I purchased a product in PAYTM, on Dec 7th..morning by using net banking... amount deducted... product also cancelled... Amount not refunded...

My ATM is blocked 28/11/2018 .so i called the customer care service but he is not correct detailse .now i am in other state .i have money going to my state but the bank side result is going to your branch then ask there ... ok. but how to go my home state now ..no money in my hand ..my card is not worked ..
