I transferred the amount of Rs.500 from my SBI Account([protected]) to PAYTM on 26th Dec 2016 through online transaction. The transaction is failed but the amount is deducted from my account.

I tried to register the complaint through phone banking they told complaint can’t be registered since there is no reference number for the transaction. They asked me to reach home branch.

I went to my home branch (MANYATA EMBASSY BUSINESS PARK, BANGALORE) and gave written complaint on 30th Dec 2016, there is no action taken. Then again went to bank on 11th Jan 2017 and 25th Jan 2017.Eventhough I complained 3 times there is no proper response and not even a complaint registered.

    account i put money of amount 3500rs in to the deposit machine and i typed the above account number, it confirmed, it gone inside and i didnot recieved the transaction slip and the money also not deposited in to my friends account from five days.so kindly verify my given details and consider my sincere request to transfer the money of 3500rs to my friends account as early as possible.

        I Hv deposited 2000/- rupees in cash deposit SBI cash deposit machine branch a.T. Road branch through my ATM card but transaction not deposited in my account and doesn't get any slip for that transaction and when I complain to the same branch manager he asked me to give the written copy for the above matter when the person I'll open the cash deposited machine then the same amount will transfer to your account after 5-7 days I have asked the manager above the matter but he said that the machine doesn't find any transaction and you hv not deposit the amount and many of doesn't get there money so I want to reply the matter and want my money back

          We reside in Chennai and have our home loan in Bengaluru. We made a part payment on 05th January 2017 and sent a request to the SPPB branch Ms. Soumya requested her to adjust the EMI after considering the payment made to our Home Loan Max Gain account. It has been more than a month but there has been no action taken. Today when I called the branch and spoke to Ms. Soumya, she gave up saying she is helpless and provided me with the RACPC Basavangudi contact details. Kept calling but no response from them whatsoever for the last 4 hours. Request you to help me take appropriate action for their deplorable service.

            Have a nice day.

            1. I Tek Chand Sharma is serving defense personal of Indian Army presently residing at NP5/ 3 REC LINE YOL CANTT, TEHSIL DHARMSHALA, DISTT KANGRA (HP) 176052. I have an DSP account no.[protected] in my home branch SBI YOL CAMP 05884. In this my DSP Account I have registered my Mob No. [protected] of BSNL for SMS alerts. But from 03 months I have got no any CORE BANKING (CBS) SMS alerts like Salary credits, Auto sweep, Cheque payment, transfer, and other debit.

            2. I have also a registered user of NET BANKING also. So I have only got alerts for NET BANKING OTP only. Not any type of general banking ie CBS core banking or ATM transactions.

            3. I have register its so many complaint by hand / by telephonic and by SBI CMS facility vide Ticket No.OS[protected] dated 28/10/2016 and OS[protected] dated 02/11/2016 .But the these ticket were closed without any solution by home branch.

            4. After that I have contact with service center and got Nodal Officer email and contact no. and also re registered the complaint vide Ticket no.CS[protected] on dated 08/11/2016 and CS[protected] on dated 11/11/2016 after that the same ticket are closed by nodal network officer without any solution .

            5. After that I have physically meet with SBI Regional Business Office Dharmshala (HP) regarding this problem. They told me that this may be your network provider problem. So after that I have change my Registered Mob no.[protected] (BSNL) to [protected] (AIRTEL) in SBI YOL CAMP 05884. After so many manual / transfer / channel sweep / Net banking transaction this problem is not solved .I have got no any alerts of core banking transaction. The statement of above transaction is already attached with this email attachment.

            6. Lastly meet with branch manager and dealing hand of my home branch I have got no any solution . They are hands over as a network problem and told that they have also not got the same alerts being a SBI employee.

            7. So I have requested to you, please treat the matter very careless of SBI and please take favorable action according to
            customer care.

                    My SBI credit card account [protected] with its bearing card number as [protected]. I have informed about my outstanding as 1, 46, 000/- in November 2015. After making my first payment as 16, 500/- on 10/12/2015 I had opted for full and final settlement. My total outstanding at that time was Rs. 1, 30, 671 and settlement was finalized on amount of 85, 000/- in five installments as per my settlement letter dated 08/01/2016 (Attached with this mail). This installment needs to be completed till the date mentioned in settlement letter as 10/05/2016. During the telephonic conversation with your executives he made me aware that I can pay this amount till June 2016. I had paid different installment during this period are as follows:

                    (i) First Installment: 17, 000/- (11/02/2016)

                    (ii) Second Installment: 9, 700/- (11/02/2016)

                    (iii) Third Installment: 10, 500/- (09/03/216)

                    (iv) Fourth Installment:10, 500/- (20/04/2016)

                    (v) Fifth Installment :37, 500/- (09/06/2016)

                    In this period of returning the dues & outstanding, I received various call from your different regional offices like, Indore, Gurgaon, Bangalore etc. Finally the Gurgaon office is regularly in communication with me. So before my final installment I confirmed my settlement validity dates considering the fact that my installments are not of defined fixed amount i.e. Rs. 17000/-. Your executive confirms me that my validity will be up to 11/06/2016.

                    For my last installment to be paid completely, on 05/06/2016 I asked for arranging the executive. He denies that executive is not available in your area (Previously some executive is arrange in that area). Later on in same conversation I got to know that due to some condition of deadlines I can’t pay it in cash. On 8th someone from your office again calls me and agreed for arranging the executive. Finally, my last installment was collected through cheque on 09/06/2016. At that time I am not clear when I receive my NOC certificates. There may be some time require by you to process my case so it might be generated after a weak of settling all the dues.

                    Once my payment is completed then again the process of calling from your side starts and I had to reply the same things on so many calls (Average 15-20 calls) from 09/06/2016 to 10/07/2016. Each time your executive commits me that sir your data will be updated soon. Even after it the outstanding messages are continuously hitting my mobile. Recently I approach to SBI Cards Indore where I got the suggestion to report my case to SBI Customer care executive when they call me or I can also mail there.

                    Day by day the amount gets increasing on my account. Now my outstanding amount increased again to Rs. 70, 000/- which was hassle situation to handle for me. Even after so much o[censored]ncertainties, I again got the call that due to my delayed payment an additional amount of Rs. 7000/- is required for again settling the outstanding as final closure. I had confirmed that offer and ready to pay it same day itself but requires its copy of offer letter with a mail proof. From then I got no call and still waiting to resolve my issue.

                    My only concern is that, at the time of last installment if I had notified correctly with settlement validity dates then I can approach you to clear it with some additional amount and due charges. But now as the amount goes to peak, I have no other option to mail the overall case to higher officials and executives.

                    Please look into the matter to resolve the same as early as possible.

                            I deposited rs 6500 through CMD on dt 6/2/17 at around 8.12 pm at state bank of india, East maredpally, secundreabad. CMD has accepted the amount and while processing it shows hardware error and I didnt get a slip of that transaction and its not yet credited in my account.

                              I have submitted all the document for home loan in SBIbranch Sasane nagar Pune under the name of Rajat sachdeva .
                              Given all the documents to Mr Barajas and Mr Tarun on 11 of January 2017.

                              My loan amount didn't disburse yet.they vomit me that will disburse loan on 26 January but nothing happened .Then they commit me that it will done on 2 February but nothing happened.again they told us that surely it will be done on 4 January a
                              Documentation done because we called in main SBI branch 100 times.and then there they said your account was not opened so we are not able to disburse.again MR TARUN AND HARSHAD THEY TOLD US IT WILL SURELY DONE ON MONDAY .TODAY AGAIN WE WENT AND THEY TOLD US LOAN ACCOUNT BRANCH IS CLOSED IT WILL BE DONE TOMORRIW...THEY both are lying to us .IS THIS A CUSTOMER SERVICE .
                              I HAVE A SMALL 5 MONTH CHILD WR HAVE A BIG ISSUE WE AEE LIVING IN A HOTEL ...BUT THEY ARE NOT UNDERSTANDING...THEY ARE JUST LYING.AND WHEN WE ARE CALLIMG THDY ARE CUTTING OUR PHONE ..

                              CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TAKE STRICK ACTION .
                              PLEASE take aCTION ...MR HARSHAD AND MR TARUN SBI SASANE NAGAR PUNE BRANCH .

                                HI, Lingarajpuram Branch Manager ( Branch Code : 017782 ) is abusing customers with bad words and not co operating with the customer with any of the bank works. Recently police has visited this branch because of mis behaving with the SBI customer. Customer has complaint that more that 3 month passed still a single account has not been opened. We request SBI higer authority to warm this branch manager

                                  To the passport services.sir, i k.srinivas apply to passport at online mode on the date of 23/1/2017, &paid fees RS/1512 online through debit card amount had deducted from my account but payment status showing failed . sir, twice i complain to customercare but they were not responding & called to call centre number also not responding this is third time i request . i humble requesting you please return my money as soon as possible and my AR NU:17-[protected] .service request nu:[protected].and i consulted to sbi branch manager. but they dont have relevant information. once again i appeal you please resolve problem as possible as soon

                                      I have done a transaction from SBi Pay UPI App Id: ra******[protected]@sbi to unknown UPI Id of Phonepe: ****[protected]@ybl. So, I have tried to cancel the transaction and raised a dispute. But I haven't got any reply and I went to banks and approached most of the managers and employees in langar house. But no one was able to help me out. After calling to call center for more than 10 hours it has connected once. But they are telling me to approach the bank. I'm not able to do anything on this. I have written complaints toSBI but no response till now. Please help me out in getting the money back.

                                        I am requsted my account transfer sbi poigai branch to hvf avadi. Date 18/01/2017. My account not changed .branch not support me.
