Dear Sir,

Kindly check your call centre record between 25 sept’15 to 4 Oct’15 you will find the recorded call that I had called to find out what would be the interest amount if I paid partial payment from the outstanding dues.

Refer Credit Card No. [protected] and card hold Name : Deepak B More

Total Outstanding dues payable on 5th October’15 was Rs.32, 220/- & the partially amt paid as per conversation is Rs.9000/- against the total outstanding dues.

I was told that the interest would be charged on balance amount at the rate of 3.35% + GST only and the amount would be less then Rs.1000/-buck including GST.

Now I have recd monthly credit card statement on 15th October’’15 as per the same, I noticed that you have charged Rs.2124.35 as interest & GST of Rs.297.41

Now, I want to know the calculation and why the misleading information was provided to customer by your call centre executive, if I was told correct information I would have paid complete dues instead of paying hefty interest now.

You are requested to kindly check my previous record whereby you will find I have paid all the outstanding on time.

Hope you will address this issue immediately otherwise I will pay dues on due date and will close the credit card forever.

    Dear Sir/Ma'am, I recently relocated to Gurgaon from Ahmedabad and went to SBI, SME BRANCH M G ROAD GURGAON to open a saving account. I asked to provide a form for opening a new account and was asked to wait, i waited for around 25 mins with 2 reminders before being finally attended to, then the bank representative rudely asked me why I want to open a new account? I told him that i moved to Gurgaon from Ahmedabad and wish to open a new account in the city where i am living. The representative told me that no new account can be opened and i have to transfer my account from previous branch. I said to him that as per my knowledge any individual can have multiple account but CIF(customer identification number must remain same). The bank representative rudely told me that he knows rules much better than me. Post this he did not even listen to me any further. I told him that I would like to meet branch manager and he said do whatever you wish to do and dont waste my time. Infact he told me that this branch does not deal with opening saving bank account and i have come to incorrect branch. I have never come across such rude behaviour ever. I tried to reach out to the branch manager but I believe he is too busy to listen to customers. I have been maintaining three accounts with SBI 1)saving account 2) education loan account and 3)PPF account and the reason for associating with SBI only for so long has been because I always got basic service from bank, infact IIM Vastrapur, ahmedabad branch where I had both my loan and saving account is one of the most professional and humble team that I have seen. But my experience at the MG ROAD branch was horrific; leave apart not opening my account, but I am still surprised that how a bank representative can attend to customers so rudely inside his office in front of all for such small basic query. I would seek your help on below 3 things 1) Kindly check to ensure that the staff maintains basic courtesy while handling customers. 2) Incase, of grievance how can a customer reach out to branch manager in the branch itself immediately ? 3) And incase you are interested to allow me to open a new saving account at this branch, kindly let me know ? I would like to get revert from your side on the above points especially point 1 and 2; as I can open a new account in any other bank public or private and I am not only dependent on SBI for the same. I am posting same compliant to SBI officials also via email(sbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in, chairmansbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in, dgm.[protected]@sbi.co.in) hoping atleast from somewhere I will get a revert.

        I am working as Head Typist, DRM/O/Genl.Branch, Hubli. I am having SB Account in SBI, Keshwapur Main Branch, Hubli through which I am drawing salary from 1996 onwards. On 3rd Oct’2015, when I could not get Rs.6000/- cash from Karnataka Bank ATM due to server problem, after 20 min again I tried to draw Rs.6000/- which was dispensed. When I checked my account through internet I found that Rs.12, 000/- was debited from my account. I lodged a written complaint on the SBI prescribed format with above branch on 7th Oct’2015. Till 15th Oct’2015, my complaint was not resolved. On 15th Oct’2015, at 12.30 hours which I enquired about the same, the SBI Complaint Dealer told that my complaint is with the Branch Manager and it would be resolved in the evening or tomorrow. On the same day at 06.00 pm, I received a phone call from one Mr.Om Prakash Agarwal, who introduced himself as SBI Manager, M C Branch, Gandhinagar, Bangalore and also gave me the Bank code. Further, he conveyed all the details which I had written in the Complaint form, like Name, Address, Cell No., A/C No., ATM Card No, my complaint details also the Complaint Ticket No.and asked me to confirm the same. As the details he conveyed were correct, I believed that he is an authorized person from SBI. Also, as the above SBI Complaint Dealer had told me that the complaint would be resolved in the evening or next day, I believed it is related to my complaint itself. He asked me to read the SMS which I would receive very soon. As I read the SMS which contained OTP No., I found that my account was being debited to the tune of Rs.49, 496/- within 10 minutes.           My mother deposited cheque on favor of my name. As per bank rule bank statement should state that my mother has deposited cheque. But SBI Warananagar has written false transaction description and bank statement show that cheque is deposited by me. Even I received SMS that cheque has deposited by me. As per bank statement description, it looks like cheque has deposited by self. Also from Income Tax perspective it looks like I had deposited cheque by self and will be counted as self income. I had complained for same for two times, but it is not yet corrected. Regards

              Dear Sir/Mam, Please help me, as I am a senior citizen, retired, old illiterate man to get hard earned money back to my account. I am a Central Government Retired-wireman from C.P.W.D. and almost illiterate person, applied for a pensioner loan Amounted Rs. 1, 50, 000 (one lakh fifty thousand) from SBI Bank, Branch at Himmat Puri, Trilok Puri, Delhi-110091, and details incident report is hereunder:- 16.10.2015 1157 hrs. Disbursal of loan happen, on the same evening i got a call on my Banking-registered Mobile from [protected] Mr. Alok Shrivastava, claimed to be officer from SBI and asking for 6 digits i had received in my inbox to Activate my Debit Card, and talk you tommorow to help. 17.10.2015 10.30.00 hrs+ Alok Shrivastava from [protected] asked me that i am activating and sending msg from SBI please tell me that 6 digit number I shared the 6 digits i received i.e. 670393 in message from BX-SBIACS then again I shared the 6 digits i received i.e. 542866 in message from BX-SBIACS dated 17.10.2015 10.30.05 am and so on as he said you are telling wrong number then said number was reversed in order sending another message tell me new 6 digits number you received.. oh server was very slow that was expired in 15 min. sending new 6 digits, tell me this one... and so on... 18.10.2015 i went to withdraw amount Rs. 10, 000 from ATM and got SMS about balance is Rs. 38449.64 i was surprised and asked that tele caller to help about this wrong balance and he again asked me for new 6 digits received on my mobile to make necessary corrections. On Sunday afternoon my son came to visit and found me tensed he realize the situation & asked/helped me to dial SBI Helpline to block the card Immediately, its has been blocked now via After blocking the card I tried to dial that number [protected] but it is continue switched off now.                           Sbi is charging 50 rs for depositing the cash to my own account from any other branch of sbi.. then why is this internet banking mobile banking onli banking...

                          They r not aacepting deposit slips

                          Cdm machines are always either full or out of service..

                          Deposit machines at banks arnt accepting my own debit card. and ii can deposit maxs 25000. If wanna deposit more you will have to pay rs 50 again.

                          forgot internet banking password.. i hav to visit my home branch. this all..

                          Launched complaint at sbi customer care.. reply was, complaint has been resolved but what was d resolution.. yet i dont know.

                          Such an stupid banking...

                          whats all this...

                          Why dont they follow professional service like AXIS BANK.

                            I opened an SB account in SBI Parkal ADB on 7/10/15 submitted all the doccuments ( adhar card, pancard, electricity bill, my appointment orde). they isued account( AC. [protected], SHALU T MATHEW) and on 8th i put 5000 rs and a DD Rs 61413. but the manager has been freezed my account with out informing me. i enquired about and he is not responding clearly.

                              I have been using SBI credit card for a while. I thought of over burden and reduced my usage on the credit card and followed by i closed my credit card. the mistake i did is i kept Rs. 1000/- case balance in my account. and raised a request to close the account. Then only i could see the real face, they asked me share my bank account details to deposit the remaining amount to my account. but i a week i came to know they deposited Rs. 200/- and followed by the charged me annual fee and some service tax etc and send a monthly statement that i have to pay back of Rs. 100/-. When i check with customer care service they are saying "We don't have any option to close the account and pay back all the money to you SB account" and I need to pay the remaining money. and They given advice "If you raise request to activate the account back and get use of it. You have to use the credit card no other option". Now i'm in a situation i need to apply for the credit card by paying additional money to get my account activated and use whatever the amount remaining.

                                    Sir, my balance deducted from my account .no message come, when i visited to ATM at evening balance shows then i take mini statement, i called SBI helpline they take information from me around 15 minute, generate TPIN but not giving any information said we are not updated .when i said to register complain they strictly refuse to register .

                                      ACC ltd. is the First and regular customer since last 20 years with SBI Cement Nagar branch Dist. Chandrapur (Maharashtra) We are frequently facing the problem in getting the DD, bank branch is not able to print the DD instrument, some times dual signing authority not available. Bank statement printing is almost not working for last one year.

                                        OTP reception proves damp squib for Internet Banking users | Feedback cum complaint Hi, I am holding an account in State Bank of India bearing Account Number XXXXXXX7632. I have the internet banking active for the same account number. I have lodged a complaint for an issue to the State bank of India customer service couple of times for past 3 years. I am unable to receive the OTP on my registered mobile number while making online transactions via net banking. I even changed the reception mode of OTP from text to voice still it it not working. Actually I am not the only customer whose faces such issue, majority of the customers face the same issue. Sometimes it work sometimes not. What is wrong with the State Bank of India? If you people are not able to provide OTP facility feasible and working for customers then why to provide? Do your lack network servers so the OTP generation facility remains congested? Cannot you afford to upgrade your network servers which provide OTP facility? Then provide us an alternative way like verifying online transactions by providing profile password or by receiving OTP through registered email. If you really are the General Manager, I hope you will keenly look into the matter and provide customers hassle free service regarding the same.
