Dear, what is this, even I have balance in my SBI A/C. But due to insufficient balance in ATM machine why should I suffered. Every time SBI deducting 17+9 = 26 INR in my AC. (even how public knows whether ATM machine have money or not) NO.1 worst bank in India. Now a days Banks are starting to doing robbery’s from the publics.( in foreign country’s not like that)

    Lines under "" inverted text are written by SBI team. "we sincerely regret the inconvenience that may have been caused to you" Don't show me your fake REGRET, in reality you don't mean it. "your bill generation date can be changed from 17th to 21st only of every month" What kind of joke is going on here?? On 13th Oct, 2015 you informed me via email that I can choose any date from 1 to 25, I choose 25 then you asked for my security check details and NOW, you are saying as per your card type, I can only select 17 to 21, NOW answer my QUESTION. 1. Am I kidding with you people from 4 months and you are giving me the same ??? 2. If you can not change the billing date to 25th then, why you people emailed me earlier?? were you people sleeping at that time?? Haven`t you checked my card type before sending the mail to me?? 3. Why you are sending CANNED messages?? Aren't any human to write my mails?? 4. What do you people think, this is going on?? Check this screenshot:- Inline image 1 "Late Payment Fee: We would like to inform you that in case the payment of at least minimum amount due is not received by the payment due date, the late payment fee is applied at rate of 30% of minimum amount due subject to a minimum of Rs.200.00 and a maximum of Rs.750.00 plus government service tax (as per applicable charges). " Why you people are sending the same content again n again?? I have already received same content on earlier email that i received on 22nd Oct, 2015. Don't you people read previos emails before sending emails???? "Finance Charges: We would like to inform you that in case the payments are missed or outstanding on the card is received less than the total amount due/ total outstanding amount, then interest charges are applied on the balance amount, thus the payment starts revolving on the account, this is also applicable on all the fresh charges incurred, in the same month by the cardholder. The finance charge will be levied at 3.35% per month plus government service tax @ as per applicable charges. Please note that the finance charges will be calculated on opening balance as well as fresh purchases. This process continues till the complete outstanding on your card account is paid in full. We understand the concern expressed in your communication and sympathize with the difficulties faced by you. However, we are not in a position to provide any waiver on your SBI card account. We express our inability to reverse charges on your SBI Card Account. May we request you to keep clearing the minimum amount due before payment due date to prevent further accruing of late payment fee on your card account. May we request you to keep clearing the total amount due before payment due date to prevent further accruing of finance charges. Again??? You are sending me the same SAVED content again n again, I read this content earlier. Why don`t a human read my emails??? Why??? And I asked couple of question on my earlier email sent on 27th Oct, 2015, why don't I receive any answer to my question??? You people just copy and paste the copied content in email and forward it?? WHY?? I am definitely talking to the people of deaf, If not then kindly send a human drafted email that is manually written by human. I will definitely take this to consumer court, let's see if I receive proper update from consumer court or not, thanks. NO HUMANS IN SBI TEAM, JUST COPY PASTING THE CONTENT IN EMAIL, damn it. Below are the question that i asked on my earlier email sent on 22nd October, will I get reply on my earlier email???? "May we request you to keep clearing the minimum amount due before payment due date to prevent further accruing of late payment fee on your card account." Again you are repeating the same mistake, even after requesting N no. of times, I can see that my next payment date is on 10th Nov, 2015 now, how will i make the payment as i will receive my salary on 11th again the same scenario will be repeated seamlessly. Why you people don't understand a simple sentence/request that I keep telling you from June-2015?? I won't be able to pay my next bill on 10th kindly make it 15th, it's my humble request, I don't have time to keep emailing you people. "We understand the concern expressed in your communication and sympathize with the difficulties faced by you. However, we are not in a position to provide any waiver on your SBI card account." If you people are not in a position then do you think I am in a position to pay the late fee that too without my fault?? It's your teams` fault, who didn't listened to my concern and because of it, I am not liable to pay the late fee. "We express our inability to reverse charges on your SBI Card Account." If you are not capable of doing anything then, why didn't you told me in the first preference, I would have closed my account than n there itself. This charges are posted to account because of your team's` inability, I did informed them in JUNE and you accepted my request in OCTOBER and now you are saying you won't be able to reverse the charges?? Does that make sense here?? NO, it won't because, the charges posted to my account due to your team`s fault and you have to reverse it. Don't make me call your service as third class.

      from 30-Oct-2015 the SBI card came to blue dart couriour for dellivery, REf no is EV[protected] .Without any call from the dellivery boy status is updating incorrectly that "Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark Needed". If land mark is incorrect how i alredy received my credit card pin in same address i have given. I called 3 times to the custumer care but no correct response form the blue dart end.as per their statement product will be delliver today, product not yet dellivered.I need quick response from your side as soon as possible. bharadwaj.[protected]@gmail.com

            Complaint on SBI credit card application[protected] Dear Sir, I'm regularly receiving phone calls, emails & Sales person direct approach at shopping malls to apply SBI credit card, I tried to avoid as much i can but they were forced me to apply for a credit card with SBI. I'm maintains a HDFC bank credit card almost from past 10 years - No compliance from both bank and from my side as of today. but SBI is continuously force me to apply credit card with them. Unluckily i gave my documents to sales representative at Manjeera Mall Hyderabad as this guy is chasing me continuously when ever i go for shopping to Hyper City. I informed the sales person please don't make so many calls for that verification this verification during my office hours as i will be busy - He agreed But he violated my request and started continuous calls daily for many verifications and suffered me like a hell - i lost my patience as the verification person directly came to my office and calling me continuously even i told him i'm in busy meetings in office with my business client, he didn't cared and he blackmailing me that i will put a remark that you are not available at this address. i fed up with his attitude and told him its in appropriate to meet me in my office hours come and meet me at my home address. Finally i allowed him to meet me at my office and i waited for him more than 45 minutes in the evening time ( wasted my office hours). But that guy didn't come and finally i came to know that my credit card application is rejected. I'm shocked - I didn't approach SBI for a credit card and what is this non-sense verification process to waste my office time and why CIBIL score should impact due to SBI marketing stratagies on poor public like me. I decided now to fight for justice - i'm least bothered about issuing a credit card because it is painful to maintain a credit card with such bank who don't have values on public credit scores. Hence logging complaints in all the ways for Justice.                   I have come across so many problems regarding SBI work . when ever i need to have any thing i have to visit my HOME Branch that is what they are saying . I have internet banking too and then also i dont have full privillege . Then what is the use of Netbanking ?? And why we have so many branches when they are not linked and they dont work for other branch customers . So for each small thing i need to visit my home branch which is 300km from where i m now . So i think its just a waste of resources . They are not providing the full details ever . And the most important the customer service : they dont know what is going on in the branch they are not updated timely so how they can even help us . I m really very upset with all this bank thing . please Dont call it as STATE BANK OF INDIA .. rather then you can call it as Village bank .

                    Dear Sir, I have SBI Credit Card, I received a call from this Mob no.([protected]) from Master and Visa Verification Department at SBI Kerela on 3rd Nov-2015. She (executive) told me that SBI Bank will Issue a new master Discount Card on behalf of my existing Credit card with no any Extra payment She Verified my C Card code and reset OTP once . Immediately they Debited Rs 7705/- without my knowledge on the name Deals Mantra_epay Kerala So kindly help me and recredited in my account. So I Can't Liable to Pay this amount. So please Solve My Problem and Save me from This Fraud.

                      I had apply international debit card but sbi branch sen me classic visa debit card after that i complained on customer care which complaine no is CS[protected]. sbi branch called me before some time and told me its your fault. my old classic debit card charges 100/ which cut for one year, its gone loss.so want return my 100 rupees.

                          Last 8-9 months i haven't received any statement for my SBI Credit card. earlier i am receiving the same on my office address as well on email address. but last 8-9 months i am receiving the same on my email but its doesn't open after entering my credit card number as password. Few days back. i came to know that my credit card number has been changed by bank without sending new credit card to me, even bank doesn't intimate me via call or any email or any letter. i was trying to opened card statement with old credit card number which is with me currently. i have sent many emails about card statement not opening on email to SBI but i have not received any revert from bank, also i have tried customer care numbers but it's took me 20-25 minutes to connect. my query has not solved here also. In this 8-9 months, bank has charged me interest as much as they can without any inquiry, they don't even reply on my emails, .I have all the emails which i have sent to bank in last 8-9 months. I have told this issue several times to your collection agent, but instead o[censored]nderstanding or raising this issue to bank, they keep calling me and harass me to pay my dues. Without knowing my dues, how can i pay my credit card bill. i am requesting here to you reverse the charges which bank levied me last 8-9 months. this is bank mistake that they didn't inform me about card number changed and due to this my dues are increased.                             SBI is the worst Bank in India. All the time I have faced some problems. Related to check clearance, cash deposit, cash withdrawal. Even they are the worst working culture also. They open at 10.00 Am, lunch time 1300 to 14.00 hrs, and they close at 4.00 pm. What the hell. Even they don't have required manpower. So many times I have seen the empty cubical's. Looking forward for the Ache din... I don't know somebody is looking after this website or not...

                              I am an income tax assessee (PAN :AFLPR7386E). I have no account or other connection with the above branch. From Form 26AS related to this PAN, I noticed some entries indicating that the Ramdaspeth branch of State Bank of India has paid me a sum of Rs 23440 and that sum of Rs 2346 was deducted therefrom as TDS for Assessment Year[protected]. I have sent several email messages and also a letter dated 8-Oct-2015 to the bank giving all details. From details collected by me from other sources, I understand that these payments were actually made to one "RADHA PANICKER, B/4, PARYAVARAN NAGAR, SOMALWADA, NAGPUR, 440025" on account of interest due on Account No: [protected]. Despite several communications, the bank has not made corrections on Form 26AS. I am residing in Kerala and my address is Radha Panicker, Friends Lane, Thottakkattukara, Aluva, 683108, Ernakulam District. The "Radha Panicker" mentioned in the previous paragraph is a different person. Apparently, the bank has used my PAN instead of the PAN of the party residing in Nagpur.

                                I had registered a complaint on 12.10.15 reg. excess payment of Rs. 5000/- for traction on 24.08.15 which i was not actually done. After 18 days on telephone inquiry SBi card representative replied that my complaint has been closed to say that i shared otp with third party. I already explained that this traction was not done by me. SBI says it is not responsibility of SBI cards. teh payment was transfered by fake dealer/ official of SBI cards becauce he delivers all details me and deduct Rs. 5000/- to transfer it to PAY U Gurgaon. it is a responsibility of sbi cards to verify my amount as it was transfered by sbi card to PAY U wallet. Request, please direct the concerned comapny to verify and refund my amount . with regard, Jagdish Raj SBI card hoder.

                                  I have deposited my cheque worth of 366, 880 in my sbi bank account(electronic atm kiosk. i have a receipt of my payment too) (account no:[protected]) on 17th october 2015 but its not yet cleared. i have been calling them but i couldnt get any proper answer nor a solution and finally today when i called them they are telling me that they couldnt find the details on their system. all these days they were saying that because of many holidays we couldnt clear it so it might take some more days but i was shocked that my cheque details were not even present on their system. i need my amount with interest. i have been saving little money in post office for years and finally i received a cheque from post office and i deposited in my sbi account. my brothers marriage got settled and i wanted to use that money for his marriage but i did not expect this from sbi.. my cheque number is 243820 i am 20 kms away from my home branch. i cant keep on going to my bank to find about it. im a teacher. please can you help me on this date:17/10/2015 time:9.54 am client number: [protected]
