My Last digit of SBI Credit Card 5318. Rs285.00 already deducted from my saving acct on 06 Oct 15 but my subject card already blocked and informed to Manager customer service C Card on Feb 2014. Request rectify my problem otherwise I will be closed my saving acct . Further request credit Rs285.00 in my same account

        I prakash B, want to state the following few lines for your kind consideration and favourble action Please. To day (17 Nov 2015) I got a fake call from [protected] (BIHAR/JARKHAND) and he has misstated that he was a employ of SBI Mumbai and he will update my ATM Card (Account). Then I informed my account details to the fake caller. When I have given my details he has deducted sum of money (Rs 2, 200/-) from my account(A/C No 2000XXXXXX61, SBI Leimakhong (Manipur) IFSC- SBIN0008739). Deudcted transactions details are attached below, which is downloaded from SBI Online site.

        I request you trace out the fake caller and take strict necessary action aganist him sothat in fufture nobody can harm from him and become a scapegoat as me.

        Today, I Animesh Kumar Agrawal got a fake call from [protected] (Mumbai) and he has misstated that he was a employ of Idea Celluar office and he will activate my sim [protected]. Then I informed my account details to the fake caller. When I have given my details he has deducted sum of money (Rs 3, 000/-) from my account(A/C No 30XXXXX4661, SBI Balodabazar (Raipur) IFSC- SBIN0010129). Deducted transactions details are attached below, which is downloaded from SBI Online site.

        i am prasad,
        Yesterday i got a fake call from number [protected]. He told me that he is bank manager from SBI and that i should update my sbi debit card PIN as it is old one and i should give me verification that i own the card by giving reply to the message which i get to my mobile. He told me to tell me the card number. when i tried i tried to object to it. he shouted that i will not get pin and new card by post. so i tried to tell the number on card as i am visually impaired i could not read it and he insisted on giving details of any other SBI card details for verification. i did try to give my wife card details. The message to her mobile came. and he forced to reveal the OTP and by the time i did unknowingly that i am trapped he made a transaction of Rs. 5000. POS GU[protected] SBIBUDDY MUMBAI. kindly help me. Cancel the transaction and return my money.

          Sir mere a/c betul men branch sbi me hai jis ke atm card se me ne card to card payment transfur kiya tha jis ka amount 17000 /- hi jo ki no miss hone ke karan murshidabad ke aalmat shekh naam ke a/c me chale gaye hi jis ko 3 manth ho gaye hi sir menr apni sbi barch me us ki jankari di ki mistek se paisa galt transfur ho gaya hi to mujhe kaha gaya hi 1manth me vapas aajayega .par aaj 4 manth ho gaye hi jis ki koi sunvahi nahi ho rahi hai roz mujhe kal aana kaha ke tal diya jata hi jis ke karan mere ghar ki arthik pareshani badagai hi vo paisa bimari ki titment ke liya kiya tha par mujhe aaj tak paisa nehi milne ke karan mere ghar par me ilaz nahi ho pa raha hi sir plz meri help kar mere paisa dilane ki kirpa kare .

            I had cleared the complete outstanding amount on my SBI credit card (zero balance) and raised the request for closer of credit card, issue for NOC and update the CIBIL report. And they gave me the reference numbers 1-[protected] .When I called SBI customer care for issue NOC, every time they are saying that, NOC will be reached to my mailing address in 1 week.
            As of now I did not receive such letter or communication from their END. It became very difficult thing for me.
            When I had paid complete outstanding on that credit card….. Why they are not able to provide NOC to me.
            Please do the needful..

I tried to withdraw money Rs.2300-00 on 17-11-15, after entering all details it shows SORRY UNABLE TO PROCESS, and received the Receipt as same as displayed on the screen.                 I have received my atm card before more than 6 month and i am visited to the branch 10 time and meet to manager 5 time for my pin but harassment going on and on
                Manager also not giving proper answer when my atm pin is come and what is the process to got new pin manager do not help they simple told i dont know whats the matter
                2 time i have give online complain and written complain but nothing happen
                I can not operate the account properly because of i am not get my atm pin from more than 6 months
                Take immediate and strict action on this branch employees and senior manager and assistant manager as soon as possible

                    On 14.11.2015 a man called to say my SBI debit card is locked. He then took OTP's from me constantly reassuring that nothing wrong was going to happen. Then 5000/- was debited from my account.
                    The transcation shows the same POS: [protected] at SBI Buddy_BD txn#[protected].

                    I am 83 years old. Please help, refund and stop these people.

                    Sir I also had the same situation happened to me on 13 Nov.This site itself is irreponsible.The frauds are tracking complaints and details from here. Its not actually from SBI. They are frauds calling to take away money.What you can do is complaint with the Home branch and Cyber cell. Dont waste time by posting the waste consumer forum which is not a secure forum

                      I am Nasim begum anwar khan. I have a savings account in sbi bank goregaon west sv road branch mumbai. These bank officials gave my chequebook to an unknown person without any enquiry or investigation from my basebrabch. I was in village so my chequebook returned to my basebranch. That guy used my chequebook and transferred the amount of Rs.610380/- to his account by doing my forged signatures on the used cheques. This is banks fault due to which i am suffering. Please help me i getting my money back. Later on i got to know that Same kind of incidents have been occured in the past 3 to 4 times. I doubt that the bank is doing something illegal and involved in these cases. I have given written notices to bank several times but bank has not replied to any of it so far. [protected] my number.                           Hi, I am Richa Bhadauria. I have an account with SBI Railway Station Ghaziabad branch vide A/C No. [protected]. I used their Debit card to get cash(5000/-) from YES bank ATM machine near Ghaziabad Railway Station at bazaria on 16 October at around 6:00 PM. I couldn't get cash since the machine was out of order. Still the amount has been deducted from my account which I come to after some time. I also called SBI customer care but he again and again told that the complaint could not be feed due to server problem. therefore, i request you to take the matter in to consideration and solve my problem.                             We had purchased property from KARUR SBI as on 11.12.2013 under public auction SARFAESI ACT 2002. The bank Sales Certificate and mother documents and Bank Engineer valuation report also mentioned the property is 3761.75 sq.ft. After we pay the cash The bank was delivered building 3254 sq.ft. only. Why. The Bank Engineer valuation Report also clearly mentioned that the Building was 3254sq.ft. only and the bank Engineer valuation Report and news paper advt said that clearly mentioned the property was under POSEESSION BY SBI. So why sbi is not delivered the balance area. (507.75 sq.ft) SBI letter dated 18.12.2014 received as on 23.10.2015 from Karur Branch . The letter mentioned The first condition of the auction is that the property will be sold on “AS IS WHERE IS BASIS” AND “AS IS WHAT IS BASIS” we are also understand this words. Where is 507.75 sqft. We have accept the balance area in any damaged condition . SBI is support the other person .so bank is not delivered the part of the position. The bank is liable to handover the balance position. SBI IS A INDIA”S LARGEST GOOD BANK SERVICE IN PUBLIC SECTOR BANKS. But KARUR BRANCH WHY MAKE WRONG ACTIVITIES for this auction.. Please help me to hand over the balance position from SBI. The bank Engineer valuation Report serial No.6. is Building approval Plan No:131/2006 copy is in the Bank. But after auction the bank was told the Building plan approval was missing . Who is the BENEFICIERY for this matter. Regarding this matter so many times I contacted the Branch manager and asked for his help but he refused and he says that after sales he cannot give any service from SBI and he told the sale was conducted by “as where is and as what is” basis, so he can’t help me and advice me to FORGOT the remaining area 507.75 sq.ft.WHO is the Beneficery for this land. Before the time of auction itself I demanded the bank for the copies of plan approval, survey map and also mother documents but the bank concludes before auction they won’t give, once you win the auction we will give the entire document copies but after winning the auction bank says that the Plan approval copy and survey map was missing, this is preplanned plan and they wontedly cheated me and bank says if you don’t pay the balance amount within three days, we will forfeit the advance amount Rs-14, 51, 250/-.so I reported to BANKING OMBUDSMAN and SBI regional office.                                   I shaikh abufaiz a customer of SBI bank branch safed pool usually found the staff with improper subordination and operating with less staff creating inconvenience to customer which makes them stand in a queue for more than 1 hour inspite of complaining to manager of branch no action been taken, this is on frequent basis and no improvement been seen, so i highly request you to look into the matter and get it solved on urgent basis as its creates lot of inconvenience and also spoils the reputation of bank, Awaiting positive feedback Regards, Abufaiz shaikh

                                    I have received a call from SBI - CREDIT CARD Department stating that the credit card which i have now required a change and new card will be issued with photo copy. The guy from SBI CREDIT CARD was asking my password and card number which i didnt believe at the beginning. Then to my surprise, while he was on call, i got a message to my mobile from SBI credit card about some passwords etc. When the guy got all details, he told me that i am going to receive some free gifts etc with the new credit card. Immediately i saw 9000 Rs transaction from ShopMantraa_EPayKerela in my credit card. i have called again to the same number and the guy told me that they will reverse the transaction soon.
                                    I have a clear idea that any card transactions never should be done on behalf of somebody which is called Fraudlent .
                                    Please reverse this transaction asap and give the justice.

                                        Debit card swipe in SBI ATM at Nirnaynagar Branch in Ahmedabad for 10, 000/- but not received any amount from ATM Dtd. 07/11/2015 at 11.PM, I also complaint through Toll Free no. They said 7 to 8 days for problem solving. My Complain No.33502841. Problem is not solve till now.
