    I have total outstanding amount on sbi card 41000 but i was not able to pay last 2 month now the outstanding is 55000 kindly settle this amount asap.. I do not have 41000 or 55000 kindly settle it to 12000 to 13000.. Please help asap.. They are harrasing me and my family to pay outstanding amount.. There interest is too much high... I can't handle this...

      Sir,

      I reproduce below the e-mail sent to sbi credit card division, customer care, chennai on 24.12.2019 & 27.12.2019.
      E-mail dt.24.12.2019

      Thank you for blocking my sbi credit card no. [protected] issued for me.

      I regret to inform that i lodge a complaint regarding fraud transaction taken place on 24.12.2019 between 12.15 to 12.25 in my above credit card. This has happened from mobile no.[protected]. One person posing him as vijayaraghavan, sr. Manager from sbi, nungambakkam, approached me from the above mobile number and told me that he will help me for closure of my sbi card which i requested initially. He has told complete profile of me. He further told that my card is still not registered and activitated. He requested me to activate my card and enjoy the benefits. Even then, i refused to accept his request, he told that he will try for closing the above credit card instantly. For your kind information, regarding refusal of sbi credit card i already deliberated through my e-mail and requested for waiver of annual fee. But you have not accepted that and you wanted me to receive the card first and pay the annual fee before due date. Though i paid the annual fee on 17th december 2019, you have not taken action for closing the card permanently.

      By hacking the above e-mails, the fraud has completely convinced me regarding closure of my card and in the mean time he has asked my details about card and indulged in fradulent transaction of rs.15, 000/- between 12.15 to 12.25 p. M on 24.12.2019. It is unfortunate that i did not receive from you any sms regarding fraud transactions made as above.

      I have already registered a complaint through customer care and got acknowledgement no.[protected] dt.24.12.2019.

      Kindly tell me how the fraud transactions can happen when i have not registered my credit card with you and activated. I have not done so because i am not interested in the card. Since you wanted me to accept the card first and pay the annual fee to close my card permanently, i accepted your suggestion and acted on it. Had the card been cancelled by you already, the fraud transaction could have been averted.

      I therefore request your goodself to waive the fraud transaction of rs.15, 000/- which has happened by fraud for which i will be grateful to you.

      This is further to my complaint in respect of my credit card no.[protected] and your sr no.[protected] dt.27.12.2019 regarding fraud transaction taken place on 24.12.2019 between 12.15 to 12.25 in my above credit card.in this regard, i wish to inform that on 26.12.2019, my friend has dialled the mobile no.[protected]. Where from i got a fake call on 24.12.2019. He got answer from the other end that the person responded was mr. Arun kumar, working in sbi credit card division, nungambakkam branch. Sir, i am sure that this person only made a fake call addressing himself as vijayaraghavan, sr. Manager, id no.525201, nungambakkam branch, chennai, and cheated me for rs.15, 000/-.

      With full knowledge of my credit card and e-mail exchanged between me and sbi for the last 20 days that i wanted to return the card back to sbi and my card is not registered and activated, he convinced me to cancel the credit card if ivr and otp numbers were revealed to him.

      Therefore, my earnest request is to track the mobile no..[protected] and trap the person arun kumar of credit card division, sbi, nungambakkam branch, who is the culprit. I also request your goodself to waive the fradulant transaction made on 24.12.2019 for rs.15, 000/- for which i shall be grateful to you.

      On 28.12.2019, i received an sms from sbicrd stating that service request no.[protected] regarding trxn dispute could not be processed in my favour.
      I regret to inform that this enquiry is not fair and it is over within 4 days from the date of my complaint. I assure you sir, that your sbi person who is working in nungambakkam branch, chennai, used his mobile no.[protected] and done 3 fraud transactions in mumbai and gurgaon which you will find from sbi credit card statement sent to me on 3.1.2020. You can very well conclude that how 3 different transactions could happen in few minutes when i was available in my office on 24.12.2019.

      Therefore, i request your goodself to kindly investigate the case and arrange for waiving the fraudulent transaction of rs.15, 000/- immediately. Further, i request your goodself to cancel my above card immediately, as i do not want this card due to personal reasons.

      My name is Tarandeep singh. I've left the the your orgnazitaion on 05th-oct-2019 and pending amount pay but not receive the reliving letter and exp latter.
      Kinday share the TAT. Kinday provide the reliving letter ASAP. Already talk about this on pooja. Please check and revert.
      Technical problems with my mobile number is not registered yono sbi account activity and password and
      I have to say that my account from has been give 15 day ago now my account will be not open please do help

        I purchased 300 uc worth rs.420 on 08 jan 2020 through sbi internet banking in pubg mobile. But after payment it showed that failed to purchase.
        My account is debited with the amount of rs.420 towards inb times of money limited but i didn't receive the uc.
        Till now i haven't received the refund also.
        My transaction reference id is #igahvhpaf7
        Please solve the problem as soon as possible.

        I comlaint many times in branch and customar care but have not got any resolve.amazon says that refund has done from me and he issued reference number too.

          Subject: charge dispute "refund never processed"

          Dear sir

          A refund of 218 rupees was successfully processed on 13 Oct, 2019 [Refund Transaction Number: IGHDJJJG3] to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

          I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

          I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

          Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

              Sir I am Anandrao Baburao Jadhav pensioner ex army. I am pensioner from year 2008. my pension is stopped after sub ission of jeevan praman. so please clarify this problem between my bank and cppc Mumbai and this happens from last thee years and I was submitted life certificate on 19 Nov 2019 and successfully submitted SMS is already received. I am living in pune so it is not possible to go 250 km distance
              two three times every year where my bank is located. Now do some needful and suggest me what to do for future.also suggest me can I transfer my account to pune, Maharashtra.

Even i did not get any otp for that. I am surprised what kind of service that sbi provide. Please return my money back as i have not done this transaction otherwise i will have to transfer my account from sbi to other bank.

                  Sir, i am anandrao baburao jadhav
                  I am pensioner of indian army from sept 2008.
                  But after submission of life certificate from 2-3 years i am not receiving my pension timely. Sir this is not problem of submission jeevan praman because i have received sms of successfully submission of jeevan praman. Then there is problem of processing this certificate in between my bank and cppc mumbai so please do some needful and advice me to further what to do.

                  Hi Guys. Currently I am jobless.. I have taken Credit Card From SBI and paying my Mim Due past six month, . The Agent from Shell Credit Management, chennai is harassment myself and family past one week to full payment. They coming early morning and entering the house with out asking any one and shouting and making harassment every one my family.
                  Pension for dec. 2019 not received inspite of submission of life certificate in November. 19 and due acknowledgment received from bank.

                    I returned a product on 28 december to myntra they initiate my refund on 28 december and told me to wait till 7 january but i don't get my refund yet i called them they told me that they successfully transferred my refund and gave me a reference number regarding regarding this please help me out in this matter i want my money back. Please gave me my money..

                      Respected sir/madam,

                      This is the second time money from my sbi account is deducted without any otp or message.
                      Today on 7th jan
                      1558 rs. From sbi savings account got deducted without any otp
                      I didn't even made a single transaction in whole day yet they deducted money

                      The two transactions worth rs. 779 each were made today without me knowing about that

                      They money is paid to myntra pvt. Ltd for a order i'd[protected] twice

                      I want you to look into this matter and resolve it as soon as possible
                      As this is against banking rights to deduct money without consent while not on any subscription.!!!

                      My SBI kiosk account was blocked I want to unblock my account I informed bank manager but de do not any action please help me I need my account
                      I am serving Indian Armed forces as per policy on DSP account will not be charged processing fee but sbi, branch charges ₹3, 540/-.

                      Again you have debited non submission of RC ₹5, 900/- and ₹2, 850/- however i had submitted copy of RC within 1 month.

                        When to solving issue sir.
                        I paid online payment to client but they told that the payment not received by them, so please can you refund that amount to my account.. amount already debited from my account, and i think client lies to me that amount was not received by them.. so do the quick action on it my last 5 transition check that
                        I had recharged my vediocon d2h recharge on 12-12-19. The amount had been deducted from my account but not been appeared in videocon d2h recharge.
                        Kindly revert the amount and do the needful. Regards.

                          Rs 100 debited in my account.message showing in statement as "fi txn @ csp outlet". As i don't why this is deducted therefore i raised the complaint. Even i didn't get any message regarding this deduction on my mobile phone.
                          Please revert my amount because i need money this time. Hopefully i will get my money as soon as possible.please send me my amount back

                                  I own a sbi credit card from 2014 and currently there is a outstanding of 76k. I had not paid the dues since last 2 months as I lost my job and need some time to bring things back to normal. I am getting like 25 calls every day and every time I have to explain them the situation nobody is aware of the previous conversations don’t know how it’s functioning..and pfa the language being used by the executive on Whatsapp chat.If no action is taken I m going to take a diff approach as being a customer of sbi and nearly paid off 7lakhs against the credit card in 6years now you get such a treatment i[censored]r payment gets delayed..great way of customer service.

                                    Hello sir,
                                    I am using s. B. I credit card since 2 year and also i had made timely payment but i lost my job as well as after few months my wifey also met with an accident and her leg got fractured. Her treatment is still going on. And financial deepressed due to which the payment got delay and s. B. I credit card recovery agent started coming at my home and harrasing my family members they make daily 4-5 calls and harrasing us. After informing that there will be delay in making payment and i asked for settlement at whichever is at low and i asked they convert in low rate emi which i can able to make payment but dint convert to emi at low rate option. They send legal notice by post. Currently i am jobless.
                                    So request you to give solution for this situation.

                                      My problem is that i had done 1 transaction worth rupees rs 1000 on 3rd jan.2020 but it deducted from my account but not credited in the receiver account.
                                      Regarding this i had also complaint to custumer care agent but they doesn't resolve my problem.
                                      I had talked with my bank regarding my concern but they said me that from our end there is no problem of deduction of money from your account. It's your problem talk with them, they will resolve your problem.

                                      I'm looking forward to hear from you.

                                      So, i request you to please help me regarding this and resolve my problem as soon as and take appropriate action on it.
