During Online check my statement on 27.01.17 at 5:14 pm my Credit card [protected] was blokced and I have tried the customent care for Unblocking and the online registration procedure through LAN line.

The Auto Answering system is not responding for the Unblocking of my card and says the network is not connecting & also unable to get any help from sms service.

so how can I unlock my credit card

This is a Complaint and has to be taken care assoon as possible

    Unauthorized charges debit in my account detail=Rs.115+279+506+43+237=rs.1180/-dated, 10-1-17/31-12-16/30-11-16/31-8-16/31-7-16. I many times meet branch manger but can not solve because due to rush, he only say after 5 days come
    but after many times visit, i have to write this application for the same. I request you to help me to solve this problem

      Dear sir, i tried to add money Rs.2400)in my paytm wallet on 11/1/2017 but the amount was debited from my a/c (a/c no: [protected]) on 12/1/2017 but no value was added to my paytm wallet.n when complaining paytm tey replied with failed transaction detail at their end n when visiting home branch for several times they even do not listen my issues n here i am helpless with no idea where n how my issues get resolved so plz help me to get my money back .

        Respected sir,
        I ITISHREE SAHU having a SB account number in SBI, A/c-[protected], Digapahandi Main Road, have lost my sim and mobile number.
        The same mobile number was entered in my SMS alert service and my Internet banking account and now i have to change that number. I know for every transactions a security password message will be forwarded to that number. Now may i please request you to replace my mobile no to [protected] please.

          I rajiv bharti submit my cell no. in sbi bank of ambala city many times regarding message alert but after that my fill of msg alert form i received only 2-3 times messages. for short period of time .in that time i submit again msg alert form but nothing i got any progress regaring this .

          after some days problem again happened from complaint date to til today 27 jan.2017.

              Mera naam dilshad ali he. mera a/c no. [protected] he mene 26 jan. ko koi bhi transaction nahi kiya lekin mere a/c se 10000 kam ho gaye bank ne bataya ki BOB ke ek atm se 10000 ka amount withdraw kiya gaya he. lekin mera kahna he ki ye mene nahi kiya or nahi kisi or ko apna atm card diya or nahi pin no. diya. aap mere a/c se 26 jan ko kiye gaye transaction ki atm machine or time pata kar ke cctv footage dekh sakte hain. 26 jan ko koi withdraw nahi kiya. mere a/c se 10000 rupay kisne nikale nahi janta plz help me. thank you

                I purchased some groceries from Selvam Super market Poonamallee, Chennai-56, through my debit card on[protected] for the cost of Rs 1576-00. After swiping the above amount was debited my account and to that effect I have received SMS. (Transaction No: 353375)
                But, the salesman said the shop has not received the amount and asked me swipe again. I showed the SMS received as the amount has been debited. He said the transaction failed and the debited amount will be reversed soon.
                With no other go, I swiped again for the same amount of Rs 1576-00. (Transaction No: 370568)
                But, the excess amount (the amount debited from my account and not paid to the shop) has not been reversed. So, I went to the shop again on[protected] and explained the situation. The sales person after verifying print out of the transactions of sales on[protected] confirmed that they have received the amount of Rs. 1576-00 only once and suggested me to lodge a complaint with SBI Customer Care.
                Accordingly, I have spoken to the customer care[protected] and lodged a complaint for which a Ticket Number was allotted. (PO[protected] dated[protected].
                I have sent an E-mails to the following officials/ departments:
                (a) SBI, HAVF Branch on[protected], (sbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in)

                (b) Customer care SBI on[protected][protected]@sbi.co.in)

                (c) Helpline on[protected]helpline.[protected]@sbi.co.in) which was not delivered
                There was no response from anybody and on[protected], I met the Case Manager, SBI, HVF Branch Avadi and given a written complaint by giving all the details.
                On[protected], I met the same Case Manager of SBI, HVF Branch Avadi again and enquired about the progress of my case. In the same day I also met the Chief Manager, of SBI, HVF Branch Avadi and explained about the problem. The bank said there is no reversal pending as such the amount might have been deposited in the shop’s account.
                Several occasions I visited the Super Market to confirm whether they have received the payment twice or not. This Supermarket repeatedly says that they have received the amount only once.
                More than 35 days have passed and no amount is reversed and no solution is in the sight.

Form was been filled in the branch and was told will take up to 15 working days. Enquired on 14th reply was fax has been send and waiting for correspondence. Visited Bund garden branch on 24 th, they said, till now fax not received. They called up Katemanivali branch and forwarded necessary documents....

                    I am an ex air force personnel released from the forces on 30 Nov 16 after putting in 20 years of service. The ppo was forwarded to SBI CPPC Bangalore by Director of Air Veterans on 08 Nov 16 so as to facilitate timely pensionary benefits. My pension account is in SBI Cantonment branch Bellary. Despite several visits there has been no proper response and my pensionary benefits is not released till date. Very poor service.

                      Today was last day fir my job application and somehow I missed that 25rs SBI DD is mandatory for application .
                      Fortunately i dont have any SBI account, I will say fortunate becayse the kind of response i exoerienced today was pathetic .
                      So i approached SBI Jodhpur branch where they denied to give me Rs 25 dd in cash, after that i spoke with branch manager and same thing he repeated, ue said as Per RBI GUIDELINES dd can be printed only for account holder hence he cannt help me .i have ti go again after 2 days with account opening formalities.

                      However I know what is rbi guidelines gor DD in cash .

                      So i couldn't apply for that job one of the reason is RBI Officials who misinterpreted rbi guidelines .need action against such bankers so that normal people can njy banking .

                        I was forced to download updated version of sbianywhere app.but despite having registered for umpteen times no activation code has been received by me on my mobile registered for Internet banking with the bank.I had been using previous version of sbianywhere app.But since 25 th January, 2017 I have not been able to use this updated version due to non generation and non transmission of activation code to my registered mobile. Kindly arrange to send me the activation code. Hope now I will receive activation code to enable updated sbianywhere app.

                          sir

                          I Reetu chuahan got a loan ([protected]) of Rs. 5, 00, 000 from sbi civil lines roorkee on 18/07/16. and sbi Manager tell me your monthly detection is 5100 RS through auto swift on 23 of each month, since i had a saving a.c with same branch. I am paying regularly.
                          but after 2 months i got a message that your a.c pending Rs 8, 418.
                          again i ask to the Manager why i am getting this message. he said ignore it. nothing.

                          BUT sbi authority withdrawal 8.418 Rs from my Saving account with out any information.
                          Is this is the cheating.

                            i have applied for written application to bank for transferring Rs. 500 PM in my PPF in 4 years bank.
                            During last two year where any failure charges charged in December subsequently reversed but this year they are not reversed, so i mailed them to deactivated such SI.

                                Dear Sir,

                                I am having a SBI Credit card with Card No : [protected] and I have a statement of Rs.84, 405/- with due date of 02/01/2017 and I have paid 78, 000/- on 1st Jan 2017 before the due date and I have been charged finance charge of 5135/-.

                                In spite of paying the amount in time and 90% of the dues I am being charged for the entire amount, it is not supposed to be the same.

                                In spite of my repeated requests no reply has come from SBI cards.

                                This has become the case every month, I would like to bring to your notice that the customer is being charged heavy after RBI instructions also.

                                Please help me in getting the issue resolved.

                                  I got a very bad experience from sbi new town yelahanka branch .. i went there to link my aadhar with my bank account.. they spoke to me harshly and said they will not do it as my account has been created from kerala.. because of this i lost a scholarship which was necessary for my studies.

                                      For updating existing customer detail maximum how many hours it is going to take? But very next day of my request amount of Rs 115 has been deducted from my account. They have deducted amount but they didn’t even update the branch detail. Then for what service they deducted?
                                      So I am not satisfied at all with your service. Whenever I call to customer care or to reach branch in person no one is there to attend and also not getting any proper response.

                                      If you can’t update my details tomorrow let me know I will close my account. Please share the process to close account.

                                      Even I had raised grievance but they had simply closed the request saying it has been resolved.

                                      Hi SBI Team,

                                      From past three weeks I am trying to reach to nandambakkam branch to update at least my personal details (Mobile Number alone) and to enable fund transfer, but didn’t see any changes from day 1.

                                      For updating existing customer detail maximum how many hours it is going to take? But very next day of my request amount of Rs 115 has been deducted from my account. They have deducted amount but they didn’t even update the branch detail. Then for what service they deducted?
                                      So I am not satisfied at all with your service. Whenever I call to customer care or to reach branch in person no one is there to attend and also not getting any proper response.

                                      If you can’t update my details tomorrow let me know I ll close my account. Please share the process to close account.

                                      Even I had raised grievance but they had simply closed the request saying it has been resolved.

                                      I had requested for the branch transfer from 04766 to 02239 branch. As per the below mail it has been transferred. But still I could see the branch details as Perumalpuram and also my mail Id & Mobile number have not been updated. I am in urgent need of money, could you please help me on this. Thanks!
