I am pension-holder of the Govt of West Bengal drawing my pension from SBI, Baroda Park Br.. The Govt has enhanced our DA by10% from January, 2017.
But the effect of the has not been given yet.

My colleagues who are drawing pension outside Kolkata including those drawing from SBI have got the enhanced amount.

Pl state the reason of the delay in crediting the enhanced amount each time .

These amount are not credit in the beneficary account than i complain in the sbi customer care the complaint no [protected] they are give the resolution the amount has been successfully credited to your beneficiary account on 01/dec/2016 kindly contact to your beneficary account for any rectification/reversal. But these amount are not credit
    I will contact our beneficary home branch manager they are say i can not help you. Please contact our customer care

      I did a transaction at United Bank of India, Ambikagiri Nagar Branch ATM. At first i made a balance enquiry of my account bearing Account no- [protected] which shows Rs.2573.50.After that i procceded to another transaction to wirhdraw Rs. 2500.00 but the transaction was failed and showed sorry unable to proccess. Then i tried to transac in another Atm of Bank of Baroda, zoo Road Branch where i found that Rs. 2500.00 has already debited from my account

        Sir, i have submitted a sbi main branch chhapra cheque of rs 11207.00 (Cheque no 364376 dated 07.02.2017) in my sbi bazar branch chhapra on 08.02.2017 at 10:47 am. But till today the amount isn't credited in my account. I visited sbi bazar branch chhapra on 13.02.17 and meet ao they said that today it will be clear but not cleared.
        Pls take some legal action. May i file an rti and get information against sbi bazar branch chhapra.

        As bank official is behaving very rudly and using abuse word against me when asked about my status of account opening in bank. The official is very rudely saying that even complaint can not do anything. Please i request you to take action against them. Find my attachments as proof of address and bank code.

          Hello sir. My debit card was lost. So I blocked it myself. But after two days I found it back. Now I want to unblock it. I visit yesterday sbi bank branch in baldev nagar. Ambala city. They said we can't help you in this case you have to unblock it yourself by message or phone call whatever you choose. I tried so many times to talk with the customer care they told me you have to visit your home branch or any other sbi branch. But I am not satisfied with sbi employees service. Now please tell me how would I treat with them.

          Best solution in this matter is you may apply for new Debit card by visiting your home branch. It will take another 15 days time to issue the same. Unblocking process may be take some more time.

          I withdraw 500 rs from Bank of baroda vashi station ATM in navi mumbai. i received 500 rs debited msg but not received the cash kindly help.and revert the money

            On 30 jan 2017 an amount of Rs 371 deducted from my account
            on 13 feb 2017 an amount of Rs 104.82 for ATM or SMS charges deducted from my account
            on 13 feb 2017 an amount of Rs 172 for ATM annual fees deducted from my account
            without knowledge of these transactions these amounts were unduly deducted from my account .
            my account is in sbi babyal ambala cantt and the staff is too lazy to work
            I am regreating to be sbi account holder

              I am using net banking from last 6 years, till now there is no problem. But yesterday onward the net banking user name and passwords are not accepting and it is showing username or password wrong. So i tried with forgot password option with atm details. All the times it is charging rs.1 and after that it is showing that your session is expired.

              What to do? And the cap ta is very difficult to identify. Please simplify it.

                On the 18 jan 2017 using syndicate debit card a payment was made on yusuf application and money was deducted ref post txn[protected][protected] but it showed as failed payment status on the application hence it was tried on the 19 jan 2017 again this time money was again deducted under the same post txn ie[protected][protected] and it showed as success thus the appointment was taken and the application submitted. Thus payemnt has been deducted twice for the same application and one fees of rs 1500/- has not been refunded till date, thus you are requested to kindly refund the same.                   When I opened a Saving Bank Account not a single officer and employee told me that you will be charged money as Annual fees for using ATM/DEBIT CARD. I need to mention that I got a ATM CARD from Branch which was defaulted CARD, it wasn't able to make any transaction so I replaced the Card with New One. And yesterday 13/02/2017 I received two Messages from SBI that Money debited from my account with two transactions as ATM CARD Annual Fees worth ₹115 for Defaulted CARD and ₹115 more for Current ATM CARD. My First CARD's last four digits were 8906 was faulty not a single Transaction was possible with that Dr CARD not via ATM or POS/GCC Machines then I go to Branch and applied for a New Card. And yesterday SBI charged Annual fees worth ₹230 (₹115+₹115) for both the CARD's. And when I am contacting to SBI Customer Care on [protected] and [protected] they are misbehaving and unhelpful for me.

                        Rs2000 debited twice on 11/1/2017 from my account but not credited in amazon so not getting back.we have complained about this to SBI and also customer care about the same problem on 27jan and4jan but they were messaged that there was no such transactions are made .what I can do I need to know about this please help.On 11 jan five transactions were made of Rs 2000 was shown failure but debited from SBI contacted to amazon regarding this matter and then they have returned Rs 6000 of three transactions shown in my passbook record.pl c and do needful passbook copy is attached.

                          I am having a saving account in SBI, Maruthankuzhi Branch ( 16083), at Trivandrum, Kerala, A/c no. [protected], C Ajayakumar.
                          Today ( 13/02/2017) around 1605 hrs. I have reached bank and while entering to inside, Two ladies stopped me( In fact these ladies were shutting down the shutters of the main entrance) and said that bank time is over. I have requested that I have to deposit a cheque and will meet branch manager. They said manager is on leave. I said, i will approach next authority and then they allowed me and I have approached the first window clerk and requested him to allow me to deposit a other bank cheque to my account. He denied the request and asked me to come next day.Was this step right? Don't the staff having little bit mercy on a customer? If this is the behavior of staff when i am trying to deposit money to my account, what will be the approach of these staffs when i approach any other service from bank?
                          Expecting a good, truthful steps from bank authority and "No customer should be treated like this in future"
                          If SBI is not taking any step to overcome my graveness, I may approach the authority where I can put up this graveness

                            I was deducted an amount of RS 11.50 and Rs 1.50 as transaction debit card charges at SBI, DRDL br. Hyderabad due to transaction at Defence Canteen, DRDL and Fuel (petrol) filling station vide transaction ids TxMDURF[protected] 28 01 17 and TxMDURF[protected] on dated 10 and 07 Feb 2017.
                            The bank has not yet refunded the money. This is against the cashless policy of the Govt. of India.
                            The money may be refunded earliest.

Your website showing that it will get refunded by 1st feb but yet not refunded till date. So I have called your customer care executive and had a talk she told me send a passbook photo.                                     My home loans 2015 interst rat is 9.30
                                    We had applied for the loan with SBI and it took almost 45 days. After we got apporal and we one more agreement to be signet by the seller making her liable to be the granter. This criteria was sad at the very last movement.

                                      (My friend Complaint) I am Bharathidasan.M from Namakkal. I am working in TNPL at Kagithapuram as a contractor labour since 1989. My SBI Bank Savings A/c No.[protected]. As required, initially I had opened SBI Saving bank account for crediting my salary from company in Karur due to non-availability of banks near TNPL. After several year Karur Extension counter has been opened at Kagithapuram for use of TNPL employees. After opening the extension counter at Kagithapuram i applied for change of branch from Karur to Kagithapuram to easy access. But Karur officials wrongly transferred my account to Fatehpur, Rajasthan (Branch code: 10453) instead of Kagithapuram (Branch Code: 10493). But having lack of knowledge I had only accessed ATM Card for withdrawing money from my account. Due to demonetization I could not able to withdraw the money through ATM’s. Recently I went to bank (in December-2016) to withdraw the money from Karur branch they only told that your account has been transferred to Fatehpur, Rajasthan (Branch code: 10453). Again i tried to transfer the branch from Fatehpur, Rajasthan (Branch code: 10453) to Kagithapuram by visited Karur Branch on dt.15/12/2016, they are not ready to answer against my request and even not ready to accept my complaint / application against transfer of account to Kagithapuram. After i called the complaint portal through phone 17/12/2016, they asked me to contact to branch (Kagithapuram) where u want to change it. Also i visited Kagithapuram branch and based on their information CIF no is in Karur branch and Account only transferred to Fatehpur, Rajasthan (Branch code: 10453). I need to change the Account Number and CIF number to Kagithapuram branch.

                                      Kindly look into this matter and give me the solution against the above issue.

                                      Before 5 day's i aply for drafr bt still i dont get from ahemdabad madhupur sbi branch they everyday tell me different type of reason now m getting let what shoud i do sir plz help me..

                                      I am not receiving OTP in my registered mobile number. Other than OTP I am receiving all messages from SBI (like money transaction). Because of this problem now I am not able to do Internet banking.
                                      I make a payment of rs 666 for hospital bill from my account no [protected] branch code 04611 chitguppa branch

                                      Please kindly note my two transactions carried online through Mobile banking not transferred to credit card payments but deducted from my SB a/c.

                                        Hi SBI Debit Users,

                                        2 year before I requested for a new SBI debit Card in the nearest branch mentioning that my Debit Card is damaged.
                                        I received a new debit card.

                                        Today I received SMS mentioning debit card charges for 2 times.

                                        When I enquired SBI Customer Care, as per them I am still liable to pay the maintenanace charge for the old card as well as for the new card.
                                        Reason I did not blocked the old debit card.

                                        Such a idiotic explnation given by the customer care and as per them the amount can be reverted back(for the card which is damegd as replaced with a new card).

                                        Would like to inform you all not to use SBI Debit card.Rather user ICICI or HDFC debit card.
                                        Such a bad experinec was never expected from SBI.

                                        Will close my SBI account.

                                        Please be aware that after reporting complaints in this site, you will get many Fraudster's call mentioning they are calling from Bank and will be asking all the details of debit card, PIN and online account details.
                                        They will be waiting for the information's from yours end.

                                        Never ever share these informations with them.They will take the data and will take away yours money within mins.

                                        It is to be inform u that, you must block the old Debit card by using SBI Customer care with your old Debit card number (You have to call SBI Customer Care and ask them to block the old Debit card by telling your old Debit card number). If not they will charge Service charge for both card since system thought that both cards are active. How i telling this is i had faced same problem few years back. Hope this will help you in this matter. If you don't have the old Debit card number means u may contact your home branch
