On dated 2/2/17 I (VIVEK KUMAR DANDAPAT) want to withdrawn Rs 2000.00 at first ATM show your trensecnction being process but after few minutes its show unableto process. the i went another ATM and withdrawn RS 2000.00 but when i check my balance through net banking i saw that the extra RS 2000.00is dabit from my account and the rs 2000.00 is not return til 4/2/17 on time 7.36pm

    I was purchased items from www.amazon.in on 20th jan2017 through SBI debit card. then i was returned items and amazon.in has initiated refund. Refund was initiated on 23 jan 2017. But till now amount is not credited in my bank account. When i call amazon customer care they told that they have already processed the refund and provided transaction reference number and advised to call bank. When i contacted SBI customer they said that they have no idea about this and cant help.

    Kindly look into the matter and solve it.

      My account present at " Address: State Highway 12, Rahama Bajar, Rahama, Jagatsinghapur, Odisha 754140 ". Service of this bank is very poor. When ever you go to this branch for any work they have some issues either employee not available, internet issue etc.

      To activate internet banking you have to go minimum 4-5 times. Everyone having there own work. It is not good at all.

      Since last 15 days I am not able to use my internet banking and ATM for any type of transaction. It is displaying a error message for PAN card updation. I have talked with customer care they suggest me to apply online it will take 7 days for updation. I have requested but after 7 days status is "Expired". I am staying at mumbai and my account in odisa I can not go now to odisa. What should i do?

            The lady who is branch manager at vaidehi nagar branch SBI, she is very rude towards customers, the cheques deposited takes a long time to clear i.e, more than a week, if questioned for slow clearing of cheques we will get a careless answer from the manager.On november 7, 2016 I deposited a cheque it took more than a month to clear the cheque.In between when i asked about status of cheque she said it is not in our branch it is already sent for clearance, but after a month i shouted in bank about my cheque, then they searched allover and they found in bank iteself, and the manager just tells me thats not our fault, dont shout.Her last name is shankar, manager at SBI vaidehi nagar branch, vanasthalipuram, hyderabad.

              I have a refund from amazon.in the amount is Rs 30350.The reference no. 242666 but no sbi customer care executive is replying me properly and the bank staff dosent even bother to even talk to me . They just say talk to amazon they have sent u the money . Where as the refrence no. is only generated when the transaction is sucessful . But sbi executive are not listening to me at all.

                  I had two SBI Sb ac. One is in Tamluk railway staion branch( SBIN0008745) and another at Bangalore city branch SBIN0000814. I visiting SBI for long time to update my new address at SBIN0008745. I closed ac on 17/05/2016. Now I am trying change my address on passbook and new mobile number. I asked to update my address as well as my phone number. I have submit a KYC filled forms and all documents. These documents are approved by accountant. On 2nd feb, I was asking bank people. They said that your CIF id is with bangalore city branch(SBIN0000814). So I can not update bangalore city branch.
                  My point is if account is closed. Why do bangalore city branch is not transfering CIF to my Tamluk railwaystation SBI branch. I may have more than one account in different place. How can they change one address both account with my connect? Why SBI group is not helping to sort out thisproblems. Now, I can not use my Saving account and internet banking without my OTP on my new moble number. I deactivated my old number so I can not get OTP for my internet banking. I lodged a complaint, but given phone number is not functioning properly. So I can contact them.

                        I have a PJMDY zero balance savings accou t in SBI sadar bazar agra. Everything was fine till demonitisation but after november 2016, SBI is not proving me facilities properly, sometimes they stop my netbanking, sometime my debit card and now my account has been stopped wihout any reason and when i contact to my home branch, they said that the account will resume automatically and they are not giving any satisfied answer.                           Somebody stolen my filled check and withdraw Rs 20, 000/-from my a/c on 26 Dec 2016 (Monday). I withdraw Rs 20, 000/- on 30 Dec 2016 (Friday) by check.

                          How bank can do payment of Rs 40, 000/- within a week when limit was 24, 000/- during “NOTE BANDI”. Stolen check was issued by my name Manish Kumar Kanojiya then how bank can do payment other than me and there is no signature on back side of check who withdraw payment. Even I did not get message of this withdrawal from bank.

                          Apropos, you are requested to take necessary action against defaulters and help me to provide bank video recording of 26.12.2016 & 30.12.2016.

                                I visited SBI HMT Area, Jalahalli Branch on many occasions in order to transfer my Savings Bank Account, which is currently in Hyderabad to their Branch, as I have shifted my Residence from Hyderabad to Bangalore and SBI HMT Area Branch is closer to my Residence.
                                Initially, I was told by an official that if I write to the Bank Manager of SBI HMT Area, the same would be forwarded to Hyderabad and that the account would be transferred. But, after I took the letter to the branch and asked them to forward it, they immediately refused to take it and asked me to write an email to the Hyderabad branch. I did the same but did not get any response from Hyderabad. So, I again visited SBI HMT Area and told them that I have not received any response from Hyderabad and requested them to forward it. But, they rudely asked me to go personally to Hyderabad and get my account transferred. They refused to even forward my application, which I strongly condemn.
                                Also, I lost my ATM Card recently and hence I had blocked it. But after a day, I got it back. I called up SBI Customer Care and asked them to unblock it. But, the Customer Care guy told me that it is not possible to unblock the card over phone and that I have to give a written request to the bank. He also mentioned clearly that the request could be given in any SBI Branch. So, today when I went to SBI HMT in order to give a request, they again refused to take it stating that my Home Branch is Hyderabad and that I cannot request here. How is it possible for me to travel to Hyderabad each time for every small work?
                                When I asked them if I could withdraw money as my card is blocked, the lady official refused to give me the withdrawal slip and asked to withdraw only by cheque. When I questioned as to why withdrawal slip was not being given to me, the lady said that they don't give withdrawal slips. But few days back, I had withdrawn money using a withdrawal slip only. And people who don't have cheque books or ATM Card, how can they withdraw money then? The officials in this branch act and work according to their whims and fancies and have a very indifferent attitude towards customers.
                                They also did not allow me to deposit a cheque since this was not my Home Branch. Although, it is a Nationalized Bank, they asked me to go to Hyderabad and deposit the cheque.
                                They could have easily forwarded my application to the Hyderabad Branch and get the account transferred in a very short time, but due to their indifferent and lethargic attitude, they refused to do it and made me run around so many times. Officially, the work could have been done at ease. But, they wanted to harass me and make me travel all the way to Hyderabad and harass me in the process. I am a working woman and have my Account with SBI from a long time. I cannot travel frequently and hence had asked the assistance of the bank. But they turned a deaf ear to all my pleas.
                                The officials are just harassing common people like me and taking advantage of their position. They have no helping attitude and neither do they provide any guidance.
                                It is my sincere request to take strict action against the Bank Manager as well as the officials as early as possible to prevent further harassment of fellow people. I hope and pray that my complaint is dealt with seriously.

                                  This account for using IRCTC ticket booking and that 3 tickets also cancelled on 10.01.17 the money return to bank account but the bank account was stopped, the cancel ticket money not received till date.

                                      I Mayur R Sharma has an account with State bank of India and i will like to bring this to your notice about some fraud happened to my account twice Sir i am a middle class person and i am going through lot of problems because of this and its my hard earn money which is been taken out of my account and bank can help in this but they are not doing any thing and i have taken every possible steps to resolve this but the manager of the bank is not even helping in this is this my problem that i trusted the government bank of India and in which every thing in future will be digital i have logged and official complaint to my local Police Station and even they can not do anything in this because they say it can be done by the bank and it happened twice for the same so i will like to explain this in following steps

                                      And also i will like to inform that i had stopped my debit card the day this happened but the bank did not stooped the card and it was still active till Aug 09 2016 sir this has happened with me so it can happen with any one so please look into this and resolve it as soon as possible
