I have been using SBI credit card for a while. I thought of over burden and reduced my usage on the credit card and followed by i closed my credit card. the mistake i did is i kept Rs. 1000/- case balance in my account. and raised a request to close the account. Then only i could see the real face, they asked me share my bank account details to deposit the remaining amount to my account. but i a week i came to know they deposited Rs. 200/- and followed by the charged me annual fee and some service tax etc and send a monthly statement that i have to pay back of Rs. 100/-. When i check with customer care service they are saying "We don't have any option to close the account and pay back all the money to you SB account" and I need to pay the remaining money. and They given advice "If you raise request to activate the account back and get use of it. You have to use the credit card no other option". Now i'm in a situation i need to apply for the credit card by paying additional money to get my account activated and use whatever the amount remaining.

The same number was entered in my internet banking account and now i have to change that number. I know for every transactions a security password message will be forwarded to that number, but i am not possessing that number. This is my provious mobile no-+91-[protected] and my current mobile no-+91-[protected], please sir deactivate my provious mobile no and activate my current new mobile no.As per I request for your near, please sir accept my Request, so please sir kindly exchange my mobile no.

        Sir, my balance deducted from my account .no message come, when i visited to ATM at evening balance shows then i take mini statement, i called SBI helpline they take information from me around 15 minute, generate TPIN but not giving any information said we are not updated .when i said to register complain they strictly refuse to register .

        very very poor ... customer care service ... they dont even know the meaning of response code ... even the seniour cant handle problems properly ... customer care are for to help the customers
        if customers traveling from state to state ... and there is a issue .. how can they visit homebranch ???

          ACC ltd. is the First and regular customer since last 20 years with SBI Cement Nagar branch Dist. Chandrapur (Maharashtra) We are frequently facing the problem in getting the DD, bank branch is not able to print the DD instrument, some times dual signing authority not available. Bank statement printing is almost not working for last one year.

            OTP reception proves damp squib for Internet Banking users | Feedback cum complaint Hi, I am holding an account in State Bank of India bearing Account Number XXXXXXX7632. I have the internet banking active for the same account number. I have lodged a complaint for an issue to the State bank of India customer service couple of times for past 3 years. I am unable to receive the OTP on my registered mobile number while making online transactions via net banking. I even changed the reception mode of OTP from text to voice still it it not working. Actually I am not the only customer whose faces such issue, majority of the customers face the same issue. Sometimes it work sometimes not. What is wrong with the State Bank of India? If you people are not able to provide OTP facility feasible and working for customers then why to provide? Do your lack network servers so the OTP generation facility remains congested? Cannot you afford to upgrade your network servers which provide OTP facility? Then provide us an alternative way like verifying online transactions by providing profile password or by receiving OTP through registered email. If you really are the General Manager, I hope you will keenly look into the matter and provide customers hassle free service regarding the same.

              Hi I am SantoshKumar account no. [protected] branch Sainik school Bijapur (3163 branch code) has levied SMS alert charges quarterly since June 2013. I stay in Bangalore and got shock when i updated my passsbook. After calling customer care they reluctantly say to visit My home branch. It is so pathetic that i need to go 600kms. It is hopeless. I want SBI to be customer friendly and follow norms what other banks like ICICI perform using customer care. I want my charges reversed since they have started this SMS alerts without my consent and also giving away confidential information to unkown number. Stop this menace. Santosh [protected]@gmail.com

I had blocked my ATM card because of expiry date not mentioned so applied for new one after 2 month later i specially visited branch for that and gave second application. today after 5 months they asking for another application for the same what should i do now

                  Rs 22500 was withdrawn by unknown person/s from my SBI account.The account statement says that money was withdrawn from an IDBI atm in Mumbai while the card was in Pune and nobody else knew the pin no.I have registered a FIR and also complaint with the bank.I want refund.

                    SBI now is giving its customers hell by not accepting other branch cash deposits i have raised this complaint to customer care but no response as usual.Are they lazy? to do the job or SBI is in stone age confined to hyderabad? Instead they are asking me to deposit the cash in CDM which wont work at all and even suggesting me to do a NEFT transfer if its dead urgent or transact using third party customer service points which charge more.If its so please replace all the branch personnel with CDM's it would be better for them too.If i ask the personnel there i will get a stupid reply from them as if they have lots to do.Once scenario is that if a laymen who doesnt know netbanking stuff and all has to deposit amount to someone immediately who has account in other branch will they make him suffer where is the FREEDOM which you mention in banking? Resolve this issue immediately

                        my complaint No. Complaint No. F - [protected] against SBI Cards, dated August 14, 2015. (This is my 4th complaint to Ombudsman, Chennai) Pl follow the under mail recd. from Ombudsman.

                        " On perusal of the papers, it is observed that the subject matter of the complaint has already been considered by this Office under Complaint No. [protected] and [protected] and hence, we are unable to process the complaint in terms of clause 9 (3) (c) of the Banking Ombudsman Scheme, 2006 (Scheme) "

                        I feel the Banking Ombudsman is favoring the SBI Card only, unduly, ignoring the plight of the customers. The SBI Card is in the habit of messaging/telephoning (even threatening) the customers, even after receiving the payment on due date. I give below the confirmation received by me on 13th October 2015.

                        "We have received payment of Rs. 13169 through Online SBI and same has been credited to your SBI Card no xxxx3637 on 13 - oct - 15."

                        But every month they send msgs/calling in my mobile etc. for which I raised the matter many times with Ombudsman, but I do not get the proper justice. Even the RBI has instructed the card companies not to disturb the customers for three working days from the due date. I do not know why the Ombudsman is partial (since the SBI Card is a giant, I have scruples about this). I am feeling helpless.

                            Hey my sis also got same type of call from [protected] number and the fellow transfered 98600 rs.
                            what the hell sbi is doing on this.
                            they have made one app which is unsafe and having loopholes
                            the number shows presence in west bengal and not traceable
                            we have lodged the fir but no benefit
                            how sbi bank can make app from where they are able to hack all data

                                  I have made transactions of Rs. 2402/- in the month of september, 15 but SBI card company / bank has deducted Rs. 7402in excess of Rs. 5000/- by auto debit from my SBI account showing. the statement showed two more transactions of Rs. 2500+ 2500= 5000/- more which I have not made so far. Request solve my problem accordincly please.

                                      Dear sir/ma'am, My name is Tarshpreet Singh I am from Ambala city, I wanted to open an account in my nearest branch of SBI bank (Geeta Nagri), i reached the bank by 10:00 am for opening my account, but i did'nt find any positive help from the employees of the bank, They just gave me a form to fill, and the form was hard to fill, I finished filling the formby 10:30 am, and when i wanted to deposit the form, the employee whowas supposed to check the form(Mukesh Kumar Maheshvari) has not arrived yet Sir i've been waiting for an hour or so but he hasn't arrived yet, which is very unprofessional, Its 11:40 am already and i've got other work to do, I'll be really obliged if you could help me with this and do something about the bank authorities, As everone else also declines to help a customer, what else are they employed for?                                         I was purchased property from KARUR SBI AS ON 11.12.2013 under SARFEASI ACT2002 .SBI engineers Report and public advt said the property was under possession by SBI.but after auction bank was not delivered the Building plan approval copy and survey map . and part of the property 507.75 sq.ft occupied by next house owner with the support of SBI KARUR. This is a preplanned plan from SBI. Yesterday I met the branch manager he told At the time of auction I am not duty in the branch so I am not responsible for this matter. SBI chaeated to us We have somany complaints to SBI BUT NO RESPONSE. Please help me to extend of our area
