      I have done a transaction from SBi Pay UPI App Id: ra******[protected]@sbi to unknown UPI Id of Phonepe: ****[protected]@ybl. So, I have tried to cancel the transaction and raised a dispute. But I haven't got any reply and I went to banks and approached most of the managers and employees in langar house. But no one was able to help me out. After calling to call center for more than 10 hours it has connected once. But they are telling me to approach the bank. I'm not able to do anything on this. I have written complaints toSBI but no response till now. Please help me out in getting the money back.

            I have deposited Rs. 330/- in PMJJBY through SBI net banking on 02.06.2016 and received successful online receipt. Amount debited from my account and reflected the same in my statement also. I have visited SBI, Narkeldanga branch several times but could not able to provide me the acknowledgment of the said investment as the system showing the message 'no records found'. Person seating in counter no. 11, advised me to lodge a complaint in CMS. Finally, I have lodged a complaint in CMS and they have asked me to contact branch again.

            Under the above circumstance, I would request you to please help me to sort out the matter. Please find attached the scan copy of online receipt and statement for your ready reference.

              I have taken house loan from lucknow through sbi wave mall vibhuti khand gomtinager.My home loan a/c is[protected].As the interest rates have changed which will be applicable after doing some formalities.Other banks have informed to their customers for doing the formalities but sbi has not done so which will make the customer to suffer the financial loss.Kindly look into the matter and care for your customers and avoid the loss.

                I have ppf account-[protected] in SBI Charbatia branch, cuttack, odisha. I had gone the brach several times for getting the loan against my ppf. At last they kept the application form. After 8 days when I visited the brach the branch manager telling that available loan amount is showing around 50000 in your account, but
                system error is occurring during sanction of loan. So they returned the application form. As the loan is urgent for me and eligible loan amount is showing in my PPF account, how it is not possible.

                I have given complain on 06.02.17.But till 18.11.17 I. e 9 month after no respond from anybody. So it's worthless for giving complaint and awaiting for solution.

                      Sir I got a refund from Paytm of RS 1453 ...It has been more than ten days but still I have not got it in my account...!!!                         I have given a cheque no. 466834 dated 19.1.2017 for Rs.15, 000/- (Fifteen thousand only) of SBT punnamparambu branch(70342) to Mr.Dilwar Hussain . They have deposited the same on 19.1.17 at SBI Kuttanellur branch(011930). His account number is [protected]. The amount is cleared from my account on 23.1.17 but it is not credited to their account so far. When contacted, they says they have by mistake entered the account no.wrongly and credited to somebody's account. Please intervene and ensure the payment is credited to their account immediately.

                          I have tried to convey the inconvenience causing to customers to the concerned authority, but failed.

                          It would be of real help if you could make them realize the importance of the numbers they have displayed for public to contact them in actual operating condition and make sure someone responses to the call for the resolution of the queries brought before them with appropriate reply response/feedback with monitoring and maintaining records for satisfactory resolution of the queries/complaints from the concerned customer.

                          Hope you would be able to convey my concern/message loud and clear across to them; and this time the concerned authority will take it seriously in order to rectify their mistakes, provide better services to the public and admonish/ castigate the defaulter in order to make SBI a better bank to bank with.

They don't even know my native language and they said that my SBI Global ATM card is about to blocked since i haven't linked my aadhar card to my SBI A/C. They asked for my aadhar card number and i gave them. then they asked for my ATM's 16- Digit number. I refused to give it to them and said that i will contact branch regarding that. Then i was about to make a call to SBI customer care or Cyber spam reporting number [protected]. I am unable to make call. Please make the spammer pay for making scamming.

                                On 28.01.2017 I had tried to withdraw a sum of Rs. 10000(ten thousand) from two different ATMs for three times but didn't receive any cash or transaction slip. I didn't have receive any message in my Mobile as well. On 31st January 2017 on checking account I found Rs. 10000 had been deducted from my account on 28.01.2017. I had lodged a complain on that very day with Ticket No. [protected] and also informed the Burdwan University Branch regarding this. The manager of that branch told me that he could do nothing about it. Till date I haven't get the money back in my account.
                                I seek your help to get my money back.

Amazon guys issue me reference no 134898. They said that the bank has not given the money.I have been contacted SBI but nothing happened.

                                    On 01/02/2017 I made withdraw from punjab national bank dharmapuri atm
                                    first i withdraw 3000 for which transaction failed and amount re credited in my account which is fine.then i tried to withdraw rs.2000 and transaction was successful.next another 2000 i tried to withdraw.my account got debited and i neither got recredit in my account nor get cash in hand.pls look in to this issue and recredit my account as soon as possible
                                    I already mailed to [protected]@sbi.co.in but i didnot get any response.
                                    Hope my problem will be resolved so that i need not go for any further complaints with grievances team

                                      I own an sbi account in sme branch kannur, kerala via account no.[protected]. I had an unautorised access on my debit card on 01/02/2017 @ 02:45 pm via transaction no.[protected] and rs.10, 000.00 was taken off from one of central bank atm in chennai near chella pillayar kovil street. At that time i was in vellore and had my debit card with me. I gave an online complaint to sbi and central bank of india. Sbi complaint no.At[protected].
                                      Immediately after that first transaction was made there was another attempt to remove money immediately but transaction limit was reached for the day and it was cancelled. Only way this could have happened is something like someone has made a duplicate copy of my card and used it.
                                      Kindly look into the matter as not only me there will be other people whose card would have been copied by the person who did this.

                                        Complaint - I had opened Gold, Silver bank account at SBI, Dadar ( Millenium) Branch but now not available at that branch.

                                        Bemiss/Complaint 2: I have untouch with those since 4 to 5 year but since yet bank not deliver update about those account, I owner of those accounts.
