Respected sir/mam of consumer forum i request you take some action against street style store.. I've never face such sick service in online shopping it's more than 21 days (According to their estimate days) from order date and they are so irresponsible that they don't even reply to their customers it's been 4 days order has been shipped and i hve not received my order yet also the tracking link is not working
And my order had been split and i've no updates about it that when i will receive my complete order
So i request you take solve this problem as soon as possible
They just ask us the order in comment section of instagram of sss page and they never reply to it 😑😑

I have order 4 pair of footwear from street style store i have received only 3 pair of footwear though i have paid for all 4 pairs. no one is responding over mail or call and no update regrading the 4 pair.

    I placed an order for 3 pairs of earrings on 27th december 2017 and still have not received the delivery! The order has already been paid for online - the money was debited from my account at the time of purchase and i have received an invoice for the same. The order number is [protected]-5684016 and order reference number is #1994103 and cc avenue reference number is[protected]. There is no tracking number or expected dispatch date in my track order details! I have raised two queries till now and got a template response which is of no help at all. It states the below. I have also messaged inquiring on your instagram account, but there has been no response. What kind of customer service is this? Absolutely pathetic experience and i don't think i will ever order anything from you again or recommend you'll to anyone. If you cannot deliver what i have ordered, please refund my money immediately. Absolutely no one has been of any assistance to my queries till now and hoping i will have prompt response and action form your end.

      I had ordered a "keeping around black heels - shoe size : 40" on 1st january, 2018. The shoe didn't fit me properly and i want the same product but of shoe size 39 instead of 40. I initiated an exchange request on 6th january as the size was wrong. I have been waiting for the pickup but there has been no information on that front for over a month. Order reference is #2005419.

          I ordered a pair of shoe from the site with order no. #1918193 and made online payment. Its been more than two months now, but so far no hearing from helpdesk. Mailed many times, no solution so far. If product is not available, then i want my money back. I dont think you people understand the meaning of priority dispatch! 2 months are ling period of time and if you dont have the product either tell us! You do not even have a customer care number

            The order detail is being attached to the complaint. The order delivered to me by 28 dec 2017, but due to size issue i put up the replace order and ask for the shoes size 37. (Previously it was 36). The pickup of the order is being done by 31st dec 2017. Now my order is showing delivered, but i didn't get my product back to my address, and you company don't any customer care contact. Number which is provided on internet is not being answered. Its been a month i didn't got any detail about my order. Even i didn't got any refunds or return or any vouchers. You people don't even have a proper body to even talk to customers and solve their problems. You working and processing is very lathargic process..

              It's been 16 days since i placed my order, i have made the payment through online payment option, the status of the order is payment accepted.. There is no further information about whether the order will b delivered or not.. The order was a pack of three, 4 days after placing the order one of the products got out of stock, will it be delivered or not?? And when?? 21 days is about to complete... And i can't see a option to cancel my order i[censored] guys are gonna take more than 21 days please let me cancel it.. Or talk about your problem.. Money got deducted from paytm via ccavenue and after that page was continuously buffering and crashed and now money got deducted but it’s saying no order place and no.. Contact number for them to contact... And if i go to complain place they first ask for order number... This should not be done

                    It's more than a month i have placed the order and i have not received the product even and the product is being returned to origin but they are not refunding my money i have been contacting them many times but they use to tell me it will be initiated within 4 days.. I have been hearing this from 24th jan 2018 but there 4 days never came and they are not imitating the refund..                         Its the worst quality sandals i've ever got for such a high price. Moreover, this website does not directly show that it doesn't permit the return of the product. It is there in he hidden link which i could not open while ordering it through my mobile phone. This is a highly offensive thing for a customer like me who is a student and has invested one thousand rupees from her savings of pocket money. I need the refund for getting such cheap product.

                          As the product did not fit me, I placed a request on 27.12.2018 to exchange the products with smaller size. I had sent multiple request to StreetStyleStore customer care mail but no action has been taken. The return request has not been processed even after one month.

                              The order contained three pairs of footwear of size 42. Two of the pairs didn't fit me and so i requested that they be replaced with a size higher or if that was not possible allow me to choose other two footwear in exchange of these with open kind of fitting to fit my size.
                              I received an automated response stating that a return for the items have been created. I wrote back asking what the resolution was, whether i will get refund or replacement and whether i should return two pairs or all the three. Again i got an automated response that made no sense.
                              The pick up carrier arrived on 22/01/2017 and asked all the three items to be returned that i did. I have attached the return slip to this complaint.

                              After the return pickup i received no msg from sss, i dropped them tens of emails asking for the refund resolution but only got automatic irrelevant responses but wasn't contacted again. Now even those responses have stopped.

                              I am left with no product nor the refund! I feel cheated. Street style store look into this matter asap and refund my amount of rs 1199 at the earliest.

                                Superb job... Hats off guys..! To ur pathetic service i can't believe it even after telling you that order is urgent you ppl didn't considered it (Order id:2033027). I wanted to gift this to my sister on her b'day and bcoz of your service i'm completely helpless now today is her b'day (1st feb) and guess what even shipping has not started i ordered it on 14th jan
                                You ppl told me that order is ready to dispatch on 23rd and it's already 1st of february even my order is split and i've no updates about it
                                And don't give me # excuses and keep ur apologies to your self and fake promises that we are trying our best n all that crap. Instead of telling estimate date you guys should tell the exact delivery date... Poor service

                                    With reference to order no #2006808..i ordered 3 slippers, my payment is also done.. but size doesnt fit me.. So i requested for exchange...i donot want to waste my money ..My exchange for the products is done... But is not provided any delievery date yet. It is about 15 days that my product have been picked up by the courier service.. I want my product to be delievered within 7-8 days...so do something to deliever my product as early

                                      I placed an order for 3 pieces of jewelry on 3rd january 2018 but my order has still not been delivered. The stipulated time of 21days has passed and there's no sign of any delivery. This is the worst online site i've every come across. Please deliver my order as soon as possible or else i'll have to take some action against your site for false claims.

                                        I have ordered a boot order reference: 2025574 on 1/11/2018 and have completely paid the amount online but the thing is right after ordering i got an email “order placed” with the correct address that i have placed the order on but soon after that i got another “order confirmation” email that had a different address (My older place where i have ordered stuff from this site) automatically and now since i have shifted to a different place i don’t want the order to go there. I have been emailing them. Calling them but getting no response 😰. Dunno what to do! I want my order i have fully paid for it
