I have purchase some item online through Amazon on 20 JAN 17 for the amount of Rs.849.00. I have cancel the order subsequently as the item was not fulfill the requirement by the service provider. I have received mail from Amazon which is mentioned below

The Refund reference number for the refund is 259145.
For bank account refund, you can contact the customer care department of your bank with this reference number for more information about your refund. If your bank doesn't provide the refund confirmation, you can dispute the transaction as "refund never processed". At that time, they'll see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment processor to locate the refund.
If the refund is issued to your credit card account, your card provider may take additional time to update the statement. Please contact your card provider for the refund confirmation.

& the intimation regarding returning of the amount on my card by the firm. however, the subject amount is not yet credited to my account till to date.
Please reconcile and do the need full to credit the amount in my account at the earliest.
State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I want to unblock my atm card as soon as possible.
