I ordered a combo of two shoes worth Rs. 999/- on 14th Mar, 2016 from http://streetstylestore.com/ & paid through my debit card. They didn't even provide me a tracking number and also have not delivered the product yet. Adding to the problems they have not provided any contact number or way except an email address: [protected]@streetstylestore.com

I have not received order even after 6 weeks, please revert back asap

Hi, I have ordered a footwear on 21st mar'16. As per the clause order should have been delivered with 21 days. But I didn't get the footwear till date inspite of repeated reminders. I'm not satisfied with service.i have done almost 2 follow ups but they didn't reply yet. Already I have done payment of appox. 1000rs. for footwear. Request you to please look into this and do the needful.

Either I have to get the footwear ordered or please get the money rembuirsed.

I had placed an order for 2 pair of shoes via their order no. 517621 on 19/2/16 which they failed to deliver in 21 days. After waiting for 2 months i informed them to cancel my order so that I can buy some other shoe as they are not able to delivery the ordered shoe, to this they have cancelled the order and the status says refund complete/credit note given but no credit points are given in my account to utilize the money paid. Since last 15 days I am trying to reach them but the line is always busy and no response on the email too.

I have ordered 3 pairs of shoes from sss, it is been now 21 days however have not get any shipping details.

I have contacted there team 4-5 times in mail but received no revert and no one is picking up my call.

I have already paid them through my debit card 1000/- they commited on there site to send goods in 3-21 days, but i am surprised no shipping details has been added yet how could they send me in that time.

It is a fake site they proved it, i suggest nobody trust them.

Can anybody help me to get my money back??????????

I ordered a girl bag from street style store on 9/28/2015. And i made payment online. I have that pdf file of the bill. Its been more than 6 months i havr not received that bag. I had to gift that bag to my frnd whose birthday was on 3rd november. The bag didn't deliver on time. Now it is of no use. I mailed them n number of time that now i dont want that bag, just refund my money. They always say we are very sorry... Sorry... But not refunding my money. I will soon file a case against them in consumer forum and will make them realise that we are not fools. They will soon pay for what they have done. And i mean it.

this is to inform you that with reference to my earlier complaint of articles not received order no.434984 and tracking no : BMPP85002520, invoice no #IN428327 dated 4-1-16 and received on 18-1-16-i have again received the wrong sizes, i ordered for 35 and got 36 even after replacement now have sent them back again and not got any reverts again.. i am fed up with the people and their service..

i want to speak to any of the executives..

It has been a horrible experience with the website http://www.streetstylestore.com/.

Bought the products looking at the product image, what was received was horrible and not even worth the price, the images presented are definitely not their own shot images and flicked from somewhere.

The orders must be then made at their end or outsourced to be made with the cheapest material available and similar to the design, as these are definitely not the same as shown on the website, they are cheating customers and more so if the customer does not want the products, the only way possible is to exchange from their catalog, as a consumer, no one can force me to buy the product if I don't like it, however, they are and it has become a mentally harassing experience for me to be chasing them frequently with no support. There is no customer contact number to reach on, as the number reflecting on their portal never gets through.

As per the last conversation on 9th April they had told me that the reverse pick up would be done with in 5 - 7 working days, and post receiving it in the warehouse, they had finally agreed upon refunding me the money. Till date no reverse pick up has happened and having dropped a mail on this further about their inaction and lackadaisical attitude, totally callous about the customer, they again reverted "Once we receive the products in our warehouse, the credit note/replacement order will be made as per your selection you made while you initiated the exchange."

So it seems their ways of working are definitely not customer centric, as long as the money has reached them, the customer may as well rot in hell.

Having come across more reviews, can very well figure out how they are conning customers, would strongly advise to not fall for their luring offers, as the quality and service both are pathetic, wish I could find a much better term then pathetic. I am definitely taking on them legally.

i have requested for a return on 15th of march 2016 since i didnt like the quality of the product. but no one came for a pick up.
i tried to contact SSS through all the possible ways( landline no., emails) but didnt get any positive replies. landline no. is always busy. earlier, i got affirmative replies trough email later it turns out that the replies are automated ones and promise is not met till date. On 7th april 2016, i did receive a call to confirm my pick up address and i was also informed that pick up will happen on 8th april 2016, i waited but no one came.
i m just fed up of writing to them repeatedly. please resolve the issue

After so many regular follow up with the courier guys, still my product is not delivered at my doorstep .

They are quoting for cod delivery and i have to pay some money to receive the courier . I have already made a payment to www.Street style shoes.com .

I've even received confirmation from street style store resolver saying "no amount has to paid to delivery boy ."

Still the delivery guy is not handing over the product to me .

Its been almost a month i have not received any update from them till date about the delivery of my products. They do not answer the phone calls or mails either. When u call their no kept busy all the time. M trying to track my order but its not showing the track id. Asking them to either deliver my order or cancel it and refund the money. Your team changed the size of my 3 shoes as 40, thanks for that.Kindly request you to look into this issue and rectify. Since i am on vacation i'm going to leave bangalore next week end . I have ordered three pairs of shoes on 9th Apr 2016 and was expecting some tracking details from their end, but there is not response till date. I even emailed them saying its an urgent requirement and after that I got a ticket no.
I even tried calling them on the number mentioned in their contact details which is always busy.Ticket number is no where helpful to me.I don't know whats wrong with the company that it takes more than a month to deliver a product. If it is so they should stop shipping the goods and attract customers.

I have ordered three products(shoes, top and dress set) from the online fashion site (street style store) on 7th march and i have done my payment online only.Its been more than a month now but i haven't got my order, although I have got my shoes out of the three products but other two are still have not been received.
