Sir i lost DU reference number
I have tried to credit my visa credit card through Internet Banking on 31/01/2017 for Rs. 24400/but the same was debited in my account but credit card was not credited till date. The reference no is UV0000209. for which i was charges interest. Please appraise me immediately.
I withdrawals 10000/ rs from my saving accounts through adb sbi akot atm dist akola maharashtra but donot receive money from atm machin after printing passbook it show withdrawls is done name_ dadarao daulatrao telgote a/c no_[protected] brach_ sbi main branch popatkhed road akot dist akola register mobile no_[protected]
I lost DU reference number
I have submitted an online request for cheque book and have still not received it up till now. I had made the request on 1st January 2017 and still it appears that is not processed. Please look into the matter asap.

      I am not able to login through my sbi username and password. I have recently started using online sbi and have changed the username password provided by the bank. I was able to login 3-4 times after that but since yesterday when I enter my login details, the next page which appears says " your session has expired please login". I have tried several times by now to login but it shows the same message again and again. How can my session get expired during the login process? And after three attempts I am restricted for the whole day!!! Please tell me what to do?

        My name is Arun Kumar. B and I work in Bangalore as a Software professional and I stay in a rented house in Srinagar Bangalore.

        I went to open an account in SBI Srinagar branch Bangalore and following are the details of the bank,
        STATE BANK OF INDIA - SRINAGAR BANGALORE is located at KARNATAKA state, BANGALORE URBAN district, BANGALORE city and the bank branch's address is [NO.321, 50 FEET ROAD, 20TH MAIN, SRINAGAR, BANGALORE PIN - 560050].         On 8/2/2017 I visited the branch with the dully filled application and met the executive and as I have my all Adhaar, Passport with my permanent address and for Current address proof the executive from the same branch told me to get the address proof from the company where I am working and I took the same from my company.

        when I went with all the documents today (13/02/2017) with dully filled application form. They told me to meet the manager and now the branch manager is telling that they will not accept the company address proof and they want me to change the address in the adhaar and then come. but I don't want to do the changes as it is my permanent address.

        I do not why they are behaving like for just opening a savings account and which is required only to apply my home loan and a PPF account in SBI.

        I am very much frustrated by go and coming so many times to the branch for just opening an account.

        Indian government is saying that everything is linked with Adhaar card then why this people are not accepting Adhaar as a address proof even if the address is outside Bangalore.

        I have all other required documents.

        Please do the needful.

              Refund not credited in bank account
              I was purchased items from flipkart on 2th jan2017 through SBI debit card. then i was returned items and flipkart has initiated refund. Refund was initiated on 23 jan 2017. But till now amount is not credited in my bank account. When i called flipkart customer care they told that they already refund my money and ask to bank after i regesterd complant in sbi they said their some problem in my account at my home branch after that i went to my home branch and consult their and there is no as such problem..

                    There are multiple extra chargws are being added to my credit card having card number [protected] even though the bill are paid on time and every time in full...would request you to please look and remove these extra charges which are added in terms of fees, taxes and interest charges.There are total

                    Charges of Rs.5075 which is there in my last 3 bills find the bifurcation as below.

                    Bill Statement dated Amount

                    22nd sep stement - Rs.750 extra charge

                    22nd november statement -Rs. 2163 Extra

                    22nd december statement - Rs.2162 Extra

                    All the above payment was desposited at Your SBI atms of miraroad 4 -5 days prior to the bill date, would request you to kindy check and reverse these charges of Rs.5075 and send a revised bill to make the payment.

                    I have already raised to on your feedback id but the same is not reveresed yet...

                          Dear Sir,

                          I have been getting intimation from the past few months that I need to pay some amount towards the credit card payment. Every time the amount starts increasing. The Rs.400 approx. has now become more than 2000+ rupees due. In this regard, please note the following:

                          1) I do not remember receiving any card and using it.
                          2) Even if any such transaction has happened few years back, still I do not even know what my full card noumber, hence I cant even access and know the details and pay.
                          3) unfortunately I kept on receiving the intimation.

                          Please kindly advise on how to settle the small amount (if transacted any that I do not have any clue) without penalty compounding every month.
                          Unfortunately there is no e-mail intimation too.

                          nobody has called me till date on my mobile no. too.

                          Please advise immediately.

The officers are least bothered about opening a term account. Even before this time I have visited the branch for the same reason, at that time the bank employees even dont know the code for the term deposit.

                                Dear Sir,

                                My complaint is regarding SBI branch, Sector 7, Chandigarh. The staff do not co-operate with the customers and give false statements to the customers. I'd been wandering here and there since December but till date my complaint has not been resolved. There are two madams sitting on the 1st floor of the branch giving false commitments to the customers. They asked me to submit them the application for the amount deducted twice and they will get it resolved and its February now, almost 2 months has been past and still i do not know what is the status of my application.

                                Details of my complaint are as below

                                1. My account has been debited by Rs 23 twice as on Jan 30 stating insufficient balance whereas my account had enough balance to process the payment. It has been done wrongly by SBI.

                                2. Again, my account was debited for a purchase made at McDonalds, Dlehi for Rs 184 twice, however, I was reimbursed only once but the payment made by me second time was again declined. I had to pay from my other bank account. I contacted Mcdonalds for the same and they stated that they have not received any payment for the same. I should get the reimbursment for the same.

                                3.Again SBI deducted Rs 23 four times as on Dec21 stating insufficient funds in my card for the payment that has been declined but my account shows that I had sufficient balance which is for Rs 3785 which can clearly be seen in the account statement.

                                4. I ma holding one card for SBI, whereas today dated Feb 12, the SBI deducted Rs 175 and Rs 115 for the ATM card i am using and when contacted the customer care, they replied that i am using 2 cards for SBI. How come SBI did not closed my first ATMcard for which i was issued a new card. This system is of no use. My first card was tempered and I surrendered that card to SBI and they issued me a new card but how lazy their staff is as they did not blocked my 1st card and issued me a new one.

                                You can check my account statements and if you see that my balance was not sufficient for the transactions than you can deduct my amount but my balance was more than enough for those transaction. I would kindly request you to look into the above matter or else I have to go to consumer court for this issue and please kindly ask your employees to process the customers application further., i know they are just not processing the customers application further and when a customer enters the branch they ask them to write an application and submit and commit that they will process the application further.

                                I would rather say that SBI online system and staff is really pathetic and because of a few people the consumer has to face the consequences.

                                I am also forwarding this application to the PMO office in case my issue wont get resolved, i will definitely raise my voice against such practices followed by SBI.

                                    On 26/01/2017 my sbi account no [protected] was debited with inr 500 as cash withdrawn from atm.

                                    But to my utter surprise i have not withdrawn money from any atm on 26th january 2017, and requesting for refund.Since then i have called the sbi customer care so many times but they are not taking my complain. This is totaly ridiculos and harrasment by sbi

                                      Dear sir

                                      A refund of 7999/- rupees was successfully processed on 27 Jan 2017 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my SBI account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                                      I have called the state bank of India customer service and also emailed the state bank of India main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                                      I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund and refund reference number is 121435

                                      kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                                        I Applied online payment by using lakshmi vilas bank debit card for passport on 08-2-17.after payment i received an error page. after 15 min i have paid from another bank account (IOB BANK) debit card for same passport. these time payment is successsfully placed. Total amount that taken from those 2 cards are 3024rs. But still i didnt get any refund amount(1512rs) from bank.
