I ordered the product on 16th march'18, its been 20 days i have not recrived the product, even i did not got the order confirmation mail.

Expected delivery date was 6th apr'18 but have not got it yet.

Kindly help me out as it is getting frustated, no update or email confirmtion, tried raising the query many time but no response.

    I had place an order on 13th march 2018, 3 pair of shoes with size number 36.
    Received an order on 29th march 2018, i had immediately placed an exchange pick up with size 37 as size was not fitting.

    Products were picked up on 2nd april 2018.

    Uptill now i have no update on my order.

    By when i will be getting it?

    No status been updated on sss account and customer care number is also not o[censored]se.

      It's been 1 1/2 month, since I have placed my order. The payment has already been made by card. Enough is enough. Also I have sent them the mail thrice and they reply with the same answer: it'll be delivered soon, and the soon hasn't come yet. They are neither delivering my products nor updating me with it's status. I'll register a higher level complaint against the site if they do not pay attention to my order. Also, the customer care number provided on internet is absolutely wrong. This is totally nonsense. No respect and care for customers.

        I have ordered two products from sss. After receiving my products, those sizes were big. I requested exchange.
        After 3-4 days, they responded that both the products are out of stock and we will initiate refund. After so many follow-ups, they asked for the details.

        It's been 4-5 days, they are not responding on emails/tickets raised on their website.

        I have no idea where my refund is stuck. I want some serious action against them.

          I have made an order and it failed while making the payment. Rs 467 was debited from HDFC bank and rest of Rs 1205.2 got debited from Mobiqwik. Could you please confirm if the order was placed or not.If not then could you please refund my amount back.

              Hi,
              i purchased a red love heel from SSS, order number #2130628 as on 17th march 2018. its been half month approx but the problem is not resolved yet. I ordered five products and paid for it. Out of that i received two damaged product. One heel which was shown so beautifully on the website but in actual was totally opposite. It was damaged first of all and second the quality i received was worst. it is not in a condition to even wear at home. so bad quality. I was charged 500 approx for both these damaged product. I tried raising ticket online to exchange the product but every time i write a email, i receive this automated email. i mean they don't even read the email. I tried raising email and tickets but in vain. Nothing is working out now. Their email id is of no use and they have not provided any genuine phone number as well so that i could call and talk o them regarding my issues. I want refund for the both product as my money i paid was not worth for the product i received. They can take the product back and give me my money. Such a fraud company they are. i am attaching the email reply and the picture of the product shown at website and actual product received. i hope i get resolution here. i wont gonna fall for their trap anymore. Such a cheap mongers.

                I placed an order from sss with order id - 2121954 with payment method ccavenue and estimated delivery date was april 2, 2018 but now on tracking my order it is showing delivered but it is delivered at ranchi whereas my address is in chd. Please help me to get my order otherwise refund my money as soon as possible. O contacted the tracking company nd they said this order has been placed by some mr. Sumit and it is cash on delivery order but i received order confirmation mail in which this order id was given and even written payment accepted. Kindly help me to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                      It has already passed so many days. And after I complain three days passed. My order date was 03/12/2018 and today its 06/04/18 Still I didn't received my product. What are you guys upto? What is the issue. How can an online store play with our money like this? I want a proper status now. Let me know when i will be receive my product or if you can not deliver it pay me back my amount immediately.

                      I have not yet received any update from street style store. Are they looking into the issue? SSS is cheating on our money then how come no action has been taken against this site yet.
                      My order 2106574 was placed on 2nd March and today is 3rd April, the order has still not reached. I have ordered material in the past also. The shipment has never reached in time but this time it hasn’t reached for more than a month. Please send immediately or I will reach out to the consumer court.

                          Generated a return for bigger size for trendy sock boot-black but was cancelled by you for some reason on 3 march and an email for confirmation of pick up re-attempt was sent to me but after confirmation, still no response... It has been nearly a month but no response of anyone coming to get the package for return.

                                I had ordered my shoes (2 pairs) on 10th march and they said that it'll reach me within 3-21 days... The estimated delivery date has passed and everytime i sent a complaint i get an automated reply saying "sorry to know about the delay, we'll dispatch your order in urgency"... Still no sign of them... Neither do they have any other customer care facility like it her sites, like chat or even call to know their customers grievances... Horrible site. Just want my shoes at the earliest.

                                    This is not a site that i will recommend to my friends... Cz i ordered 4 pairs of shoes on 10th march and not delivered it's already 31st march. I got only a order confirmation email... And then there is no communication... I'm hopeless now.. As there is no means of communication from you... Amount deducted in credit card by ccavenue method... Transaction i'd order reference everything is there but of no use... U people are literally gambling after looking at the number of complaints filed... Such a fraud... Never expected this would happen to me... I truly will not recommend this waste site to anyone i know... At least i want my refund... No longer care for your beautiful products

                                      Earlier also i have complaint regarding this and then i receive a mail on 20th march that my product will be delivered within 3-5 days time but it has not yet delivered to me. How can a person be so irresponsible when he/she is working on such a large scale.
                                      Neither they respond to my mails nor deliver my product, its already been a month and now i have no other option rather file a complaint..

                                        I purchased two items from streetstylestore they reached to me on time but there is a size issue in both the products so i placed an exchange request for both the orders the one order picked on 14.3.2018 and the other on 19.3.2018 but till today (30.3.2018) i haven't received any of the confirmation on the same.

                                        I have forwarded the request for the same to the website but they are also not showing any initiative. Even they are not replying on my mails.

                                        So kindly take some action on this.

                                        Today is 4.4.2018 but I don't received any response from street style store.

                                        Rating for whom for the company or for the consumer complaints.

                                        If it is for street style store then 0 is perfect or if it is for consumer complaints then 3 stars.
