[Resolved] Streer Style Store — my order not shipped more than a month

My order no #2180083 has not been shipped its more than a month... I am waiting... U guys are not even responding after raising so many tickets.. Please make it quick... U are customer services are very poor.. No contact no. Are provided... This is surely not the way to keep your regular customers waiting. I am not able to contact any of your customer service either... Please help

Order no. 2145016 placed on 24th March 2018. No news regarding the order and tracking details also not given. Have sent multiple queries still no answer.
This isn't good customer service at all. Website has no contact number. Disappointed
