I have ordered the product on 4/3/2018 which was not fit to my feet so i requested for change in size. On same day of delivery 12/3/2018

However the product didn't picked up by them.. I have again raised query on 23/03/2018 and 24/03/2018 but i did not get any reply... From them
Its been almost a month

I am keep chasing but i haven't received any email from them it should be replaced by 3-5 working days

      I ordered a pair of shoe from the site with order no. #2144354 and made online payment. Its been quite a few weeks but so far no hearing from helpdesk and no shipped mail is received. I tried to call but no one answers it. If product is not available, then I want my money back.

      I am a regular customer of Street style store and I don't expect this much leniency from you

      Please look into this as soon as possible.

          Hi,
          I am nitya vaidya, i have done the shopping from street style store of 3 shoes with the bill amount of rs. 1583/-. The payment of the same is deducted 3 times from my account. Have not received and order confirmation mail and the one i have received is not validating. Have been trying to get in touch with the sss team but no contact or mail id available. Need your urgent help on the same.

            I had placed an order 2 months before.in 3 item, i received two. The one which i received was damaged. I had raised request for return, is not even acknowledged.
            I am yet to receive onemore parcel from sss. I am not sure wen will i receive them.

            For the sss team 1500 rs may be very silly amount but it is not for the customers.

              It's been more than like 25 days since I've ordered clothes from SSS and I haven't got my order yet.
              I've already paid for it and now since there's no way to contact them except for the provided email address, I feel helpless.
              I'm tired of complaining and dropping mails but they've not reverted back at all.
              I would like you to take some action please against this deceitful site which is becoming a serious pain in ### now for many.

              I want this scam to get sued soon.

                I had placed order with street style store on 28th nov 2017.in this order there were 3 tops and one pair of boots. So they split this order into 2 parts. Only one part containing tops were delivered to me after one and half month and other part which were containing boots is yet to be delivered. Inspite of repeated complaints registering, no one is responding.

The product was picked up by them for exchange but i did not get the exchanged product delivered yet...                     I orderes 3 pairs of earrings. One out of them is broken and the other two are not the ones which i ordered. The quality is so horrible that thry look like purchased from a street vendor. If you have to fool customers like please give them a warning beforehand to not to purchase from this website and stop fooling customers. I would like to have complete refund of my money with not even a single rupee deducted.

                      Earlier also i have complaint regarding this and then i receive a mail on 17th march that my product will be delivered within 3-5 days time but it has not yet delivered to me. How can a person be so irresponsible when he/she is working on such a large scale.

                          As the screenshot shows it has already been over 21 days since i ordered these products but they haven't even been shipped till now let alone delivered! I raised a query on their official site twice.. Although answered.. Yet no action has been taken. Being a frequent customer i have never been disappointed with the products but for sure get disappointed quite often with their delivery delay or unanswered queries. I request to get my order real quick or a complete refund.

                              I ordered a pair of high heeled shoes, from sss. It was a closed pair, with a black velvety look. It's very uncomfortable to wear, the heels are wobbly and the velvet looks dull. It looked very different in the online picture.

                              I want to return the product back in exchange for another product altogether. Sss does allow to exchange one product from another.

                                The order id is #2107760. I had made an order on 3rd march as i needed the items on 24th march due to some personal functions. I have placed the order and made the payment too since then they have just showed 'payment accepted'. Am i never going to get my items? The delivery date is approaching and the item is not yet shipped. One day got a response stating the items i might have ordered might be out of stock so it will take a longer time. If the items are not in stock why are those same products still being sold in the site? I have pleaded and requested kindly in so many mails but you guys are so irresponsible to even reply back.

                                  I brought two products but returned one of it already now I can't see the option to return the other product. I wanna know how can i return the other item. They are not responding to my any complaint nor my emails. I request you to rerurn the shoes as early as possible or return my money back. Also i couldn't contact them as there is no phone number available on site.

                                    Below is the my order details.
                                    Order id - 2100719 and reference - vgaivaype - placed on 27/02/2018
                                    If i try to track the order, its showing there is no previous order in your account, even though my money 1049rs got deducted immediately after booking and i also got confirmation but after that i didn't get any message or call about the product delivery status and i couldn't track the order as the tracking numb is showing as n/a
                                    When will i get my order?
                                    Please send the order immediately or refund my money as this is my first product with sss, its giving bad impression in the first attempt itself, completely unexpected!!!

                                    payment kitna hua.
                                    I was doing a payment at sss site which uses the gateway of cc avenue. The payment was done through my paytm wallet but the cc avene gateway froze and it shows an error returning back to site, and there is no order confirmation

                                      I had ordered a pair of shoes on 12th feb, 18 but due to 1 damaged shoe i had retured it for exchange on 21st feb, 18. I still haven't received my shoes and also didn't get any tracking order number. I request you to send me the shoes as early as possible or return my money back. Also i couldn't contact them as there is no phone number available on site.
