The order id is #2107760. I had made an order on 3rd march as i needed the items on 24th march due to some personal functions. I have placed the order and made the payment too since then they have just showed 'payment accepted'. Am i never going to get my items? The delivery date is approaching and the item is not yet shipped. One day got a response stating the items i might have ordered might be out of stock so it will take a longer time. If the items are not in stock why are those same products still being sold in the site? I have pleaded and requested kindly in so many mails but you guys are so irresponsible to even reply back.
Either process or cancel my order?

Below is the my order details.
Order id - 2100719 and reference - vgaivaype - placed on 27/02/2018
If i try to track the order, its showing there is no previous order in your account, even though my money 1049rs got deducted immediately after booking and i also got confirmation but after that i didn't get any message or call about the product delivery status and i couldn't track the order as the tracking numb is showing as n/a
When will i get my order?
Please send the order immediately or refund my money as this is my first product with sss, its giving bad impression in the first attempt itself, completely unexpected!!!

I was doing a payment at sss site which uses the gateway of cc avenue. The payment was done through my paytm wallet but the cc avene gateway froze and it shows an error returning back to site, and there is no order confirmation

I request you to send me the shoes as early as possible or return my money back. Also i couldn't contact them as there is no phone number available on site.

I have placed an order on 27th Feb and today it was suppose to deliver today. Delivery person called and said he will arrive by 2 pm so I called him at 1.25 pm to confirm the arriving time and again he said he will take 30 to 45 mins but he called me at 1.40 pm for 5 times but i was unable to receive his call as we are not allowed phone inside production floor which i already informed him. As I missed his call i stated calling him at 2pm and called him for 15 to 20 times but he was not bothered to receive my call.

ID #2090226 this is my order. I ordered shoes on 20th February 2018. And i still did not get my order. There is a notice after placing an order to wait for 15 days to receive its been 1 month almost which i've paid for my order. I got your email but not any information about my order. I should get some information about my order. I paid for it if order cannot be placed by company then company should refund me for shoes. Send me information about tracking me order n date of delivery as soon as possible. Customer cannot wait on hopes.

I had ordered 2 pairs of boots of 39 size. One of them is 39 and the other is way smaller. I have requested for exchange on 5th march and raised several queries after that but receive the same standard reply and no pick up is done till date. I tried calling the customer support no also but no response. I'm very disappointed with the service and writing here with the hope that now atleast it wil be addressed.

I ordered on 11/02/2018. It’s been more than a month and my order is still not delivered. I have already paid through online payment.
In the invoice there is no track ID so I have no way to find out when my delivery will be done. This is very disappointing.

I ordered 3 sandals from street style store on 12 feb 2018 order id #2081432 it was a prepaid order, i have already raised 6 requests about the order but it is still not delivered nor the team is concerned about delivering the order, on 9 feb i got a call that the order will be delivered by 12 feb but it was not delivered even not on 17 feb (Today) and they are even not refunding my order nor responding to my requests. This is worst service i have ever received from any shopping site.

I ordered a top in july 2017 from here. I received a different item. I sent it for exchange and only the size could be exchanged not the product. I never received my exchanged item. My 1000 rs was wasted. There is not even money refund policy. It has similarly done lots of fraud with the customers as same.
I want to sue this company for all customer's losses.

I ordered from SSS on 18th feb got my order on 22nd feb I PAID FOR IT, had wrong sizes so I requested for exchange the delhivery person took my order on 24Th feb and since Then I jave not received my order. The delhivery compay details said they have given back the courier to SSS. Also sss has said it is under priority . BUT THIS IS TOO MUCH NOW. How patient you expect a person to be? It' s a month already it just takes 3 days to deliver from delhi. Wat the hell is going on? I am gonna file a case against this site.

Same! I ordered a product and received a faulty item . Sent it for exchange in June 2017 and it never received the correct product. Even the product was totally different as shown in the picture.so much annoyed with this company.my 1000 rs just went to waste and I will sue your company for this.doing fraud with the customers .the worst service from a company.
And do add the money payback feature into your exchange policy and I'm definitely going to complain abt Ur company

This is in reference with order ID. UKXBZRVPG which was placed on 23rd February, 2018 and received on 11th March, 2018. Since two of the products which has been delivered is wrong I would like to get a refund and return the order. I had received the shoes. The quality is not worth of 1000/- and the sizes were too small.
Then i came across the 'we do not initiate money refunds' message on the website.

So, i requested for 2 sizes up. The delivery guy has taken back the parcel already. It's been more than a week. But, there was no message or update about whether the parcel has reached them or not. I don't even know if the right delivery person has taken the parcel. He didn't ask for any signatures or anything.

Payback the money, or at least deliver the exchanged shoes.

I had ordered 3 pairs of sandals on december. However there were size issues and I initiated for exchange.
The product was taken away and they promised to exchange it within 3 days.
The exchanged new product has still not been delivered. It has been 2 months since then.

Not any where near fitting me.

These kind of product should be marketed online.
