Don't refund my money but at least exchange my product. coz it's not same as the picture shown in your app. zip colour is change nd colour also gets fade from some places.And coz of packing shape of the boots gets change its look ugly while wearing it. Plz do something it's my huge request to u.

Sir, i am mailing this to you with a hope nd expectations. I have ordered my shoes from strretstylestore few months ago nd the size of shoes was big thn i go for exchanging process but there is no option availbale to exchabge. Then i wrote an email. Thnku so much sir for taking action nd my shoes has been returned to them. But now there is no option available so that i can buy something else in place of that shoes which i had returmed to them nd money had also paid. I orders new shoes in place of tjem but the delivery boy said u have to pay for this. How can i tackle this situation. I request you please do something so taht my money will be utilised nd i'm order something else.

Hi.. My order id is 2033463. The products shown in the pictures totally varies from the ones you receive. It was my very first purchase from sss. I never thought that my first experience would be this much bad and unsatisfactory. Also, they do not pick up the contact numbers they have provided. Now, i wanted to return them but they are not replying to any of my queries

I haven't received my order yet. I ordered the boots on 1/06/2018. At the time of booking the site showed that the boots are in stock. After 3 days of ordering the boots got out of stock. Even after so many days you haven't shipped my order! I want my boots to be shipped by 5th feb 2018 or else i'll complain to the police regarding your fraud company. Have some sense of responsibility towards your customers.

They already shipped the product and as per there mentioned time period it was 21 days to get product delivered but it was more than 21 days till now did not receive the product and i wanted my refund but there not giving it.. The item was shipped on 8th jan from delhi and it was be delivered to gurgaon i don't think so that time it should take to deliver the product.. I have said earlier also i want my refund but till now i have not received it.. The customer care team said it will take 3 days item to refund the amount but 6 days have gone till now refund is not given within seconds we get the refund on paytm as i have paid through paytm but there are doing so

Hello sss i ordered just bow because sneaker of size 40 which i want to exchange with size 39 i submitted the request n they pic up my shoes n its been15 days till nw i didn't get any update n also not my shoes get delivered to me. I already emailed many times from my account but no updates, so kindly delivere my shoes of size 39 or return my money back. This time i m hopping for early reply.

I made order on 1st january and it is not delivered yet. As per policy of store delivery of product within 21days is crossed and still product is not delivered to me. Not getting any reply from customer support system. I made all possible trial to get response from customer support system. I tried to communicate on contact number but it is switched off all the time. It is showing order on hold since almost 25 days.

I had ordered with street style store, 3 flat footwear in the offer 3at 999 on 31/12/18. The footwear reached on time by 9/1/18. The size was bug for me so i sent an exchange request on 10/1/18 that i want size 38 of the same pairs. The footwear were picked up the very next day but my replacement has not yet come. My order number is 2004131.
My footwear were as under-

I'm feeling harassed and cheated as i have already paid the amount in cash and still waiting for the replacement.

Its been more than 21 days from the day the order has placed and yet the product has not delivered to me. The payment has already made and no tracking no or other information has been provided where i can see where has my product reached. Its highly disappointing to wait so long. In-spite of complaining 10 times i haven't received any response from the customer care team. Please look into the matter asap.

I had placed order on 7/12/2017 via order no.1946719 for black knee boots. Unfortunately i recd them recently only. You took almost 2 months to deliver a product. As the size was not fitting properly i immediately requested for exchange of the product n was told same would be done in 3to 5 days. But unfortunately no one has even contacted till date. Refund the amount now as i am not going to wear winter boots in sumner.

I have raised enquiry in their website a number of times but still no revert. There is no specific contact number of this website or anything so please help with this!!!

I have raised several queries to sss qnd even have tried reaching on the number provided on this link. But still there is no response received from anyone. Its been 2mnths i am raising this concern. I have made online payment, the product has been returned back but still i am unable to place a order aganist the payment made.
Still the street style store order details shows as priority dispatch since a month. Neither i am getting a refund nor i am able to place a new order.
Please look into this on priority

I had previously placed an order in november. After months of follow up, it got into priority dispatch in january and then the order got cancelled because the products were suddenly out of stock. Shouldn't that be mentioned before 2 months of waiting. Now i've placed another order with products on th 6th of january i have to settle with and it's "preparation in progress" since 3 weeks now

I have purchased a pair of shoes..and its size is not accurate..my shoe no.is 38 however i have received firstly 40 no...then i had exchanged it, however size does not match my size..so i want to exchange it ..i have already received 39 no.in exchange for 40 no...still shoes is lose..

I ordered a belly, black coloured and the size of the belly was 38 and when i got it it didn’t fit me. After 2 days of delivery i reported a request for the exchange of size i. E. 36 but i never got refund or exchange of it as they picked the order after 3/4 days after they received my request nearly a month ago and didn’t got refund or exchange that product of different size. I did not even got yo hear a word from the street style company. If they don’t have the size they would have messaged me i did not hot any mail. If they don’t have the size they should have mailed me about it. I mailed them several times. I don’t get a relevent mail about it. I got mail only about the verification of my request mails. I didn’t get any relevant mail from them. Now my money is with them and thy have no contact no. And i couldn’t reach them for the refund or exchange! This is harassing me very much! This is pathetic and now i am frustrated and i want my money back soon! Please help me in conveying my message to them! Harrasment is an unacceptable thing to a consumer. If i won’t get a mail soon i’ll approach a nearest police station and file some report or i’ll go to consumer court. It’s not about money but it is frustrating and testing my patience.

This is the 4th time i am complaining... All the 3 times you ignored my complaint... Now i just don’t know what to say... I had put up my boots for exchange for a larger size... And guess what it has been more than 25 days still i did not get any return... Why don’t you atleast return the previous size only which i returned... If you do not have larger size, neither you refund the money so atleast give the previous size... I don’t know what else to do... I did not received my order yet . i placed it on 12/12/2017 its been more than 1 month. money has been deducted from my account but i did not received order yet. try it delivery it as soon as possible.i order two bags together i received one bag and another is still pending please resolve problem soon . order reference number is 1960161.

My item has not been delivered by streetstylestore, even though the amount was withdrawn from my account. I have been receiving notification from my bank account that the money was withdrawn by the above said shopping site, but no shipping or packing notification has not been received yet. It was said in the site that the product will be delivered within 3-21 days, but i have not received my product yet. Kindly update me with what has happened, whether i have been fooled or not.

I wanted to exchange on order (#2021255) for a different size & hence initiated an exchange & returned the product, which has been accepted by the seller as the return tracking information says. But there is no information regarding the dispatch of the product for the different size i initiated this exchange for. So just wanted to know when will the exchanged prouduct be dispatched or delierverd to me.
