I am an ex air force personnel released from the forces on 30 Nov 16 after putting in 20 years of service. The ppo was forwarded to SBI CPPC Bangalore by Director of Air Veterans on 08 Nov 16 so as to facilitate timely pensionary benefits. My pension account is in SBI Cantonment branch Bellary. Despite several visits there has been no proper response and my pensionary benefits is not released till date. Very poor service.

    Today was last day fir my job application and somehow I missed that 25rs SBI DD is mandatory for application .
    Fortunately i dont have any SBI account, I will say fortunate becayse the kind of response i exoerienced today was pathetic .
    So i approached SBI Jodhpur branch where they denied to give me Rs 25 dd in cash, after that i spoke with branch manager and same thing he repeated, ue said as Per RBI GUIDELINES dd can be printed only for account holder hence he cannt help me .i have ti go again after 2 days with account opening formalities.

    However I know what is rbi guidelines gor DD in cash .

    So i couldn't apply for that job one of the reason is RBI Officials who misinterpreted rbi guidelines .need action against such bankers so that normal people can njy banking .

      I was forced to download updated version of sbianywhere app.but despite having registered for umpteen times no activation code has been received by me on my mobile registered for Internet banking with the bank.I had been using previous version of sbianywhere app.But since 25 th January, 2017 I have not been able to use this updated version due to non generation and non transmission of activation code to my registered mobile. Kindly arrange to send me the activation code. Hope now I will receive activation code to enable updated sbianywhere app.

        sir

        I Reetu chuahan got a loan ([protected]) of Rs. 5, 00, 000 from sbi civil lines roorkee on 18/07/16. and sbi Manager tell me your monthly detection is 5100 RS through auto swift on 23 of each month, since i had a saving a.c with same branch. I am paying regularly.
        but after 2 months i got a message that your a.c pending Rs 8, 418.
        again i ask to the Manager why i am getting this message. he said ignore it. nothing.

        BUT sbi authority withdrawal 8.418 Rs from my Saving account with out any information.
        Is this is the cheating.

        What should i do .

          Have an saving account in SBI Dilshad garden branch.
          i have applied for written application to bank for transferring Rs. 500 PM in my PPF in 4 years bank.
          During last two year where any failure charges charged in December subsequently reversed but this year they are not reversed, so i mailed them to deactivated such SI.
          again they charge failure ch again & again in my account

            I can't understand why so excess of amount is decreasing from my account... i want to know is it deducting because of paytm application or airtel money or balance enquiries charges...? Please answer as soon as possible before any more amount is decreased and even i haven't got net banking email identity still and hope excess of amount will not be deducted... waiting for your consultation soon... thank you

              Dear Sir,

              I am having a SBI Credit card with Card No : [protected] and I have a statement of Rs.84, 405/- with due date of 02/01/2017 and I have paid 78, 000/- on 1st Jan 2017 before the due date and I have been charged finance charge of 5135/-.

              In spite of paying the amount in time and 90% of the dues I am being charged for the entire amount, it is not supposed to be the same.

              In spite of my repeated requests no reply has come from SBI cards.

              This has become the case every month, I would like to bring to your notice that the customer is being charged heavy after RBI instructions also.

              Please help me in getting the issue resolved.

                I got a very bad experience from sbi new town yelahanka branch .. i went there to link my aadhar with my bank account.. they spoke to me harshly and said they will not do it as my account has been created from kerala.. because of this i lost a scholarship which was necessary for my studies.

                  I made a transaction of Rs 39, 920.00 on 18 Jan 2016 with M/S Sri Lakshmi Jewellery Pondicherry. Money was debited in my account and the customer has not recieved the money. But Rs.115 has been deducted from my home branch (Perumalpuram), Without changing my personal details how they can deduct the amount.Please find the attached mail conversation.

                        On 23 Jan. 2017 I was trying to withdraw amt of rupees 2600/- from AXIS Bank ATM in Airoli Navi Mumbai. I got the receipt that the transaction was declined but the amt was deducted from my account. after that i went in Home Branch they said that" your amt will get credited to your account within 72 hrs but its still not credited.

                          Refer Post txn[protected][protected] rs 1500/- were deducted on the18 Jan 2017 from Syndicate Bank Jalandhar but the status showed as failed again we tried the next day that is on the 19 Jan 2017 and another amount of Rs 1500/- was deducted, thus for the same application ie of Mr YUSUF Payment has been deducted twice under the same post txn, so you are kindly requested to return one fees submitted extra ie Rs 1500/- at the earliest.                           Refer my earlier two complaints regarding refunding of the Passport fees deducted twice for the same Post txn[protected][protected] were deducted twice ie on the 18 Jan and then on the 19 Jan the fees have so far not been refunded you are kindly requested to kindly refund Rs 1500/- deducted on the 18 Jan which had shown the status as failed but were deducted from the Bank Thanking you Col Daljit Sangha

                            I am a account holder of state bank of Patiala (Account number [protected]) and i used the ATM of SBI(Dakoha, Jalandhar) to withdraw the money on dated 14/1/2017 of Rs 4000 and my account debited twice and then after i lodged the complaint on the my branch i. e State Bank of Patiala then i got the reply from my bank Your Transaction is successful and they said please contact to SBI branch. But the question is how the two transaction are successful on that day as per the RBI guideline on that day we can withdraw only 4500 Rs per day so please think on my complaint

                              On Dec 24, 2016, I tried to add money from my SBI account to my Paytm wallet. I made 5 transactions of Rs. 2000, 444, 200, 222 and 222. Out of which only one transaction of Rs 222 was successful. The rest of my money, Rs. 2866, has just disappeared.
                              I had earlier lodged a complaint against Paytm for not refunding my money through this website (PayTM Mobile Solutions Complaint Status Update [ID: 1474915]), to which Paytm has stated that it has clarified with the bank and has not recieved the money from the bank.
                              It has been over a month now and the bank has not even refunded the amount.
                              I would also like to bring to your notice that after talking to several Paytm users, it has been observed that crediting money into Paytm wallet from SBI account has been difficult with bulk of the transactions resulting in failure. A talk has been going on about SBI denying transfer to money to other wallets in order to promote its own wallet, SBI Buddy. Is this is the issue, then request you to take us the issue legally.
                              It is my sincere request that my problem is considered and a solution is provided at the earliest.

                                Fraudulent transactions on desceased a/c @30Apr'15, asked bank @4thJul'15 to transfer 2 me.But till now not closed & transfered 2 my account. Recently 3 MOD FDs are withdrawn &closed .It started frm 25Aug'15 used last 16, 17, 18th & closed the complete FD's of cost 11L .Earlier also lost 1L complained 2 branch, no action .help pls.

                                  I have been asking my regional sbi bank to open my saving bank account since November month of 2016.But they are not opening and says wait for January because we are busy because of demonetisation.so I waited.But in January also they are still asking to wait.Now January is going to end and still whenever I go they ask me to wait.No cooperation at all.Its my first bank account that I want to open im sbi.Why are they not opening my account. Its sbi bank in model town, Yamuna nagar, haryana.They are not helping. Please help me.

On June 6th 2016 I was a victim of ATM fraud where I have lost 40, 000.rs. ATM transaction was done is BTM 5th stage from SBI ATM associated SBI BTM 5th stage branch. ATM transaction was done by using duplicate ATM card as I had my SBI ATM with me . When this transaction was done I was in my native Mandya. I have checked CCTV footage of ATM center but the culprit is wearing cap. When I approached branch I had a very bad response from home branch. Manager response was a lame response. With security loophole in ATM card security and security at ATM branch home branch manager has audacity to say that its my fault because we keep swiping ATM cards at shop as per my knowledge ATM card is used for electronic money transfer only please correct me if I'm wrong. I have filed complaint at Mico layout police station, gave written complaint to both branch kyanthangere and BTM 5th stage branch. When ever I call manager of my home branch he ask me that I need to speak to BTM branch manager to share CCTV footage to my home branch. When I speak to BTM branch they tell me that home branch need to send request to their branch for CCTV footage. When I shared this information with home branch manager he expect me to be his reminder so that I can call him and remind him that he needs to call BTM manager for footage. Its been more than 2 months still CCTV footage is on the way to Mandya branch. If this is way bank respond to customer then how can we go cashless when PM Modi is making India Cashless.

                                    I'm forced to escalate this matter to you due to the irresponsible and lame response from home branch manager.

                                    Send mail to agmcustomer.[protected]@sbi.co.in and gm.[protected]@sbi.co.in but no one responded.

                                    Complaint in twitter no use.

                                    This my last hope to recover the amount and get response from Bank.

                                    When i tried to change my mobile number the message is showing like this im stuck in somewhere long from home so i cant go to my branch i need help

                                      I do respect that I am not debited to sbi. without my consent bank has transferred to from my account on the two phases. what a dare ? This account is not yours. In this case I have to court for resolving. I have lodged a complain letter to Manager, SBI, Bhedia Branch. He has informed that he has no time.

                                        I am not a sbi account holder, I am getting some one else's SBI ATM money withdrawal SMS's since last few months. I had send email to dgm.[protected]@sbi.co.in regularly, but no response, can you try to find why SBI is sending such sms's to me but I am not account holder in sbi, please address this issue as soon as possible. getting sms's some thing like : "Rs 4000 withdrawn at SBG ATM S10G[protected] OLD POST OFFICE 2ND ATM,

                                        I have already apply net banking in my home branch, i get (kit number, user name, password). but i have missing in kit number.so not open the net banking.how do i open in new net banking in online.please answer me sir.
