Respected Sir,

I am Pothuraju Venkata siva ram Prasad residing near Dondaparthy, having a Savings account# [protected] with SBI REDNAM GARDENS Branch, VISAKHAPATNAM.

I used my SBI debit card to with draw cash from Millennium Outlet HP Petrol station-Siripuram SBI ATM(#38).The money was needed for me is Rs.3500/- i had entered an amount of 3500/- rupees But i got only Rs.500/- and rest of the money Rs.3000/-I couldn't get cash since the machine was hanged.

Still the amount Rs.3500/- has been deducted from my account, I thought that it would be deposited in my A/c again, then I tried for second transaction of Rs.500 Again it was debited from my sbi account and this time i didn't get cash but it got credited to my savings account. But for sure that ATM Machine got hung state and again i visited the same ATM in the night 10 PM it is not working and again morning also i visited that ATM Machine is in the same hung state.

Immediately I called SBI customer care to complain about this scenario but not at all connected my calls, , , Busy, , lines disconnected, many times i have tried.. Useless service.. Then immediately i dropped an email to 00952 branch, , no response from them.

Next day morning I lodge a complaint to SBI Rednam gardens branch @ ATM department Officer, In front of me he has informed to third party security services custodian to check and return that excess amount Rs.3000/- which was hanged in that ATM Machine to branch.

Only Cash loading Custodians can take that money from that ATM Machine while they go for the cash loading but Miraculous part is that custodian simply saying no excess money found in that SBI ATM Machine.

Could you please advice me for the next steps to whom to approach for the better solution.. If not shall i approach the Consumer Court directly..

Please suggest and do the needful, , waiting for your reply..

    Sir,
    I have A very bad experience of your bank branch located at NANAPONDHA .
    the behaviour is so poor and cheap.
    They have a sign board that the counter is open for customer till 4:30 pm only even today..?? After demonetization is gone..! Over one month which you can clearly see in bank or your CCTV footage..one of your staff member who is field officer agriculture is so rude and miss guided us..
    I have visited so many time the bank in last two years but every time there was a problems in printing a passbook..
    They don't prints entries in passbook every time even today also..

    The tone to speak to the people or customers of the bank was too bad

    Is this your service or customer satisfaction????

    I'm a retired gov. Employee and a senior citizens..
    I can't keep visiting to bank every single day..

      I am an account holder in SBI, station road branch, khambhat.

      I have applied for cheque book through SBI online & till now has not received it. I also posted complaints on their web portal but there was no response from their end.
      Therefore it is kindly requested to inquire into the matter & revert on the same.

        The thing is that today (01/02/2017.) iam going to bank science 3:30pm but the bank employe(prabhat) no widwarl money my account in bank he told is time is over bank will be close. i said i want to talk to cashiear (prabhat).. but cashiear is said our bank time is this time amd our mine... iam very requesting to plese widrawl my money on my accounnt 24000. he told here only widrawl only 3:30 pm only. get out of here and he used abusing language and he told highrated and you give complaint any where and in india and any my superior and he told one more word they could not be taken my hair iam a cashiear iam superior is this branch. iam a king of this branch u r my slave. this type of behavour cashiear(prabhat).

          my father wend in bank 3 times .they will told to fill the case.
          I paid the all emi till date, but they want next month EMI .after that they will provide the tax letter .for that also they want letter .

            Hi,
            I have a Home Loan from SBI, I could see that an Amount of Rs. 16, 076 is Debited from my Account towards SBI General Insurance.

            Also there is reduction of Rs 1, 000 as DEBIT SLOP CHARGES.

            What all these charges? Why you doing these such things. Again I need to pay interest for all these right ?

            Seems like SBI is taking all my hard earned money to bank.

            1. Why there is no intimation to me before debiting these huge amounts?

            2. Why the amount is debited from Loan account, I have SB account and should have debited from SB account. why its debited from Loan Account ?

            3. Is it possible to deposit this amount back to my loan account and I can transfer this insurance amount from my SB account if needed?.

            4. Is there any other hidden charges like this?

            5. In future is it possible to intimate me before such deductions?

            Kindly understand the pain, if this much amount is deducted from loan account and how much interest I need to pay for this amount unnecessarily.

            Please do take immediate action.

              I am a Cust. Of home loan in Nanded main br. & pawdewai naka br. Now a day rate of interest reduce by about 1% .
              My banker charging .56% for reducing on balance loan amount Pls guide me .
              Else we free to go for legal.
              I did not get password and did not use it after recived.But an amount of rs-4515/- outstanding comes in my name.My CIBIL score shows my name in list of defaulter.Now without any loan my credit rating score shows below 750

                    I have made on-line payment of Rs.1, 500/- to BPCL petrocard on 24th January 2017 and the transaction number being 437394. While finishing the transaction, a message appeared that HDFC Bank denied the payment. Accordingly I made another attempt immediately and remitted Rs.1, 500/- again and the transanction number of the same is 439990 which is successful. However, it is found that an amount of Rs.1, 500/- has been debited twice to my Savings Bank account with State Bank of India, Coal Estate Branch, Nagpur (the SB account number being [protected]).

                    I had approached the BPCL outlet to download the payment made by me to my petrocard and found that only one of the above transaction of Rs.1, 500/- has given the credit. I made several attempts on all these days to download the amount of Rs.1, 500/- to petrocard since the same has been debited to my bank account twice.

                    In nutshell, I would like to mention that one of the remittance of Rs.1, 500/- has not been successful. Hence, kindly arrange to give credit of the same to my SB account, mentioned above.

                    Looking forward for an early action. Thanking you.

                    State Bank Of India [SBI] — Rupesh did not withdrawal from atmtbut less from my account

                    On date 11 . 01.1917 time 3pm rupesh 1000 withdrawal from atm elahabad up gramin bank but my account no sbi [protected] less than from 1000 so please add rupesh 1000 to my account
                    I had forgot my account number can you please say me the process of knowing my account number.

                      I had tried the recharge for the number [protected], but the amount has been debited, and i got the message as"request not completed", I had tried calling their toll free number also, waited for around 6 minutes, but no customer care executives picking the call...this is my transaction id FH:30674242..Kindly make proper steps in clearing this issue.

                        No cash was dispensed by AXIS bank ATM installed in HQ DCP East distt Delhi police, Fazalpur, patparganj Delhi on 13 Jan 17, when I tried to get cashRs 4000.00 with my SBI Debit card.

                          Hi, My home SBI branch is in Rudrapur. My ISFC code is SBIN0010207.

                          I am in a different town name Barhalganj. I am unable to go to Rudrapur branch for the cheque book.

                          I called and spoke with customer care of SBI, they informed me that I can apply for cheque book via SBI ATM also, then I walked up to the ATM machine but it has been out of order for many days.

                          The SBI ATM doesn't work. I spoke with the security guard, he also told that no one takes responsibility. Even common wiring is not there. How cheap you are!

                          Then I went to Barhalganj SBI and requested the accountant to apply for cheque book. He got surprised and then he said, "haha, how you can apply for cheque book via SBI ATM, I have never heard it. You have to go to home branch. You cannot apply for cheque book from this branch"

                          See! I went to Barhalganj SBI because the customer care confirmed it.

                          Check call recording if you ever listen! The mobile number I called from is - [protected].

                          There are two situations - the Customer care does not know anything and the accountant does not know anything!

                          My question is - Why SBI ATM of Barhalganj is not being repaired???

                          People are very frustrated!!! They just go then they come to know that it is out of order then they leave.

                          On the one hand the demonetization is sucking us while on the other your SBI ATM!

                          I want to complaint against the manager!

                          Advise me how to contact the head of SBI India!

                          Useless bak ever!

                          I have never spoken with such an illiterate accountant!

                          Your curse- unfortunately there is only one SBI ATM at Barhalganj.

                          How can you give two different information!!!

                          Either issue me cheque book at SBI Barhalganj or get the SBI ATM repaired!

                            My name is Neha Phaliwal and I got a loan from SBI bank, agar nagar ludhiana to buy my activa.
                            Now I have made all my payments but the bank employess are not providing me NOC certificate.
                            I even paid rs500 charges for NOC to sbi bank staff in agar nagar but later I learnt that there are no such charges for getting NOC.

                            please help me to resolve the issue as I can not get anywhere with SBI staff at agar nagar branch. They are just rude and unhelpful.

                              Regarding problem in Submission Of COAL India Limited Application Form Fees

                              i was trying to pay the fees of rs 1000 for coal india limited recruitment through your gateway.After the payment was done it there was an error generated with code : Eferr021. Now the money has been deducted from the account but has not reached to coal india ltd. On their page the status is shown as payment failed retry payment. But when i try to retry the payment it says -"payment has been made for the same reference number"....

                              As per new peion it should be 10813*2.57=27789.41.but I am receiving less. Last month and this month I got only RS.21752.00. please you me enhance my pension as per my entitlement.

                                Hi,
                                I have an account in branch (10859) chowk bazaar chhatarpur. After demonetization I tried doing transactions online, but couldn't get any OTP.
                                Then I found out that registered mobile number is wrong even though I filled the right mobile number. I thought of changing it through ATM card but my ATM card got expired at the same time and they have sent the new ATM card but can't generate pin for new card because of wrong mobile number.
                                on 27th Dec, I visited the same branch and submitted 2 applications,
                                one for changing the mobile number to the newly given mobile number and
                                one for setting the enquiry why mobile number was wrongly registered and returning my money back which has been deducted so far for the mobile service charges.
                                Branch Manager (Mrs Rajshri Jockchand Giroti) told me that mobile number will be changed within 2 days.
                                But it hasn't been changed till now even after a month.
                                I have filed multiple complaints using CMS and calling to customer care numbers but all of them gets resolved automatically by giving the fake solutions.
                                I have tried calling to branch multiple times but they never picked up.
                                I sent more than 20 mails to branch and customer care but haven't got any proper reply. Got one reply from branch manager after long time that they have changed the mobile number in CIF, but when I checked in my online banking profile tab, it is still not changed.
                                When I replied to branch manager that it hasn't been changed yet, her reply was very rude and asked my to file a complaint if you want it on priority.

                                Please do take an action on high priority.
                                Also let me know why SBI is taking so much of time to change a mobile number. I have suffered a lot and want this to be done as soon as possible.

                                Please update the status for this complaint.
                                I have getting many messages from SBI with fake solutions like change it through ATM card or number has been changed. But it is not changed yet.
                                It has been 40 days since I have submitted the application. Please make sure, to resolve it asap.
                                If required, please take a step forward.

                                    मै दिंनाक 25 /01/2017 को शाखा पूरा बाज़ार कैश काउंटर पर बोला की मेन ब्रांच जाओ!
                                    30/01 को SBI के शाखा दर्शन नगर कैश काउंटर पर गया वहां भी बोला मेन ब्रांच जाओ तो मेन ब्रांच (फैज़बाद) पर लगभग 3:30 लाइन में लग गया वहा कैश जमा काउंटर तीन पर कैशियर श्रीमती अमिता ने आक्रामक लहजे में बोला ये मेराकाम नही है ! तो ब्रांच प्रबंधक मि.राजेश कुमार पाल के पास गया तो उन्होंने ने कहा 31/01को आना तो आज31/01 को लगभग 12:30 बजे कैशियर मिस. अमिता & ब्रांच प्रबंधक मि.राजेश कुमार पाल ने कहा नेट बैंकिंग से जमा करो ! मेरी ब्रांच में नही होगा ! मैंने पुलिसके पास 100 नं. पर कॉल किया फिर भी काम नही किया गया !
                                    आज DMRC CHALAAN का लास्ट डे था. जो की जमा नही हो पाया.अत : काम के प्रति लापरवाही बरती गई जो दंडनीय अपराध है.!

                                      I transferred the amount from buddy app to my ICICI Bank account on 26th january which is already deducted from buddy app but its not added to my ICICI Bank account and not geeting any kind of response from any of your branch. The branch manager and tool free numbers replies so rudely as if we are their servants. Waiting for your positive response as soon as possible.
