Dear sir
I Arpit Bajpai having account in your sbi branch i.e. 80 feet road, kanpur ifsc code account number [protected] was depositing my 3000 rupees at your cash depositing machine located at Ram krishna Nagar, Kanpur branch around 2.35 PM dated on 15/02/2017 but when i filled my money into the machine it taken money in and responded as transaction cancelled neither my money was deposited into my account nor the receipt was generated my machine.

So it is my humble request that please take proper actions and effectively deposit my money into my account. I will be highly

    I have a savings bank account no. [protected] in state bank of india, hanumanganj, allahabad.

    The last transaction i have done through atm was on 26.01.2017. After that my account has been blocked. I am unable to do any transaction either through atm or cheque. Or withdrawal form.

    On contacting the branch manager of sbi hanumanganj, he informed me due to some technical fault my account is blocked. He asked me o contact toll free atm complaint. That has also been approached but they informed that nothing is wrong with atm, they asked me to contact the branch manager again as the bank only can sort out the problem. The branch manager is not taking any interest in the matter as a result of which i am suffering.

    I have a personal loan from hdfc bank since last 3 -1/2 years and i have been regularly paying emi of rs. 7110/- on 7th of every month through this sbi account but this is the first time in the last 42 months, due to bank's fault, (Account blocked - for no fault of mine) my emi due on 07.02.2017, could not be paid, although balance already exists in my account, for which hdfc bank is charging heavy interest.

    I am running hither and thither with no fruitful results.

    I seek your kind intervention in the matter so that same is resolved on priority. The interest being asked by hdfc bank should be borne by sbi.

      Customer of sbi cif no. [protected]. Atm card xxxx xxxx xxxx 8941 blocked by my request as it is not functioning. System doesn't permit to issue new one. Trying to issue through net banking is gives repeated remark that already issued. Tried to contact with help desk, call centre, tool free no. Time and again no solution found. It is just waste of time & mobile charge. Is it the best services we expect from sbi?

        I am unable to log in to my net banking account with my user id already registered even after using several kits provided by branch. It is always 'Invalid User ID or Password.' I tried resetting my password online but there my new phone no. is not mapped. OTP is being sent over to my old mobile no.
        I got my CIF transferred from old branch in Vindhyanagar MP to Sector 1 branch in Rohtak Haryana.

          I have paid my SBI credit card bill on dated 09/02/2017 via online sbi. as i have already added biller in my account. The amount i have paid according to my credit card bill is 51, 652.00 Rs. But still The paid amount is not showing in my SBI credit card. As my last date of bill payment is 24/02/2017. After that i'll be charged/fined by sbi card LTD. i request you to kindly help me out and pls Give your best to solve the problem.

            I have made a transction of rs. 11667 to sbi credit card thru sbi anywhere on 31-jan-2017. Payment not received by sbi credit card & when i called customer executive of sbi bank, mr. Himanshu shukla of internet banking refused to take my complaint stating that reference number generated after completion of transaction is wrong because at that time sbi has launched new version of sbi anywhere app. I dont know where is my amount & no hope also from the sbi bank.

            Please look into the matter.

                Today afternoon at 2.00 pm I initiated an IMPS transaction of Rs 5000 from my account no [protected]. However I got a message that the transaction has been TIMED OUT but the amount of Rs 5000 was deducted from my account. The IMPS reference No is[protected].

                The funds were to be transferred to Yes Bank. The complaint has been registered in this regard & the ticket number is PT[protected]. The Customer care is unable to give me the exact information on how will I get my Rs 5000 back.

                  Hi,

                  I made one transfer from the SBI mobile app and the amount was debited accordingly but till now the transfer didn't happen (Its more than 10 days already). Now as the transaction reference no. is UV0000XXXX no one is taking a complaint. Normal transaction from the web starts as IV0000XXXX.

                  Is there anyone who could help me? I have been already charged interest by the 3rd party as the transfer was not successful. Please help ASAP. Tried to raise ticket previously but no update yet. Even the SBI branch didn't look into the matter.

                  Why do I need to suffer now for SBI system error?

                  PLEASE HELP !!!

                        Gud mng myself Narendrmotamarri i have sbi acount in dharmajigudem village i notice to here yesterday i paid electer city bill through freecharge wallet linked with my debit card that payment was not success but amount was deducted from my acount wroth 341so kindly plg restored deducted amount to my acount as much as possible. I have a hope my problem is resolved within 24 hours. And i suggested one point here do some better services for online payments if possible because today bank sector encourge online payments but security and payment services are not improved so 1st imroved online service system.

                          i am having SB A/c [protected] in NAL branch bengaluru, here i am complaining abt two issues, my mob number : [protected]
                          1) on 15/02/17 they deducted ATM annual fees of Amt 115.50 twice, my ATM annual fees was deducted twice every year.. i want to know the reason and want clear clarification regarding this...
                          2) i recharged my mobile number ending with 79******89 (idea) number on 02/02/2017 with ref no :UH00680172 for Rs 100/-, got a message like " your transaction is under process" till now it is not processed..!!!
                          I raised complaints for both issues.. but got a message like " it is attended and closed" . i doubt why you people kept that option it is totally useless..
                          and also i mailed to contact care but no response..
                          i want response as soon as possible, i even tried customer care number "[protected]" but getting busy always.i want "my money" refunded to my account since it is my hard earned cash..

                              Sir, when I opened by SBI net banking account ([protected]) to view my last transaction on FEB 15, 2017, I found that RS 145 HAS BEEN DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT as " POS PRCH POS[protected]PAYU-www.payu.in DELHI" on JAN 06, 2017 without doing any transactions.

                                Yesterday I got a fraudster's faking call regarding this issue presenting himself SBI officer but we all know SBI never calls not matter what.
                                I know that fraudster got my information this website seeing my complaint. He asked for my debit card number details. Now, how can someone provide his/her ATM card details?
                                As a pseudo-person, he was eager to help me and to gather my information of Debit card by resetting the password.
                                I said can do that by myself.

                                Later to prove himself genuine he even contacted a call from SBI toll-free number[protected] asking me the number.
                                What's a theft!

                                    Hi

                                    I lost my tata SBI card long back. I called them and ask them to deactivate (after blocking next step I took for deactivation). I think nearly after one year I received a bill for a card which I don't have, the chargers are annual fee of card.

                                    At this point I contacted them many times to deactivate and clear my bill. Every time connect they replied "yes sir will do it in 7working days".

                                    But yesterday when I applied for a loan(tata capital) it was rejected due bad CIBIL score. And the reason this card otherwise I never any payment missed or cheque bounce or anything which might effect my CIBIL.

                                    Now I am clueless to whom I contact and how clarify my CIBIL. I irritated with.

                                      I was having a SBI Savings Account and I see Rs 200/- got deducted from my account with Narration "DEBIT SALARY / /SBI GENERAL INS PAI". When I contacted the customer care, I got the information that it was deducted for General Insurance which I never requested, Even I was never informed.

                                      AS PER MY KNOWLEDGE THIS IS AGAINST RBI RULES AND REGULATIONS.

                                      I have taken home loans from SBI of 11lac Rs. While taking loan I have denied of taking any kind of insurance from bank because I already have an life insurance. But today when I checked my statement I found that an amount of 7720 rs deducted from my account. Without sending me any notification.

                                      Please assist me what should I do In this case. How can I get my amount back I did not requested for any insurance.
