Order reference no. 2212287 is not delivered yet which was placed on 5 may 2018. Order tracking only shows preparation in progress and moreover no way to contact the company. I don't even know if its shipped or not. This is a very bad and inappropriate behaviour from company. If this issue does not get resolved than i would have to think for any further business with the company.

I will post your feedback surely on the social media if i don't get my clothes within few days.. Its my first order and you guys have made me feel let down and i m not going to spare you guys because i have paid you in advance... Its better if you guys check my order and deliver it soon

      With reference to order no. #2184028 & #2184009 placed on 16 april 2018. I haven’t received my order yet. On tracking the order it only shows preparation in progress. You guys do not even reply. There is no contact details. This company has no system. Surely this is going to be my last order with you company. I wonder how are u still running your store. This is very exhausting. Ur team is highly irresponsible and of no use.

        Government should not give permission for this kind of stupid websites.. taking care of customers is your duty but your website failed in it. We are earning money with a lot of hard work so... You should exchange my product or refund me..and I suggest everyone don't buy anything from this website worst quality of products and worst customer service.. You should exchange my shoes with in 2-3 days 😡😡...and atleast give response towards your customers.. and I'm damn sure this website will be closed soon..

                I have placed an order on 11th april 18, till now i have not received it. Even they have not dispatched the order. For the same concern i tried to contact them even messaged them thrice that i am not receiving any update regarding delivery of my product. But team of sss is too bad in providing services that they have even not replied on complaint. I have already paid for this order so if they are not able to provide me the things on time i would request them to refund my full amount and also in my feedback i will suggest them to improve there services and way to response to there customers.

                  As u already know that 2 months ago i ordered 2 t shirt from ur site.. And that was my mistake to order from your site. And did payment by card. Don't know why i believe such sites.. Because other sites are not doing that.. So i think your site is also good.. But i was wrong.. After so many efforts you people ready to give me the refund.. But still not get the refund yet.. So said i got my refund in 2 to 3 days toh apke 2 to 3 days kb hoge.. Plz let know.. You msg me that u have done the process of refund.. But i still not get my amount of rupees 520.. At the time of delivery the payment done in 5 minutes. But at the time of refund it's more then a month.. Plz give my money back by tomorrow any how.. Mere pass sirf yahi kaam nahi ki roz apko msg karu.. What u doing is not ethical or legal.. Sorry to say your services are worst.. My experience is soo bad.. And yes give my money by tomorrow.

                    On 28/03/18 i placed five orders #orderid 2152052 of rupees 2198/-and didn’t receive them at given duration. After waiting 21days i complaint them to that, after 3-4days i got mail of order splitting and priority dispatch. To this i just received two orders and with low quality product but just on 25/04/18 i got another mail of refunding amount of 345 rupees due to product out of stock. First of all when i placed order it wasn’t out of stock so i just need my product, it wasn’t my fault but if there such issue then why you didn’t asked for refunding source, i want my amount to be refunded in my account or either in my mobikwik wallet. I complaint for this on the same day till today no response to that. And also after more days waiting i still didn’t received my another two orders. So it’s request either cancel them and refund my amount in my account or mobikwik wallet, or place all of three of them as soon as possible. I’m not gonna accept your refunding to your sss wallet because it’s worst service i have ver experienced and i’m not gonna place any order in future from your site so please place my order, all of three orders. It’s wasn't my fault so why i would i suffer for it. And also any of two complaints are not yet solved

                      My order id is #2190835. There's been no update on the status of my order. And i have already prepaid for it. You have claimed that it'll take 3-21 days. But lately there has been claims from consumers that you take 2-3 months to deliver the product. I want the order delivered asap, within this month since i'll not be at the given address after a month. If there's no word from the company in a week, i will taking this issue to higher authorities who will get this solved...

                          I have placed an order[protected] for 3 footwears on 4/4/2018, and 1 more order for 2 footwears[protected] It's been more than a month now and i have not received any products yet, neither i have received any information or shipping details. Your store says you will deliver the products in 3-21 days, Atleast give some info if you are taking more than committed time..I also raised tickets for the same.. But automatic replies were given on both. You have good products but Worst service... Also you don't have any customer care contact number.
                          I don't think my footwears will be delivered. Its looking like a fraud site

                          I have placed an order for 3 footwears[protected], and order no 2211045.It's been more than a month now and I have not received any products yet. Neither have I received any updates for the same, Your site says that you will deliver the order in 3-21 days. Atleast don't commit if you can't fulfill it. It 's really disappointing. You have good products but worst service.
                          You also don' t have any customer care number and yes after raising tickets multiple times same automatic reply was given.
                          I am really not sure that i will be getting my footwears, looking like a fake site.

                            I had ordered three shoes of same size on 6th of may 2018 .its 5 days now but yet i dnt have any notification regarding shipping of my order ...i tried various ways to contact streetstylestore team but they are so irresponsible that they dnt even reply back, they never pick up calls from customers. i hadn't checked the reviews before shopping and also paid them before receiving the goods for fast delivery.but what i got to know till date is that this site is totally fraud. they didn't provide any kind of contact no. so that customers cant even contact them...either i want my order or i want full refund...

                            i had ordered 3 pair of shoes on dated 6th may 2018 with order id #2213881 .its 11th may 2018 today and i m having no information regarding my order whether it has been shipped or not even..i had tried all possible ways to contact them but i couldn't reach them.they didn't pickup calls they didnt reply emails they are just hell...such a fake site i got ...i hadnt checked the reviews before shopping from this site...please guys if you are about to shop from them please dnt they are fraud...they will accept the payment and after then they will just vanished...i either want my order or i want my money back

                              I received mail dated 30/04/18 received that my order is out for dispatched in 3-4 days so I can not cancel it now. 5/04/2018 status shows that it's been priority dispatched then I received mail on 8/05/2018 saying it's delivered from our end. 09/05/2018 mail received saying it's not yet dispatched from our end due to raw material issues and all. 12/05/2018 status shows that super priority. It's been 3 days after your super priority. They rejected my request to cancel order on 30th April saying order is dispatched. You people are providing worst service and misrepresenting with information.

                                  I have placed order almost a month back for 4 footwear of 999 and 3 jewelry of 399 which sum up to 1747 (Your order#[protected]-6280664 on http://streetstylestore.com is successful.). Then after a week i receive a mail stating that my order has been split into two small order to make deliver convenient. #2166928 cost reflected was rs. 1387 and consist only jewelry and other splitted order rs 370 consist of four footwear. You guys went ahead automatically splitting the order and assigning inappropriate price range to it. then you delivered me jewelry order which has inappropriate price range and completed that order status. Post completion of jewelry order, the footwear order what was tagged at low price post splitting by the website was never shipped to me. Then these guys went on canceling the order as two footwear which i ordered went out of stock and they went for refunding the money. As they have already tagged footwear order with wrong price detail post splitting it with the jewelry order so refund generate was out of rs370 and for two footwear they gave me rs95 each for two footwear (The one which went out of stock and they were providing incorrect refund for it). I really dont understand when they charge 999 + taxes for placing order then why they refund incorrect amount. Also remaining two footwear didnt reach me inspite status showing priority dispatch. The website has made successful attempts of you guys in failing to provide me my order also caused loss of my money as right amount was not refunded to me. I'm not happy with service and i want my remaining money and order soon.

                                    I tried placing an order today morning. The order was never placed but the money got refunded from my mobikwik wallet. Can you please initiate the refund so i can re order those items. This is frustrating. Please do the needful! I have been trying to reach out to you by multiple channels but never got a reply.                                       It has been almost 20 days now. I didn't receive my order yet order number is 2187344

                                      Another order i have sent the product for exchange and it not even updated, number 2190505.
                                      Give me some point of contact or sure date whem it will be delivered?

                                      I have ordered this to gift my frnds bday which is falling on next week. So i need the products asap.

                                      Here by I informed you that I have ordered stuff from your site on the 4th April with orderID #2160944 and its above 21 days but I didn't get delivery even I can't trek my order please ASAP deliver my order after that I am going to shift my home. In other city so please or else say the confirm date of delivery.

                                        I placed an order on 2/4/2018. The order id is 2159506 and payment has been made. The expected delivery date was 23rd april 2018. I made many complaints and queries. Though they replied till 30.04.2018. It has almost been a month yet there is no sign of dispatch yet my order was made priority dispatch on 25.04.2018. Now the problem is i am shifting to the new place this month and they are not delivering in time. I am going to face a problem.
                                        And i don't think the items are out of stock, if it's so they must have listed out of stock. So kindly try to contact the company solve the issue as soon as possible.
