State Bank Of India [SBI] — without getting cash from atm money deducted

Dear sir/madam,

On 01.12.2019 i had tried to withdraw cash from sbi atm, but unfortunately without getting any cash the money had been deducted by sbi. Kindly refund my money. Please see the statement below:

I am unable to reach SBI credit card customer care regarding my transactions
I wanna know from 15th Oct 2019 to Nov 5th 2019 because I add to increase limit 8000 after I added them it increased as 9800 but now show 1800 only I didn't any use Upto now but I didn't find in transaction in history

21th November about at 12 O'clock Through my account i paid 100 rupees online by upi on ssc.Org and bebit 100 rupees from my account ([protected]) but not paid on ssc application form pls sovle my problem thank u
