Sub: Incomplete transfer of the account. Dear Sir/Madam, I have an account in SBI in which it has been taken when i was studying.now i completed my education and i want to transfer the branch account from Moubhandar(1484) branch to Hosur Branch.The account has been transferred but the CIF No has not been changed. But here i got a problem that my CIF no has not been changed. This shows the irresponsibility of the people working over there.My work is getting disturbed because of this matter .Plz acknowledge this matter.I request you transfer my CIF no Waiting for your reply..     To all concerned authorities of SBI,

    In July 2015, I had transferred SB account from Marathahalli Branch at Bangalore to Pavagada branch in Tumkur district, Karnataka. But, my branch name is not updated in internet banking.

    So, to resolve this, I had submitted an application along-with a photo id, to my new branch at Pavagada. But, problem not resolved.

    I had even tried talking with concerned branch officials but no gain.

    With respect to this, 3 complaints have been raised to sbi customer care. Ticket numbers of the complaints are :
    IB[protected] dated 29/10/2015
    AI[protected] dated 2/11/2015
    TA[protected] dated 3/11/2015

    I have also sent a mail to "gm.[protected]@sbi.co.in" seeking for a resolution on 3/11/2015. But, no resolution.

    None of these complaints are properly addressed and the worst part is still my problem is not resolved.

    I would request you resolve ASAP.

          I have newly received a Credit Card No.[protected]. My monthly statements have been wrongly sent to some other email id and nearly for more than one year I have not received any statement. I use to pay bill amount only due to the amount shown through SMS and I have no idea about the details of the bills. Please change the email id and send 12 months bills for our records. More over I am not getting proper pin number to operate the credit card. I request you to take immediate action to regularise the above matter.

                My complaint regarding fraudulently withdrawn amount of Rs 1.02 lacs from my account by Mr SYED holding Saving account No[protected], in Canara Bank at Jabalpur (MP). I.F.S.C code of the Bank is CNRB0000159. before this mis-happening a telephonic call received from Phone No +[protected] at 8.32 AM on 07/11/2015. This number belongs to Customer Care SBI Cards. It means some one of SBI cards who call me also involved in this Fraud and helped Mr SYED for cheating. I would like to find out the employee of SBI card who involve in this Fraud. The matter reg to register and enquire the matter is under consideration with Hon'ble SSP Chandigarh vide Reference No PW[protected] dated 07/11/15 at 14.21 PM. Apart from this telephone calls received at Mob No [protected] and [protected] during 7.30 AM to 9.30AM on 07/11/15 help the investigation officer to book the person who are invilved in this fraud.                   ORDER #[protected] is done from Amazon India. For this order the amount 560 is debited from my credit card. during transaction, the amount is debited but amazon india hasn't charged for it and the delivery was converted into Cash. So I have written an email to SBI. They are asking for cancellation slip of Amazon. Amazon has already confirmed they haven't billed this from card. They collected cash.                     Sir/Madam,
                    I had my S/B Acc No. [protected] in SBI at NCL campus branch Pune for last 25 years. As it was inconvenient to operate that account after my retirement from my office, I closed that account. At that time, I was informed by the Bank officers/staff that no service charges will be deducted for this purpose, However, Bank has deducted Rs. 342/- for this. Bank website indicates that the charges for account closure would be applicable only if the account is closed within one year from its opening.The same practice is adopted by other banks also. When I approached the branch, the concerned officers informed that it was done automatically by the computer. This act by the bank is against the consumer and amounts to the hidden charges. I am a Sr. citizen of 65 years.

                    In the light of above points, I filed my complaint to SBI customer care by e-mail to : gm.[protected]@sbi.co.in on 4-8-2015. There was no response. Hence, I sent reminder on the same address on 10-9-15. Apart from, redressing my grievance, it is regretted that they did not even acknowledge the complaints. This is how, the SBI system is functioning.

                    Therefore, I am approaching your authority by this e-mail to direct the SBI authorities to refund Rs, 342/- which were erroneously deducted by them.

                    Hope that you will look in to the matter & redress my grievance. Kindly acknowledge the receipt of this e-mail with the complaint number.

                          I received a call from [protected] around 3.58 p.m. on 07/11/2015. The caller, a lady, introduced herself as calling from SBI Credit Card Department. She asked for my 16 digit credit card number, the CVV number and expiry date of the card.. She informed that since RBI has put some restrictions of Rewards Point system, my card will be blocked and I will receive a new card with 4 to 5 days. I provided her with imaginary card number, CVV number and expiry date, as being a banker myself, I understood her intention. I am making this complaint with the desire that this fake caller and all related parties are brought to book.

                            i got a call from [protected] and [protected]. they told we are from SBI care service., they told your account is been blocked, so give your card number, they there were 3 transaction. where 9750+4000+440 was been taken from my account, so kind refund the money.

                              We have applied for an educational loan before 1YR but they are going on extending time to sanction the loan, even though we have submitted the require documents.
                              I joined PGDM programme in Dhruva college of Management, Hyderabad, depending on the loan. But, now I'm have been stopped from writing semester examinations due to non-payment of the fee. ill not be allowed to take a further class also. so please resolve my problem .

                                I have added my SBI account for Google Adsense's payment received.

                                Google has released my payment on last month(21 oct 2015) but still i am not getting my payment from sbi.

                                i have also cross check with google and they gave me proof of successful transaction. but when i went to SBI with proof they said they don't know about anything and they cant help me even no one has looked my proof.
                                i am very disappointed with SBI service. there is no one who help us.

                                i am attaching proof of my payment here. plz anyone help me if you can or guide me what to do.

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  I have been writing several emails daily to you but have never heard back on time. Yesterday I have written at least a dozen times but have never heard back.

                                  What is wrong with your system? I need to take up this issue seriously with your authority. And I am forced to lodge a complain against your company.

                                  I have authorised my wife Mrs. Radhika Sarkar, mobile no. [protected] to speak to you and get the details several times by writing email to you. But she is not informed anything about my request. She makes calls daily to your helpline no. but every time she listens to the same thing that "we are sorry, we cannot divulge any information to anyone except the cardholder".

                                  I am repeatedly writing that currently I am out of the country and since I am currently staying abroad and my cell phone is not roaming for which I am unable to call you. Therefore I have authorised my wife to get information from you. But you have never paid any attention to the same.

                                  Now I am asking you once again to kindly update me on the status of my request as today is 06 Nov and as per your email you are supposed to write to me by 04 Nov about the status.

                                  I have written to you several times and again writing that I want you to cancel my last transaction as it was not made by me but someone hacked my card for which my credit card no. [protected] has been deactivated by you.

                                  Reply back early or else I have to go to consumer court or cyber crime branch of Indian police as I want my money back.

                                        I have opened my SBI account through SBI kiosk in Kolkata in the Salkia, Howrah branch. My debit card was issued through the machine in the kiosk. I lost my debit card after a few years as my wallet was stolen and I went to my branch to get a new debit card issued. They said I don't have an account there and hence will not issued a debit card. On the second visit, they said I have an account there and I already have a debit card so another card will not be issued. I told them that my card has already been blocked but they didn't agree. So, I don't have a debit card now.
