I have already placed and paid order as per my order id mentioned in the subject.
However i have not received any mail for order is being dispatched or not.
Please help me out and try to deliver it soon. I have mailed you 4 times but no response received yet. Atleast my tracking details must be known to me so that i could trace the parcel.
Pls improve your service so that customer should not get insecured regarding their orders n loose trust.

    Hello, i had ordered 3 shoes on the 23rd of april, 2018 with the order no. Jwifpghxz
    It has been showing priority dispatch for more than 2 weeks already. I would like to know the status of my order. And i would like it to be delivered before the end of may as i am in a rush. I hope all 3 shoes will be delivered as soon as possible. And i have sent emails too regarding this issue. But there is no response till now. Please try to ship my order soon.

      This is to inform you that the product i have purchased from sss is totally out of shape and not good quality, the size of the shoe is out of size
      I tried contacting customer care number but its showing invalid, i selected my actual size no for shoes but when i tried this its loose... I ordered two shoes from streetstylestore one is out of shape and the another is bad quality, shown picture is not same its color and shape is different

        I had placed an order on 4th april 2018 and have not yet received my delivery. There is no customer care service available nor any person to contact to ask about my delivery. I have already paid the bloody amount for the package and till today i have not got any update, i got a mail that it's been shipped last month itself. What kind of service is this? Don't you people care after receiving money? I'm an advocate and i will surely take this to consumer forum and file fraud case if i don't get my package by this week.

        I have ordered the same products by COD, you better refund the amount paid or replace the order with other products. I have waited too long for the order, and because I had the urgency to order the same products early I ordered again for COD, so I don't want the same products again, so better refund or replace.
        I placed my order on 22nd April'18. But till now, I haven't heard anything about. And I have raised my complaint already.. No response till date. I have bloody made my payment too.. I need my products or cash needs to be refund, if not I will this consumer court and will file fraud case against the company. I no, there are many customers are been cheated. Bloody.. I need an action at the earliest. I'm a journalist, I no to take this issue to the next level.

        I ordered a pair of boots on 26th of April, I want it before 15th of May.I even sent them a mail but there wasn't any reply from their part.Tracking shows that the order has been shipped but it's still not delivered. I haven't even got any mail about the delivery date.

            I have ordered 2 pair of shoes both of them were a size large to me! I asked for an exchange with a Smaller size of both! They scheduled a pickup but it’s almost a month nobody came to pick it up! No one responds to the emails! I have no idea what to do with those shoes. Order number: #2177277. Please get a customer care number or atleast respond to your customers! I am stuck badly with this site. I have been trying to order since the past 1 n half years! Yes!! N they make sure they do it wrong everytime! Please refund my money in my bank account and take your shoes back if you can’t exchange it for a Smaller size! Coz everytime what u do is u refund the money in you SSS account and I am forced to order again

              I've ordered 2 pair of shoes on 14 april 2018 and payment has been done already.
              It's been more than a month now and the estimated delivery date was 3-21 days.
              Also submitted query about the order about 4 days ago, but just received an email and no other further response (Case:298363). The order was shipped 2 weeks ago and now the status is debagged, what does that mean? Very disappointed by your service.

                I ordered 3 pairs of footwears about a month ago and they were delivered to me on 1st may2018. Unfortunately one of the footwears was running out of size so i did a placed an exchange request on 2nd may 2018 and got a message that it has been initiated but still no one has come for the pickup. I kept on emailing but they did not provide me with any solution. My money has gone in wane. Such a poor, irresponsible site. Really dissapointed.

                  Order #2115364 for charming yellow flat shoes, size:37 has not been delivered yet.. The ord r was placed on[protected].. Its been over two months now wherease 3-5 days would be he delivery time as promised.. Its a prepaid order so please look into the matter urgently and if you are not able to deliver me the product please refund the money.. Have been trying to call and email you from very long mow ; but i didnot get any response from you guys..                     I had placed an order on 12th April 2018.The expected delivery date was 3rd May 2018.It's already 15th of May and I haven't received my shoes yet.
                    It's been more than a month.Even if I raise a query in the website, I receive the "Your complaint has been forwarded to the concerned department" mail or I don't receive any reply.

                    I had already paid for the order online.
                    This is really disappointing.
                    This was my first time and will definitely be my last.

                    Either deliver my order within a week at max or refund me the entire amount.
                    I won't spare you like this.

                    Don't open a store if you aren't capable of doing your work.

                      My order #2156330 is to be exchanged. I have received a large footwear size. It’s been 12 days since i’ve put up an exchange request, 2nd of may, 2018 to be precise. There has been no response from their side till date. No contact number has been provided by their website for an aggrieved customer. It is really irresponsible on their part. A contact number the least should have been provided. Their website says they will pick up the order within 3-5 business days. It’s been ages. I don’t even know the status of my order.

                        My StreetStyleStore order no is 6257274.
                        It was prepaid and my balance was deducted from my bank account.
                        However, I didn’t get any email regarding confirmation. I paid through ccavenue With reference id[protected].
                        And when I open my SSS account also, there is no order update in my order history. I have not received any email from SSS except my money deduction from ccavenue.
                        Please look into the matter and kindly refund my money.

                              I had ordered 3 dresses dated 05.05.18 but till now i haven't received any details about it. The payment is already made and now i am worried about it.                                 I ordered from this store on 18th april.. Order is not yet delivered.. I have mailed them like 100 times but no reply.. No response on phone no too.. I have paid for my order already. I want delievery within 2 days or i want my refund.. Worst experience ever this comany should be closed..                                   It has been over a week that one of the products ordered has been picked up for exchange.3 enquiries were sent over the period but not a single query was answered. It took a month already for the products to arrive and now this tedious process of exchange without any response from the sss is just not tolerable. I would either like to have a refund or would hope for the delivery of requested exchange product without further delay.

                                    Hi its more than 15 days my product has been picked up for replacement but till now i m unable to receive any update on it. I had tried to contact your team many times but unfortunately there is no response.

                                    Please return replacement product that has already been paid.

                                      Order no #32101530 which is a replacement order was placed on 27/02/2018. The order comprised of 2 pairs of heels one of which hasn't been delivered yet. The original order was placed on 19/02/2018. The product delivered were not of appropriate size. Hence a replacement order was made on 27/02/2018. For months there has been no communication with company. One pair of heels has not been delivered even after repeated queries.
                                      Kindly hurry up your proceedings and deliver the item at the earliest.

                                        298276 query no, i raised a size exchange request for one of the products out of 3 that were totally ordered on 5th may. The product was picked up on 6th may and since then no communication from the company's side - no mail, message or call. Have submitted a query online but no response. They do not have a customer care number on the website but found one through google which they do not receive calls on.
                                        The status of my replacement request does not get updated on the website. Either they should deliver the product or return my money as there is no way we can communicate with them, it is just 1 sided communication.
