Hi,
i am having SB A/c [protected] in NAL branch bengaluru, here i am complaining abt two issues, my mob number : [protected]
1) on 15/02/17 they deducted ATM annual fees of Amt 115.50 twice, my ATM annual fees was deducted twice every year.. i want to know the reason and want clear clarification regarding this...
2) i recharged my mobile number ending with 79******89 (idea) number on 02/02/2017 with ref no :UH00680172 for Rs 100/-, got a message like " your transaction is under process" till now it is not processed..!!!
I raised complaints for both issues.. but got a message like " it is attended and closed" . i doubt why you people kept that option it is totally useless..
and also i mailed to contact care but no response..
i want response as soon as possible, i even tried customer care number "[protected]" but getting busy always.i want "my money" refunded to my account since it is my hard earned cash..

      Sir, when I opened by SBI net banking account ([protected]) to view my last transaction on FEB 15, 2017, I found that RS 145 HAS BEEN DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT as " POS PRCH POS[protected]PAYU-www.payu.in DELHI" on JAN 06, 2017 without doing any transactions.

      so kindly look into my problem and refund me the desired amount.

        Yesterday I got a fraudster's faking call regarding this issue presenting himself SBI officer but we all know SBI never calls not matter what.
        I know that fraudster got my information this website seeing my complaint. He asked for my debit card number details. Now, how can someone provide his/her ATM card details?
        As a pseudo-person, he was eager to help me and to gather my information of Debit card by resetting the password.
        I said can do that by myself.

        Later to prove himself genuine he even contacted a call from SBI toll-free number[protected] asking me the number.
        What's a theft!

            Hi

            I lost my tata SBI card long back. I called them and ask them to deactivate (after blocking next step I took for deactivation). I think nearly after one year I received a bill for a card which I don't have, the chargers are annual fee of card.

            At this point I contacted them many times to deactivate and clear my bill. Every time connect they replied "yes sir will do it in 7working days".

            But yesterday when I applied for a loan(tata capital) it was rejected due bad CIBIL score. And the reason this card otherwise I never any payment missed or cheque bounce or anything which might effect my CIBIL.

            Now I am clueless to whom I contact and how clarify my CIBIL. I irritated with.

              I was having a SBI Savings Account and I see Rs 200/- got deducted from my account with Narration "DEBIT SALARY / /SBI GENERAL INS PAI". When I contacted the customer care, I got the information that it was deducted for General Insurance which I never requested, Even I was never informed.

              AS PER MY KNOWLEDGE THIS IS AGAINST RBI RULES AND REGULATIONS.

              Hi,

              I have taken home loans from SBI of 11lac Rs. While taking loan I have denied of taking any kind of insurance from bank because I already have an life insurance. But today when I checked my statement I found that an amount of 7720 rs deducted from my account. Without sending me any notification.

              Please assist me what should I do In this case. How can I get my amount back I did not requested for any insurance.

                  Sharing a bitter experience faced on pursuance of an additional loan/pension loan with an increment in salary structure to the tune nearer rs. 75, 000/- (With a total family income rs.1, 80, 000/-pm) with the implementation of 7cpc @ sbi branch 00891 cheep manager's cabin. Four months of delaying, carrying out investigation like fbi, asking questions like incomr tax department and doing unwanted scrutiny and harassment and mocking of my rank structure i held in army by your cheep manager, personal banking manager and a field officer
                  1.in retrospect to a bitter ambience undergone due to the coax and wheedle policy adopted by sbi (Should be called the salient butchers of innocents due to few idle-mongers) from top to bottom.
                  2. "if there is a braying sound somewhere, there cannot be an orchestra going on" has been the condition of the bank (Though, i tried chasing to hear at least one orchestra. But i failed) in which i have been associated with for past thirty plus years. It is only now, my eyes and ears are fully opened to find that few donkeys only braying it is not an orchestra. Though, it was lesser earlier. But, now it is increased over the past due to the lichening greed of your staff in the bank to popularize and bring themselves par with those, who live an adequate life by virtue of their dire hard work (But your staff wear every day one united colors of benetton sweater, louise phillippe shirts, pepe jeans, john player casuals, woodland shoes and shemrock wrist watch. But, work an amount equal to a cost of 100 grams pea nuts).
                  (A) your cm @00891 is a gag without a dental structure, who can't convince a valuable client with what he has to say to that effective client. Also can't even understand their contribution for the development of the society and its economy and even to the gdp of the country.
                  (B) all he runs behind the giggling digs or getting paid for his dream-chasing. Might be watching what? Sitting in his cabin 24x7? (I should appreciate him if he could understand a phenomenal development in the small investment done through property depreciating in market value day by day along the lines of maximum utility theory and a meager increment accrued in huge investment done through property getting appreciated. I am damn sure your managers including your cm @ 00891 cannot understand, what all he knows is a few addition and subtraction and run behind a few penny holders and distribute sbi yearly diaries throughout the year to those of whom he and his only family can be benefited.
                  (C) also, if your cm @ 00891 can understand whether the money is because of the society or the society is because of money. I further can appreciate him. He least bother to survey on ground and satisfy him at least with some financial stimulation and advise if the client is in an urgent need to ease him from any financial clutches.
                  3. Ask any of your managers, who ever dared to give one diary to any one, whose annual investment in the bank is the least one and loyal to the bank unlike mr. Vijay mallya, that least client would have kept that diary as a memento in his prayer hall. But all the diaries you distributed to the riches are sure might have been the rage-dampener-toys of their pet dogs which have been trampled, torn and thrown in front of their gates itself. (Like once your former mds and chairmans might have gone to distribute fanciful diaries to vijay mallya also and now find out where are those diaries). That is why you failed to understand the credibility of ground real heroes.
                  4. These questions emanated not because i'ven't got an sbi yearly diary. Because, i can foresee what disaster these idle-hosts/idle-mongers like these managers can add to the country's future.
                  5. If possible try and understand the parable of a women in the bible called the "widows offering" that a widow, who offered everything she had to a great cause and she lost nothing. Also try to read the case study of st. Mother theresa versus a pawn broker (The pawn broker's dream is nothing other than collecting few odd stinking 1000 rupees notes is your manager's case). But we believe in sacrifice. Therefore, i urge you to understand that.
                  6. If you cannot treat your son exceptionally amongst all other children in your village then something is wrong in you or wrong will follow you soon. The same way your client should be an exceptional to you that too the one who is mind-full of the uniform growth in his investment.
                  7. Similar is my case. I have already poured my blood and sweat for the country in borders for more than 24 years and now with confidence tackling the challenges of educating poor children in rural (Where people can not even dream of earning more than 100 rupees a day), forgetting own luxury, living in a thatched hut working 48x7 performing the tasks of five adults a day, without neglecting the contribution to a phenomenal development of economy of the generation come to pass. If this can be understood by your cheep manager @ 00891, whose nakedness is covered with united colors of benetton products today out of my blood and sweat i will have no cribs. Also, he has to prove himself eligible for that.
                  8. On one occasion your so called cm @ 00891, cheep maligner has raised a doubt that at the age of 46 years, my pension cannot be near and almost rs. 75, 000/-pm. Also, my income together with my spouse cannot be more than rs.1, 80, 000/- pm. May be he is jealous that he with no dental structure might be very closer to the grave yard pit, counting his last days, knowing nothing other than few odd addition and subtraction and earning less monthly salary than my only pension. The similar condition with his pb manager and his field officer might have taken an excuse of being an handicap while seeking the job but now working akin to murderers and abetting clients to almost commit suicide by wrong calculation of the individual's credentials by showing wrong policies to valuable clients. When, once the bank policies are indicated by client themselves in addition to the supporting documents to show the credibility of the income of an individual they start establishing income tax department inside the bank itself to dodge them and delay rights and credibility to avail the loan. I felt sad and would have taken cognizant on the part of the employment board for wasted such skillful talents by not employed them in income tax department.
                  9. It is not first time with sbi 00891. Every time you are eligible for 100 they give only 40, but harass you 40, 000, 000, 000... As they are giving the four-legged-earning of their family. Why so? When are these daily wagers are sorted out? When can we expect change in their attitude that their bread is secured because of the pouring of the blood and sweat of our entire family!
                  10. If you want to check the attitude and credibility of your manager @ 00891 just render a surprise visit to the public toilet meant for the client in sbi complex @ 00891 and compare it with the cabin and the posh bungalow allotted to him at the same campus. If that is not acceptable will you make the manger live in the toilet and the client use his bungalow as toilet. Therefore, i wish that very soon your entire sbi-fraternity is reduced to a mere urinal spot of that toilet.
                  11. I'll not hereinafter stand in front your bank manager who proved himself a beggar but wanted a proud soldier (Who protected the country's border for 24 years) to go under his feet, can only beg, but cannot give anything to me, who believe in sacrificing everything for the country and its society.
                  12. Nothing else, but all i expect you to respond with treating the client as your gods, who is letting you live of the bread crumbs falling from their dining table.
                  13. I am daring to complain with this hatred speech because of such sour experience for not one or two occasion, but for last six years. However, from my side i am prompt in paying and following any norms levied over me by your bank, for any time you rise interest or any charges. I would like you to ask opinions from the other clients also that how satisfied they are.
                  14. One more thing i want to ask you that whenever the government planning to privatize certain public concern, you might be the first lot to oppose the government and ask several question of its inability and protest against the government for more perks and facilities. I feel pity on you in this scenario. But, today umpteen number of private finance institutes, who do better job than you, whose managers and field officers work 24x7, less paid than you and less fond of wood land shoes unlike you, who eat into public money with respect to the performance and efficacy. It is just because of managers and field officers like the one in 00891.
                  15. Just imagine if your mere addition and subtraction managers want to make a major of indian army (Who put in 24 years of colorful and patriotic service that too to a meek and humble, believes in "no one is above the master" including he himself) go under his feet, then what difficulty they might be posing to other clients.

                  With this, i disconnect and free myself from the clientele in sbi so that i do not become bad. If still your manager @ 00891 want only my money he can beg at my door hereinafter. Already my pension is credited in sbi @ 00891 only. So, he can take five paise every month to include for his family need.

                      I am pension-holder of the Govt of West Bengal drawing my pension from SBI, Baroda Park Br.. The Govt has enhanced our DA by10% from January, 2017.
                      But the effect of the has not been given yet.

                      My colleagues who are drawing pension outside Kolkata including those drawing from SBI have got the enhanced amount.

                      Pl state the reason of the delay in crediting the enhanced amount each time .

                          I did a transaction at United Bank of India, Ambikagiri Nagar Branch ATM. At first i made a balance enquiry of my account bearing Account no- [protected] which shows Rs.2573.50.After that i procceded to another transaction to wirhdraw Rs. 2500.00 but the transaction was failed and showed sorry unable to proccess. Then i tried to transac in another Atm of Bank of Baroda, zoo Road Branch where i found that Rs. 2500.00 has already debited from my account

                            Sir, i have submitted a sbi main branch chhapra cheque of rs 11207.00 (Cheque no 364376 dated 07.02.2017) in my sbi bazar branch chhapra on 08.02.2017 at 10:47 am. But till today the amount isn't credited in my account. I visited sbi bazar branch chhapra on 13.02.17 and meet ao they said that today it will be clear but not cleared.
                            Pls take some legal action. May i file an rti and get information against sbi bazar branch chhapra.

                            As bank official is behaving very rudly and using abuse word against me when asked about my status of account opening in bank. The official is very rudely saying that even complaint can not do anything. Please i request you to take action against them. Find my attachments as proof of address and bank code.

                              Hello sir. My debit card was lost. So I blocked it myself. But after two days I found it back. Now I want to unblock it. I visit yesterday sbi bank branch in baldev nagar. Ambala city. They said we can't help you in this case you have to unblock it yourself by message or phone call whatever you choose. I tried so many times to talk with the customer care they told me you have to visit your home branch or any other sbi branch. But I am not satisfied with sbi employees service. Now please tell me how would I treat with them.

                              Best solution in this matter is you may apply for new Debit card by visiting your home branch. It will take another 15 days time to issue the same. Unblocking process may be take some more time.

                                On 30 jan 2017 an amount of Rs 371 deducted from my account
                                on 13 feb 2017 an amount of Rs 104.82 for ATM or SMS charges deducted from my account
                                on 13 feb 2017 an amount of Rs 172 for ATM annual fees deducted from my account
                                without knowledge of these transactions these amounts were unduly deducted from my account .
                                my account is in sbi babyal ambala cantt and the staff is too lazy to work
                                I am regreating to be sbi account holder

                                  I am using net banking from last 6 years, till now there is no problem. But yesterday onward the net banking user name and passwords are not accepting and it is showing username or password wrong. So i tried with forgot password option with atm details. All the times it is charging rs.1 and after that it is showing that your session is expired.

                                  What to do? And the cap ta is very difficult to identify. Please simplify it.

                                    On the 18 jan 2017 using syndicate debit card a payment was made on yusuf application and money was deducted ref post txn[protected][protected] but it showed as failed payment status on the application hence it was tried on the 19 jan 2017 again this time money was again deducted under the same post txn ie[protected][protected] and it showed as success thus the appointment was taken and the application submitted. Thus payemnt has been deducted twice for the same application and one fees of rs 1500/- has not been refunded till date, thus you are requested to kindly refund the same.                                       When I opened a Saving Bank Account not a single officer and employee told me that you will be charged money as Annual fees for using ATM/DEBIT CARD. I need to mention that I got a ATM CARD from Branch which was defaulted CARD, it wasn't able to make any transaction so I replaced the Card with New One. And yesterday 13/02/2017 I received two Messages from SBI that Money debited from my account with two transactions as ATM CARD Annual Fees worth ₹115 for Defaulted CARD and ₹115 more for Current ATM CARD. My First CARD's last four digits were 8906 was faulty not a single Transaction was possible with that Dr CARD not via ATM or POS/GCC Machines then I go to Branch and applied for a New Card. And yesterday SBI charged Annual fees worth ₹230 (₹115+₹115) for both the CARD's. And when I am contacting to SBI Customer Care on [protected] and [protected] they are misbehaving and unhelpful for me.
