While opening a savings account, I was told that Demat account is free of charge and was not told about the hidden maintenance charges. For past two years, SBI has been deducting around 500 without intimating me about the charges.

I had asked to close the Demat account, but no action has been taken yet and I am still being charged for the same.

Please close the Demat account and refund my Rs.1000 which were charged without my knowledge.

    Very very worst security on your personal data at sbi bank. They will sell your personal data like anything. If you accept any of their service, then you should forget your privacy. They will sell all of your details all brokers who is doing all kind of illegal activities.
    Try some other good credit card banks not sbi.

    0% data security.

    I have personally experienced this issue in my life. I just accepted their plan. From next day on wards, i get call from everywhere like "sir, this call for ac verification", "sir, this call for your company verification", "sir, this call for your income verification"... Such a # call everyday.
    I'm getting the same call "x 5+" times in a week.

    Worst... Bank...

        Hello,

        I want to bring to your notice a case of pathetic customer service and negligence in resolving a customer issue from sbi online service and iim lucknow branch. Here is sequence of activities happened.

        May 17-18: i was in bali, nusa lembongon island and tried to withdraw cash from an atm (Bni bank) there.

        May 20 -21st : i came back to india from bali.

        May 30th: i got sms messages from sbi stating that cash withdrawal (Four transactions of close to inr 10, 000 each totaling to inr 40, 209) happened from atms in bali using my card while the card is with me. I immediately blocked my card and raised a complaint with sbi customer care within 2 days on receiving the messages as this is a clear case of atm fraud activity (I suspect my card is cloned and used for cash withdrawal)

        June: i was promised a correct resolution within 45 days of complaint receipt. But the resolution was not provided.in fact, after 45 days the original complaint (Complaint #: [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]) was closed and a new complaints (At[protected], at[protected], at[protected], at[protected] were raised. However, no resolution was provided and the complaints were closed without my consent and concern.

        July 17th: frustrated with the process, i have contacted my branch office for the resolution (Please refer the trailing mail). But there is no response from the branch even after multiple reminders (Mails and calls).

        Oct 2nd: dropped multiple mails to gm. [protected]@sbi.co.in but there is no response till date.

        As per rbi rules, if an unauthorized transaction is reported to the bank within three days of such transaction, the liability shall be with the bank to pay the customer to the tune of the loss incurred by the customer from such transactions.

        Request you consider this case on priority basis (This has been going on for more than 3 months) and provide a quick resolution. (Returning the lost amount to my account).

          After consulting the SBI card helpline an amount of Rd 1912.55 was due and accordingly a payment of Rs 1913/: was paid by me. After making payment following massage has been received.
          We have received payment of Rs.1, 913.00 via Debit Card and the same has been credited to your SBI CARD ending XX6981. Your available limit is Rs.24, 910.70.
          This is a cheating with me and I once again request to cancel my card with immediate effect. It also been informed me that even after repeated requests my card has not been activated so far. I had paid a penalty for applying the Card of your bank. I don't want to continue with your Card. If any further charges is being debited to my card than I have to take some legal action against cheating with me.

          A SBI card was received without any PIN. In absence of PIN I could not use the card. Yesterday I received call from Mr Bindu Kumar agent from collection center informed me that more than Rs 5000/- is outstanding against my card. I requested him to block my card as such heavy penalties cannot be paid by me without using the card. He informed me that a sum of Rs 900/- had to be paid before blocking the CARD. A penalty of Rs 500/- is being charged every month so I request to wave my penalties and sent me the PIN so that I can use my card.If the penalties cannot be waived than block my card with immediate effect under intimation to me.

            Many times sbi agents are calling and saying that u are elgible for credit card.. I applied by listening their words. I have 765 cibil and good repaying history.. But u people are rejecting my application without mentioning any reason..[protected] application number.. One of the worst customer service.. I[censored] wont accept cc application then dont call to customers and harrass like this... I[censored] do like that severley ill approach legally.. I submitted every documents regarding that.. Every time u r not at all saying reason.. Now also the same thing going on..

              I indranil pandey accont holder of sbi b garden howrah shibpur branch my account no is [protected] i had applied the online demand draft on 3rd october 2018 the draft amount was 2050/-i choose the draft by courier, on a system it shows the they deliver the draft with in 5 days. Right now it will 20 days and above they didnot send the draft. On 22/10/2018 i sent my mother to the branch but they didnot given any draft to my mother.
              Why?

              Bank manager in muni ki reti omkaranada branch, Mrs Kaur is extremly bad in behaviour so we are closing all our saving account in state bank plz change her or u will lose number of customers,
              she does not have any dress sence, and i have lots of evidence of her bad behaviour, there are lots of old acount have been closed becouse of her behave .

                refund from merchant not received in my account paid via debit card

                I had purchased clothes from myntra on 22nd jun'18 for rs.9318 via my sbi debit card. I had also returned 4nos of clothes back and received a confirmation from merchant on refund initiated for rs.362.25, 655.57, 591.97 & 737.65 on 15th jul'18. However, the same was not credited into my account in jul'18/aug'18 statement.
                When contacted myntra, transaction reference number was shared. With the reference number, i had raised an sbi online...

                On 13 october 2018.in one of the sbi atm i made a transaction but the transaction was failed showing time out. But my account balance was deducted and atm did not delevered any msg.. I wait for 10 days but sbi did not recredited my balance.. I called sbi customer care and launch a complain they gave me an complain ticket no to trace my complain but when i track it is still in pending. So will i get my money back.

                I have never been able to get your so called customer care nos for resolution of my grievance. I have tried for several days for hours. I appears that the nos are only ornamental. No customer can contact sbi directly. Every thing has been passed on to third party.it is not a healthy practice. It is sheer harassment.

                    This issue has been going for quite a long. I have called to customer care multiple times and have dropped many emails.
                    Now, I am sending you this email to kindly resolve my issue.
                    I requested on call to the customer care executive for credit card closure long back but I was told that I have to clear all the due amount first then during the same call I made a complete payment and then she told me that all dues are clear and then she blocked my card.
                    But, then I again got bill of Rs.200. I again requested them that I have paid all the bills, but no body listened to me and I have been continously getting bills. The amount charged now is Rs. 1873. I have complained in National consumer helpline with reference number 955983. I sent the reference number to customer care as well but got no reply. I request you to resolve my issue asap.

                          3 months back, the sms services to my registered mobile number stopped.
                          I connected with the local branch (Manekbaug ahmedabad) as well as the branch dealing in exclusif card services.

                          The staff made multiple attempts to resolve the issue.
                          We removed extra cifs,
                          We changed the registered phone number

                          Yet there is no resolution so far.

                          I am not able to use by debit card as the otps are not received on my phone.
                          I am also unaware of the transactions happening in my bank account as i am not receiving sms alerts.

                          This is causing me a lot of inconvenience.
                          Kindly resolve this at the earliest.

                            Hello sir,

                            I received a call from +[protected] stating that they are calling from atm card department and they will be blocking my atm card. I questioned them to state the card i am using, to which they replied sbi. I asked them to state the branch and they replied "we are calling from sbi main branch mumbai, bandra, thane, kurla." having known the fraudulent call, they started hurling abuses for over a minute.

                            Kindly let me know if there's anything to be done at my end.

                              Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

                                Hi,

                                Transaction of amount 18900 got failed and making me to pay. We are following up on that from last 4 months. There is no actions from sbi and not even bothering to close the issue.

                                We are few clarifications on the issue. For any email, only reply is a default template.

                                Attached all the required documents and email threads.

                                Please resolve the issue asap, other wise cancel my card and take this as my request to cancel it.

                                I like the clarify one thing, i wont pay any extra amount.

                                  I went to buy a shower gel @ value mart hyderabad on 13/10/18 but when i tried to pay through pos transaction, the pos machine was taking too much time and at last it shown card decline. After that i asked the accountant to try once more and he said me to try. At the second time is was same problem. Then i went to nearby sbi atm and withdrawn my amount. I paid cash to the accountant. After that when i came out from mall, i got three massages related to money withdraw and it shown all the three transactions were successful. Then i contact to the mall authority and they ask me to wait for 2 or 3 days. I got back my second pos txn (Txn id[protected] amount (599.00) on 15/10/18, but first txn amount (Txn id:[protected] i hav not got yet. When i further contacted to the mall authority they asked me to contact my home branch but i am from kolkata. To me it's impossible to go my home branch at this time, and i know they will say to come personally. Any suggestion if i get back the amount... Please.

                                  Hi, I tried depositing 10000 rs in my sbi account on 15th october at SBI bhusaval. I got an acknowledgement from the concerned SBI branch and assured it will be credited within 24hrs. As of now there is no update. Please look into this.

                                    From my sb account with sbi (No: [protected]) of baroda park., kolkata 84, an amount of 295/ has been debited on 11th oct, 18 and an amount of 450/ debited on 19th oct 2018 respectively.
                                    I would like to know who is the investment intermediate to whom i am paying this amount.

                                      Hi,
                                      I lost my sbi ru-pay debit card on 2015 december last week. Then after i visited to my home branch and applied to reissue new debit card blocking lost atm card.
                                      Bank stuff assured me that i would receive new debit card within 15days.
                                      After waiting few months i applied again 2nd time visiting my home branch.
                                      This time also i haven't received new debit card, and visited bank to get the status of application, they said you are not eligible to get new debit card since you are holding pradhan mantri jan dhan yojna (Pmjdy) savings bank a/c.
                                      Again, i applied for new atm card on 06/09/2018 and till now there is no update. Why i am not getting new debit card and where is the exact issue. Here is my account details.
