Hey,

I ordered 3 footwear on 10th april 2018 (Order id[protected] and paid for the same online. My delivery date was 1st may, now it's way past the delivery date but no words on delivery. Plus i cannot even track my order, there is no link in it. I need my order urgently before 6th may.
Kindly deliver my products at the earliest and provide me with link so that i can track my order.

    The products which we see on the site and what we get are too diffrent nd even the shoelace is not standard quality.. Moreover when m trying to exchange it for smaller size it's unavailable.. The service is too bad nd i wud hav returned the product if money refund was possible.. Atleast i wud like to exchange for size 37 if return isn't possible. I ordered 2 sneakers and both were not as they appeared in picture.. The grey sneakers shoelace was if too bad quality and the black sneakers bottom was suppose to be of brown color but it's of white color.. I paid 1200 for both the sneakers which were delivered to me on 2 may 2018.. Size of 37 is not available in the exchange option.. I dnt get what to do now coz beithe m i able to replace it not return the product.. I hope my complaint wud be looked forward nd resolved asap or else i wil hav to take legal actions..

      Hi, i have placed an order on 20th april 18, worth rs 1049, already paid. Order id qprsixzub
      Please let me know the status of my order, it's already been 12 days without any information. There's no customer service number nor any assistance through mails. One of the most horrible experiences with this site i am going through. I am totally unable to track my order. Please send me a confirmation or call me. Very surprised with the customer service, after taking the payment there's no mail nor any response for 12 days!!! Horrible experience

        Sir its very disappointing me that u not even reply of my mail and message but also not give the refund till now its really very bad experience for me. Other sites are not doing this type of misbehavior and irresponsibility.. U said that refund is done within 3 days but its more than a week.. Is this site a fraud or what.. Firstly u did not complete your order for that i wait almost 1 and half month and now the refund problem. Sir it is high time now. How long a customer wait..

        Had ordered 3 shoes in the beginning of April and still haven't received it.. Payment is also done. They said it will be delivered by 23td April which has not been done and it is frustrating and annoying please look into it. It will be of a great help.

            I had placed an order for imitation jewellery, order id # 2137922 on march 20th 2018 and had made a advance payment.
            It has been like forever and i haven't heard back from them, except for some tickets, where they send automated replies. Similar thing happened to me with stalkbuylove in 2015 and history is repeating itself but with a different company this time. Seems like the owner of both these companies is the same because they look like fraudsters to me.
            There are so many complaints about them everywhere but yeah, they sure do not give a damn! Trained and habituated fraudsters i guess.

                I have ordered the pair of shoes on 4-april-2018 wity order id #2163904 and it was supposed to be delivered on maximum on 26-april-2018 but till today they have not taken any initiative to get it delivered.

                I have no idea that why they are taking money if they can not deliver the orders.
                I have already raised the ticket 2 times and they are saying that please wait for some more days you will get the worth products. I dont understand that "if any website is delivering the products on time are not enough worth for the money".

                I am not getting any satisfactory respoce from sss guys and even i asked for the specific date that tell me how much more days you want to deliver it, even though they are not able to give me any answer.

                Its my request to you that dont show fake products if you are not able to deliver it.

                There is no facility of customer care. No phone number.. Nothing.

                Its really irritating that i have ordered something a month ago and i am not having that till today. I have not seen these kind of issue with any of the website ever.

                Guys seriously, if you have started making the products from the date you have recieved the money, in that case you were able to deliver it.

                The last thing i wanted to say is refund my money back.

                So kindly do return my money thats what I wanted to say for the last time to you. I dont want to listen anything after that even I also dont want your delayed products.

                Please dont revert me with a apology comment just refund my money so that I can use it somewhere else rather than giving you. So I want my money back of Rs. 1049 today.

                        My order number is yeafsuudf. There's been no update on the status of my order. And i have already prepaid for it. You have claimed that it'll take 3-21 days. But lately there has been claims from consumers that you take 2-3 months to deliver the product. I want the order delivered asap, within this month since i'll not be at the given address after a month. If there's no word from the company in a week, i will taking this issue to higher authorities who will get this solved.

                          I order two shoes they took a month for delivery.. Nd when i got the shoe =s the size doesn't fits me.. So i place an exchange for it... They took back the shoes and told me that they dont the size which i want nd they will refund me the me in my bank account in 24 to 48 hrs but its 6 days now then didn't even took my bank details nd dont answer my emails i me fed up..                             I ordered three shoes, out of which one was not even my order. I wrote them multiple times, it has been more than 20 days but they have not replied anything. Only that complain has been filed. There is no update about the complaint at all. Just like its delivery which often takes 20-30 days, i hope this compain wont take that long because i am in india for my masters and i am graduating early next month. This is my exam preparation time while i keep sending them mails and attaching the pics of fault piece and all but they are so inconsiderate. I was so intrigued by its product's affordability but now i see why, may be they have employed only few people in the business which is why it takes so much time to process a purchase as well as return. Anyway, i am never buying from this store ever and will recommend my friends also not to. Thank you.

                              Tried to contact by many ways, by dropping mails, raising query through contacts but there is no response. I have ordered 3 pairs of flats but i can see size for the one pair of flats product "check mate flats" size ordered is 34.                                   I have placed an order yesterday and received an e mail regarding the confirmation. The money has been deducted from my account also but the app is showing no update or information regarding the order.
                                  I have the screenshot of the confirmation also. Kindly respond to it asap!!

                                  Hello before few month I bought a sets of three flats but I kept only one flat and I return for exchange all the two pair of flat footwear's but still I did not receive any new product behalf that one one please revert me back as soon as possible

                                  I ordered on 23rd march my order id: 2145592 and paid the amount online its more than a month there is no update about my order, I wrote many times to helpdesk and even raised a query but there is no response. Do you really care about your customers? I want my money back or the order should be delivered.

                                    I really fed with u guys, seriously last year i ordered a top it is damaged i go for replaced till now i didn't received the item (order id:#1518550) and i paid money in online.Shame on you, why u people will do like this job when u guys are not honest towards customers, i really kept some 20 to 30 mails, no reply, no customer no .I ordered recently again i got damaged products.                                       I had placed my order on 29th march and was suppose to receive it by 19 april, but i still haven't received it. I have already complained thrice in 'raise a query' option but no action has been taken even after transferring my order to priority dispatch. Now the there isn't any option to cancel order so that i can order it again.
                                      Kindly deliver my order asap.

                                      I am not satisfied about the product the product is defective as well as size issue...customer support is too bad cant even recive the call...if my help is not done i will complaint against sss as consumer law...so resolve my issue
