Hi, i have ordered for 1 set (Top and shorts and 2 tops on 06/04/2018. Order reference ksvngsktl. It has been almost 20 days and the status is just "preparation in progress". No tracking number has been generated yet. Please get this delivered asap and provide the current status urgently. There is no valid contact number available for customer greviance

From sss, I received faulty and defected item. One shoe is just not like it was depected in pictures and the other shoe, it is immensely defected. The chain is broken plus plus despite being my size, it doesn’t close. I want my money back. I just don’t want these ### products. Just give me my money back.
The product is just too vague, it doesn’t even close the chain and in other shoe, the chain is broken. What sort of company is this ? What sort of products do they supply ?
I have been scammed. I want my money back or I will further to go away with it.

My order no #2180083 has not been shipped its more than a month... I am waiting... U guys are not even responding after raising so many tickets.. Please make it quick... U are customer services are very poor.. No contact no. Are provided... This is surely not the way to keep your regular customers waiting. I am not able to contact any of your customer service either... Please help

I ordered 2 t shirt from ur site..which was my mistake..i ordered on 25 march and i have not received yet..more then 21 days..its high time now..there is no customer care no. No rply of mail and msgs..are we fools..how long a customer wait. I have ordered on 27th March 2018 from 'streestylestore' and the delivery date was showing 17th April 2018. But there is no track number of my order.and no any update mentioned.

I have raised multiple support ticket on SSS site, But till date their is no any communication/ update/ track number related to my order of delivery from sss site.

I have done online payment. There is no customer care number on which i can call and ask for my order.

This is the worst online shopping/ service experience.

Do the needful. and deliver my order before 24 hour.

Its been a long time. Thier is no response from your customer care. So i have to reach other complaining sites for the same. Ur customer services are very poor and unsatisfied. Its been more than 21 days my order no. #2180083 and #2149861 is not delivered yet.. They are still in processing condition.. You are not providing ny estimated delivery time nd i have raised whole lot of tickets but you guys are not responding back. Its hard to reach u guys.. Atleast let me know when vill the order vill delivered.

No such order tracking details are provided to me and payment was accepted but till now no order status is provided and docket no. Of the courier either its dispatched or not and where exactly it is …. Pls help me out to get that or otherwise ask them to send my money back. All the tracking details are fake. It's been a very long time. At least they can give the tracking details

I have ordered 3 tops on 19th march 2017 from street style store online. My order id #2134426 and its going to be a month i have ordered and still there is no update about my order. Expected delivery date is 9th of april bt still i didn't get my parcel...😑😑i hope i receive any update on my order... And plz deliver it as soon as possible😃😃😃😃😃... Thus us worst app ever seen...

I regret to inform you that sss provides pathetic services in terms of customer support. There is no customer care number/email address on the website. I have been raising tickets since a long. But what i am receiving is the autogenerated responses only.

Order no. #2145965, i have placed on 25 march'18 till now there has been no response/update in regards to my order. I want my money back right away or deliver my order as soon as possible.

I tried to place order on 17.4.2018 at 11.39 am from street stylist
I choose the paytm option for payment of the product.
Portal took me to cc avenue for payment.
The payment has been done but order did not confirmed meanwhile money has been deducted from my account.
There is no number to connect to customer service of street stylist store whom to connect. Stuck in between. And lost money to too..

I had order in march month & expected delivery date was showing 14th aprli & still there is nothing in process even i made the payment in advance & mailed them twice & they don't have the courtesy to reply on the mail.

I am very disappointed about this & they don't have any contact number in website, that we can call them & contact them.

I have not recvd my order, it's been more than 21 days. Service is horrible. No contact nothing. Its annoying, as i have no clue where is my items. I have just recvd one email... Order confirmation email. After that there was no contact from sss. After this horrible experience i shall never make purchases from this website. Thank you.

Very careless service i'll return my product of shoe size issue but last month to till month i didn't my parcel very distinguishing nd now i'll will complain your site in consumer court because i didn't get back any response from your side about my product... Worst site nd worst service 😡😡😡😡u making fool that's y i'll never anything buy from your site and i also recommend other also don't buy anything from ur site

I have booked my order on 23.03.2018 via net banking and was being notified about the delivery by 12.04.2018 but today's 16.04.2018 and i still not received the parcel.

Also there is no option of tracking my consignment, i have also ordered previously on sss but this problem did not come before. Please do not ruin your regular customer's opinion about your services and at least update or notify something regarding any glitch.

I have paid rs. 2517 via mobikwik to street style store vide transaction id 6362565. Amount paid from wallet is 2517.
Amount got debited but order not booked n likewise all 4 shoe items are in my cart n never got booked

I am out of funds.. Neither of companies replying to me i e mobiquick n street style store n notreturni g my funds n pointing finger at each other
Either these companies should return my money or deliver 4shoe pairs

Hi, i have ordered two shoes from sss, then becoz of the size issue, i returned one of them, . I want to know when i will get my replaced shoes, as u r not responding on the mail. Plus i have ordered another order too.. Still no update found from company side.. When i will get my products plz tell me.. As i already pay for them

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes on 19 march 2018 and they said it would be delivered in 21 days. They even provided me a tracking id which when used on the delhivery site shows that no such order has been registered with the courier company. I have not even got a response from the ticket raised on sss website. I need to know the status of my order or else i would like to get my refund back. Please provide an update asap.

I have order 2 shoes but while going through transaction process my network wasn’t properly working so i thought my transaction has been cancelled and again i did the payment for same shoes now transaction has been done for the same shoes two times so i want to cancel one order

I ordered platforms from it i guess a year back. They got delivered but in a smaller size. I returned them and asked for a bigger size. I got no reply or product from them even after waiting for months. So i came to this site. Registered a complaint. There customer care got in touch but they returned my money as voucher on their site (That would mean that i have to shop again from them only) i ordered again. This time the order was more costly than the previous one so i paid for it again. Now this time initially they automatically started sending it to an older address of mine. I came at this complaint forum. Wrote a similar message. Their customer service agent got in touch with me and made a correction to my address and set it in priority dispatch. Even after which my order never really reached me inspite of waiting for 2 months and when i checked yesterday i saw my money being credited to their website voucher again!!! I placed an order again (I really want my money they have left me with no other option) and again when i received the order confirmation email today it has that older address to it!!! I don’t want it there!! I don’t know what to do with this stupid site!!
