Respected Sir,
I am Pothuraju Venkata siva ram Prasad residing near Dondaparthy, having a Savings account# [protected] with SBI REDNAM GARDENS Branch, VISAKHAPATNAM.
I used my SBI debit card to with draw cash from Millennium Outlet HP Petrol station-Siripuram SBI ATM(#38).The money was needed for me is Rs.3500/- i had entered an amount of 3500/- rupees But i got only Rs.500/- and rest of the money Rs.3000/-I couldn't get cash since the machine was hanged.
Still the amount Rs.3500/- has been deducted from my account, I thought that it would be deposited in my A/c again, then I tried for second transaction of Rs.500 Again it was debited from my sbi account and this time i didn't get cash but it got credited to my savings account. But for sure that ATM Machine got hung state and again i visited the same ATM in the night 10 PM it is not working and again morning also i visited that ATM Machine is in the same hung state.
Immediately I called SBI customer care to complain about this scenario but not at all connected my calls, , , Busy, , lines disconnected, many times i have tried.. Useless service.. Then immediately i dropped an email to 00952 branch, , no response from them.
Next day morning I lodge a complaint to SBI Rednam gardens branch @ ATM department Officer, In front of me he has informed to third party security services custodian to check and return that excess amount Rs.3000/- which was hanged in that ATM Machine to branch.
Only Cash loading Custodians can take that money from that ATM Machine while they go for the cash loading but Miraculous part is that custodian simply saying no excess money found in that SBI ATM Machine.
Could you please advice me for the next steps to whom to approach for the better solution.. If not shall i approach the Consumer Court directly..
Please suggest and do the needful, , waiting for your reply..
