This complaint is against SBI Sreekaryam, Trivandrum.Being a current account holder of this bank, I'm not satisfied with the way they treat the customers even if they are senior citizens. They are very harsh in nature and makes the customer uncomfortable, as we are there as beggars. An SBI employee means are they the Supreme power? Kindly consider.

    I had Rs 153000 approx in my account(Acc no: [protected]). But on 12th March 2018, I got a message saying that 1, 00, 000 is on hold. And in my net banking services, I saw the amount of 1, 00, 000 is on lien amount and balance is 53000 rs. I need to know a proper reason for the lien amount as I have no outstanding charges against the bank. Please help me clear the lien amount.

      Hi,

      A year back or so I got call from SBI credit card sales executive, and it was told me that their are no any kind of annual charges and it's lifetime free credit card, but in my first billing cycle itself I got the bill with annual charges. If it's a lifetime free credit card then how would the charges got applied and it's just getting increased day by day. I want to close this card as I am not interested in using such cards which adding charges to me without any usage.

        Amazon refund of amount rs 349 not received in my sbi account.
        Reference number 641204
        Called sbi customer care but told me to go to my home branch.

        (Your refund of rs.349 has been processed successfully on[protected]. The amount should reflect in your account by 3/5/2018.

        The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is 641204.)

        This is the mail i got from amazon.

        I haven't used ATM services for SBI/SBT for the past 1 year even though they have deducted 147.50 from my each account .

        I need the cash to be refunded to my account since i am not using ATM Services for that bank.

        I have been trying to login to download my admit card for junior associates SBI but to no avail. Also I have no idea where to complain about this. Shouldn't they at-least put up some sort of complain no. How am i supposed to download the admit card without any help, and why is this not resolved yet. Is there a no i can call?

          I[censored] cannot manage staff y go u people ask to open account n managers who do not have courtesy to speak up n admit they are wrong we can’t do anything worthless worst bank u people are..           Sorry to say about the nationalised bank doing such a silly things from poor people.and allow to loot 9800 crores.such a lousy service of State bank of india.

            Dear sir,

            A refund of 580 rupees was successfully processed on 02 march 2018 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

            I have called the state bank of india customer service and all the details are given many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

            I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

            Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

              It is requested that i have filed a complaint on 24.02.2018 but sbi has not looked into the issue. The complaint was as under:-
              I want to draw your kind attention that my account is with sbi at branch
              District court, sector 43, chandigarh. My account no. [protected]. On dated 16.02.2018 at about 12.00 noon, i went to boi atm (Code - ilu 8006) at grain market, opp. Hajirattan gurudwara bathinda. I swiped my card there for withdrawl of rs. 2000/- but no payment was come out and my account was debited immediately. I contacted boi bank bazaar branch bathinda but they said that contact your parent branch as we unable to say something about this transaction. It is my humble request that please look into the matter and please refund the amount as stated above.

              Sir please make sure the complaint be considered and the refund of rs. 2000/- be made.

              My old debit card was not swiping at atm outlets. So I applied for new atm card almost 1.5 yrs back. This year on 22.2.18 I am charged ATM annual fee for both the cards. Where in I am not using the old card. At branch was told to me that old card will get blocked automatically. Kindly reverse the amount back...Do the needful.

                  I have transferred huge amount from sbi netbanking through imps transfer to other bank, but the status is showing pending and its very urgent for me to get my money tranferred asap, can anyone help me with this.
                  Its very very urgent for me.
                  I am already very late in doing payment because of online banking.
                  I have transferred 10k at first to check if it is working fine or not, which got transferred easily, but after that i transfer a huge amount which is still pending since 2 days. I need urgent solution for this.

                    Sir, I was trying to pay the amount for the form fill up of NIOS deled cource on 27feb 2018, but amount was deducted from my SBI account but payment status was not completed that is I need to pay again for confirmation. I treid again and success but last amount deducted from my account is not refunded. Require amount for one trainee is 760. For two tarinee is Rs. 1520 (i.e. deducted amount from myacciunt) .                       I m from gondia maharastra my self chandresh madhwani i m owner of a hotel beside ur sbi proposed land jaystambh chowk in gondia city since last 3 year ur local sbi offices not visited and ur land actualy in the heart of city totly converted in a jungle. I personally visited and complent ur bm so many times but sorry to say u no body is intrested in swachh bharat abhiyan.. Many pigs dogs are living there all offices drops thair garbage drops there. Illegal persons are doing there illegal activities also... Lot o[censored]nnecessary jungle type tree grow up and so many lizard s living n came in our premises.. How inponsible ur..
                      Ur carors property damages our business. And also disturbing our peaceful life.
                      Bank is not for only riches.. It is also for normal people.. I[censored] fail for above complent.. We will admit pitition in the court...

                            There was a fraud transaction in my account and they returned my money back and they had hold it as lien amount and i spoke to the bank manager but he is helpless due to lack of knowledge. I am not sure who should i contact and gave all the information to bank manager but still no response.

                            They had send me compliant was resolved and to contact the branch or customer care department but amount was showing as lien amount I had approached you because the employees working in the branch has no knowledge about that and I was not able to contact customer care as I am out of station what should I do now already my brother approached the bank and gave all the necessary information but still no reply from them

                              How this works. Without informing or contacting customer. Haven't recieved any call or updates from bank yet. Tried calling to branch but no response. Contacted customer care, however they advise to contact branch. I don't stay near to my home branch. I have no idea how do bank like sbi.

                              With reference to the given number igaczopkm3 as given to me by amazon for the amount rs1198 has been initated to me by amazon via neft but the same has not yet been credited in my sbi bank account.
                              Now the problem is that i tryed many a times to convince sbi customer care but they are unable to solve my problem or else are not trying to solve the issue.

                                  I had cleared the complete outstanding amount on my sbi credit card (Zero balance) and raised the request for closer of credit card, issue for noc and update the cibil report. And they gave me the reference numbersthread id:1-dgr32s6] and[protected]. When i called sbi customer care for issue noc, every time they are saying that, noc will be reached to my mailing address in 1 week.
                                  As of now i did not receive such letter or communication from their end. It became very difficult thing for me.
                                  When i had paid complete outstanding on that credit card….. Why they are not able to provide noc to me.

                                  My balance is deducted but status shows payment declined by bank at paytm website.help to refund my balance earlier as possible I shall be thankfull for this

                                    1 reporting of lost card no xxxx in the name of vg (Details given more than 10 times over 90 minutes on toll free no as stated in website.
                                    2 incorrect information displayed on website and no cooperation from 24x7 call center

                                    Dear sir,

                                    I would like to report lost foreign travel card no [protected] in the name of vg. The same has been informed, verified by your 24x7 call center [protected] (As stated on your website) many times. I was informed by your 24x7 call center that i have to send email to above address and card would be blocked.

                                    In first call (At 18.27 pm on 10/3/2018 lasting 20 mins approx) i was asked all details and all were verified and person confirmed that he is about to block the card (Refer mr. Bipin (Supervisor, mr abhijit and one more person) and suddenly the call center cancelled / dropped the call (Check recording)
                                    In second call (At 18.47 on 10/3/2018 lasting 33 mins) i was asked all details again and than was told that i have to go to branch in gwalior to block the card, than i was told to write email (From any email account) to [protected]@sbi.co.in to block the card. On asking about my previous call where the card was about to be blocked they said that they are not aware of that call.

                                    We informed sbi (On 24x7 call center line as stated on sbi website under foreign travel card section) that
                                    1) website states the 24x7 call center no and i have informed sbi for blocking the card. I also told them that i had written a email (On 22-dec-2017 5:25 pm details mentioned below) on [protected]@sbi.co.in on but in response "the group prepaid only accepts messages from people in its organization or on its allowed senders list, and your email address isn't on the list.". As email will not be accepted so we asked for another email which they said they dont have any other email.
                                    This was communicated to authorised 24x7 call center of sbi as stated on sbi website.

                                    Issues :-

                                    1 need to block above mentioned foreign travel card
                                    2 need to issue a new card / transfer money lying in the prepaid foreign travel card to bank in usa of vg.
                                    3 need to know action taken report on
                                    A) why is incorrect no mentioned on official website of sbi and people attending to the same including the supervisor are unable to give coordinates or correct phone no, or any valid email id or any details of how to block prepaid foreign travel card (Yatra card)
                                    B) reason why a customer like me who has paid in advance for prepaid card be harrassed for many hours which can be done in couple of minutes.
                                    C) how does sbi expect a person in a foreign country to come to gwalior for blocking of a prepaid card and for issue of a new card (As stated by sbi official 24x7 call center which is also recorded) which again is contrary to details given on website (https://prepaid.onlinesbi.com/SBICMS/jsp/Portals/jsp/foreignCard.jsp)

                                    D) please explain to me how to block a forign travel card, which is 24x7 call center line which can help the customer for this, and why should one take this much harassment from sbi call center where in couple of mins the person stand changes from about to block to cannot block.

                                    E) rbi - as per rbi requirement specially point no 14 of rbi circular rbi/[protected]/16 dpss.co. Pd. Ppi. No.01/02.14.006/2016-17 july 01, 2016 has not been followed and phone no stated on website is incorrect (They refused the transaction of blocking the card) or they are incompetent (Non awareness / please check the recording). This is clearly a grave deficiency / mistake in sbi banking system. Why the same sould not be reported to rbi for grave deficiency in services of the biggest bank of india.

                                    We request you to kindly block the above card and either transfer money to card holder account in usa or issue a new card.
                                    State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      Subject: charge dispute "refund not processed"

                                      Dear sir,

                                      A refund of rupees 198 was successfully processed on 27 feb 2018 to my account by amazon. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now but i have not received the refund till now.
                                      My account no. Is [protected]

                                      I have called the state bank of india service and give them refund reference number "igaczpkbz7" but nobody resolved the problem. No action is been taken.

                                      I have confirmed with amazon they have successfully processed the refund
                                      Requesting you to please look into this matter and help me in getting my refund. It will be very helpful from your end
