Hi sir/ madam,
Barotha (Branch code - 030239) sbi bank manager behavior is very rudely towards customer. He dnt know how to talk with everyone. He is using very bad language and threatening me. This is not at all fair to deal with customers with such a worst behavior and careless word. Please its a request take strict action towards him. Many people are closed account in state bank of india barotha. Please do need full.

1 day they told me you have to submit foarm
2 day they said you see this poster and do yourshelf
3 day manager was not present
4 all set but i diddnt get my username and password


please take some action in all sbi bank the managers are behave like king.

    I have an account in your branch amreli (Gujarat). I fill one ipo from my account. But not awarding sharese. My account to hold this ipo amount in hold still today even though ipo already release.
    Please do need full in this matter. I already complain to amreli branch but manager not responding properly. And manager says that i don't know how to operate this type of problem. So context main branch.

Fild officer ne bola ki close hue statement nai milti aur sath hi his attitude is not gud of way of talking and also other than staf talking way is very bad. Mtlab sab ke sab bss pagal bnate hai na bt karne ke pta. Fild officer (Sardar ji) ko toh apke bt kerne ka bhi nai pta bs unko ullu bnana aata hai. Plz eske uper ap action lijiye pta nai kitne logo ka vo pagal bnate honge.

        On dated 18may at 01.50pm i used my atm card for withdrawn 10000 cash in saraswat atm but unfortunately in atm there is seen some error and i got message 10000 cash debited in my account and cash is also not withdrawn into atm machine.. I called 4-5 times in sbi customer service but they are told me again and again there is no any seen updation on me account. Also in my sbi branch not picking up my phone. I am so irritated now. Please help me as soon as possible.

          I had visited uttam nagar branch and a1 jankapuri branch but both the branches refused to issue a draft. Both the branches give me the same issue of printer not working. As i have a account in chennai branch one of the officials at a1 janakpuri branch says i can only take a draft in the beach where i have an account. I kindly request you to do the needful and not create a fuss to the customer.

            1.I opened an account in SBI, I applied for ATM Card . I dint receive it in time.After asking the officials for two weeks they said they havent applied for it (a mistake from their side). So i had to apply for it again .
            2. I applied for Net banking, I received the pw. But till date i havent received the Login ID yet from them even after asking them a number of times.
            3. However i retreived the user id, now when i try to login i find that the DOB is not updated hence i cannot access net banking and i have to again submit an application to update DOB .

            In all cases a mistake from their side but it is me that i have to suffer.

              Cash deposited in machine but it was not debited to account

              Today morning, i have deposited some amount at sbi.
              After inserting denominated cash in to the machine and i have selected the enter option then no more further instruction was displayed/passed and it was hanged/strucked.
              I was given a complaint to the concerned officer of the same branch, he told it will take 2-3 days to check the accounts of the machine, if once the excess amount comes then the branch manager deposits the...

              I got an offer regarding up gradation of my existing sbi credit card but have not received the new card till now. I have called at help desk number of sbi and the customer executive replied that i will get the card within 10 days, but i'm afraid that till now no card has been received. (4 to 5 months) not received.

              Since now days purchasing things and going around is bit tough without a credit card.

              Kindly look into the process and i hope that i will get a positive response from your end.

                As i visited many times in my nearest sbi home branch (Code 07096). The sbi employees who are represent their self as a customer assistance but they were not providing proper service on the other hand they had busy in their personal work (Like calling, gossip, & etc) so its my request to take some required changes and improve services in a quick way. Because i don't think so their personal work is much more important than their consumers

                  In quikr website i saw add sbi jobs work form home under jobs section. I applied and they responded asking my address and told i need to pay 2100rs so that i will get working kit/ bsnl sim card/memory. I got vp post saying i need to pay 2100 rs. I paid thinking it is working kit.In that 3 blank papers are there and 1 letter saying to confirm your address we sent this. Now you will get your working kit through courier and call to this number [protected]. So, i called and said i paid 2100 rs to postman. He asked for job id that is written on post. I said and he replied saying we are processing your working kit. Tomorrow our person will come and give demo. Next day i got call around 10a. M, saying we will send 58300rs cheque as it is advance payment but you need to transfer 5, 300rs to our account as it is 10% dd commission to bank manager. I said i dont have that much money. You deduct 5, 300 and send remaining. He refused to do so and talked very harshly. His name is rajesh kumar. I sensed some fraud as they are asking money again. So, i refused i cant pay. He demanded saying if you want this job, you must pay orlese we wont give this job.

                  Anyhow i lost 2100rs.

                    I want to inform the senior authorities of state bank of india about the increase in mismanagement in their branches. Today i went to the bank for the opening of my account. Firstly i want to tell that this was my third visit to the bank for the same thing because someday the person who is responsible for opening account was not present, another day they were not free, and now i am asked to come after two day to take my account number.
                    Besides this, the passbook entry is also not being done since three days, not even on the third day today of my another account. What i saw in the bank was its miserable condition, lack of manpower or management, but the customers are not served in the way they should be.
                    They always say, "the server is down, you have to wait but for how long we cant tell". If this happens one day, it is tolerable. But if starts happening daily, i want to say please do something.
                    Today, the limit was that a miserable person was about to cry today, he was requesting every person joining his hands please help please help me. That moment i decided that this is too much, someone has to say this. When i asked what happened. He said he comes from really far village and this is the third continuous day he is coming to the bank to get the entry done but today also they are saying the computer is not working. He cried and said please help me. Everyone raised their voice, but the employees said they could not help. I want to ask then who will help, who is going to serve the customers of the bank if even on the third day their work has not been done.
                    Another case of today only, a old person whose flight was at noon today for bangalore was waiting for his draft done which he requested for two days back and he was told to come today and pick it at 10 am in the morning. But when he came today the draft was not ready, he shouted that he had his flight, then they tried to help him.
                    But what about that poor person who had to leave again on the third day without being served and no guarantee that his work will be done tomorrow or not.
                    My suggestion to the bank is please keep a feedback box in every branch so that each and every person can write to you his problem and complaint. I am writing to you but not everyone can write like this. Please take that complaint box seriously and read our complaints to serve the customers in the better way. Please guide your employees at kavinagar branch.

                      I have done online purchase for rs 1378 but money gateway failed due to which money haven't reach to merchant, in such situations money should revert back within 7 days other wise i can log a complaint against bank in consumer forum.

                      I have logged so many complaints in sbi but nobody is taking it seriously or entertaining my complaints and without any notifications and confirmation they are closing my complaint tickets..!!!

                      This is damn ridiculous and frustrating...!! Its been 3 weeks now i am waiting my money to get back in account.

                          My name is sahdev jadhav. I have opened my daughter's account in sbi, tuljapur (Branch code: 3674). My daughter's name is miss. Snehal s. Jadhav (Minor) and her account number is [protected].
                          Initially bank has not given me passbook for few month's later on they have given a passbook with wrong name. When i told them for wrong name, they told me to submit passbook and they will replace with corrected name for which they took 2-3 months.
                          Meanwhile my daughter's scholarship (Rs. 600) credited in her account. Somebody has withdrawn that money from her account with fake signature.
                          This was happened thrice so total rs.1800 withdrawn from her account. I came to know about these transactions, when i got correct passbook in my hand (Nov-2015).
                          When i approached to the bank, initially they have denied but later when i came to know that they have used fake signature to withdraw money. I'm sure someone from bank is involved in these transactions. When i told then to return my money, bank staff specially bank manager are using abusing language and said that you do whatever you want, we will not do anything.

                          Now i request consumer forum to help me in this case.

                              The sbi branch at sector 14, gurgaon, lists landline number[protected] as its sole contact number. The bank staff refuse to give any other contact number, mobile or otherwise.

                              But this number is also used by the bank for fax, and is almost never accessible to the public. So, if a customer wants some simple information, s/he must personally visit the branch in these hot months at risk of suffering a heat stroke.

                              This is the ugly reality of the staff and the management of sbi, irrespective of their media publicity initiatives launched from time to time to present the image of a very customer friendly bank.

                                Dear ma'm,

                                This is to bring to your notice that i am your customer for last so many years in sbi cloth market indore branch (Branch code-30020).

                                My a/c no. Is [protected] and i am the joint holder to my father mr abhay kothari.

                                I had deposited a cheque in the branch for clearing (Cheque copy attached) which was of rs.100000/- drawn on icici bank rajwada p y road branch. Cheque no is 918693 dt. 13/04/2016.
                                This same cheque got cleared for rs.10000/- in my a/c on 21/04/2016 (Copy of statement attached).

                                As soon as we came to know about the same we went to the branch where the the staff found out the cheque which was actually amounting rs.100000/-.
                                The mistake was found that the sbi claimed 10000/- for the cheque and icici too cleared the cheque by the same amount.
                                We immediately gave a letter to the branch to get the credit of full amount.
                                Next day the sbi staff might have produced a letter (Copy attached) to icici rajwada informing about the same and giving the credit of full amount.
                                After that we contacted our party (Saurabh saree emporium) about the same then they informed that the wrong entry was reversed and correct entry was passed on 28/04/2016 by icici bank.

                                Knowing this we kept following up with sbi to find out that where is the amount lying please credit it to our account. But they failed to do same till date.

                                They also sent us to sbi py road branch for further follow-up or procedure but the staff of that branch also could'nt do anything till now.
                                He just told us that he will call us as soon as he gets any clue of where the excess amount is lying.

                                Please arrange to credit the full amount of the cheque (Rs.100000/-) asap to our a/c with interest as we were not at fault anywhere and still are suffering.

                                Please debit any of your internal a/c or the a/c of staff at fault and credit my a/c immediately and then keep searching the excess amount for as long as you like.

                                  Mr. Ashoke kr. Sahoo working as a service manager in sbi haridevpur branch he doues not have any idea about customer service where he is allocated for the same. He harassed us for three hours to open an account after that when we replied for the same he said "if you want to open a account you have to open it like this or else do not open, we dont want a customer like you". I think he is representing sbi bank and being this kind of negative and unhealthy attitude towards the customer not accepted, even the brunch manager also does not have any control on that as he said go and complain who so ever you want. Kindly take immediate necessary action about this person for a long run of the organisation.
