Order no-2024841. I have ordered three pairs of sandals and i received the incorrect size. I have already paid the amount by cash and requested for the exchange, they came and collected the package for exchange and its been already a month i havent received the exchanged items yet. This is the third time i am sending a message i dnt get any replies regarding this! Do check and tell me the status as soon as possible

      In reference to order number #2023595 (Slip on platform sneakers - shoe size : 37) placed on 10/01/2018 on sss shopping, the received size was not perfect, hence i requested an exchange for the same.
      The product has been picked up for exchange but i have not received my shoes yet. I have raised multiple queries but there is no revert from sss's side. Neither i am able to track my order nor getting any update.

          Its been almost 20-25 i says since i have returned my order as there was aome fitting issue. Thought i have retured the order i haven’t received it yet! Its been 20-25 days im also continually sending quarries bt still not getting any reply
          From past so many days im tryng to contacting bt ntg is happening
          I dont want my money to get wasted
          I want you to either send my exhange product as soon as possible
          Or return my money asap!
          I can’t wait for it more
          I wass suppose to take the garment out of station
          But due to su much delay dat cud not happen
          I did not like the service at all!

            Don't refund my money but at least exchange my product. coz it's not same as the picture shown in your app. zip colour is change nd colour also gets fade from some places.And coz of packing shape of the boots gets change its look ugly while wearing it.               Sir, i am mailing this to you with a hope nd expectations. I have ordered my shoes from strretstylestore few months ago nd the size of shoes was big thn i go for exchanging process but there is no option availbale to exchabge. Then i wrote an email. Thnku so much sir for taking action nd my shoes has been returned to them. But now there is no option available so that i can buy something else in place of that shoes which i had returmed to them nd money had also paid. I orders new shoes in place of tjem but the delivery boy said u have to pay for this. How can i tackle this situation. I request you please do something so taht my money will be utilised nd i'm order something else.

I never thought that my first experience would be this much bad and unsatisfactory. Also, they do not pick up the contact numbers they have provided.                   I haven't received my order yet. I ordered the boots on 1/06/2018. At the time of booking the site showed that the boots are in stock. After 3 days of ordering the boots got out of stock. Even after so many days you haven't shipped my order! I want my boots to be shipped by 5th feb 2018 or else i'll complain to the police regarding your fraud company. Have some sense of responsibility towards your customers.

                  What do you guys mean by sending my order as soon as possible... I want them to be shipped by 5th feb 2018 as i have to wear those in my family function! Do whatever it takes to ship those boots by 5th feb 2018. I'm trying to order those boots since 1st dec 2017 and when i order them they always go out of stock immediately or after few days! If they are out of stock then why do you send order confirmation message!!!

                    They already shipped the product and as per there mentioned time period it was 21 days to get product delivered but it was more than 21 days till now did not receive the product and i wanted my refund but there not giving it.. The item was shipped on 8th jan from delhi and it was be delivered to gurgaon i don't think so that time it should take to deliver the product.. I have said earlier also i want my refund but till now i have not received it.. The customer care team said it will take 3 days item to refund the amount but 6 days have gone till now refund is not given within seconds we get the refund on paytm as i have paid through paytm but there are doing so

                      Hello sss i ordered just bow because sneaker of size 40 which i want to exchange with size 39 i submitted the request n they pic up my shoes n its been15 days till nw i didn't get any update n also not my shoes get delivered to me.                           I made order on 1st january and it is not delivered yet. As per policy of store delivery of product within 21days is crossed and still product is not delivered to me. Not getting any reply from customer support system. I made all possible trial to get response from customer support system. I tried to communicate on contact number but it is switched off all the time. It is showing order on hold since almost 25 days.

                            I had ordered with street style store, 3 flat footwear in the offer 3at 999 on 31/12/18. The footwear reached on time by 9/1/18. The size was bug for me so i sent an exchange request on 10/1/18 that i want size 38 of the same pairs. The footwear were picked up the very next day but my replacement has not yet come.                               Its been more than 21 days from the day the order has placed and yet the product has not delivered to me. The payment has already made and no tracking no or other information has been provided where i can see where has my product reached. Its highly disappointing to wait so long.                                 I had placed order on 7/12/2017 via order no.1946719 for black knee boots. Unfortunately i recd them recently only. You took almost 2 months to deliver a product. As the size was not fitting properly i immediately requested for exchange of the product n was told same would be done in 3to 5 days. But unfortunately no one has even contacted till date. Refund the amount now as i am not going to wear winter boots in sumner.

                                    I have raised several queries to sss qnd even have tried reaching on the number provided on this link. But still there is no response received from anyone. Its been 2mnths i am raising this concern. I have made online payment, the product has been returned back but still i am unable to place a order aganist the payment made.

                                    Hi Team please note i want size 38 size not 36. Again I wil have to raise a exchange request. So it's better you change it your end itself before dispatching.
                                    How much time u want ?? U said will give u a credit note after 1 week but it's been 10 days i haven't received any credit not or mail from your side ...kindly make it soon don't check patience level o[censored]r customers
                                    I ordered black wedge sandals on 6 dec 2017, and it is still not delivered yet. I payed for the product online while buying and there is no tracking number or details also through which i can track.. Horrible service. Its been 15 days

                                      I had previously placed an order in november. After months of follow up, it got into priority dispatch in january and then the order got cancelled because the products were suddenly out of stock. Shouldn't that be mentioned before 2 months of waiting. Now i've placed another order with products on th 6th of january i have to settle with and it's "preparation in progress" since 3 weeks now

                                        I have purchased a pair of shoes..and its size is not accurate..my shoe no.is 38 however i have received firstly 40 no...then i had exchanged it, however size does not match my size..so i want to exchange it ..i have already received 39 no.in exchange for 40 no...still shoes is lose..
