On 5.1.17, I have deposited Cheque No 179149 of SBH Govt account section Aurangabad, Maharashtra . The cheque is deposit for credit to my Savings account at SBI paud road Pune branch.
Against follow up so far i was informed that it will take time.
On 9th Feb against a phone call, i am informed that the "Cheque was returned by SBH on 23.1.2017, asking SBI Paud road to be submit for clearance to SBI Clearing cell ".
the amount is still not credited to may account . I dont know whose fault is SBH or SBI but i am losing interest and also this money is needed by me for an urgent need.
Who will take care of this and who will compensate the interset pportion.
Do i need to go to consumer forum for this ?

    sir
    i had a loan ac with SBI civil lines roorkee( a, c no [protected]) MC- SBI top up . i am regularly paying the monthly Installment ( date on 23 of each month.by auto swift, date given by bank authority..
    but bank withdrawal 8.418 Rs with out any information says debit adjustment SBI GEN Insurance. This is cheating with customer, even no bank employ tell me about such type of insurance at the time of loan sanctioned.

    already i had insurance against my house with SBI General ( Home loan a.c [protected]).
    So refund my money in my pnb a.c.

    i had written a complain ref. no1480205. but getting no response.

      I purchased a product from Amazon.in with my sbi debit card on 23Jan 2017 and cancelled the same order after 1 day, i got a mail from Amazon.in with a reference no(authorization code) mentioning that the refund is processed and should reach within 5 business days and if it doesn't credit, please contact customer care no of sbi branch, now when i am calling customer care number of SBI they are saying we have receiving account so its pending from Amazon and more that this we don't have the authority and we can't help you more than this, and when i call amazon they are saying payment is done, call customer care of sbi and raise charge dispute with reference no. but from both side nobody is willing to help. I am waiting for my amount to be refunded till date. When i went to the sbi home branch of my account i.e. bagmari, kolkata, the behaviour of people were so rude, you will not accept even the customer care people of sbi on call cut the call saying its not our issue. I am feeling unhelpful from both side, but for sure i wont do anymore transaction using sbi and may be will close all my sbi account, this govt bank is the worst bank i think in terms of service and now i can understand why people want to join govt bank since there people think its there office and customer are there servant.

        I have applied for checkbook but 1 .5 month passout but i could not found please take strickt action towards this branch

          Dear Concern

          I have done two transaction's on BHIM app on 1st of this month and both transactions we failed but the amount is debited from my account, so i contacted the received and came to know that the amount is not received at his end as well, so i called-up SBI customer care and informed about the same and they asked me to contact branch since they have technical problem in launching complaint so i contacted branch manager as mentioned by SBI care but manager responded saying this transaction is not related to them and they can't accept the complaint.

          So again i contacted SBI care and informed about the same but the answer was same that they are not able to launch the complaint and they informed me that this is issue will be reported to the concern people, but did not got any response from any of the people from SBI as of today,

          From above given concern, My atm card is block from few months back and sbi bank branch udaipur. Did not listen to me. and take a favourable action for that issue.
          I want to unblock my atm card as soon as possible.
          Rs 2000 has been deducted from my account on 30/01/2017 without any transaction done by me. The people at branch location are unable to provide any help. even the ticket raised at cms for the same has been closed without any resolution.

            I Chain Singh holder of SBI account No. [protected] would like to draw your kind attention towards inconvenience is being faced by me due to lethargic attitude of concerned bank . I tried to withdraw Rs.10, 000/- from ATM at Dharamshala on 26/01/17 vide transaction code No. 70241. but i have received no cash from ATM but aforesaid amount has been deducted from my account. I complained this matter with the concerned bank but no assistance has been provided by the concerned bank to me till date and the above amount is still unsettled due lethargic attitude of concerned bank as they are evading this matter by giving lame excuses. I therefore request you to look into the matter personally and refund my amount at the earliest. An early action from your side will be highly appreciated.

              I purchased some item online through amazon on 27/1/2017 for 699/- rupees done by transaction of debit card ending 7506 and cancelled it. They initiated amount of 699 on 27/1/2017 assuring to credit the refund within 2-4 business days but the payment has not received. I made a call they said its the fault of Sbi server they gave transaction reference number that is 760567 and said to ask your customer care . customer care nos are busy and disconnection occurs every time .My a/c no is [protected], IFSC code is SBIN0012948.

                Hello Sir,

                I, Rajalakshmi Chokkalamani, a family pensioner with a savings account in State Bank of India (Saligramam Branch - SBIN[protected] My A/C No.[protected], I noticed that as of 02/07/2017 my pension is pending and has still not credited into my account.

                I was also submitted my life certificate on 07'Nov 2016 through register post to the SBI SALIGRAMAM Branch, I request you to kindly process my pension amount.

                I also request you to kindly let me know the reason behind this delay and I would like to understand if there has been any issues or problem either with my pension or with my sbi account which requires my intervention to clear and credit the amount.

I have online transferred an amount of Rs. 44060.28 from this using my ATM card account to Bank of Maharastra account no. [protected] IFSC code MAHB0000106 and account holder name is Shri Vaishnav Vidyapeeth Indore. The date of transaction is 09th January 2017. As informed by recipients that till date the amount has not been credited to his account. As per my bank statement the amount is debited from my account. It also informs that the neither amount is credited to recipients account nor back credited to my account.

                              I have deposited an account payee cheque issued by post office jhargram in favour of my wife Mita Maiti on 30/1/2017 at Burdwan branch of SBI. the cheque amount is Rs 219540 (two Lacs nineteen thousand five hundred forty).

                              the bank authority informs that the amount will be credited to my account within 3-4 working days or i will be informed in mobile no [protected].

                              but till date neither the amount credited to my account nor any information received though 7 working days over.

                              Another 2 days passed but till now no response, coming 2 days is closure of bank, i do'nt know whether anything is possible. So nothing is possible before Monday. we are in great distress for urgent necessity of the money. Expecting the result on Monday.

                                I, Mrs Jayashree Nandkumar, a senior citizen, attempted online renewal of my about to expire passport and reached to the stage of online payment. I made the first payment on 29/01/17 Rs.1512.75 and though my bank has debited me as sper bank book entry the site reported no payment. I again paid after a week on 5/2/17 Rs1512.75 as per bank pass book entry but the same fate. The payment process went through smoothly but when tried to obtain payment receipt and appointment the screen shows no payment!
                                Please connect and credit the payment and allow me to take an appointment or refund forthwith both the payments. I am required to travel abroad shortly and this uncertainty of passport renewal comes on the way. Please attend at your earliest to redress my grievance.

                                    I Subhashchandra D.upadhyay receive phone calls from last few days by SBI recover agent he is abuseing by dirty language and doing harashment for credit card dues he is also threating to my family in my absence he sending some dada type people at my house to harashment to my family. Behavioer of the recovery agent is very rowdy my family scared and living under there scared.

                                        मेरा नाम प्रशान्त त्रिपाठी है में उत्तर प्रदेश के ललितपुर जिले की तहसील तालबेहट का रहना बाला हूँ। मै स्टेट बैंक ऑफ़ इंडिया का खाता धारक हूँ मेरा खाता संख्या[protected] है मेरा मोबाइल नंबर [protected] है वहाँ के बैंक मैनेजर प्रवीण कुंमार शर्मा है। जिनको बोलना का सलीका नहीं है 2 फरबरी को उन्होंने मेरे साथ बदतमीजी के साथ बोले और मेरे सामने उन्होंने करीब दो हज़ार की रिशबत ली जो की उनके बैंक के केबिन की सीसी टीबी फोटोज से देखा जा सकता है मेने उनकी शिकायत लखनऊ की वहाँ से मुझे फ़ोन आया पर उन्होंने मेनेजर पर कोई कार्यवाही नहीं की। मेनेजर बुहत ही रिश्वत खोर व्यक्ति है उन पर कार्यवाही की जाए आप से निबेदन है
