i neither have recieved any call nor my articles..
this is a kind request to you to resolve it within this week only..
i dont want the articles now, kindly refund as soon as possible..

replacement order have never been delivered..
i have received the articles only one time when they were bigger in size,
i sent them back for getting replaced with smaller sizes and never got them back..
and now after so much of harassment i dont need your articles, i want my money back and that is the only solution i can see to this..

i have got my articles but recieved wrong size in both.. is this the way to treat after so much of harrasement???
ordered 35 in both and got 36..
i want my money back as soon as possible..

No reverts till now..
very bad kind of experience ..

I have got a call from an executive of yours who was so rude and was blaming me badly for putting a complaint in this forum she was again n again sayin that bcz [censored]r complaint we have revieved a legal notice and this and that she was aboutvto refund but the moment i asked her that is this the way to speak to the customer she said let me do my work that is refunding you rest there is nothing in my hands the way she was speaking was like she was irritated or wjat so ever for the notice and after when i asked she very clearly said that ab caahe aap 2 months complaints karte raho aapko hum refund nahi karenge aap refund karwa k toh dekho ab .. I want double of my money back asap else i surely am going to file a case against the company and that lady in high court.. The number from which i recieved the call is +[protected].. Please help me out with this if i dint got any reverts in 2 days i will take furture action for sure..

So irritated with the type of service they provide.. Action would be taken if dint got any reverts for sure
