I have a PPF account No. [protected] in SBI, sanganeri gate branch, jaipur.
I am on wheel chair, so I sent my brother on date 02/02/2017 to withdraw some amount from the account with all required documents and authority letter. but the bank employee Mr. Niranjan Singh Verma ( employee I.D. 3305376, refused to accept authority letter and clearly said that, the account holder must come even if he is not able to come or even he is on wheel chair. Furthermore, Mr. N.S.Verma gave wrong information about the possible withdrawal amount.

    I gupteshwar prasad having Home loan account in SBI Kakori Branch Account No. [protected] and again having same complaint i.e not to reduce my home loan interest as per existing rate of interest. At present bank is deducting 9.55% instead of 8.5% as reduced by bank. Not correcting the interest rate automatically is a regular feature of the bank and give me mental harassment.You are requested to reduce my rate of interest as per existing rate of interested . You are also request to corrected my deducted interest for last four year i.e from DEC 2011. This type of mistake or cheating being done by SBI what about other banks.This is the failure of banking system in the period digital India.

      I made an online transaction purchasing with Amazon India on 20 th August 2016 of rs 949 from my Sb account [protected]. And I don't know why but my purchases were put on hold and I was asked to review my payment. I reviewed my payment and at the same tym my account was debited twice with rs 949 . I've contacted so many times about this to SBI and Amazon as well. First they both kept on saying that I'll get my money back n then they started blaming each other But no one heard of my problem. Please give me my money back.

          I made an International Funds Transfer to US using my SBI Internet banking on 30 Jan 2017 at 5.42 PM. The transaction was kept inn Pending Status till 3.35 PM on 1st Feb 2017. My account was however debited for the equivalent INR. On 1st Feb 2017 at 3.35 PM I cancelled the transaction and expected that the debited amount would be credited back to my account immediately. Since I need to send this money to my daughter who is in US, I need this money. I do not know how much time it would take for this to happen.

          Some details have been erased to maintain privacy.

          Actually this month my EMI has been deducted 2 times so requesting to to you plzzzz revert my extra amount and plzzz schedule it for once a month. Already requested in last month complaint but still showing irresponsibility.

              I am using sbi debit card for online transaction regularly.
              When today I am used card for paytm wallet to add money, in my card having 15000 I add money to Paytm wallet but Paytm didn't receive the money my debit card there is no money

              SBI message me= Dear customer, your txn at POS PAYTM97998 declined as the account is inoperative or locked. Please contact your branch for resolution.

              I am active on sbi. also using regularly.
              Please check and solve problem. I want my money back as soon as

                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                  I would like to introduce myself as Rutulkumar Patel. I have applied for saving account opening in SBI bank through online application and after that I have submitted below attached filled application form along with the necessary documents to SBI Bank (Nikol Branch, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, ISFC code: SBIN0011749). My account opening application TCRN is AC61947926 and TARN is AA61355495.

                  Then after my father was visited to bank to check the status of my account opening since I was out of India at that time and unfortunately SBI bank executive had informed him that account opening is not possible with SBI bank because of I am having another two bank accounts (which are in ICICI bank & HDFC bank) and as per my understanding there is no any such rule for saving account opening.

                  The main purpose of saving account is for bill payment of SBI Credit Card which I am using since last 3 years. I am frequently travelling to abroad for business and all payments in Credit Card reflects in 3-4 working days which is harassing to me. If I have SBI account then I can do the payment instantly and able to use credit card rather to wait for 3-4 days.

                  I will greatly appreciate your urgent help for account opening matter. Let me know if you require any documents or any other information.

                        I shambhu Kumar Sen, a customer of SBI. on 02.02.2017 I was standing in queue with Token number PC 18 at 11:04:40 hrs in SBI Esplanade Branch, Branch IFSC Code SBIN0001971 for cash withdrawal of Rs. 24, 000/-. During the process of my transaction I have requested the staff sitting in Counter No 6(name not disclose by him as well as Cashier Sri R. Dhar) for 500/- & 100/- rupees notes as I have urgent requirement at my home due to religion function (Chatuspahar Naam Sankirtan) at my residence and I have to disburse to various persons in connection with the religion function. He told that, he can only disburse 10, Rs. 2000/- rupees notes, rest all other denomination notes. As it will not solve my problem, I asked him to cancel the transaction. I have reported the same to the Cashier Sri R Nandi, to solve my problem and requested him for the same, but he also supported the staff sitting in Counter No. 6 and ask me my identity where I am working(as per the banking rule I don't think this type of question can he ask to customer).
                        I also state that in counter no. 8, your staff was disbursing the notes of smaller denomination and in the counter no. 6 also notes of smaller denomination was available.
                        If this type o[censored]nethical behavior is persists in the branch and no action is taken by superior authorities, the behavior of the staff will remain same. If smaller denominated notes were not available in the branch I would not complain the same.
                        Your intervention in this regards will be solicited.

                          I have the net banking facility to my account no[protected], held in KODAMBAKKAM BRANCH. I wanted to make a payment of my electricity bill (TANGEDCO), only to find that my site is blocked for 24 hrsFOR NO REASON. Usully this happens if I had entered some wrong user name or password for 3 times. But now at the very first aproach, I find this blockade This is preventing my "cashless transaction" which Our MAD Prime Minister is advocating. First the withdrawal through ATM or Bank is prevented as they are made to go "cashless", Now even the means of making a net banking facility is blocked. Where are we heading for??????

                              with due respect would like to inform you that, on date i am going SBI ATM near DRM office Rangiya for withdrawal of money an amount of Rs. 6000/- but due to some technical defect the require money did not burst out and the machine shows time out and sorry to unable process.
                              But, on date near about 12.00 hrs i have withdrawn an amount of Rs. 8, 000/- from the same ATM and process for mini statement and the statement shows...

                              Made a purchase from amazon which comprises of 2 orders worth 11858. later on, same day i cancelled the 2nd product worth 1359. at the end of day i got a email form amazon that the refund is made and this is The Authorization Code (Refund Reference Number) for the transaction is 206552.

                              and they asked me to contact the customer care of the bank to track the refund which is not yet processed.

                              I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                              Same think happend with me I ordered on Amazon paid with SBI debit card due to damage piece I return the product Amazon email me that paiment paid in my account with reference no.NFT[protected]XXXXXXXXXXXXXX... But my banker unable to track such no. My SBI bank respond me very well they checked prossed many time this neft no.
                              Amazon cheating with such fake reference no.
                              For one hand half year I did not receive amount back in my account.(rs.5999)
                              I feel here Amazon cheating many people with some no.
