time & mobile charge. Is it the best services we expect from sbi?

                                I am unable to log in to my net banking account with my user id already registered even after using several kits provided by branch. It is always 'Invalid User ID or Password.' I tried resetting my password online but there my new phone no. is not mapped. OTP is being sent over to my old mobile no.
                                I got my CIF transferred from old branch in Vindhyanagar MP to Sector 1 branch in Rohtak Haryana.

                                  I have paid my SBI credit card bill on dated 09/02/2017 via online sbi. as i have already added biller in my account. The amount i have paid according to my credit card bill is 51, 652.00 Rs. But still The paid amount is not showing in my SBI credit card. As my last date of bill payment is 24/02/2017. After that i'll be charged/fined by sbi card LTD. i request you to kindly help me out and pls Give your best to solve the problem.

                                    I have made a transction of rs. 11667 to sbi credit card thru sbi anywhere on 31-jan-2017. Payment not received by sbi credit card & when i called customer executive of sbi bank, mr. Himanshu shukla of internet banking refused to take my complaint stating that reference number generated after completion of transaction is wrong because at that time sbi has launched new version of sbi anywhere app. I dont know where is my amount & no hope also from the sbi bank.

                                    Please look into the matter.

                                        Today afternoon at 2.00 pm I initiated an IMPS transaction of Rs 5000 from my account no [protected]. However I got a message that the transaction has been TIMED OUT but the amount of Rs 5000 was deducted from my account. The IMPS reference No is[protected].

                                        The funds were to be transferred to Yes Bank. The complaint has been registered in this regard & the ticket number is PT[protected]. The Customer care is unable to give me the exact information on how will I get my Rs 5000 back.
