I ordered my product on 30 april 2018 from street style store.
Today is 25 may 2018, still there is no update, i complaint so many times, but not responding.
So please suggest what i have to do for my product or cash.
I spend 2k for my product.
There is no contact number of sss portal, even given mail id is also not responding.
Sss promise that under 3-21 days your products will be delivered but it's passed more than that. And there is not return policy and i paid through paytm. Cc avenue.

I have made a exchange of 1 product but still i didn't recieve any confirmation mail that they are going to send me the new item or not.

I had placed an order 1 and half months back from a friend's id. Firstly, the order took like 1 month to get delivered, and then when the order arrived it was nothing like the picture that was posted on your website. I had raised a request for an exchange of the same but there has been absolutely no appropriate response from your end. I have been trying to call the customer support number but no one tends to answer the call. This is really disappointing and annoying at the same time as this was the first time i placed an order and this is the kind of service i am getting. Seeing the competition in the market for you guys if this is the way you deal with things here trust me it's gonna earn a real bad name for you.

Kindly look into the matter asap and get this issue resolved at the earliest.

My order was supposed to be originally delivered on 3rd of may today its 23rd and it's still not here i have tried emailing you people, calling you but there is no response it's very disappointing. I have ordered before it was all cod this was my first prepaid order and i did not expect it from street style store this is very disappointing. You should provide better customer services in case someone has to reach you because it's too difficult to get to you people to know about our orders and to complain about something. I have emailed almost 324 times now i have submitted my queries many times n have tried calling you people but no one is there to pick up the call at the customer number i'm worried as it's my first prepaid order from street style store and it's just vanished thr is no information about it, it shows about over a month now that it's shift in my order status and it still not here. I expected to be resolved soon, this is another approach to get to the store i don't know how else to reach the store for my complaints since emailing or calling doesn't work.

I am a blogger/shopoholic. I am doing a review video on your site for my followers as it is my highly requested video. I have done hauls from many site but this is my first time shopping from your site as a beaut on a budget i always check the ratings and reviews. Your site has got 1.3/5 in trustedbazzar which is not a very good rating and for hauls we usaually require to spend a lot of money i was very sceptical so i mailed the customer care i received an email right away stating that my order was put in the "urgent list" and will be delivered as soon as possible. Since it is based in india i assumed the longest time to be around 5 days but its been 8 days since i placed my order but they havent even started the shipment yet. Everytime i check the delivery status its say payment accepted. I am very disappointed in this site 😑

As you have not even bothered to dispatch my products not replying to my emails on your site i just need refund in my mobiquick full amount i paid pls 18pct interest from the date i paid you till date you refund

No one takes a month and a half to dispatch hoods plus there us no initiation why delay how much time more n date by when it will be shipped

My order numbers 2138254 and 2138260, i received wrong products. It has been a month and the return pickup is still not initiated. No replies on the ticket opened as well. I am tired of opening new tickets all the time, so disappointed.
The sent me wrong colour products even after i mentioned them that it was gift for my best friend and it has been more than a month since the products were delivered. They assured me that the pick up will take place but it has still not happened. I have in total 3 shoes to return. They told me that i should send the shoes back on my expense and that they will not reimburse it.
I want them to pick up the shoes asap and refund me the money since will never buy from this website again

Its been more than a month now and I haven’t received my products. They don’t receive calls nor do they revert to emails. The link to track order asks for AWB number but they don’t provide with any details. Previously i had ordered through COD which got ordered on time. My sister too recently placed an order through COD and her order got delivered within 20 days. This makes me wonder if I trusted them too much by making a payment prior. Please help with my order. Its been a long wait🙁 Hoping for some positive outcome. Thankyou

Order Reference VFAPBXTUM - placed on 04/30/2018. it has to be delivered by 21st May 2018.its 21st May 2018 today.Till date the order is in "Preparation in progress".I have asked to Street Style Store for my order status. on 17th May as well as today. But there is no response from Street Style Store.they are not providing their customer care number too. So i am writing here on consumer complaint. PLease take some actions on Street Style Store. so that it corrects its service

I received my order #2200750 . I am very much unhappy amd disgusted with the fit of the shoe. The beige sneakers with golden colour's size length wise is proper. However the shoes are so broad that it will fit a 5xl person. I am trying to email the helpdesk simce a week now, their inbox is full because of which the messages are not delivered. The contact numbers on internet are fake. There is no way i can connect to them and get the shoes exchanged. Request to you help me get the shoes exhanged with some other pair. Also i am unable to send an email to [protected]@streetstylestore.com since it shows that ur inbox is full and thus you will not receive any new emails. Kindly do the needful

I placed the order with SSS on 05/10/2018 and it did got delivered on 05/12/2018 but the size was not fit to me, so i initiated size exchange as per their policy mention on their website.

The product was got collected from my address by their agent in next 2 days, since then i got no e-mail regarding my exchange of product.

Kindly provide an update or a time frame in which i should expect my order to be delivered?
Or if the product doesnot fit in exchange terms and conditions, then return my old product as soon as possible.

I have raised a ticket on sss website, for which i haven't received a reply yet, my last order i have received everything but the skirt which i have got the zip is not working in it, i cant move it at all, so i need a replacement, but on the website this product is not displaying on my order list, i need a resolution for this. I placed an order:
Combo - chunky heel buckled lace up short boots with double leaf necklace - shoe size : 36 but i received size 35 i created the exchange the sda took the product back and did not deliver the correct size (I created the exchange for 42 size).

This boot is too small i wanted to exchange this but size was not available and return option was not reflecting when the sda came to pick the other he took this product also with him and he did not provide any receipt. Since then i raised so many queries on customer care support but they have not respond with valid reason, i do not see any customer care number where i may call and get answer.

I have placed an exchange order for # 2193831 since the the size did not fit for me and requested exchange for new size 38
It's been almost 21 days that the exchange request has been made and i still have not received any person at my home to pick the old parcel up.
All i can see is exchange pick request sent status since 21 days. This is really frustrating.
There is no customer care number left to discuss it on the go and all they have is raise a query and be in hope that someone replies to it someday.
I really should have made some research on this site before purchasing anything now i regret buying from this site.
I have contacted through queries, instagram messages whatever possibly i get my hands on but the outcome is literally nothing.
M so furious and i want my money back on this order or send the right sized products as soon as possible.

It’s been a month. I have not received my order... I was supposed to receive it max by 14th.. I have send mails.. However no response from your team. Not even once.. This is pathetic service. I am disappointed.
I need to receive my order asap. I have ordered several times from this website and they always deliver late. But this time it is ridiculous.. Maybe this is last time i ordered from here.. I would rather go to some shop and purchase than waiting for a month to get my shoes.

my order has been returned without any of my knowledge. I called the delivery person and he said it has been returned . I have been waiting for days for the delivery and gave a complaint against it but no answers came from the company. I need my order back as fast as possible. It should reach here before 21st may.

I ordered for size 38 (Clearly written in the invoice) for 29355-bond over flats but i have recieved size 36 and there is no exchange policy even for this product it shows but this was not mentioned earlier but still this a mistake on company’s part so they should be liable for it.. I want the size i have ordered for or the money back.. Help me with this.. Revert asap
